30 minutes without a menu, and after 50 minutes still no one came to take our order. The restaurant wasn't even full. After politely asking to order at least a few drinks, still no one came. After 60 minutes we left the restaurant. I'm sure the food is excellent. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to try it. I couldn't even get a glass of wine from this waitress. Not even serving us drinks let alone food after 60 minutes is a joke. All other tables received drinks and food... The staff must be either racist or incompetent. Never experienced such crappy service. I will be sure to tell other international people to avoid this place.

No menu, no prices visible, no proper bill and no card payment. Food is way too expensive. I haven't experienced anything like this in years. I didn't think there was something like that in Magdeburg. Never go there again.

We were there on Sunday with 7 people. Food was ok to good. The service seemed overwhelmed. When serving the starters and main courses, people were constantly asked what was still missing; it was not possible to make a children's calzone portion for a 4-year-old child. We wanted to pay the bill separately, but were then persuaded by the service to split the money between us afterwards. It's a shame, Lago used to be a really good restaurant, but it's out of the question for future meals, but for us after this visit.

We are very frequent guests at your establishment. Unfortunately, the service staff today showed a very strange side. It was not possible to split the bill and apply a voucher. Three members of staff were unable to do this. When the evil of the problem was called by its name, the person was considered xenophobic. I still do not know what I paid for or whether the bill was prepared correctly. I would like to be treated like a guest and not like a deadbeat. Please ensure that you have well-trained staff in the future and that they feel welcome.

Very pleasant and when the weather is nice you can sit outside. Food and drinks very good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Gladly again.

The service staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. Unfortunately, the food was not convincing. The Cabonara was a cream sauce, which is not possible. The risotto made from long grain rice… Unfortunately not recommended.
