Schönes italienisches Restaurantschiff. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker! Wenn man einen romantischen Abend beim Italiener verbringen möchte, dann ist man hier richtig. Mit schönem Blick auf die Altstadt und dem Kanal.

Restaurant auf einem Schiff. Großzügige Speisenkarte, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Netter, freundlicher Service. Direkter Blick aufs Wasser. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, ab 18 Uhr sogar kostenlos. Der Aussenbereich könnte - mit wenig Aufwand - ein Makeover vertragen. Auch die Treppestufen in das obere Stockwerk würden sich auf einen neuen Belag freuen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ist zwar Selbstbedienung aber sonst ist alles Top

Die Pizza von meinem Mann (Frutti di Mare) war Spitzenmäßig und wir kommen bald wieder. Mein Fleischgericht Saltimbocca war auch sehr zu empfehlen

Mein Mann und ich waren schon öfters hier essen. Immer sehr nettes Personal, tolles Ambiente und sehr leckeres Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall immer wieder gerne vorbei.

Spontan da gewesen keine Wartezeit. Konnten uns den Platz selber aussuchen. (Sonntag Abend) Evtl Freitags oder Samstags könnte es anders aussehen. Service kam schnell. Karte umfangreich. Essenspreis ist gut. Getränke leicht erhöht. Gutes Essen mit schönem Ausblick auf die Trave.

In Lübeck unschlagbar bei schönem Wetter von der offenen Terrasse auf die Stadt und den Kanal zu schauen. Solide Küche, freundlich zugewandter Service. Lohnt aber zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Ich bestellte eine Carbonara und bekam Schinken in Sahnesauce, und obendrein musste ich 40 Minuten auf mein Essen warten.

Schade, bis gestern hatte uns die Pizza und Vorspeise sehr gut geschmeckt. Diesmal war es nicht annähernd das Geschmackserlebnis, wie wir es gewohnt waren. Schade um das Geld...und meinen Magen.

Super tolles, sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Das Brot vorweg ist super lecker. Der Service ist super freundlich und kompetent. Kann ich sehr weiter empfehlen.

Interessante location zum Essen gehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gerichte sind lecker. Preis - Leistung sind gut.

Seit dem Besitzerwechsel finde ich das Essen persönlich nicht mehr so gut wie vorher. Ambiente immer noch toll mit dem Blick aber der Außenbereich braucht dringend einen Refresh. Auch drinnen ist es etwas karg. Die Angestellten geben sich sehr viel Mühe und sind super freundlich. Preise sind auf jeden Fall okay. Arbeitet dringend an eurem Ambiente. Das ist mit nicht allzu viel Kosten deutlich zu verbessern. Und ich muss leider sagen dass eure Carbonara richtig schlimm geworden ist. Viel zu salzig. Kann man überhaupt nicht essen.

Das Essen war lecker, auch wenn es mich gewundert hat, warum mein Steack unter Pilzen und Zwiebeln lag. Das habe ich vielleicht auf der Karte überlesen. Das Restaurant liegt natürlich sehr malerisch auf dem Wasser. Also ich würde da jede Zeit erneut hingehen. Obwohl wir, beim begrüßen nicht platziert wurden, es wurde gesagt wir dürfen uns einfach setzen, als wir saßen hies es dann, nicht hier und auf die Rechnung haben wir auch länger gewartet.

Sehr leckeres Essen- zweimal Spaghetti al rucola bestellt und tartufo bianco- beides sehr gut und dazu mit angemessener Wartezeit. Super nette und aufmerksame Bedienung, tolles Ambiente mit Blick auf das Wasser und frischen Blumen auf den Tischen. Gene immer wieder!

Hat mich leider enttäuscht...wenig Italien im Essen zu finden.

Wirklich einen tollen Tag im Seaside gehabt. Mega Service , leckerrs Essen mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Der Service ist hervorragend. Die Kellner sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne hier her. Mein Tipp: unbedingt das frittierte Brot probieren :))

Super schöner Blick und herrliches italienisches Essen

Sehr angenehmes italienisches Restaurant, das auch abseits von Pizza und Pasta hervorragende Küche hat. Nettes und aufmerksames Personal und auch zu moderaten Preisen. Wir (2 Familien mit z.T. kleinen Kindern) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Essen kam fast 2 Stunden zu spät. War sehr enttäuscht. Ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen!!!

Hallo liebe Leute Wir waren am 26.12. im BaySide. Das Restaurant war Übervoll und sehr beengt im unteren Teil. Nach der Bestellung haben wir fast eineinhalb Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet 👎, und das war nicht das erste Mal! Wir haben auch mitbekommen, das andere Gäste vergessen worden sind oder das falsche oder unvollständiges Essen bekommen haben. Als Entschuldigung dürfte man ein Getränk auf Haus bestellen. Seitens des Personals gab es sonst keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Also wir fahren dort nicht mehr hin! Schade eigendlich, da das Essen wirklich gut ist.

Essen nicht lecker, Tischdecke stark dreckig, lange Wartezeiten, Spinnenweben über dem Tisch, und und und. Leider ein Fehlgriff auf Empfehlung.

Dieses mal leider sehr enttäuschend. Hatten reserviert, jedoch war gar kein Tisch für uns vorbereitet. Haben dann auf die Speisen über 90 Minuten gewartet. Diese kamen dann kalt und in kleinen Portionen. Generell ist es auf dem Boot extrem kalt. Saßen hier mit Jacken an. Die Preise sind jedoch deutlich angehoben worden. Dafür hat die Qualität der Speisen eher abgenommen. War leider das letzte mal für uns.

Super Restaurant!!! Das Essen war total lecker, der Service richtig freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Atmosphäre sehr gut:) Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!:) Wir haben unsere Weihnachtsfeier dort verbracht. Für Feiern oder einfach größere Personenansammlungen also durchaus auch geeignet. *****

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant auf einem Großen Schiff auf der Trave. Das Essen war exzellent und sehr lecker. Auch die Portionsgröße war mehr als genug. Mit Vorspeise und Hauptspeise hatte ich ganz schön zu kämpfen. Die Nudelgerichte sind in einer heißen Pfanne serviert und sehr frisch. Auch die Pizza wirkte durchweg sehr groß und gut belegt.

Wir hatten die Pilzcremesuppe, Carpacio und Bruschetta vorweg. Als Hauptspeise die Bolognese, Pizza Scampi und die Calzone. Alles kam schnell, der Service war klasse. Fahren glücklich nachhause. Leider habe ich erst am Ende an ein Foto gedacht. 5 ⭐️

Bin leider weniger zufrieden und hatte definitiv mehr erwartet. Im Sommer mag es auf der Terrasse sicherlich sehr schön sein im Winter allerdings hat das ganze im oberen Bereich mehr charme einer Kantine und ist sehr laut und wenig gemütlich vom Ambiente her.

Schönes Restaurant mit gutem Essen. Das Restaurant befindet sich auf einem Schiff, was ein sehr schönes Ambiente hergibt. Das Essen war gut und der Service auch.

Zuerst einmal war es toll das wir ohne Reservierung noch einen Tisch bekommen haben. Ich war vor etwa 3 Jahren schon mal hier war aber nicht so begeistert. Das Ambiente auf dem Oberdeck war eher nicht besonders einladend, eher wie ein Landgasthof. Die Bedienung die uns den Tisch zugewiesen hat war sehr höflich und freundlich. Das Essen meiner Frau war ok mehr aber auch nicht. Ich hatte ein Risotto mit Spinat, Pilzen und Gorgonzola bestellt. Bereits beim ersten bissen merkte ich das so viel Käse im Essen war das ich ziemlich schnell passen musste um kein Bauchweh zu bekommen. Als der Kellner dann fragte ob alles in Ordnung sei sagte ich ihm das es extrem zu viel Käse ist und ich da nicht gegen an komme und er sagte dann „ALLES GUT.“ Ich war so verblüfft das mir nichts weiter dazu einfiel. Leider waren die Pilze aus der Dose . Das war eine echte Enttäuschung für 18 Euro. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder

A very beautiful ambiance on the water. It's truly something special. The view of Lübeck is truly beautiful. The food was lovingly prepared and very tasty. Good, well-selected wines, draft beer, and an attentive, smiling, friendly, and pretty waitress who was eager but not intrusive. I would love to come back.

Das Essen war gut. Besser wäre es gewesen, wenn man nicht 2 Stunden hätte darauf warten müssen. Auch Getränke sind unterhalb einer Stunde Wartezeit nicht zu bekommen.

Wir gehen nicht oft, aber schon gerne ins Seaside. Selten gönne ich mir das Rinderfilet mit Gorgonzolasoße, Rosmarinkartoffeln und Brokkoli. War früher immer gut, aber diesmal war ich schon recht enttäuscht. 2 Kartoffelspalten und 3 kleine Brokkolieröschen als Beilage, sowie eine Gorgonzolasoße, die eigentlich nur nach Sahne geschmeckt hat. Da erwarte ich für 37,50 Euro schon etwas mehr.

Auf der oberen ist man nicht ganz im Fokus der Kellner/innen

I've been there occasionally for years, and it's always been okay. The food quality has declined over the last two times (they said it was because a chef was sick/no reason for inferior food that was already expensive). On top of that, I've had to wait over an hour both times, and I was disappointed with the food after it arrived. The service is generally okay, but not outstanding. I no longer recommend it, and there are better alternatives in Lübeck.

Seit Jahren gelegentlich da und es war immer er Ordnung. Seit den letzten beiden malen ist die Essens Qualität gesunken (Aussage war weil ein Koch krank/ keine Grund für schlechteres essen das eh schon teuer ist). Dazu muss ich jetzt die beiden male über eine stunde warten und war nachdem es kam enttäuscht vom essen. Der Service ist in der Regel okay aber auch nicht überragend. Von mir nicht mehr empfehlenswert und da gibt es in Lübeck bessere Alternativen

We were there for dinner with a group of 12 people (with a reservation). We waited almost 2 hours for our food! Our orders were then brought in "bites," and one meal was completely forgotten! Unfortunately, there were a few complaints, as two of the salami pizzas still had the plastic wrappers on the sausage slices, and the Parma ham pizza was missing honey and figs. Despite complaining, the figs were forgotten twice, but the honey was on it instead! The second complained salami pizza was then delivered another 45 minutes later. The service was attentive but unfortunately completely overwhelmed! Due to the complaints, we at least got a round of drinks on the house! However, the food was tasty. The restaurant actually makes a really nice impression and was very busy. We couldn't understand why the service and the kitchen were so chaotic today.

Yes, it's not an everyday occurrence on the ship. Very nice and accommodating.

We celebrated our civil wedding at Seaside and were beyond thrilled! The contact beforehand, the service, and especially the food were all fantastic. Everyone was thrilled, and we were even more so. The lovely waitress, whose name we unfortunately didn't ask for, read our every wish from our lips – something you rarely experience! We were completely satisfied and would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for allowing us to celebrate this special day so beautifully with you. We will definitely be back!

We visited with friends at the end of August and received a warm welcome. The restaurant, located on a ship, promises a great ambiance. This, along with the website, prompted us to reserve a table for the six of us. On the day of our visit, it was very warm. We were seated indoors on the first floor. Unfortunately, the fans didn't work, so we started to sweat profusely. There are no windows that open. The view outside was obscured by a large spider, but luckily it was sitting outside. Overall, I felt the outside needed a bit of cleaning. When ordering my Gorgonzola schnitzel, I asked if I could swap the fried potatoes for pasta. However, this wasn't possible. I've never experienced anything like it before. We asked to keep a menu for dessert, but apparently, this wasn't possible either, as all the menus were taken. The wine we ordered was poured into three glasses but remained at the head of the table. We had to distribute them ourselves. The staff walked past our table several times during our visit. Unfortunately, no one noticed when the glasses were empty, so we had to make ourselves known to order more drinks. A larger group arrived about 30 minutes after us and received their ordered appetizers and drinks quite quickly. We, however, had to wait for the appetizer after the group had already been served their first main courses. After I complained to our waiter, he wanted to ask again when our food would be ready. After waiting for over an hour and a half, we finally got our food. Without any apology. In our opinion, our order was simply forgotten. My husband and I weren't impressed with the taste. There was no taste of Gorgonzola in our sauce. The sauce, on the other hand, tasted like granulated broth. Normally, you're asked if you'd like dessert, an espresso, or a coffee. Ours was simply cleared away. We also lost the desire to order anything else. We can't recommend the restaurant. The overall impression didn't convince us.

Super friendly staff, great service, lots of opportunities to move around the ship, food and drinks on every floor. The very bottom floor has a small dance floor; it was really nice.

There are far more seats than waiters, and the aisles are far too narrow for the high traffic. The restrooms were so-so.

Highly recommended. We'll be happy to come back again and again.

In glorious weather, we sat on the deck of the "ship" and enjoyed the food, drinks, and service. This is how we will keep fond memories of Lübeck.

Well-visited place and cool idea with a boat as a restaurant. We had the sweetest waiter and she was efficient, service-minded and smiling❤️🌹 We had sat outside but unfortunately it got too cold and we were therefore allowed to move inside. The only downside was that we waited for the food for an hour.

We spent the whole day canoeing in Lübeck and discovered this restaurant along the way. The food, service, and ambiance are simply wonderful. They offer fantastic, friendly staff and a fantastic location! The pizza was the best I've had in a long time! Highly recommended, and we're already looking forward to our next vacation in the north.

We enjoyed going there for years. But at some point, the quality of the food and, to some extent, the service changed noticeably. Unfortunately, this hasn't changed in the last four visits. Therefore, we've decided to go to a competitor in the future.

The food was excellent, and the service was very good and friendly. Unfortunately, there were a lot of spiders at our table, which we didn't find particularly pleasant. However, it was a lovely spot by the water and we could watch the boats and paddlers. We'd be happy to come back, but not at this table.

We had a good meal, but a bit more staff would have been ideal, but that's just the way it is everywhere these days. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

We were recommended the Seaside restaurant. The food was terrible. I absolutely don't understand the reviews that describe the food as delicious. I've been a chef in 4- and 5-star hotels for over 30 years. The service was unfriendly, and the cleanliness could use a rag. There was no apology or offer of anything. Unprofessional. A real shame.

Delicious and perfectly fine. Prices were high, but the ambiance was not. Service was quick and attentive.

We were very satisfied with the ambiance, the food, and also with the service staff. Everyone was very friendly and polite. The only downside: We had to request payment twice and still wait... What a shame! Otherwise, it would have been perfect.

We've eaten there several times, but today the service was a disaster. My husband got a Coke shower—his shirt was wet, his jacket was stained. The waitress commented, "Should we pay for the cleaning?" What a question. She wasn't seen again that evening. When we asked, they said, "Well, then they'll send us the cleaning bill." That's not good service. When we asked for an ashtray, we were given a dirty one. It wasn't a pleasant evening for us. It was the last visit for us, and for our friends, too.

That was the worst evening I've ever experienced in this restaurant! You're not even noticed as an individual when you arrive and are treated like air. Other customers are offered tables first. You wait forever at the table to place an order. The drink arrives at the same time as the food, when you're almost dying of thirst. The mixed salad had way too much vinegar and oil and was just sour. The pasta with salmon was good. Twice they tried to bring me bread, but I never saw it. I couldn't eat until later because no cutlery was provided. Ordering another drink wasn't possible because no one else came. They cleared the table without asking how the food was. They probably already knew that only bad things would come. Paying at the table wasn't possible either, since no one else came. So I had to do it at the counter, WITHOUT a tip! All evening, cutlery was left behind on the first floor, guests were ignored, and no one asked how satisfied they were. Only glasses and dirty cutlery fell while clearing the table. Service was nonexistent, and they could have earned much more money from the guests.

Fresh fish. Attentive service. Poor bathroom facilities. It's actually a snack bar.

Very nice restaurant and very nice staff

Very poor service! We had to wait over 20 minutes for our order to be taken, and then another hour for the food to be served. When we pointed out that we had to wait a very long time, the response was, "You can see it's packed." Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the otherwise delicious meal because we had an appointment, and the two hours we had planned weren't enough time to dine comfortably. Guests who placed their orders after us had finished eating before we were served any food. A disappointing experience!

Delicious food and sweet and fast service. Large starter, but a bit small with vegetables and potatoes for the main course.

The Seaside attracted us with its shape and location. Unfortunately, the impractical and unsightly seating on the terrace prevented it from receiving a better rating. The lobster and spaghetti carbona were delicious. The service was slow to get going.

This ship is definitely worth a visit. There's no rough sea, but there are parking spaces in front of the berth. Beautiful view of Lübeck's towers and the harbor. The food isn't bad either. A few appetizers are enough for us today. The wine is also tasty, and a bottle is still affordable. We received friendly service. What more could you want?

Very tasty food and a varied menu. Unfortunately, there isn't a large selection for vegans, but there are vegan dishes, and the vegan portion of the group was also satisfied. Unfortunately, not all desserts were available at this late hour, which was only noticed when the food was served. Perhaps this could be improved, as otherwise an alternative would have been chosen.

"Hunger drives us in..." We just ate there and were quite disappointed. 1. The tablecloth was dirty from previous guests. It was only changed when we asked. The waiter had already laid out cutlery for us... Hello!!??? 2. My partner ordered a Duckstein. It was light and tasted sweet. When we asked, they "checked" and confirmed that it was a Duckstein!? All the other guests received bread. We didn't. Perhaps we weren't "appropriate"?? 3. Some of the food was cold and the pizza didn't have enough cheese. The crust was rock hard. 4. Some of the windows were very dirty from the outside, and there were lots of cobwebs. 5. We asked the waiter in charge twice for permission to pay. The third time, we asked a different waiter for the bill. We felt like second-class guests. That shouldn't happen in a restaurant. We certainly won't be coming back. Besides the cold food, what annoyed us most was the condescending way we were treated.

The location is great, thumbs up! Service is underwhelming, and the food is more provincial Italian. It's a shame. There's real potential.

We "only" had an Aperol Spritz outside on the back deck in the sun. It was delicious. The staff is extremely friendly! Next time we'll come for dinner, too!

The food was delicious, but there was far too little. I want to be full when I go out to eat. We waited a long time for the food and the bill. That wasn't service-oriented.

We had reservations for 25 people. Everything was coordinated, including the champagne toast. It didn't work out so well, but overall the staff made a great effort. I highly recommend it; other guests had different opinions. I will definitely eat there more often in the future.

A special ambience on the deck of the boat. The restaurant offers plenty of seating, so reservations make sense - especially when there are more visitors. The map is much more extensive than you can see on the website. The service was friendly and regularly asked if anything was missing.

The food (seafood pizza was well topped and the dough was crispy, Vitello Tonato had creamy dressing and the meat quality was very good, perhaps the tuna flavor could be emphasized a bit) was very tasty. The service staff are very nice, but could be a little quicker. The atmosphere outside on the Trave in sunny weather is very nice. The prices are great!

Classic Italian, inexpensive, quick and tasty. The canneloni are particularly recommended. Update: it was quick. We went to Seaside yesterday and had to wait almost an hour for our food. The payment process also took a long time and unfortunately my drink was forgotten. The new waiter did a great job to start with. The food was again very good.

We stopped in spontaneously, were immediately assigned a nice table, and had a really good meal. The portions were presented with a lot of effort. The service was very attentive and friendly.

We arrived late due to a traffic jam on the highway, the extremely attentive staff made it possible for us to get to the theater on time and get our very tasty food quickly. Thanks for that
