Pizzeria San Marco in Lübeck

Wir sind in großer Gruppe gekommen, um zu feiern! Leider gab es einiges auszusetzen: Die Teller waren schmutzig und mussten ausgetauscht werden, das Öl auf den Tischen war kein Olivenöl, der Essigschenker war nicht frisch und am Ausschank gummig. Insgesamt war die Qualität des Essens mittelmäßig. Die Pilze meine Schwagerin waren getränkt von Wasser, sodass sie ihr Essen nicht aufessen wollte. Wenn man darauf achtet, fällt vieles auf, das nicht in Ordnung ist: Essen etwas angebrannt, das Saltimbocca etwas zäh und die Weinsauce eher interessant als lecker. Obwohl ich meine Schorle mit Eis bestellt habe, kam sie ohne. Auf der Toilette war das Handtrockengerät nicht funktionsfähig. Wir haben uns entschieden die Rechnung nur aufzurunden, was dem Kellner offensichtlich nicht genug war. Er hat protestiert und wollte uns ohne mehr Trinkgeld nicht gehen lassen. Er ist persönlich geworden und hat solange diskutiert, bis mein Onkel kleinbei gegeben hat. Ich fand dies extrem unverschämt! Ich werde auf keinen Fall wiederkommen.

Best Pizza der Welt, sehr guter Hauswein (rot), an den Nudelgerichte können Sie noch nachbessern 😉

Restaurant mit wirklich gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Es wäre in der Stoßzeit sicherlich gut, wenn mehr Servicekräfte im Einsatz wären.

Italienisch essen, charmante Bedienung und freundlicher Service? Schön wäre es gewesen. Der Anruf im Restaurant lässt die Erwartung in die Höhe schnellen: "Kommen Sie gerne vorbei, bei uns gibt's Pizza, Pasta, alles, was das Herz begehrt." Doch die Realität sieht anders aus. Eine geschlagene Viertelstunde stehen wir, ein hungriges Gäste-Quartett, im Empfangsbereich, warten auf gastronomische Interaktion. Stattdessen: Kein Blick, keine Kenntnisnahme, kein Platzangebot. Eine unerwartete Erfahrung. Aber egal, wir teilen uns schließlich selbst einen Platz zu. Eine halbe Stunde später kommt ein gestresster Kellner höheren Alters an unseren Tisch. "Buona Sera", presst er heraus und gibt uns wortlos zu verstehen, dass er wenig Zeit hat. Die Speisekarten verteilt er wie bei der Pokerrunde auf dem Tisch und verschwindet schließlich wieder so schnell, wie er gekommen war. Zwischen dem Kartenkontakt und der Bereitschaft, unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen, vergehen weitere 30 Minuten. Und mindestens genauso lange, vielleicht auch länger, dauert es, bis drei von vier Essen auf dem Tisch stehen. Gast Vier darf dabei zusehen, wie die Portionen der anderen schwinden, bis auch sein Gericht serviert wird. Beim Nachtisch wird's dann aber erst so richtig delikat: Da der Kellner sich am Tisch nicht mehr sehen lässt, wird die Dessert-Frage direkt am Tresen formuliert. Seine Antwort: "Geht raus um die Ecke, holt euch ein Eis, das könnt Ihr hier essen." Statt in diesem Moment um Nachsicht zu bitten, folgt ungefragt ein Monolog zur Buchungslage: "Draußen sitzen 200 Gäste." Was soll ich mit dieser Feststellung anfangen? Da mein Gesicht Verständnis und Mitgefühl verbirgt, wird nun mein Profil analysiert: "Wie oft waren Sie schon hier?" "Erst einmal, aber oft genug, um zu wissen, dass diese Gastronomie meinen Ansprüchen nicht gerecht wird", denke ich mir und antworte knapp: "das erste Mal." Der Kellner lächelt mich bemitleidend an. Daraufhin stelle ich die einzig sinnvolle Gegenfrage: "Warum stellt Ihr nicht mehr Leute ein?" Damit übertrete ich offenbar die Geduldsgrenze des Gastgebers. "Einfach mal entspannt sein", lautet sein Gebot der Stunde, während ihm der Schweiß von der Stirn rinnt. Ich beschließe, zu bezahlen, doch das Trinkgeld spare ich mir heute. Weitere Worte ebenfalls. "Ein Knäckebrot mit Käse am heimischen Küchentisch wäre in diesem Fall wohl die bessere Wahl gewesen", denke ich. Weil sich über den Abend auch andere Leute beschwert haben, frage ich mich, ob es einfach nur die Momentaufnahme eines schwachen Augenblicks gewesen war oder ob die Gäste des Hauses dauerhaft einen organisatorischen Missstand mittragen und Veränderung dadurch nicht notwendig wird. Die Antwort werde ich wohl niemals herausfinden.

Tolle Pizza -Mittagstischpreis unschlagbar

Alles gut wie immer, aber diesmal war das bei den calamri fritti die sauce eine sour cream zu. 100% was in der karte nicht steht sondern knoblauch, kellner konnte mi nicht helfen.

Das Management berechnet 2,50 € Strafe für einen Wechsel der Nudelsorte auch dann wenn das gewünschte Produkt eigentlich günstiger ist als dies aus Karte. Das ist dann ein Sonderwunsch. Insgesamt fühlt man sich dort als Gast oftmals nicht unbedingt als Gast, je nach Laune des Kellners, sondern nicht selten auch störend. Dass der Laden dennoch brummt ist sicherlich dem aufwendig und gelungenen Ambiente verdanken. Aber leider ... nicht dem Service dort.

Solide, aber mit Luft nach oben. Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe (12P) vor Ort. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und auch das Essen insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Pasta hat gut geschmeckt, beim Pizzateig war es allerdings so, dass er recht hart war. Der Service war leider der größte Kritikpunkt. Gerade bei einer größeren Gruppe hätte man sich hier etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Struktur gewünscht. Insgesamt okay, aber es gibt definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Eine der älteren Pizzerien in Lübeck, sehr gut gelegen neben dem Kino und am Anfang der Mühlenstrasse. Reservierung meist empfohlen. Preise absolut im Rahmen, die Qualität und die Freundlichkeit spricht für familiäre Gastfreundschaft aus Italien.

Wir waren schon oft hier essen und waren immer zufrieden. Daher habe ich mich entscheiden, hier meinen Geburtstag mit der gesamten Familie zu feiern. Es war alles so toll organisiert. Die vorspeisen waren so toll angerichtet, Das Essen für mich und meine 25 Gäste kam gleichzeitig und warm an. Jeder Wunsch wurde mir und meinen Gästen erfüllt. Es hat wirklich allen geschmeckt. Dieses Pizza Laden ist einer der BESTEN von allen! Diesen Restaurant empfehle ich wirklich jedem! ☺️ Essen: 10/10, also, ich hab dort NUR Pizza gegessen, und sie schmecken einfach KRAS. Die Pizzateig ist knusprig, dünn und lecker! Es schmeckt einfach kras, ich empfehle allen wirklich dort Pizza zu essen! 😋 Service: 10/10, sie sind wirklich nett, geil und Kinderfreundlich. Dekoration: 10/10, man sieht auf jeden Fall, dass sie dafür Mühe gegeben haben, den Restaurant zu dekorieren, und man fühlt sich auf jeden Fall dort gut. 👌🏻 Toiletten: 9/10, dort ist alles soweit wie gut, nur dass die Seife dort ein Bisschen leer ist und dass der Handtrockner leicht kalte Luft rauslässt, aber ansonsten ist dort alles gut. Wir waren wie immer sehr zufrieden. Die Speisekarte bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Es ist alles sehr lecker und die Portionen sind üppig.

Tolle Gastronomie! Service exzellent. Sehr wenig Wartezeit. Bei mehreren Personen war alles zeitgleich am Tisch. Alle bestellten Gerichte waren so, wie man sie nicht besser hätte erwarten können. Den sechsten Stern hätte ich gerne für das schöne Ambiente und die göttliche Gorgonzola-Sauce verteilt. Bis zum nächsten Mal in 2 Jahren, vielen Dank für die schöne Bewirtung.

Leckeres italienisches Essen für einen akzeptabel Preis.

Wir haben dort bestellt, Brusttaschen wurde uns nicht gegeben und trotzdem abgerechnet! Nach Rückfrage und einer Email habe ich immer noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Essen ist ok, nur der Service ist so schlecht und wenn die dann noch einen nicht das geben, was man bestellt und bezahlt hat, ist es sehr ärgerlich!

Wir sind von cinostar zürück gekommen und wir sind hier rein gegangen es ist nicht so teuer pro person so 10-20€ wir waren zu 3 hier wir habe uns pizza salami gemischtes eis und pizza marinero bestellt und noch sprite.Die salami pizza schmeck sehr gut da ist sehr guter teig und salami selber.Kommt lieber mit der familie oder freunden ich gehe sonst immer hierhin.

We were here today with two people without a reservation. The restaurant was completely full. Nevertheless, they made room for us by opening another room. There were only two waiters on duty, and I have to say, hats off to them for what they managed. We were exceptionally well looked after; our waiter was extremely polite and attentive, the food was more than plentiful and delicious. The value for money is excellent. However, it was very noisy in the front area of ​​the restaurant. Therefore, one star less for the ambiance. But we still highly recommend it!

We made a reservation for five people. The food arrived quickly, and the service was quite friendly. The food left a lot to be desired. The pizza was average, but the arugula was simply placed carelessly on top. The antipasti platter for two people was plentiful but not at all tasty. The vegetables were raw, neither marinated nor seasoned, so I had to ask for oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar! The Italian restaurant is okay, but not good!

The restaurant has a lovely outdoor area right by the Krähenteich pond. We were there for lunch. We had to wait over an hour for our food. After waiting 50 minutes, we asked the staff and were assured that we hadn't been forgotten. But that couldn't be true, as everyone who arrived after us had already received their food! The food was good and delicious. Unfortunately, the staff didn't apologize for the delay.

We visited Pizzeria San Marco in Lübeck and were completely impressed. For my starter, I had bruschetta – very tasty and attractively presented. My main course, the cannelloni, was excellently prepared. My companion was also completely satisfied with her pasta. A particularly positive point: We also shared a Margherita pizza – delicious, with a crispy base and fresh ingredients. The prices are surprisingly reasonable, while the quality is consistently high. I was recently at the Pizzeria San Marco in Lübeck and I was absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere was very cozy and inviting, the service was friendly and attentive. But of course the best part was the food. The pizza was outstanding! The dough was nice and thin and crispy, the topping was fresh and tasty. I have rarely eaten such good pizza. The selection of toppings was also large and varied, with something for every taste. The other dishes on the menu all sounded very tempting and I'm looking forward to trying something new on my next visit. The price was absolutely fair for the quality of the food and service. All in all, I can highly recommend Pizzeria San Marco. I will definitely come back.

The tables were all dirty even though there wasn't much going on. The waiter wasn't busy, but it didn't occur to him to wipe down the tables. My pizza was missing half of the ingredients I ordered. After five minutes the same pizza came back with the missing ingredients added (now cold of course).

Really great restaurant. We spontaneously got a table yesterday, even though the place was bursting at the seams. But it went relatively quickly. From ordering to payment it took just under 1.5 hours. There was a starter and a main course. You could tell from the pizzas that the dough was handmade. Very very tasty :)

The food was good, but we waited 25 minutes for drinks, 50 minutes for the starter and 80 minutes for the main course despite having a reservation. Bruschetta came without cutlery and second plate despite the previous announcement. In general, the staff seemed very overwhelmed from the beginning to the end of our visit.

Had reserved for 4 people. We were given a table that had not yet been cleared and was dirty with leftover food. The waitress came, put the dishes away, put the menu and left. We could no longer say that she could clean the table. After 35 minutes she came back, we asked to clean the table. She did that too, and then the table swam. She took the order at the same time, didn't listen to the end and left. We dried the table ourselves with tissues. After another 20 minutes we got the drinks. A starter arrived after another 20 minutes. After waiting there for a total of 1 hour and 35 minutes, we asked for our food. The food arrived 1 3/4 hours after our reserved arrival. My pizza couldn't be cut. Not crispy on the edge but firm, chewy and mushy in the middle. I gave up. The other food was good, as usual. The homemade tiramisu was great. It's a matter of taste, but I don't like it, the soft drinks are served in large Willi cups, and people don't seem to realize that they get so warm and lose their carbon dioxide. Finally, back to the service, she never listened to the end, wasn't friendly either, was probably just desperately trying to process guests. In any case, this was my 3rd and last visit to the restaurant. I had given high praise the first two times and chose the restaurant for this time. The disappointment was great.

Samstag Abend schnell was essen. Es wurde gerade ein Tisch frei, so daß wir einen Platz bekommen haben. Ich würde empfehlen, rechtzeitig da zu sein. Der Raum ist Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der große Raum ist hellhörig, wer damit keine Probleme hat, genießt das Italienische Flär. Wir sind alle richtig satt geworden. Wir Frauen haben uns eine Pizza geteilt.

The taste of the food was ok, but cold. The waiter said “oh, ok”. No questions asked “is everything ok?” No request for dessert or hot drink. The place mats in the colors of the Italian flag looked super dirty at all the tables. We won't be coming back.

Ich denke jedoch, dass mehr auf die Sauberkeit der Tische geachtet werden sollte. Abgesehen davon ist es ein sehr guter Ort, sowohl preislich als auch geschmacklich.

A delicious pizza... I had a great experience at Pizzaria San Marco. The pizzas were delicious; the pizza dough was perfect and overall very tasteful. The pasta was at least as tasty as the pizzas. The staff were friendly and the service was very quick. The prices were also very reasonable. However, I think more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the tables. Apart from that it is a very good place both in terms of price and taste.

Went there for the Christmas party last weekend. It took about 45 minutes until the drink order was finally taken. The food was pre-ordered, but still took 90 minutes to finally be on the table. I found some of the staff to be rude and unfriendly. The background noise was incredibly loud. The food was mediocre, the portions were way too small. Almost all of my colleagues had a similar impression. In short, once and never again.

It's been a pleasure to be a guest for years. Called this afternoon and asked for a reservation. We were told by phone that no reservation was necessary for two people and that we should just come along. No sooner said than done. In the restaurant we were then told by an unfriendly waitress with glasses that nothing was possible in the evening without a reservation and that we would have to wait until a table became available at some point. We left!

Wir hatten reserviert, aber als wir ankamen wußte die Bedienung nicht wo wir sitzen sollen. Nachdem wir das Restaurant einmal rauf und runter geführt wurden, bekamen wir im vorderen Bereich unseren Tisch. Schon aufgrund der recht großen Karte hätte uns klar sein sollen, daß das nicht gut werden kann. Und so war es dann auch. Die Tortellini ist alle in Größe und Form identisch. Das läßt vermuten, daß hier Industrieware verwendet wird. Mit der Sahnesoße hätte man problemlos Bretter verleimen können - viel zu dick und zäh! Die Spaghetti Bolognese war überwürzt, in diesem Fall scharf. Obwohl wir zu viert waren, haben wir einen Brotkorb mit drei Scheiben bekommen. Mein Hinweis dazu wurde "überhört". Die Spaghetti Carbonara war mit der Sahnesoße zu einem Klumpen verklebt. Das ganz Restaurant ist extrem laut. Das macht eine gepflegte Konversation nahezu unmöglich. Obwohl der Eingang eine Art Schleusentür hat, hatten wir bei jedem Öffnen der Tür eine kalte Wellen im Rücken / auf der Brust. Es kam keiner der Angestellten auf die Idee den Vorhang, der Zwischen den beiden Türen hängt zuzuziehen. Zuletzt habe ich mich dann gefragt, warum man in einem italienische Restaurant Werbung für Muscheln von den Färöer Inseln macht. Soweit ich weiß liegt Italien am Mittelmeer und nicht im Nordatlantik. Das ganze Konzept stimmt einfach nicht. Das kann die akzeptablen Preise erklären, doch trösten die nicht über die Enttäuschung hinweg. Wir werden dort nie wieder hingehen.

Sitze seid ner Stunde mit 8 Mann am Tische und werden nicht bedient, selbst bei Ansprache , kamen wir nach 60min nicht mal zur Getränke Bestellung.

It could be so beautiful there. The ambience is harmonious (Italian loud in the back area 😁) and cozy in the front - but the temperature is a bit too cool there. The lack of service staff is also evident here. You have good intentions, but you can't do it. We waited 30 minutes for an opportunity to order drinks and appetizers. There were still old documents on the table that were very unappetizing. We had to remove them ourselves. When it comes to antipasti, you don't have to use the ham, but the vegetables are tasty. For all (!) 6 guests at the table, the side dishes were cold or at most lukewarm, but the taste was ok. But the fried food was hot. Overall, I found the prices no longer quite appropriate for the quality; as with almost all restaurants, the prices have risen significantly. In any case, I'll have my next birthday party somewhere else. Too bad.

It's a shame, just a shame. We've been going to San Marco to eat for years. Actually we never had anything to complain about. But the last three visits weren't even worth 2 stars. The staff was unfriendly and showed no consideration for the guests, on the contrary, they were constantly talking loudly, it was very annoying. The Sprite tasted like water and the glasses were totally greasy. The spaghetti carbonara only tasted like cream and the spices were missing, and it was only lukewarm. There were still old, dried food residues stuck to the spoon. The table was dirty and there were old leftovers stuck to the table runners. When paying, the cashier didn't know the prices; she kept counting numbers out loud in Italian. I know she took more money than it cost. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this store!!

Hey, we have a group of over 20 people. Yesterday evening these people walked from the lift bridge to the mills after a boat trip and visited the San Marco restaurant. The reserved seats were all free at seven o'clock. A bit cramped due to a lot of guests. Five minutes after 7 a.m. everyone was there. in their places. Now we had about 50 meows to let the drink desire develop in our heads. Now we were allowed to order the drinks and they came soon. After about another 25 minutes, the selected meal was ordered. One person in our group had already had their second drink. After about 55 minutes the food was at our table and we were able to start eating. All of us are quiet people, sometimes suffering, with a lot of understanding and have been very tested in this house. Our thought in the reviews / so much cannot be negative. Here, too, we were informed that the reviews were correct and everyone else had fun visiting / we once and never again.

Went there again after a long time: we really enjoyed the pizza this time, the price was okay!

Never again! Mediocre food and impossible service. Waiter asked my colleague (of Asian origin) if he would like some more sticks for his pizza when he brought him the order... We had already pointed out his impossible behavior at the table and as if it wasn't enough, asked When he was paying, he asked him whether he would like some wonton to take away... When my colleague then replied that he had to please stop this disrespectful behavior, he cheekily replied that it had all been just a joke and apologized not to take responsibility for his behavior... such brazen behavior spoiled not only his appetite, but also the appetites of our entire group and made their already mediocre food unpalatable...

We are very dissatisfied and stunned by what we experienced in this restaurant this evening. Our service person was really cheeky and responded very rudely to our questions. We waited a long time for our food and were then disappointed: the pizza was hard and inedible. The pasta dishes consisted mostly of cream and were really bad. Yes, the prices are really tempting, but this meal is not even worth the money and I recommend going to another restaurant so that you don't end up disappointed and annoyed that you spent even a cent on this meal...

Disastrous service - never received such unfriendly reactions! Waited 45 minutes for the starter and asked three times. When asked about satisfaction, the man in the white shirt pointed to McDonald's as a better alternative. In between it was pointed out that the restaurant was at least particularly cheap. Don't ask for feedback if your reaction is extremely rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately the food was below average.

I was sneezed several times by an employee which was very, very disgusting. We wanted to leave, but he said as an apology we would get food on the house. Two weeks later I had food poisoning.

We were in the restaurant in a large group and had our own room. Of course, reservations had been made beforehand and the desired dishes were even listed beforehand so that they did not have to be recorded separately. However, the staff was overwhelmed in every way by the number of guests. It should simply have been pointed out that there was no capacity for so many guests (approx. 40 people). The drinks came after about 80 minutes (!). The first meal came after over 2 hours and then little by little over a period of about 20 minutes. That is beyond reasonable. Communication with guests was a disaster; no greeting from the kitchen, no apology or information. While distributing the food, one of the waiters commented whether they didn't know what they had ordered. Overall, I have never experienced such an unpleasant situation in a restaurant. Some members of our group had their food packed straight away because it was simply too late. When paying with the card, people then asked whether it really wasn't possible to pay in cash, for small amounts. That doesn't exactly show tact after waiting over 2 hours. The food itself was good but not exceptional. What was strange was that the vegetables on the pizza included carrots. In addition, the vegetables such as zucchini were apparently not baked in the oven before being put on the pizza. So it was a bit muddy.

Nice rustic atmosphere, staff very friendly. Food was great - always happy!

Very good Italian, you eat like in Italy. There is no better one. Always my pleasure.

Food, prices and location are great. But the service here leaves a lot to be desired. Last time our reservation was messed up. There were only 2 waiters there. So it took a while until we were placed. Our table was very wobbly, we stabilized it ourselves with paper. After the food was cleared away, no one showed up. We sat dry for an hour. We then went to the counter to pay. They complained there that we wanted to pay by card. One of the rare times I skipped tipping.
