We had lunch with you today. I had a small salad with the house dressing, freshly baked bread and the spaghetti with seafood - I have to say, I have rarely eaten it so well! From start to finish everything had the perfect consistency and seasoning. It really tasted great! My wife had the potato soup and then the spinach ricotta ravioli. She also enjoyed everything very much. The espresso afterwards was also of very good quality. Your service was attentive and good, but the following could actually be done better: so that you can enjoy the good food for longer, the plates shouldn't be cold and the music could be quieter so that you can have a better conversation... We really enjoy coming again!

Very bad service. They had empty tables and still asked us to sit in the basement. There were cobwebs above the table, when we complained the server said he cannot help and left.

I like the place, the service is super friendly and you literally feel this vibe. However, you could improve your restaurant much more, the dishes were a bit simple, I didn’t like tacos as the meat was too hard to jew. Also, the salad was not fresh, a lot of brownish leaves and just a couple slices of mango.

Six of us went to the Esquina restaurant in Lörrach and we were all thrilled! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was simply top – very friendly and attentive. We all ordered different dishes and it was impressive how each plate was cooked to perfection. No matter whether it was a starter, main course or dessert – everything was fresh, creative and incredibly tasty. We found it particularly great that despite the different orders, everything was served at the same time. The attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients can be seen in every bite. It's a restaurant that I initially expected a lot from based on the high reviews. But you have to try it yourself because the taste of the food doesn't really correspond to the price. The staff is friendly even though it was very busy. It's loud in the restaurant and I felt pressured the whole time because it's so tight. Space is so limited that another guest's butt almost touched my face as I tried to walk through

It's such a great place with warm and attentive staff and fantastic food in a cozy atmosphere, you feel like you're at home. The waiters were always present without seeming intrusive. Orders were taken quickly and correctly and food was served in a reasonable time. The ambience of the restaurant was pleasant and well thought out. The background music was subtle (not too loud). Overall, our visit to Esquina was very satisfactory. It offers an excellent combination of quality food, professional service and a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who prefers Mexican dishes. We're always happy to come back! Mexico? Europe is more likely to try Mexican We spontaneously went to eat at Esquina and unfortunately we were misled by the “Mexican”. It's more of a European interpretation of Mexican without having to deal with the spices of Mexico. To do this, try simply baking it with cheese and topping it with ready-made sauces. I visited Esquina Lörrach with friends in October 2024. We had reserved our table in advance by phone. We were greeted very friendly and were given a table immediately. The tables in the room were very narrow and it was very loud in the dining room. We were served quickly and received delicious and great attention from the house. We were able to order quickly and everything came quickly. Taste was great all around! Towards the end you could have been more attentive, you probably would have sold one or two more drinks, maybe even a dessert. Prices were local, but like all restaurants in the border region of Switzerland, they were 2-3 euros too high. Conclusion: A successful, great evening with delicious food. One point deducted for the narrowness and the loudness.

The restaurant is extremely busy. When I made the reservation 1 day in advance, I was informed that a stay of 1 - 1.5 hours would only be possible. But that's not a problem, as the very good food is served very quickly by the friendly waiters. There was even a greeting from the kitchen beforehand. The portions are generous. The only downer was the noise in the restaurant, also due to the narrow seating. But I've never seen a Mexican restaurant that was fully booked.
