A nice restaurant, we were greeted very friendly and the staff is very accommodating. From ordering to the food being on the table was super quick, even though the restaurant was very well booked. Excellent value for money, I haven't eaten such good pizza in a long time. Despite the stress, all the waiters were very friendly and were able to chat a few words with the guests.

Ate very well. Spaghetti Carbonara very tasty. Staff very friendly.

Very friendly reception and also very friendly service. The latte macchiato was a bit too cold, as was the pasta dish. The dish may have been because there were 20 of us and all the dishes were brought to the tables together relatively early. I can recommend the restaurant and would eat there again myself. Wir waren an einem sehr vollen und sichtbar stressigen Abend für die Mitarbeiter da, trotzdem war das Essen sehr lecker und es ging alles sehr schnell. Leider waren ein paar Gerichte schon nicht mehr vorhanden

Busy and cosy place. Nice menu and friendly staff. We had a slightly confusing seating procedure as the restaurant was full and we were told to wait in the bar. Not sure people were seated in the right order but eventually we got a good table and great service+food

We were very disappointed, pizza was ok, hardly any cheese on it and the base was way too dry. You felt drafts the whole time, we were very cold. Not a nice atmosphere, we felt like we were in a cold train station hall. It was very loud even from the kitchen, the phone constantly ringing. The staff seemed very stressed. We wanted to pay, but it was only after 20 minutes after several calls that we were finally able to pay. He did everything else, especially taking orders from other guests or clearing away. We could have just walked out. He said oh they wanted to pay? Unfortunately we didn't feel comfortable at all. It really ruined our day. I wouldn't recommend it!!!!!!!!

We had a table for two on New Year's Eve at 8 p.m. Everything was great despite the day, so full marks for the committed, friendly staff and great food in the kitchen.

Avoid at peak times! Otherwise great price management

There were four of us there, 3 got salads/pasta, the 4th only got his pizza when everyone else was already finished and full... But I eat there more often and have always been very satisfied!!

Everywhere I can order bruschetta I order bruschetta, but unfortunately yours is way too spicy. Otherwise great food, super tasty panna cotta. Never seen a waitress as nice, cool and polite as the one with the glasses. Very nice employees.

We stopped in spontaneously and were lucky to get a table. Unfortunately it was close to the entrance, so it always got cold when new guests came or left. Mass tourism comes here at Christmas time. The service was a bit overwhelmed by the large number of people and long waiting times had to be accepted. Our food arrived only lukewarm and my husband's food was forgotten and only brought after the second request. But the price-performance ratio is good.

So with a pizza you can't go wrong there. But you should definitely reserve a table. No matter what day of the week.

Great food and wine, and fine service once we were at our table. But we spent 15 minutes looking at the empty table from the entrance as it was very crowded and nobody attended arriving guests. Noise level is high and there's no need for music. We'd love to come back at a less busy time.

On the recommendation of my Dutch relatives and friends, I visited this pizzeria for the first time and loved it. Had a very tasty pizza with extra toppings. Everyone else, whether pizza or pasta, was also very satisfied. The service was also great. Tip: Since there are no parking spaces there, you have to walk from the ZOB about 750m or a stop to Holstentor then 150m Be sure to book a table in advance for the evening

Great pizza and attentive staff... If you order extra, 2 more slices of ham are placed on top... not like in other Losteria's.

Reservation only made online about 3 hours in advance, was about 15 minutes early and still got to the place straight away. Service staff were very friendly, drinks and food arrived quickly, even though there were a lot of guests there. Everything tasted great.

Sehr mittelmäßig…gibt sicher bessere Italiener in Lübeck. Sehr laut, die Pizza riesig aber eher unterdurchschnittlich in Geschmack und Textur. Die Messer waren vollkommen stumpf, ein Kampf mit der Pizza.

Sits way too close. The beer is not cold. The dough was not fully baked. Different waiters during our evening.

It took a very long time before we could place our order. From our table we could see directly into the kitchen. There we could already see the pizzas running away (they were so big that they were half hanging off the plate - but they were still delivered). Some of our pizzas had very little toppings on top. Some of our Hawaiian pizzas hardly had any pineapple pieces or slices of ham - we wanted to file a missing person report... and were wondering whether the topping had been left on the counter before serving. There's definitely still air up there.

Nice shop, ambience is okay, nothing special. Food and service were good. For spicier dishes, however, a little more information than “spicy” needs to be communicated. It didn't bother me, but it did bother a friend :D. His "spicy" pizza was covered in chili flakes and he couldn't manage to eat any more. What can always happen is that food burns something. ... happened. Very stupid if it's food for the children. A little sensitivity and communication with the parents in this case would have been nice. There are clearly deductions here. Otherwise it was a nice visit.

Delicious food and very friendly and attentive staff. A special highlight for us was that our children were able to watch the pizza being made. As I was watching with the children, a member of staff came over and gave the children two more chocolates each. As you would expect on a Saturday, the restaurant was very busy. Nevertheless, the service was very attentive, quick and the food came quickly. We'd love to come back!

Nice staff, pizza was super tasty but not manageable. 😂 What was a bit annoying for me was the high level of noise and the awkward location in the entrance area, which was very "draughty".

We were there yesterday and the pizza was a complete disaster! The floor completely black and burnt. This isn't the first time I've eaten such bad pizza at l'osteria Lübeck, every time I thought to myself, come on, maybe they had a bad day today. But that's enough for now. I don't eat here anymore. They should take a leaf out of Losteria in Kiel, the pizzas there are great.

As we are used to from L'Osteria, the food was very tasty. This time we shared a pizza, each with whatever toppings we wanted. First, an appetizer for everyone. I would particularly like to highlight the extremely friendly staff. Although it was very busy and there probably weren't enough employees! Very small criticism, it is quite loud.

Unbelievably many people in one place

Voorgerecht was om te delen, echt heerlijk Verschillende soorten anti pasta bij elkaar. Hoofdgerecht was ook goed, spaghetti met lekkere tomaten Pizza was echt giga groot , beetje te Maar mijn ega had nog nooit zo’n lekkere gegeten.

Nice restaurant with friendly service and very good food.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy and pleasant. Only at peak times in the evening is the restaurant sometimes very full and noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation. Therefore, be sure to reserve online in advance if you want to have dinner there during the usual times. But the food and the good service can make up for it. The pizzas are huge and very tasty, especially for the price you can hardly find anything better. If you wish, you can also have two halves of the pizza topped differently. Clear recommendation!

I was there for lunch. It was very relaxed. My pizza was delicious, but so huge, I only managed half of it. I was immediately offered to pack up the rest.

Jeg var ikke klar over, at den pizza 4 x ost, var så stor. Meget velsmagende.god bun. Størrelsen ville være nok til 2 personer. Selvom der var mange gæster,tog det ikke lang tid om at få lavet en bestilling og få serveret drikkevarer. Så kom pizzaen og den var stor. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse.

The food was good. The waiters were nice and friendly! The space. It's very loud and you can't hear the person sitting next to you. The seating, armchairs, sofas, tables was very shabby. And rather unsuitable for eating. In the restaurant there is a shelf with new utensils for the waiters, which is okay, short distances and so on. But besides that, every few minutes they operate a metal trash can with a lid that pops open and closed again. Mega loud the first 3 times when it popped I thought a balloon from a birthday table had burst. It was not possible to enjoy the meal in peace. Something definitely needs to be done here to improve the sound backdrop. Especially with regard to the staff because they have to endure the noise the entire shift. The food is delivered quickly and the open kitchen concept is also great.

Ich wollte mit meiner Tochter abends Essen gehen. Wir mussten schon 20 Minuten warten bis wir überhaupt mal was zu Trinken bestellen durften. Natürlich haben wir dann auch gleich Essen mitbestellt. Im übrigen hat der Kellner uns dann die Kinderkarte gebracht. War bissl spät. Hatten uns ja schon was ausgesucht. Es ist auf jeden Fall richtig laut in diesem Restaurant- wie auf dem Bahnhof. Nach 45 Minuten Wartezeit haben wir dann unsere 1!!!!! Pizza bekommen. Die Pizza war ok. Hat uns nicht vom Hocker gerissen. Wir würden dort auf jeden Fall nicht nochmal essen.

It was loud and crowded around 6pm. The T bone steak was great as usual. It's a shame that crab salad has become less popular in recent years. Now more of a cucumber and radish salad with prawns and crabs and overpriced.

Worst service in all of Lübeck 9:30 p.m. the waiter doesn't come until the kitchen closes at 10 p.m. I've never seen anything like that before

Wir haben Spaghetti mit Tomatensausse und Spaghetti Carbonara gegessen. Die Bestellung hat ewig lange gedauert mit der Begründung, dass der Koch sich noch zurechtfinden muss. Ok, das kann schon vorkommen. Eine grosse Portion jeweils, aber fade mit künstlicher Sausse. Für den Preis eine absolute Zumutung. Auf unsere Beschwerde hat es einen Espresso umsont gegeben. Das ist zwar nett aber insgesamt inakzeptabel. Es erschien uns so, dass die Beschwerden subjektiv schon erwartet wurden.

We had delicious food and an attentive waiter🤗! The wooden chairs could use cushions. This is simply more comfortable when sitting for long periods of time.

We were spontaneously in Lübeck today and saw that they open at 12 p.m. And 20 minutes later there were hardly any tables left. Very nice welcome. There is also a children's ticket for the little ones. The view through the glass of how the pizza is made was very interesting and the pizza baker even had time for a short chat in between. The food was delicious and the prices are still very affordable these days. Definitely not the last time there.

It's just a "system catering"... But there are nice and hard-working employees. But also completely incompetent. Unfortunately, our waiter was also a bit strangely disorganized and rude.

They can't do pizza ☺️ salad 🧐 unfortunately it was already past its prime. At least we didn't have to pay for it after we left the slightly rotten green salad. The bored-looking waitress said he would tell the kitchen something. The other guests don't complain either. Maybe it's because the other salads have more dressing on them. We'll go there again, but to the one in Augsburg🤷🏽‍♂️

Also, im großen und ganzen ein solides “meh”. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre ist eigentlich super. Am Essen scheiterts. 17€ für eine Pizza die relativ lieblos belegt wurde, und dazu noch einen viel zu dünnen Boden hatte. Das einzige was diesen Preis gerechtfertigen könnte wäre die Größe der Pizza. Aber auch da, gibt es das Problem dass der Teller einfach viel zu klein für die Pizza war und man demnach nicht richtig schneiden konnte. Der Laden hat viel Potential. Aber am Essen scheitert es gewaltig. Würde ich hier nochmal herkommen? Wahrscheinlich nicht. Vielleicht sind die anderen Gerichte wie Pasta ja auch besser. Bildet euch am besten selbst ne Meinung. Ich habe mal mein Senf dazugegeben was vielleicht bei der Restaurant Suche hilft 👍

Food is like in all L'Osterien. But it's very loud here and the clothes smell so like the kitchen afterwards that you have to wash them. Not possible on a transit trip.

When we entered the restaurant, we had to wait a long time until we were assigned a table. Food as usual, very good. Ps: The knives for cutting pizza🍕, replace them often. My wife and I need both knives. I was here on vacation. So no return possible.
