We ordered there and after more than an hour the message came that the order had been canceled. When we called to ask, they insulted my girlfriend on the phone and said it was our own fault. FOR NO REASON. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

I've always been a fan of the pizza rolls... but since the huge price increase you can hardly afford them anymore. I would like to see more transparency when prices are almost doubled as to why this is happening

The kitchen is highly recommended. We wanted to get away from pizza and pasta, so instead we ordered fillet steak and pork fillet. That was a brilliant decision because both the meat and the preparation were top notch. A small downside, perhaps a few croquettes or potato gratin would have gone very well with the sauce, which was also perfect. Well, a matter of taste. The service was very attentive, perhaps a little too attentive for our liking, but never intrusive. All in all, if you're nearby and hungry, you can enjoy simple but also fine dining here.

Das Essen sah eigentlich gut aus, aber auf einigen Gerichten, die Fisch enthielten, saßen Unmengen an Fliegen. An Essen war kaum mehr zu denken. Das Problem war bekannt. Wenige Tage später haben wir uns endlich getraut, uns telefonisch zu beschweren. Wir haben als Beweis dafür, dass immer Fliegen zu Fischgerichten fliegen, eine Pizza spendiert bekommen. Keine Fliege weit und breit. Auf die Aussage, es könne sich am besagten Abend um schlechten Fisch gehandelt haben, hat der Inhaber des Restaurants sehr unhöflich reagiert und einfach den Telefonhörer aufgelegt. Eine sehr kindische Reaktion, die zeigt, dass er nicht kritikfähig ist. Wir werden dieses Restaurant bestimmt nicht wieder aufsuchen und wünschen allen Gästen einen resistenten Magen und gute Nerven.

Das Florentina ist unser Lieblingsitaliener. Hervorragendes Essen und ein toller persönlicher Service gefallen uns immer wieder gut. Macht weiter so.

The starter plate was really not good, the bread unfortunately wasn't either, the main courses were still ok, the service was average. Waited over half an hour between starter and main course. There is no reason for us to eat here again. It's a shame actually.

The food was, as always, very tasty. Although the restaurant was very busy, everyone was relaxed and friendly. We spent a lovely evening there with friends.

Ate there with my wife for 3 days, pizza, salad, pasta and meat. Super delicious food, very friendly service, cozy atmosphere and decent food. We definitely recommend it. Thank you for the good food, the friendly service and the cozy atmosphere!!!

We moved to Wik about a year ago and were recommended this small, inconspicuous restaurant. From the outside the restaurant looks very inconspicuous and not particularly inviting. But the first glance is very deceiving. We have tried various things from pizza to Indian and have never been disappointed. The food always tastes good, the portions are more than sufficient and the owner is incredibly friendly and attentive! What should also be mentioned is the price! You can get really good food here for very little money, a large pizza costs less than €8! A very clear insider tip and I only deduct 1 point for the ambience, as it all looks a bit old. Anyone from the area should definitely visit this restaurant!

The food is nothing special, but it really tastes good (spices are on the table 👍🏻). Unfortunately today we were already seated at 1:35 p.m. because we would have liked a dish from the lunch menu that sounded very tasty. Unfortunately, despite waving and letting them know, no one came until 2:03 p.m. This, mind you, very polite waiter then told us that we couldn't have any more of the lunch table because it was after 2 p.m. The boss has set it that way, his shift is just starting now and he doesn't care what the others are doing. That doesn't work and that's it. Why is this being made our problem now? We were there more than in time and were just allowed to wait... It would be nicer if you ironed out your mistakes yourself and didn't pass on your own problems and shortcomings to the customers who were already waiting... Really an absolute no-go...Especially since it's not an isolated case, but rather a system (one time no one says anything. Something can always happen, but unfortunately it's a permanent situation in this store). When should you be there so that you can order something from this ominous lunch menu? Sold out twice and the third time you're just left sitting there for 30 minutes and then it says "too late". I'm starting to doubt that this lunch menu really still exists. Or you should simply hire someone who has some knowledge of the topic (planning gastronomy, there's a little more to it than just throwing a pizza on the stone). Otherwise maybe shorten the lunch menu from 11:30 a.m. to 11:35 a.m.? With 5 minutes, everything shouldn't be sold out all the time and you don't have to wait 30 minutes for such a completely meaningless answer. Then you leave it from the start and don't waste so much of your life... Overall, it was unfortunately completely disappointing on several occasions. Several times something was missing or there was meat instead of vegan/vegetarian or like today: NOTHING. What should definitely be highlighted positively is the mostly very friendly staff.
