Ordered two burgers and nachos to take away. Staff extremely friendly both on the phone and on site. When picked up, the food would be handed over in great packaging. The food at home was still warm and delicious. The citizens are definitely worth the price. They are huge and very fresh. Fries, wedges and nachos are very tasty and really fresh. The dips seem to be homemade. All in all, a successful evening and definitely a recommendation. It wasn't the last time we were there 😉. For us our new favorite and the best burger shop in Lörrach. A little expensive but definitely worth the money. We were surprised by the portions and the quality ☺️👍

We ordered 2 burgers, one beef and one chicken. The beef was very stringy and anything but tender. The taste expectation was far from being met. If you pay just under 30 for a burger, it should be topped accordingly. You had to look for the chicken on the chicken burger. The taste of the two dishes hardly differed, as there was a lot of the same tasting sauce on both of them. The service is very nice and we also found the ambience OK. The fries were good and the dip was mediocre. The dishes absolutely don't match the prices. Maybe there was a replacement on Wednesday in the kitchen... .

Old worn-out inventory. Cables stick out everywhere etc... We waited 2 hours for our food!! We received nothing in compensation. The waitress was slightly overwhelmed and the food didn't justify the price. We wouldn't recommend it.

Very nice location, very nice, pleasant service and of course delicious food. The restaurant was full as expected on a Saturday evening. Despite the fact that we didn't make a reservation, the friendly service assigned us a table and we didn't wait too long for our food despite the full house.

I can really only recommend the restaurant. No matter whether via Lieferando or on site, the food and service are simply convincing every time. We celebrated the company Christmas party on site and it was a complete success. Everyone was happy and it was a very nice evening with delicious food and very friendly staff. Keep it up! 👏🏻

The slightly different restaurant. And that's a good thing! Small, rustic, but an experience for a lovely evening. Friendliness is very important here and the meals have a wonderfully strong and unique taste. American, strong, special. We only ate a little something, but we'll definitely be back. Only the pricing reduces the pleasure.

We ordered a table at 7:30 p.m. because we (two people) had been recommended to come later because they still had large groups to cater for. Finally the food arrived at 8:45 p.m. Starters were ok. e.g. Nachos with cheese sauce (the cheese sauce was hard and had probably been prepared for a while). When the main course was served at 8:45 p.m., we were already hungry. The taste of the two burgers we ordered (American Classic and Cheeseburger) was standard at best. Nothing unusual at all. Portions were way too much. The ambience was extremely unimaginative. Dead and dried plants everywhere that make your heart bleed. There were cobwebs everywhere in the toilets. We wouldn't visit this restaurant a second time and wouldn't recommend it to others. There is already a much better “burger roaster” in Lörrach.

I can only recommend it in words – everything just fits perfectly and is exactly to the point. The dishes are prepared with so much love that you can feel it with every bite. The taste, the presentation and the service – everything just works together. A place where you feel comfortable and want to come back again and again. Absolute recommendation!

Food tasted good. Service was poor (inattentive and we waited for over an hour even though only two additional tables were occupied). Overall expensive (55€ for 2 cheeseburgers with fries and 2 small soft drinks), which is why the price-performance ratio doesn't quite suit us.

After we were turned away from a nearby restaurant because of our dog, we ended up here. Luckily, I have to say. We ate really great hamburgers, the portions were huge, we couldn't finish it. And the good quality definitely justifies the price. The friendliness is also very good.

Small and nice! That's how it has to be! The prices are absolutely fair for the food served. The portions are really big and you should visit the Rauch kitchen if you are hungry. The burgers and the sauces (especially the BBQ) were top. We'll definitely come back.

We ordered home via Lieferando. With a burger with a side dish for 16 to 19 euros, expectations are of course high. We wouldn't be disappointed. Of course, the lettuce leaves were anything but fresh after delivery (but there's no other way!), the meat and the other ingredients were delicious and a real taste experience. The order was delivered correctly (unlike every time with M....) by a nice messenger. The included fries and wedges were a lot and very tasty. A burger with a side dish really fills you up. Even if it's not necessarily a bargain, the quality is still good and the whole thing is absolutely worth the money! (A schnitzel with fries isn't cheaper either 🙃). We will definitely order or come back! Clear recommendation!

I ordered something from Liferando today. A menu came out wrong which I hadn't noticed. A new portion came independently. Since it turned out that the wrong thing was delivered. I can only rate this level of honesty with a grade of 1. I couldn't eat the portion because I had already eaten the other burger. Conclusion. Great food and great customer service On the customer. Thank you very much for the service, I look forward to the next time.

Burgers and spare ribs taste excellent. The smoky aroma of the BBQ spare ribs deserve special mention, really good. The portions are large. The service was very friendly and attentive. It is a bit expensive but the price is right for the quality.

Very good American cuisine! While looking for a worthy successor to Rockfood in Rheinfelden, we became aware of Rauch Küche. The portions are generous, we underestimated the starter plate... :-D Much of it is freshly prepared and you can tell the love for quality and freshness in every bite. The Nutella shake is an absolute recommendation. The pulled chicken was a bit dry, but that's the nature of the meat. The pulled pork was very juicy. The buns (from a local baker) were excellent. In terms of price, the smoke kitchen is certainly in the upper third, but you get good taste, good service and good portions. There are certainly a few small points that can be adjusted, but only based on my personal taste, so all in all very good!

A big compliment! Today I ordered a jalapeno burger with wedges from Lieferando. I was very positively surprised! - The wedges were still really crispy - The burger was incredibly tasty - The portion was large - Delivery was quick While other delivery services have always delivered me half-cold dishes and soggy fries, you have managed to deliver a great fresh product. If this quality remains as it is, I will be ordering here very often!

We were there on Sunday and had the smoke plate. Costs ~80€ includes spare ribs, beef ribs, pulled beef and pulled pork, fries/wedges and 3 dips. Since the whole thing took forever (ultimately 1-1.5 hours until the food arrived) we received a plate of baked nachos. About the plate: Very disappointing and unloving for 80€/2 people. All meats were very dry (although covered in BBQ sauce). As a garnish there were 6 raw individual rings of onions and 5 halves of cherry tomatoes. The highlight of the whole thing were the wedges and the dips. They were actually very good. The rest of our group opted for chicken nuggets and burgers with fries. Both were praised and looked great too. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere was also quite nice. Unfortunately, a plate for such a price (80€/2 people) and with such a duration (1-1.5 hours) will ruin everything in the end.

Having lived in the US most of my life, I've eaten a lot of BBQ. We ordered the "smoke plate" which included pulled pork, pulled beef, beef ribs and spare ribs. The meat was very well cooked - it fell off the bones and was juicy. The ribs were really good. The main criticism is that the taste of all the meat was monotonous. Maybe a switch to Carolina-style pulled pork to give a break from the same sweet BBQ sauce on everything. Maybe a personal preference, but a nice touch to make it more "American style" would be cornbread as part of the plate. Cheeseburger was quite salty. Pros: Great service, friendly, attentive staff

MEGA burgers, delivery, taste, everything is TOP

Ich gebe dem Lokal 3 von 5 Punkten, das Lokal ist an undfürsich recht nett uns im rustikalen Stil gehalten. Die Bedienung war aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Obwohl es sehr wenig Gäste hatte ging der Service sehr lange, alleine der Salat ging schon 15min. Ich hatte einen Burger der gut aussah doch leider sehr nasses Fleisch (tk) was alles bisschen fade machte. Da der Service ewig ging mussten wir unser Essen schlingen denn eigwndlich hatten wir über eine Stunde Zeit doch wegen dem warten hatten wir lediglich 20min bis wir los mussten. Schade für das lokal Evtl. Müsste da noch bisschen an der Kondition mit Bedienung und Küche gefeilt werden.

Sehr gute Burger, sehr freundliche Bedienung, faire Preise. Dazu ein stimmiges Ambiente. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, dass es etwas professioneller sein müsste. Es würden bei uns, wie am Nachbartisch Beilagen vertauscht und bei mir eine Extrabeilage vergessen. War alles nicht tragisch, aber könnte noch optimiert werden.

Nice little shop with an outdoor area. The food is absolutely outstanding. However, despite the large menu, the selection leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame that burgers are somehow all about size instead of ingenuity. Absolutely top quality, the service was courteous and nice. But the bottom line is that €36 for a portion of spare ribs or around €30 for a burger and side dish are grossly exaggerated, despite being close to Switzerland and inflation.

Here you get real burgers for your money! Price-performance is absolutely justified, not to be compared with franchise burger restaurants. The food is fresh and you get decent portions for your money. I can only recommend.

The burgers in the Rauch kitchen are absolutely first-class, the meat is incredibly juicy, the fries are crispy and the dips are simply delicious. The beef spareribs were so tender that they literally fell off the bone. A must for all burger and meat lovers! Highly Recommended! For everyone who is looking for excellent food and a cozy atmosphere. We will come back in any case.

It was a bad experience for me. I ordered a burger. But the meat was so dry and burnt. I didn't taste the meat in my mouth, but rather a burnt taste. Although I submitted my complaint, of course there was no help. I wasn't surprised either. But I came to taste the meat. Burnt meat is not for eating. Is not it !?

We're already planning the next visit, then we'll get to work on the smoked meat dishes... beef ribs and pulled pork, for example🤩 Oh I almost forgot the buns, such a wonderfully juicy brioche bun 😋 Very nice rustic flair without a lot of frills, but a lot of western flair, in a clean and very modern way. There is also top service, here you ask whether everything is okay and whether you would like something to drink, you feel really welcome! If you want to try it out, don’t forget to reserve!

Not ordered on site but via delivery app. Tortillas, not 100g and they are not even the good chios or better but the cheapest you can find. for €6.90 it's just ridiculous. Burgers are ok, even if they are extremely expensive.

The burgers were very good. But honestly, €21.99 for the cheapest burger and almost €40 for spare ribs. You forget about going out to eat. Additionally, the restaurant was very sparsely occupied when we arrived. But we still had to wait 45 minutes for food. Given the price, I also expect first-class service.

Probably the best spot for burgers in the surrounding area. Nothing else can compete in terms of taste. However, you also pay a premium price for this, which is understandable in this case.

Hello, everything was very, very tasty. But unfortunately the prices compared to 3 months ago have really shot through the roof, with people charging over 9 euros more for a burger. And man for 2 with starters, unfortunately it's almost 100€. We were often in the Rauch kitchen, including with the old owners, but unfortunately that will now change.

Long waiting time, overpriced food, nothing special. Misinformation about the prices of the food. Paid more than discussed.

Leider war meine Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant äußerst enttäuschend. Die Wartezeiten waren unverhältnismäßig lang, das Essen war überteuert und die Qualität ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Zusätzlich wurde der Preis, wie zuvor besprochen, nicht eingehalten. Lange Wartezeiten, überteuertes Essen, ungute Qualität und abweichende Preise sind bedauerliche Umstände. Die mangelnde Kompromissbereitschaft des Kellners hat meine Erfahrung im Restaurant stark beeinträchtigt. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, wenn auf meine Anliegen eingegangen worden wäre, um eine zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden. Die Tatsache, dass Pommes standardmäßig im Burger enthalten sind, ist positiv. Allerdings ist es enttäuschend zu erfahren, dass für Süßkartoffelpommes ein Aufpreis von 7,10€ verlangt wird. Diese unverhältnismäßige Zusatzgebühr wirkt abschreckend und sollte meiner Meinung nach überdacht werden.
