Great atmosphere and delicious food. Employees spontaneously inform us that happy hour is about to end - great! In general, the employees are friendly and competent. The only small disadvantage is that the employees don't know much about the food if you have specific questions. It would be really cool, but it's not a must :)

Relatively expensive... It took a while for the service to notice us, but it was friendly. I had a fries that "used to" fill you up, but that was now a small bowl... Tasty but very manageable.

Very tasty and satisfying, we asked for the burgers not to be spicy, although the menu is spicy, they did everything, everything was great, just a little noisy, but that’s normal for so many visitors. After 22-00 this is one of the few places where you can have a good and tasty meal.

We became aware of the enchilada through a voucher from our son and we were completely thrilled. From the reservation to the reception, the ambience, the perfect service and the top quality of the food, there is nothing to complain about. Google should introduce the 6-star rating for you, but unfortunately it's not possible. Absolutely recommended!!! Thank you for the lovely evening!

Company party at Enchilada, there wasn't a dry eye in the room. The young and motivated team took great care of us and the bill was lower than expected.

This service deserves zero stars!!! We were here as a group (about 10-15 people) and wanted to celebrate a birthday. It's unbelievable that we left almost 400 euros and weren't even allowed to cut the cake and eat it!

There is no star for the service. We celebrated our birthday there yesterday. We were allowed to bring a cake with us and according to a statement on the phone from an employee, we were allowed to eat the cake OUTSIDE with paper plates we had brought ourselves. On site, the unfriendly employee said we weren't allowed to eat the cake at all. We've never experienced anything like this before.

Basically the food tastes good. I tried the Plato Mexicano, which was very good, as were the cocktails and wine. The only point of criticism is the portion sizes of the food, which are rather poor.

We had dinner at Enchilada on Thursday and were completely impressed. Not only is the kitchen great, but also Sophie and her entire team.👍🏻😘. We liked it so much that we scrapped our “meal plans” for Friday and went back to Enchilada. Food, service and ambience absolutely great. We would like to come again.

The employee was friendly and the service was attentive. The prices are reasonable. If we come to Heilbronn again, we would be happy to come back.

Recently, burritos etc. have been served with whole wheat tortillas. This may be healthier, but I don't like it as much as regular flour tortillas. I would like to be able to select this as a guest. Otherwise I like the food. Ambience and service is very good, very nice staff

I used a voucher for a free cocktail, the cocktail should have alcohol. Unfortunately, I didn't feel a drop of alcohol at all. Very sad, service wasn't friendly either.

Very cool location, the food is really good. We had a really nice evening with starter and main course as well as cocktails (minimum and without alcohol). If you know Mexican cuisine, there are a few spices missing here, but heyy, it's still really good. The friendly service and the price-performance ratio convinced us. Table reservation is recommended. We will definitely visit the enchilada more often.

Always worth a visit. Everyone here is very friendly and you feel welcome as a guest. The menu is large but not overloaded. Cocktails are really well made. The price is fair.

Cocktails are very tasty and food is also recommended if you are really hungry you should eat a fajita. My favorite is the fajita steak. What I also like to eat are the tacos

I recently went there for dinner with my partner. We ordered cocktails and quesads which, to put it simply, were delicious. She really enjoyed the Caesar salad. I ordered the Plato Mexicano which had a bit of everything and let me tell you, I have never had a better chili con carne. I can only recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to eat delicious Mexican food.

Since Google has tightened the guidelines very tightly, you are no longer allowed to write the hard truth, so I'll paraphrase it very nicely and friendly - pfff: Tres Mini Burritos according to the menu with salsa on top - there was none, now for the second time. Doesn't work at all. The filling was also once more, now very economical. Quesadas have significantly reduced in size lately and have significantly less cheese, instead there is now some kind of semi-spicy sauce in them - it doesn't taste very good. Hardly any cheese taste. Sorry, I used to be a big fan, but now it's not that great anymore, more like the opposite.

EDIT 04/2024: Went there for a drink in the evening. Five of us got a place straight away. Service good. Unfortunately, the brown tequila was not available with orange, but with lime. I went to Enchilada again after a long time. The food tasted very good and the waiting time was also very short. I would always recommend making a reservation in advance. This is also possible online. The only thing I didn't like was the pricing of the dishes on the menu. That was very confusing.

Ordered a vegan wrap, specifically stating that there was an egg allergy so it has to be perfectly vegan. It was served with a mayonnaise dip, triggering the allergy. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. Similarly, chicken was served once instead of a veg dish and alcohol instead of a mocktail. Staff needs retraining.

Food is like other enchiladas. Cocktails are also very tasty and the atmosphere is great.

We ended up here by chance and luckily got a table despite the restaurant being almost full. And what must say? We really enjoyed it. Even though all the tables were occupied, it wasn't too loud in the room. The service is tip top. Quick, friendly, always with a smile on his face. We would like to thank Sophie and her girls as well as the gentlemen behind the bar for this really great evening. It was fun with you.

Food served quickly. Good variety of cocktails, associated with a nice quality. The overall food quality is good, nothing out of the ordinary. Their nachos are probably the best thing you can order in the menu. Not too expensive :)

Very unfriendly lady at the entrance, we wanted to eat with 6 people and were only given a table for 2 hours. According to the lady, an extension was not possible, but no one looked at it at all, only answered in a non-friendly tone. Unfortunately there is no customer orientation here.

Without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Heilbronn. When I lived there, I went as often as possible. I am Mexican and can only recommend this restaurant. The “Enchiladas de Pollo” are my favorite, along with the “Salrita”, the staff is friendly and always super attentive, and the food is delicious.

Margaritas superlecker. Essen auch. Vor allem, daß es auch vegane Varianten gibt.

Bin schon öfters bei euch gewesen aber wurde diesmal so richtig enttäuscht. Obwohl unser Tisch bis 19:30 reserviert war, wurde schon um 18:30 die letzte Runde eingeläutet und die Rechnung uns 10 min später serviert. Und um dem ganzen die Krone aufzusetzen wurden wir um 19.10 gebeten (um nicht zu sagen uns nahegelegt) den Tisch zu räumen, die nächsten Gäste wären schon da. Und das ganze auch noch recht unfreundlich. Kundenfreundlich ist was anderes. Mussten dann unser letztes Getränk runterkippen (war ja teuer bezahlt) und gehen. Insgesamt bin ich diesmal sehr unzufrieden und überlege ob ich mir das nochmal antuen möchte. Und mit so einer Erfahrung tue ich mich echt schwer euch weiter zu empfehlen

We go to Enchi occasionally. After the drinks became more and more watery, but they were fine the last time, we went there again. The first round of cocktails during happy hour was good, but unfortunately the second round was not. Even the color of the drinks was completely different, mine only tasted like sugar and ice. The waiter offered to remake the drinks, which we happily accepted. Shortly afterwards the head waitress came and told us that if we wanted more alcohol in the drinks we would have to pay more. I was very surprised by this comment and can't understand it since the drinks had been good before. The cocktails delivered were good, but after that comment I'm seriously considering the next time I want to go.

Food was very tasty. Staff really nice too. Always asked if anything was needed or if something was missing. Cocktails were also very tasty. Food was also inexpensive. So definitely not too expensive. The only thing to complain about is that the tables are so close together, but otherwise it's a really good restaurant.
