Worst carbonara of my life eaten there. Pasta was swimming in cream sauce. Unfortunately no or very little cheese and eggs. No taste. Insalata Mista consisted almost entirely of cheap iceberg lettuce and the owner/boss wasn't particularly friendly. But it was very expensive.

Good Italian restaurant in Norderstedt. Also with seats on the terrace when the weather is nice. Unfortunately a bit noisy right on Rathausallee. Overall it's ok and always a pleasure to visit and definitely recommended. Unfortunately closed on Sunday. Why?

Didn't even come to order food. Horrifying service - although there were still a few empty tables outside WITHOUT A RESERVATION SIGN, we had to sit at the most uncomfortable table despite repeated requests, on the grounds that they had a lot of reservations and didn't know whether these guests would want to sit inside or outside! This can be clarified with the guest when making the reservation and the tables can be marked with a reservation sign accordingly. Felt like second class guests! The waiter also kept us waiting. We then left again! It's a shame, we'll think about coming back again! This restaurant is currently benefiting from the summer break of the surrounding restaurants!

The noodles are too hard. We waited a long time to pay after ordering the bill because the owner chatted for a long time with the other people next to us. That's why we didn't tip, he's unhappy!!!!! We would definitely not recommend this kind of service! There are other Italian restaurant nearby, why do we come to this one!

Very nice restaurant. Friendly service and top quality food and drinks. The various pizzas are particularly recommended. Here is a Prosciutto e Funghi with extra tuna.

There is only one pasta dish without fish or meat, with a simple tomato sauce. If you then choose one of the other dishes, e.g. penne with gorgonzola sauce, and ask that the meat that goes with the dish be left out, then it works, but you still pay for the dish with meat. For example, tagliatelle with tomato sauce and vegetables, goat cheese and beef strips. For vegetarians, that's a portion of pasta with simple tomato sauce, three or four peas and a dollop of goat cheese the size of a teaspoon for 19.90. Although the beef, the most expensive part of the dish, is omitted. A free choice of table is also not possible, even if there are various tables that are not reserved. Unfortunately, he also has a very moody boss, who is sometimes very nice at the table, but chats more than you need, and at other times he's constantly snapping and cursing in Italian. Stupid if you understand it... All in all, after four visits, I have to say that I will probably continue driving in the future, but that I won't feel ripped off or unwelcome.

Excellent Italian cuisine, very attentive and friendly service

The food was excellent, we felt very comfortable.

I get pizza there regularly, but to take away. Super friendly, the Salami and Margherita pizzas are super tasty. Plus a nice Italian ambience. I like to give a little more tip money here because of the great service.

Nice place to have a quite dinner

We had dinner with 6 people on New Year's Eve. We were escorted to our table and then we had to wait. 30 minutes until we could order the drinks, 20 minutes later the drinks were brought and the food order was taken, which also took about half an hour until we could eat. Another drink order also took some time. The restaurant was busy but it could have been quicker. It was supposed to be a cozy meal but the long waiting times spoiled it a bit. The opera singer who gave her best that evening was really good. The food tasted good, even if the selection was very small and so were the portions. We probably won't eat there again.

Friendly staff Food (pizza) wasn't bad, but could be improved. “The pinch of salt” was missing from the pizza dough. The Diavolo pizza should have “more spiciness” so that it lives up to its name.

We had to wait forever until someone served us, the drinks were forgotten, we had rump steak with potatoes and vegetables, the steak was really good, but halving a quarter of a potato and calling it potatoes is not correct in my opinion, the vegetable was broccoli , a cauliflower and two slices of carrot unseasoned and not cooked properly. There was a truckload of bread, dry, no dip or sauce for the dish. For dessert, Creme Brûlee, inedible due to burnt sugar, second attempt and 25 minutes of waiting, we had a new dessert. The special thing about the service is that no one speaks, no questions are asked, they simply take away the plates or the bread... After asking for the bill, we waited another 15 minutes, without a bill we were supposed to pay 103 euros, I asked for the bill and then it was 96 euros. I'm horrified, the service was a disaster and unfriendly, the food was okay at least the steak, I can't recommend this if you want to have a nice evening, the whole thing took 2 hours. Luckily I had my two girls with me, but they were also completely horrified

Nice boss, nice service, typical Italian atmosphere. Even before Christmas there was room for 10 people. Food delicious, 1 star deducted due to... overcooked vegetables.

The chef Nino recommended the place to us and so we came to try it. A true taste experience! Everything is just right at La Pizza - from the warm atmosphere to the delicious pizzas. The dough is perfectly thin and crispy, the choice of toppings is varied and the quality of the ingredients is noticeable. The service is attentive and friendly. The pasta is also breathtaking

Repas très décevant , impossible de payer en Visa et vous montre où retirer du Cash . Vous passez de 47 à 34 € ,on a toujours pas compris .

Cuisine simple, les pâtes étaient trop salé pour moi, à l'apero j'ai demandé une bière blanche...j'ai eu une pils et on est venu m'expliquer que oui c'était une blanche..pour payer ils ne prennent pas la visa j'avais une addition de 47€,du coup j'ai payé en liquide l'addition est descendue à 34€...j'ai pas compris.

So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Es ist nicht möglich dass wir uns eine Pizza teilen. Stattdessen wurden uns 2 Kinder Pizzen serviert. Preis für eine normale Pizza wäre 12,90 gewesen. Für 2 Kinderpizzen haben sie zusammen 20,80 verlangt.

Ein italienisches Restaurant der Spitzenklasse. Der Chef nimmt die Bestellungen pers auf, fragt nach, empfiehlt und geht auf Sonderwünsche ein. Einfach hervorragend! Wir gehen gern wieder dorthin.

Gutes Essen( Antipasti, danach Fisch ), aufmerksamer Service, nettes Ambiente, werde gerne wieder kommen

Unsere Familie war begeistert, in diesem gemütlichen Restaurant zu sitzen und die italienischen Gerichte zu probieren 🥗🍕Wir bestellten Putenfilet mit Soße und Gemüse. Die Gerichte sind wunderschön präsentiert und sehr lecker. 🙃Freundlicher Service und schönes Ambiente mit Musik 🎹🎶 Im Restaurant gibt es ein Klavier. Das nächste Mal wurde uns versprochen, zu spielen und zu singen...😉🎤 Ich kann dieses Restaurant sehr gerne weiterempfehlen 💯

Das Wetter war sehr schön so konnten wir draußen sitzen. Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr höflich und es wurde auch öfters nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir noch etwas brauchen.

Essen hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Bedienung völlig überfordert. Ambiente auch eher so mittelprächtig.

Leider hat es uns nicht sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Pizzateig hatte schmeckte sehr stark nach hefe aber sonst nach nichts. Die Nudeln hatten sehr nach fertig essen geschmeckt. Im essen hat einfach die liebe gefehlt. Dafür war der Service wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Zentraler geht es kaum: Das Restaurant liegt direkt im Zentrum Norderstedts neben dem Hochbahn-Ausgang der Hamburger Linie U1 und hat auch einen ansprechenden Außenbereich. Hier wollten wir unsere Abendmahlzeit vor einem Konzertbesuch genießen und wurden auch, abgesehen von einer kleinen wichtigtuerischen Show des mutmaßlichen Chefs wegen nicht vorrreservierter Plätze, sehr freundlich und umsichtig bedient. Die Karte enthält die üblichen italienischen Standardgerichte, die Qualität erwies sich als unterschiedlich: Focaccia war frisch und köstlich, meine Tomatensuppe (andere Suppen bieten ja Standard-Italiener kaum mehr an) völlig okay. Meine nicht besonders hungrige Begleiterin hatte außer Focaccia und ob der Hitze danach noch den Antipasti-Teller speciale gewählt, auf dem sich Carpaccio, Vitello tonnato, Mozzarella, Tomaten und Gemüse die Hand reichten. Sie war damit durchaus zufrieden, ich hingegen mit meinen Spaghetti carbonara weit weniger: Die Nudeln waren schön al dente, wurden aber, obwohl mit Speck und Ei zubereitet, in einer dickflüssigen Sahnepampe ertränkt. Hauptproblem aber war die fast absolute Geschmacksneutralität. Hier fehlte es an allem, vor allem an Gewürzen (zum Beispiel Pfeffer).

Vi baklänges! Kaos vid betalningen. Vi fick frågan om vi ville betala med kontanter eller kort (ja, vi vet att kort är en utmaning i Tyskland). Vi sa att vi vill betala med kort. När vi väl skulle lämna över kreditkortet började servitören yra om vi hade ett VISA kort fast kortet var ett Mastercard. Tydliga tecken på att de inte gillade kort som betalningslösning. När vi sedan försökte betala med kortet visade det sig att det inte fungerade. Personalen skyllde på att det var fredag i tyskland och att det var många transaktioner samtidigt….(Medvetet drog de kortet åt fel håll i kortläsaren). Vägg i vägg med restaurangen låg intressant nog en ATM maskin som de hänvisade oss till istället. Maximalt medvetet skulle jag säga. Kort sammanfattning av service och mat. De glömde av tre beställningar av dryck, rosevinet var inte kylt och maten var okej utifrån prisbild och förväntningar när du äter i en förort till Hamburg. Detta ställe kan man hoppa över om man inte jättehungrig. Spara dig till frukosten och fortsättningen på din resa mot nya äventyr.

Sehr guter Service. Das Essen war Hervorragend. Absolut freundliches Personal. Flexibilität der Küche sehr gut. Wir waren aus NRW das zweite Mal dort. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren mit der Familie (7) dort. Hat alles gut geklappt und alle waren mit dem Essen und der freundlichen Bedienung sehr zufrieden.

God og hyggelig Italiensk restaurant, hurtig og kompetent betjening , maden smagte super - omend vi nøjedes med vand til...

Kurzfristig haben wir uns für dieses Restaurant entschieden. Die Bedienung war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war super lecker für die kleinen gab es Kinderportionen und der Preis war auch überzeugend. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Ottimo ristorante italiano, accogliente e con personale molto gentile! Portate prelibate, belle a vedersi e deliziose da gustare. Ho preso le melanzane alla parmigiana ed il pesce alla griglia ma ho anche assaggiato il risotto con porcini e parmigiano ed i dolci (tiramisù, creme brûlée...) ordinati dai miei collleghi, tutto buonissimo. E per concludere, anche il conto è stato una sorpresa positiva!

Kurzfristig haben wir in der Weihnachtszeit einen Tisch für 2 bekommen. Der Service funktionierte ohne Probleme, kein Stress und einen Scherz auf den Lippen. Das Essen von der Vorspeise ( tolle Antipasti ) bis zum Hauptgericht wurden in einem angemessenen Zeitfenster serviert. Der Hauswein schmeckte gut zu unseren Speisen ( Saltimbocca wurde zubereitet, obwohl es damals nicht auf der Karte stand.Die Portionen sind sehr üppig!!! Für uns war es ein gelungener Abend - wir kommen wieder!

Dejlig Italiens restaurant med lækker mad, hurtig og venlig betjening, samt rimelige priser. Vær dog obs. på at de ikke tager Master kort og egentlig helst vil have kontant betaling.

Gern und des öfteren besuchen wir dieses Restaurant, vor allem bei kleinem Hunger. Die Speisekarte bietet eine gute Auswahl mittlerer Preis- und Güteklasse. Änderungswünsche werden zufriedenstellend erfüllt. Man bekommt gute italienischer Wein bei wechselndem Angebot.
