The food was good, but the service was very slow and not satisfactory.

We discovered this place by chance. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly over the past few years. The pizzas are okay. The pasta isn't as tasty anymore, and the very small portions are particularly negative. There were four of us, and none of us were satisfied. Too bad, we'll look for something else.

Even though we didn't get anything to eat here, I'm happy to give this place 5 stars for their extremely friendly attitude when, after half an hour, we still couldn't find a restroom and asked if we could use it for a fee. They agreed without hesitation, but they didn't want any money. Thank you!!!

We were welcomed by a smiling staff. The food we ordered was exceptionally good and there was plenty of it. We left happy and full and both knew that it wasn't the last time we came there. Really to UG for the whole thing.

The portions of spaghetti dishes are far too small, but tasty. More suitable for children. The waitress just gave me the water bottle unopened. Something like this is more of a snack bar and not a restaurant.

Were there as a guest at a family celebration, the food was pre-ordered. Great starter arrangement, great main courses. The spaghetti with parmesan truffles was a bit overdone with the cheese, but otherwise great.

We ate in the restaurant with a larger group and I said straight away - the service was excellent. Not only in terms of friendliness, but also when it came to the starters, for example, where a large round of antipasti was created without further ado, also taking allergy sufferers into account. The main courses were also very good, even though my own (Pasta Gorgonzola) didn't contain enough Gorgonzola for my personal taste, I can still highly recommend this Italian restaurant. The ambience is also very appropriate. A bit crooked, but that's actually part of the charm of every restaurant, because nobody wants to dine in a large hall. The acoustics then become a problem.

We wouldn't go there anymore. It looks inviting from the outside, but inside it smelled like toilets 🙈 The waitress was very friendly, but forgot the drink when reordering. The food was ok, but very simple. The men haven't had enough... Unfortunately the pizza was also a bit too greasy. It is not handicapped accessible at all! You have to go up a few steps and the toilets are in the basement. It's a shame, we expected more given the prices.

Wir gehen gerne essen und besonders ich gehe sehr gern zum Italiener. Aber hier war alles anders. Die Bedienung war zwar gut und hat sich bemüht, den Wünschen gerecht zu werden. Das Essen meines Mannes war geschmacklos (kein Pilzaroma, Pilzgeschmack bei Ravioli mit Steinpilzen) und mein Essen schmeckte mir leider überhaupt nicht. Nie wieder!

Went into the restaurant by chance... since our doctor's appointment was still a while away, we asked if we could just order a coffee... were more than surprised by the friendliness... of course. We were so pleased with this that we returned to eat after the doctor's appointment... We received professional advice and service from a very friendly team. We had a starter and a main course... it was very, very tasty and of the best quality... we would love to come back and are already looking forward to the next time. A nice Italian restaurant in Lübeck city center near the cathedral. The food (the pizza and spaghetti) was super delicious! The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately we had to wait a little long until the menu arrived and our order was taken. The price is still okay. Visited as a group of three on a Saturday evening. Very busy, a reservation is recommended, or just try your luck. Definitely recommended to everyone.

Fuimos aquí el 12 de octubre con un grupo de excursiones a pie del MSC Euribia, atracado en Kiel. Nuestro guía reservó con antelación y había dado nuestras órdenes, así que nos sentamos rápidamente y las bebidas fueron traídas rápidamente por personal bien organizado y amable. La cerveza estaba buena y fría. Nuestro almuerzo fue Schnitzel de ternera (dos piezas grandes) con papas, pimiento rojo, hongos y calabacín. Muy delicioso, y las porciones superaron lo que esperaba. Vale la pena visitarlo. Buena comida, buenos servidores, a solo unos 10 minutos a pie de la Puerta Holsten.

We were at the Florentina for the first time and were very satisfied. I chose the Pizza Florentina with salami, ham and garlic. That was the best pizza I've eaten in a long time! Absolutely recommended. Very cozy atmosphere, the chairs are super comfortable, and the thick fabric napkins really look good. You feel really comfortable here. The service was very nice and attentive, we were asked several times if everything was OK. It doesn't get any better. We will definitely come back.

Restaurant located in Lübeck city center with a beautiful veranda, attractive menu and interesting ambience. Well attended for a Tuesday evening. You have to plan for a little waiting time. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked very attractive. The portions are normal size. Price-performance is okay. Everything we had was delicious. If you're looking for a pizza with a high crust, this is the place for you. Service was nice and helpful. Gladly again.

I've been here several times to eat and I've always enjoyed it. Last time I visited, my pasta dish wasn't as hot as I was used to, but I hope it was a one-time thing. Otherwise you can say something, I think. The service was very friendly, but could have paid better attention to their guests. Drinks should only be taken after eating. Order, I think it's a bit late. Due to the almost finished house (construction site) next to the winter garden, it loses its charm. I hope that this will be resolved once the house is finished.

There was absolutely nothing Italian about it but that's not the biggest problem... The food was really bad and then at 9pm they didn't make us coffee because they had already cleaned the machine.

The food was better, but what bothered us most was the poor service. First of all, it took a while until we were brought to our reserved table. Afterwards we waited a long time for the menu and then for the drinks. The food came relatively promptly, but a drink only came after we ordered twice ☹️

Went to the Ristorante Italiano Florentina today for father and son lunch. Ambience on the terrace was very nice. Friendly, unobtrusive service and very good food. The pizza is one of the best I have eaten in Lübeck so far. Definitely worth recommending.

Einfache Online Reservierung. Ehrlich herzlicher Empfang. Als wir im 18:45 kamen,war noch recht wenig los, füllte sich aber zusehends innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Unsere Bedienung war überaus freundlich,erkundigte sich immer wieder mal ob alles okay ist. Man merkte ihr an dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Begeisterung macht. Das Essen war geschmacklich ein Hochgenuss, wenn auch die Portionen hätten etwas größer sein können. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert, ein tolles Restaurant in Historischer Umgebung.

There were 7 of us, we had made a reservation, the table was set for 5. This could of course be remedied quickly, the service was very motivated, but unfortunately some drinks were forgotten and a meal that was ordered by a latecomer arrived first, well before the rest of the food. A meal was booked incorrectly and it came with pasta instead of pizza. An exchange was offered, but of course we wouldn't have eaten together. A tiramisu was delivered to the house without asking, which was very friendly. What was really stupid for us was that we had ordered quite a lot and in the end when we paid we were told that card payment was not possible. None of us had seen it anywhere (it's probably at the entrance, unfortunately we couldn't find it quickly when we went out) and of course we didn't have enough cash with us. A short personal note at the beginning or in between would have been nice. In a restaurant like this you would expect some of the expensive items (basic gin and tonic €15!, aperitif €9.50) to be paid by card. In addition, it is unusual for actual prices to not match those posted online. I don't know if we'll come back.

Haben spaghetti mit Garnelen und Lachs bestellt. Spaghetti haben kaum geschmeckt und waren zu aldente und wurden dann auf bitte nochmal in der Pfanne nachgeschwenkt, dann schmeckte es, der Lachs war leider trocken, da half nichts mehr. Die haben stolze Preise, bei diesen Preisen erwarte ich erfahrenen Koch und leckeres Essen das gut zubereitet ist. Zum Ambiente: schöne lokation und Atmosphäre, auf den Tischen stehen leider nur kaputte Kerzen Halter, alle kanten abgesplittert, die Toiletten entsprechen der lokation in keinster Weise Wir haben entschieden, dass wir nicht wieder kommen.

I was registered for the entrepreneurs' meeting (HL-Mittisch) at Florentina last Thursday. We use these meetings during the lunch break to make further contacts. I didn't find the organization in the restaurant to be good at all - the waiting time was very long (well over an hour). But order taking and serving could also have been handled better and more effectively. My meal was passable, but it didn't surprise me in a positive way.

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in dem Lokal. Aber zum ersten Mal sind wir mit dem Essen nicht ganz zufrieden gewesen. Der Fisch war teilweise roh und Kartoffelkruste war auch nicht wirklich krustig. Die andere drei Gerichte waren gut. Nette Bedienung.

One word: disappointing. When I ordered an appetizer, the waiter announced, “There is no soup available. It's on your menu and it's Saturday, 6:15 p.m., make soup!" After ordering, the aperitif came too late and the main course too early. There was no option to order a glass of wine with the main course. Regardless, the food and drinks had little taste and were of low quality. The experience was more like fast food than a restaurant dinner. We won't be coming back.

Ein Wort: Enttäuschend! Als ich eine Vorspeise bestellte, verkündete der Kellner: „Es ist keine Suppe verfügbar. Sie steht auf Ihrer Speisekarte und es ist Samstag, 18:15 Uhr, machen Sie Suppe!“ Nach der Bestellung kam der Aperitif zu spät und das Hauptgericht zu früh. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, ein Glas Wein zum Hauptgericht zu bestellen. Unabhängig davon hatten das Essen und die Getränke wenig Geschmack und waren von geringer Qualität. Das Erlebnis war eher Fast Food als einem Abendessen in Restaurant. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen. For north american travelers, this will be more like dinner at a major restaurant chain than dining out at your local Italian restaurant.

Wir hatten ein Geschäftsessen mit 11 Personen. Alle sind äußerst zufrieden und freuen sich auf den nächsten Besuch im Florentina.

Essen und auch der Service sind wirklich sehr gut. Auffällig ist, dass die Pastaportionen unterschiedlich groß bzw. klein ausfallen. Preise haben sehr angezogen, trotzdem ein sehr schönes und empfehlenswertes Restaurant!

Als erstes fällt auf, dass das Ristorante Florentina sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und konnten uns einen Tisch aussuchen. Nach dem verteilen der Speisekarte hatten wir ausreichend Zeit Speisen und Getränke auszusuchen. Die Bestellung wurde aufgenommen, ca. 15min später kamen die Getränke, weitere 20min später die Speisen. Optisch und geschmacklich waren sie sehr gut. Wir hatten 2x Spaghetti mit Filetstreifen und Parmesan, 1x Pizza, 1x Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce und Kalbsschnitzel in Ei-Parmesanmantel. Bei den Nudelgerichten war die Menge knappkalkuliert, einzig die Pizza war sättigend. Unser Fazit ist, wir kommen wieder.

It's nice to sit outside there, especially in summer. The service was friendly. The food is okay (bruschetta as a starter, pizzas as a main course), but it didn't blow me away. The pizza knife actually didn't cut at all, which made cutting quite a saber act. I actually didn't like the bruschetta, too little garlic, cheap bread. I found it a bit too expensive for the circumstances described.
