Sorry, that wasn't good this time. Starter nachos...there was hardly any cheese on them. Iced tea tasted completely watery, even after telling the server and supposedly replacing it, there was still no flavor. Corn on the cob was completely dried out and inedible. The staff was the only bright spot: friendly and quick. We've eaten here several times, but this time it was really bad.

We ordered food, so I can't comment on the service there, but the food was absolutely terrible. The grilled avocado was completely raw and tasted of nothing. The sweet potato fries were also half-raw and tiny portions. The churros were rock hard... never again.

We celebrated October 3rd and it was nice, friendly, very kind service and delicious menu.

Outdoor patio is a good choice if you want to talk. Food is quite spicy, but this should be expected from the Mexican restaurant. Mixed plates were a good chance to try a little bit of everything but were smaller than we expected for the price. Churros were just perfect. Overall I would recommend this place

The food and drinks were great and the atmosphere is also very nice. We came with a 4 yrs old and the waitress immediately brought a really good quality little booklet with coloring pages and some color pencils, which kept my son occupied while were wating. Well done, nicely thought through. We will defintiely return.

Enchilada in Heilbronn is our absolute favorite restaurant in the region. The selection of vegan dishes (and drinks!) is amazing and is constantly expanding/improving! The team is super professional and always friendly. We always hope to be served by Sophie, as she has a keen sense for what customers need and always makes you feel like you're in good hands. Vegan recommendation: Fajita New Meat

We've been here many times, and the food has always been delicious. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in Spanish style.

We were there for the first time today and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

We ordered a salad, one with shrimp and one with chicken. Since we've been to Enchilada in the past, we knew it would be a pretty large portion. Unfortunately, a lot has changed. Nothing reminded us of the past...the salad, if you're hungry, is more or less like a side salad, and all for €14.50. The taste was okay. When we spoke to the waitress, they just said...well, it's nothing like it used to be. It's a shame, because we've eaten there quite often. I don't think we'll go back.

The food is delicious and the price is unbeatable with the €20 package, which includes a starter or dessert, a main course, and a drink/cocktail. I had the quesadillas and the burrito, which were delicious, and the service was quick and friendly.

The food was very, very delicious and highly recommended. The service was truly disappointing; the friendliness was lacking; the advice was also really poor; there was hardly any interest in the advice, which is especially difficult for newbies to a restaurant like this. We often asked what recommendations they could give us, etc. Our churros were forgotten and arrived late. We really didn't like the new cocktails either; they didn't look that good, and there wasn't much choice. Would I go there again? Nope, unfortunately, not a great ending :(

Relatively good food in the mid-range price range. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Tobi (and Charlie) in particular really made our evening a memorable one. As a chaotic group of eight, we didn't want to be a burden, but they made it clear to us that we were welcome. The cocktails, shots, and lemonades are excellent, and the pitchers are absolutely delicious. It gets very busy at times, so you have to be prepared for somewhat longer waits and/or increased noise; which is completely understandable, however, given the quality and number of seats. Without exception, everyone was truly enthusiastic and happy at the end of the evening. Thank you so much! We'll be back next "Pitcher Friday." ;)

The food was good; we enjoy coming here occasionally. Unfortunately, the quality of the cocktails at the dice game didn't impress us; we'd rather pay the normal price and get something decent.

Unfortunately the food is very poor. No dips, the side dish is inedible and therefore inedible. After the complaint, exactly the same quality was served. The starter came wrong and was charged twice and the portions were very small for large prices. Unfortunately the visit wasn't worth it at all. Too bad!

Not as good as it used to be, burritos filled with tasteless mush, no more dips, rice inedible. Used to be 3 dips and tomato rice. 20 years top today a flop.

The ambience is really great, the service is super nice, the homemade lemonade is delicious and the food is really great too.

My girlfriend and I visited this place and had an amazing time. We fell in love with the calm atmosphere and great music choice. My girlfriend ordered the chickensalad and I ordered the quesadillas de pollo. Both of amazing quality. The drinks we ordered where also of very high quality. My girlfriend enjoyed her strawberry-mint-limo and I loved the mango-lime-margerita. The curros were also very tasty and my girlfriend was more that happy to have tried them. The taste in general was incredible and the staff is really nice, patient and helpful. Highly reccomend this place to every mexican-food-enjoyer out there. Happy to come again soon :D

A really good Mexican restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating and the food comes relatively quickly. There is also good music playing in the background and everything is designed appropriately.

I went there for dinner this evening with my daughter and mother because the reviews here were so great. Unfortunately we were totally disappointed and will definitely not eat there again. The service was great, the fries too, but that was about it. I wanted to order the quesadilla carne without jalapenos and chipotle cream - it wasn't possible. Then I wanted quesadas with carne (you can order this with some dishes for an extra charge) - that didn't work. So I ordered Quesadilla Pollo because the waitress assured me that I wouldn't feel the spiciness of the chipotle through the cream cheese and sour cream - I was wrong. The grilled vegetables weren't grilled except for the corn, but consisted of fresh tomatoes and radishes! I wanted to order quesadas for my daughter, but without chipotle cream - that didn't work either. Here, too, I was assured that you couldn't actually taste the chipotle (I had never eaten it myself) - mistake, you could clearly taste the spiciness! I've never eaten such a liquid and tasteless sour cream before... No matter what (small) change we asked for (except preparing it without coriander), none of it was possible. The statement was that everything has already been mixed together and therefore nothing can be left out. What kind of kitchen is that?! I can only conclude that the cooking and preparation here is not fresh... We absolutely cannot understand the many positive reviews - unfortunately!

Great food, nice waitress, great atmosphere

The service was very nice and always quick at the table. We had, among other things, the enchiladas Pollo and Mexican Fries, which were both very good. However, in my opinion there were far too many ice cubes in the “Coconut Kiss” cocktail, so I wouldn’t order it again.

Has very little to do with authentic Mexican cuisine. But the ambience is nice, the food is subpar, poorly seasoned and overpriced. A slightly better fast food restaurant.

We chose the restaurant because of the many good reviews and ordered takeaway. Unfortunately, the portions are very small and a side dish that was ordered was also forgotten to put in the bag. Compared to other Mexican restaurants, the taste of the food was midfield. We won't go there again.

We visited the restaurant with our three children. The service was excellent and very child friendly. We experienced the biggest surprise when paying. The waiter said the chef would be happy to take over the children's dishes, as a Christmas present, so to speak. That was a very touching gesture. Absolutely not recommended. Tables that came after us received food before us. Our food took WAY too long because it was all already prepared. In the end we didn't even get the correct order. Not recommended. I would have preferred to give 0 stars.

Food Service Drinks Everything Too

Since we couldn't get a table anywhere else, we gave the enchilada another chance. Unfortunately, the portions are extremely small and you won't feel full. Even two guests at the next table were shocked by the portion sizes and the prices and asked the waitress about it. All they said was “Here’s the menu, if you’re hungry you can order more” - very cheeky! The burgers were okay, but absolutely not a highlight for the price. Also very small. Unfortunately, the fries were only lukewarm and required an additional charge. The desire not to sit in the middle of the room when reserving a table was not taken into account at all. Conclusion: still don't recommend it. Very expensive and poor performance. Quite nice as a “bar” but unfortunately a failure for food. Old review: Why do you go out to eat in a restaurant in the evening? You want good food and top service. Unfortunately we didn't find either here. While our neighboring table was asked several times during the meal, almost annoyingly, whether everything was OK, our service (since it was a different row of tables) rarely visited us to check on our well-being. It took a good 20 minutes from arrival to ordering. Even after eating, it took 20 minutes before anyone was interested in us again. Very disappointing service at our row of tables. Burito and enchilada were disappointing and the portion size was very small. The Mexican Fried also takes some getting used to. The worst thing for us, however, was that all the food was decorated and seasoned with Koreander. So every meal - even the fries - tasted like Korean. We hate Koreans and there wasn't a word about it on the menu. The cocktails were rather simple. At a happy hour, unfortunately, the quality of the drinks is, despite the hefty price of 5.50 for a glass full of ice cubes. Overall, we were quite impressed by the ambience with an attractive inner courtyard. We wouldn't come again due to the poor experience with the service and food.

Great atmosphere and delicious food. Employees spontaneously inform us that happy hour is about to end - great! In general, the employees are friendly and competent. The only small disadvantage is that the employees don't know much about the food if you have specific questions. It would be really cool, but it's not a must :)

Very tasty and satisfying, we asked for the burgers not to be spicy, although the menu is spicy, they did everything, everything was great, just a little noisy, but that’s normal for so many visitors. After 22-00 this is one of the few places where you can have a good and tasty meal.

We became aware of the enchilada through a voucher from our son and we were completely thrilled. From the reservation to the reception, the ambience, the perfect service and the top quality of the food, there is nothing to complain about. Google should introduce the 6-star rating for you, but unfortunately it's not possible. Absolutely recommended!!! Thank you for the lovely evening!

Company party at Enchilada, there wasn't a dry eye in the room. The young and motivated team took great care of us and the bill was lower than expected.

Very good food and good service. Prices are definitely reasonable. I had FAJITA STEAK for 26€.
