Cozy place, they made us sit in the beer garden, friendly staff, they brought our daughter colors and an album to draw decent food, we took 2 pizzas, they were very rich in toppings, a bit "mappazzona" in style but quite good, the wine was a very good merlot. Prices adequate to average

Very nice restaurant, great atmosphere on the terrace, very nice and great service. We were there for the first time, without a reservation, but they still took great care to ensure that we got a table. Very good, we will come back, then with a reservation.

Restaurant located in Lübeck city center with a beautiful veranda, attractive menu and interesting ambience. Well attended for a Tuesday evening. You have to plan for a little waiting time. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked very attractive. The portions are normal size. Price-performance is okay. Everything we had was delicious. If you're looking for a pizza with a high crust, this is the place for you. Service was nice and helpful. Gladly again.

We waited so long that we ended up leaving

I've been here several times to eat and I've always enjoyed it. Last time I visited, my pasta dish wasn't as hot as I was used to, but I hope it was a one-time thing. Otherwise you can say something, I think. The service was very friendly, but could have paid better attention to their guests. Drinks should only be taken after eating. Order, I think it's a bit late. Due to the almost finished house (construction site) next to the winter garden, it loses its charm. I hope that this will be resolved once the house is finished.

There was absolutely nothing Italian about it but that's not the biggest problem... The food was really bad and then at 9pm they didn't make us coffee because they had already cleaned the machine.

The food was better, but what bothered us most was the poor service. First of all, it took a while until we were brought to our reserved table. Afterwards we waited a long time for the menu and then for the drinks. The food came relatively promptly, but a drink only came after we ordered twice ☹️

Went to the Ristorante Italiano Florentina today for father and son lunch. Ambience on the terrace was very nice. Friendly, unobtrusive service and very good food. The pizza is one of the best I have eaten in Lübeck so far. Definitely worth recommending.

The tiramisu was sold out, but otherwise we had a great time with tasty food and wine!

There were 7 of us, we had made a reservation, the table was set for 5. This could of course be remedied quickly, the service was very motivated, but unfortunately some drinks were forgotten and a meal that was ordered by a latecomer arrived first, well before the rest of the food. A meal was booked incorrectly and it came with pasta instead of pizza. An exchange was offered, but of course we wouldn't have eaten together. A tiramisu was delivered to the house without asking, which was very friendly. What was really stupid for us was that we had ordered quite a lot and in the end when we paid we were told that card payment was not possible. None of us had seen it anywhere (it's probably at the entrance, unfortunately we couldn't find it quickly when we went out) and of course we didn't have enough cash with us. A short personal note at the beginning or in between would have been nice. In a restaurant like this you would expect some of the expensive items (basic gin and tonic €15!, aperitif €9.50) to be paid by card. In addition, it is unusual for actual prices to not match those posted online. I don't know if we'll come back.

I was registered for the entrepreneurs' meeting (HL-Mittisch) at Florentina last Thursday. We use these meetings during the lunch break to make further contacts. I didn't find the organization in the restaurant to be good at all - the waiting time was very long (well over an hour). But order taking and serving could also have been handled better and more effectively. My meal was passable, but it didn't surprise me in a positive way.

On an excursion to Lubeck for a group, the cuisine was very good and the service was fast and friendly.

One word: disappointing. When I ordered an appetizer, the waiter announced, “There is no soup available. It's on your menu and it's Saturday, 6:15 p.m., make soup!" After ordering, the aperitif came too late and the main course too early. There was no option to order a glass of wine with the main course. Regardless, the food and drinks had little taste and were of low quality. The experience was more like fast food than a restaurant dinner. We won't be coming back.

Very good Italian cuisine in Lübeck, cozy and covered terrace, gladly again

It's nice to sit outside there, especially in summer. The service was friendly. The food is okay (bruschetta as a starter, pizzas as a main course), but it didn't blow me away. The pizza knife actually didn't cut at all, which made cutting quite a saber act. I actually didn't like the bruschetta, too little garlic, cheap bread. I found it a bit too expensive for the circumstances described.

We were there with 16 people and were very disappointed. One meal was completely missing and some of the others were simply missing ingredients. Like mushrooms, for example. The portion of my meal (the parmesan pasta with fillet tips) was too small for everyone who ordered it and only lukewarm. We left hungry. Which was a shame because we were really looking forward to a nice end to the day. Then one of us ordered the Picata Melanese and the dish was not seasoned. Even the noodles tasted like nothing. The breading on the schnitzel was probably not the right one either. In my opinion, price/performance doesn't fit.

Lunch here was part of an MSC cruise excursion. The food and service was excellent. Lovely restaurant. We had Wiener Snitzel, and roasted vegetables. Great draft beer and wine.

Disaster. Unfortunately. We had high hopes and I don't actually write reviews, but so many things went wrong that I just want to warn others. Starting with the water. Water was ordered in Still. We were given “Premium Water” in a glass bottle that said “Sparkling Water”, so still water was put into this bottle and served to us that way. We ordered wine, it tasted good, we ordered the same again, got another one. Then to the food: We ordered an appetizer, bruschetta and salad. The starter (!) came to the table 3 minutes after the main course. The pizza tasted blandly tasteless. The noodles in “Parmesan Sud” were simple noodles in a cream sauce with parmesan sprinkled on top, they tasted ok. The pasta with tomato sauce was also really not good, the sauce tasted like ready-made sauce. Only the ambience in the backyard was very nice. Conclusion: Tastes vary, but after so much misfortune, this assessment has to be easy. In my opinion there are much better Italians in Lübeck(!)

Nettes Ambiente,etwas laut. Eigentlich hatten wir für 9 Erwachsene reserviert. Mit 8 Personen hatten wir zum Glück genug Platz. Die Zubereitung hat zu lange gedauert, als das Essen kam waren alle Gericht nur lauwarm.

Nice restaurant in Lübeck's old town, pizza was small but tasty. The waiter, however, was in a hurry to clear the food: I was still chewing and he already took the plate from the table. Then the bill came on a small handwritten note that he took out of his pocket. Suddenly it was no longer possible to pay by card, that would only be possible if the boss came and he wasn't there, we would have to wait longer but could pay in cash straight away... very strange. Especially since the restaurant was practically empty.

I would like to give more, but I cannot reconcile what we experienced with my conscience. My friend and I had dinner there. Our order was taken quickly, we were served very well and didn't have to wait long for our food. With the exception of the fact that I missed tomatoes in my pasta dish, the food was very tasty. The only thing that bothered us was that after eating we were treated like air when the plates were cleared away. The guest is actually asked if they have another wish, but we could have definitely waited hours for that. We sat at the table as ordered and not picked up, while an extended family who were certainly relatives or friends were treated like royalty. The restaurant wasn't even full and I would have liked another dessert until I saw our bill and forgot about it. Once and never again.

Das Ambiente ist o.k., Bedienung freundlich, die Pizza gut, die Tagliatelle wurden jedoch in Pizzasauce ertränkt, absolut nicht lecker, Dosenchampignons dazu gehen gar nicht für den Preis. Schade…

We had a nice evening for 6 at the Florentina. The starters consisted of buffalo morzarella, melon with Parma ham and classic bruschetta. The orders were taken promptly and very friendly. Only the agreement in the service was not smooth, as a second service person came to the table three times and wanted to take the order again. The main course was grilled lamb fillet, saltim boca and various pasta dishes. Everyone enjoyed it very much, the dishes were presented very attractively and the quantity was just right. Dessert came with tartufo and mascarpone. The taruff was very delicious, the mascarpone lacked a little flavor, it was rather bland and didn't feel like anything special. The double espresso went wonderfully with it. We had a lovely time, the acoustics in the winter garden are pleasant and the staff were very nice and accommodating.

Eines der schlechtesten Restaurants, Essen war ungenießbar hat mit authentisch italienischer Küche nichts zu tun, Koch sollte noch mal in die Lehre gehen oder ausgetauscht werden. Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Inhaber oder wer es auch sonst war hat uns des Restaurants verwiesen und Hausverbot erteilt, leider sehr Kritikunfähig.Ich kann überhaupt nicht verstehen wo die vielen guten Bewertungen herkommen. Eigentlich Schade!!!

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Restaurant, sehr freundliche Bedienung und wirklich gute Speisen. Hier kann man einen schönen Abend verbringen.

Im Florentina hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Kellnerin war überaus freundlich, die Speisekarte bietet eine tolle Auswahl und die Gerichte waren sehr lecker. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Waren mit unseren Kindern und Bekannten auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt gewesen . Der Hunger machte sich bemerkbar und haben da noch einen Tisch für 7 Leute bekommen. Die Pizzen waren hervorragend, ich hatte einen großen Salat gehabt. Einfach lecker. Werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen. Vielen Dank für die schnelle und freundliche Bedienung.

Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant in zentraler Lage. Neben Pizza und Pasta gibt es auch Fleisch- und Fischgerichte - sprich: es ist schon ein wenig mehr als die normale Pizzeria. Wir waren in der Vorweihnachtszeit da - da ist reservieren ein absolutes Muss. Ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass das auch zu anderen Zeiten angezeigt ist. Die Wartezeiten waren - obwohl es supervoll war - absolut angemessen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Ach ja, und das Essen war natürlich auch sehr lecker.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen und Hund hier essen. Ging alles problemlos, hatten aber reserviert. Essen war sehr gut, Service aufmerksam. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt.

Mit Ach und Krach 3 Sterne. Vitello Tonnato sehr speziell zubereitet. Uns hat es nicht geschmeckt. Nudeln waren ok. Einrichtung renovierungsbedürftig

4.2 stars from 5 The restaurant does not have an English Menu, however the staff more or less spoke English if you had any questions. The staff was nice, during our lunch they asked if everything was okay. The food was very tasty, I had no problem with the pizza. Pizza was great. The tortellini were also very tasty. However, the sauce was very salty. The restaurant did not seem cozy to me, rather elegant, but it was not my style. I don't mean to say that it was bad, the restaurant was nice.

Obwohl das Ambiente sehr ansprechend ist und die Preise entsprechend, schmeckt das Essen aufgewärmt und nicht frisch zubereitet. Allein die Spaghetti werden am Tisch in einem riesigen Parmesankäse frisch „zubereitet“ und sind ein entsprechender eye-catcher. Die Rosmarinkartoffeln jedoch sind ohne Rosmarin, mehlig und schmecken und riechen aufgewärmt. Schade.

Ein wundervoller Abend, Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, Essen großartig, wer Lübeck besucht und nicht im Florentiner essen... hat definitiv etwas verpasst!

Wir waren zu zweit an einem Freitag Nachmittag hier, wo es noch schön leer war. Die Servicemitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hat unsere Bestellung schnell aufgenommen. Eine Vorspeise zum Teilen, Hauptspeisen sowie Getränke. Die Getränke kamen recht zügig. Sehr zügig kamen auch die Hauptspeisen, die Vorspeise wurde leider vergessen. Diese haben wir dann erhalten, nachdem wir mit der Haupspeise fertig waren (nach zweiter Anfrage - dafür ging sie dann aber auf‘s Haus). Man muss sagen, dass die Speisekarte eine tolle Auswahl hat und es Spezielles gibt, wie zum Beispiel Trüffel, Büffelmozzarella etc. Die Hauptspeisen waren klasse. Die Vorspeise (Bruschetta) hatte nach unserem Geschmack viel zu wenig Knoblauch und Zwiebeln und das Brot war zu hart.

Wirklich tolles Essen, sehr freundliche Bedienung und für meine Spaghetti wurde ein riesiger Parmesanlaib herangeholt! Eines der besten Gerichte, die ich je gegessen habe!

Super Restaurant! Die Piadina als Vorspeise absolut lecker ebenfalls das Hauptgericht, Tortellini alla Panna. Kellnerin sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Nur zu empfehlen. 😋

Reservieren lohnt sich! Das Restaurant ist gut besucht und der Service zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier eindeutig!

E' giusto premettere che non avrei scelto questo ristorante ma era un pranzo obbligato per visita di gruppo a Lubecca e che buona parte della disinformazione e del disservizio sono dovuti all'organizzatore della visita. Veniamo serviti all'esterno del ristorante, senza aria e con i tavoli parzialmente sotto al sole in una giornata piuttosto calda. Ci viene detto che possiamo scegliere solo tra due piatti: ravioli oppure carne, con bibite incluse. Nessuna altra indicazione. Ordiniamo quindi un piatto di carne, un'acqua e una birra a testa. La birra arriva quasi calda e già iniziamo male. Ci dicono inoltre che possiamo avere solo una bevanda e quindi la seconda dobbiamo pagarla... Ovviamente ci fanno pagare la birra che costa di più e non l'acqua (che hanno considerato inclusa). Questa l'ho trovata proprio una furbata di basso livello. Altri ospiti che hanno chiesto la birra (inclusa) hanno pagato invece l'acqua chiesta in seguito, spendendo meno. Preciso che il punto non sono gli spicci in più spesi per la birra ma il principio di fondo. Arriva finalmente la carne e scopriamo che si tratta di due cotolette, sotto le quali per contorno troviamo ..... degli spaghetti scotti, cosa che non sapevamo e che di italiano ha davvero poco. Abbiamo mangiato comunque perché non ci piace sprecare il cibo. Mi spiace dirlo ma non consiglio di mangiare in questo ristorante a Lubecca soprattutto se volete davvero mangiare italiano.

Auf einen lauwarmen Donnerstagabend, bin ich ganz zufällig auf das Florentine gestoßen. Das schöne Gebäude hat von außen schon eingeladen und der Gang durch das Tor zum Hinterhof hat alle Erwartungen bestätigt. Eine charmante Terrasse, gut gelaunte und gefüllte Tische. Mein Platz an der grünen Hecke habe ich umgehend durch sehr sympathisches Personal erhalten und trotz gefüllter Stühle war sowohl mein Glas Rotwein und die schon am Eingang bestellten Tourtelini in weniger als 10 Minuten bei mir. Auch das Essen rundete den Besuch im Florentine mit gutem Geschmack und leckeren, nicht aufdringlichen Würze ab. Ich bedanke mich und empfehle euer schönes Lokal von Herzen gerne weiter. Ich bin selbst Gastronom und bewerte dieses Restaurant mit fünf Sternen, da sie alle meine Erwartungen erfüllt haben. Die Speisekarte hat eine gute Auswahl. Unser Essen war vorzüglich, der Service wie immer sehr nett und vorbildlich. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu euch.
