Das Essen war super lecker, wir hatten Pizza, Pasta und Salat! Es ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Omas hat uns bedient und er war sehr nett und immer zur Stelle, wenn man was Neues bestellen wollte.

Gutes Essen und gute Bedienung! Wir haben Pizza, Pasta und Salat gegessen und alle sind sehr satt geworden. Einen Besuch Wert, um gute Pizza zu essen.

Sehr, sehr nettes Personal. Die Pasta ist nur weiter zu empfehlen, super Erlebnis! Es wurde sich gut um mich gekümmert. Danach bin ich auch einmal beim Brunch gewesen. Das war super! Reichhaltige Auswahl an kalten sowie warmen Speisen, einfach Mega!

Very tasty whether pizza or pasta

Been there for the second time while in transit. Dishes and drinks like in every branch plus a daily menu with special offers. As usual, the pizzas were huge and hard to manage. Service was attentive and great. Quickly enjoyed the Italian language course in the toilet ;) I'd be happy to do it again when I'm nearby.

Host seemed annoyed we came in through the Allee center entrance rather than from outside. Pizza was great! Service was a little spotty had to wait 15 min to pay the bill but waiters were very friendly and probably busy

To be nice, the rating is a collective rating. Ordered 6 times in the last year and a half. (First time on Valentine's Day when there was still the delivery option) FOUR times the order was mixed up in some way. Drinks forgotten or wrong, dessert forgotten and the classic pasta dish for Madame turned upside down 3 out of 6 times. At the beginning we called and got compensation, but even when we ordered with an apology voucher, one free drink was forgotten and the dessert was swapped. So we didn't call again afterwards. Today's order arrived instead of spaghetti macaroni and instead of a "red" arugula sauce there was plump white cream sauce. Who was sleeping there? (And yes, I know, I could have looked in every container every time I picked it up to make sure everything was correct!) In short, thank you, it's enough to pick it up. We still like to eat there because the staff is nice and it's quite centrally located, but we won't be ordering again! What I regret is that my wife loves the food there and usually ends up being disappointed when unpacking it at home. Please ask the restaurant: please please please take a closer look when packing! Terrible. Sometimes incredibly unfriendly service. We were there with 20 people for a children's birthday party and were thrown out after 2 hours. We were asked to bring the cake in, we had to wait 30 minutes and then our time was up. I don't recommend anyone celebrating their birthday there unless you want to make a fuss.

I had dinner there with a colleague at the end of August. We had reserved seats, which worked without any problems. After being seated and ordering drinks, it unfortunately took over 30 minutes for them to be on the table. The pizza came relatively quickly after ordering. The waitress was very nice and gave us two drink vouchers to compensate for the waiting time, which we can redeem for brunch.

Pizza overflowing the plate (I took the caprese) but we had been warned of the jumbo size. The ingredients are excellent, the thin and crunchy pasta tastes really good. A little dark but comfortable environment. We will return

I don't think I've ever had so much pizza for my money. A thin, crispy base and a really tasty topping. The pizza is so big that it overhangs the edge of the plate. The atmosphere was really pleasant and the staff was very friendly. When I'm in the area again, I'll take a look again.

Today we reserved the table for two people and unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. The service took a long time, first we waited a long time for the waiter then 40 minutes for our pizza, drinks... Atmosphere is pretty good except for that There were candles on the table, but no one lit them for us 😄

We have eaten here several times and have always been satisfied. The food was very, very tasty and the waiter that evening was visibly exhausted, but very nice. BUT the music is very very loud. Too loud. Unfortunately, after about 30 minutes I had a headache and could hardly have a proper conversation with my partner. It might be worth considering turning the music down in the future, as I saw at least one other review about it while skimming.

Unfortunately you cannot eat without a reservation. But the journey there is worth it. The beautiful restaurant is located DIRECTLY in the Alleecenter Magdeburg. A HUGE shopping center .

Went here spontaneously for dinner for two. Food was good as always. What was catastrophic was a Fanta that came first and tasted very diluted - do the soft drinks come from the vending machine? Was returned, an apology was received and a replacement was coming. Which wasn't the case. Everything was full and it could go under quickly. Then ordered the bill after we had finished eating without a second drink. Was advised that the bill would take a little while. Since our waiter was no longer visible after about 15 minutes, I spoke to a second waiter who was clearing up, who was very irritated by my question and replied in a very unfriendly tone, “The colleague is coming.” This is not the level we knew from L'Osteria. Even if there is a problem with an order, mistakes happen. We weren't rude to the waitress - I emphasized when we were clearing away that everything was good. I found the unfriendly response to the query disrespectful. If the drinks come from a vending machine, you should urgently reconsider. For 5 euros I expect a drink from a bottle. You already have a decent profit margin on one bottle. One thing is for sure, they lost 2 customers today.

Pizza there is great! Highly recommended for pizzalovers.

Since there was no space left, I can't judge anything

From the website it seems to be a large chain, represented throughout Europe. We split a pizza and a salad mixsta. Both were fine, pizza had tasty crusty, meat toppings a little bland. Basically standard European thin crust pizza. Big facility, nice, helpful staff, English spoken. In the mall.

The food was very tasty. It was a bit loud

I expected a lot better from this outlet, but frankly the food was mediocre at best and the service was very poor. For example, one of our party waited over 20 mins while the rest of us ate.... the excuse given "Oh, spaghetti takes longer to cook..." At no time did our server ask us if we wanted more drinks or anything else from the menu... overall a poor experience.

Very good food and friendly service

Unfortunately we stopped by L'Osteria for a little snack and were a bit disappointed. The otherwise friendly L'Osteria is more like a normal pizzeria in Magdeburg. The staff were slow, the food (pizza and pasta) was mediocre and bland and the drinks were non-carbonated. Maybe we'll come back here at some point to reset the stars.

Not recommended. We were there on a Saturday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. The employees were visibly overwhelmed and unfortunately not friendly either. We were only able to order the drinks after 30 minutes (but then ordered the food straight away). After another 30 minutes the food we ordered arrived (unfortunately we hadn't received any of the drinks yet). When we were finished eating, one of two drinks arrived. After we were able to pay after about 60 minutes (unfortunately we had to ask several times because we had been forgotten), unfortunately the second drink still wasn't there and we ended up skipping it. The food itself was delicious, but unfortunately the service was so bad that I cannot recommend this restaurant.

After a wait at the entrance, we soon got a table. But we discovered that the musical sound system made it far too loud in the dining room. And therefore it was uncomfortable for us. We left the store without eating anything. Therefore there is no rating.

You must have been to this beautiful café, the food and drinks are excellent.

Below average for Losteria standards. Waiting time for pizza was about 70 minutes. Musical sound system is significantly too loud compared to other branches. Pizza was okay. The service was very friendly and very nice - also apologized several times for the waiting time.

We were there for brunch on Sunday. You can choose from the extensive buffet of warm and cold dishes until 2 p.m. Everything without exception was very tasty. The service was very nice and attentive. We had a lovely morning at L'Osteria and would love to come back. I only deducted half a star for the volume, as it was very loud at times and it was difficult to have conversations beyond the person sitting next to you. In total I paid 35 euros plus tip for the brunch and three drinks. Not exactly cheap but it was nice and tasty.

Antipasti and pizza are easily enough to share. Nothing fancy but tasty and fresh. The service was the real highlight, very friendly and attentive. There was even a free dessert at the end.

Great location, food very tasty, value for money is right. We were very satisfied. We would like to come back.

I had my first meal in Germany here and the staff who served me was really friendly and also fluent in English offering great communication. The impression of this whole city was determined right at that moment. Carbonara I had tasted authentic Italian🤌🏻. Huge thanks.

It's actually really good here. Personally, the music is too loud for me so that you can hardly understand the person you're talking to and the pizzas are really huge but also very thin. Otherwise, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the feel-good factor becomes more pleasant even on cooler days because there are blankets for outside.

I was there for the second time for Sunday brunch. I think the price/performance is ok and the brunch here also has the advantage for me that there are quite a few vegetarian and two or three vegan options to eat. And of course it was super tasty too... 😉 we'll be back!

There is food throughout the property for everyone, but at Swarovski it is too small and there are few offerings. Staff, well, telling others was more important than we didn't care, then we bought it online. It's a shame in Vienna it was 100 times better because you could still do something in MD otherwise everything was great

Very tasty food and very friendly service. However, the music and therefore the whole environment was much too loud for me. That was really a shame.

We ordered our pizzas by phone in advance (45 minutes) to be picked up. The first deduction in terms of service: - It was not possible to place an order in German - When we got there after 45 minutes, our pizzas weren't even prepared - After we waited on site for 20 minutes and were asked twice again which pizzas we had ordered, we arrived home and discovered that one of the two pizzas was incorrectly topped Conclusion: L'Osteria pizzas are usually convincing in terms of taste, but this unprofessional service at €17.50 per pizza unfortunately does not justify further orders. Too bad!

Very nice Italian restaurant. The pizza is 45cm as described in the menu. Very thin and delicious in terms of taste. If desired, you can combine 2 pizzas. I personally think it's great. Service very friendly. Very well attended in the evening. You should probably make a reservation.

The food was really very tasty. The service was also very friendly. However, they couldn't keep up with the coffee specialties. There was a lack of an additional coffee machine and additional operation. The young man really gave it his all, but the workload for him was barely manageable and he was really quick.

We had made a reservation for two people on a weekday evening. Everything went smoothly including a friendly reminder the day before. We've already been through a whole series of L'Osterias in the Republic. In this respect we were a little “forewarned”. Nevertheless, I bravely ordered two pizzas again - and of course reached my limits again. The pieces are huge - but also very tasty. Will we learn something from this for the future? Probably not! The service was also super fast and friendly. So nothing to complain about.

I had a wonderful evening in L'Ostaria Magdeburg! The food is simply delicious and the pizza is highly recommended - one of the best I've ever had. The friendly staff further enriched the experience as they were always helpful and gave competent answers to all my questions. The toilets are clean, which makes for a pleasant overall appearance. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very inviting, with a beautiful interior decoration that makes it comfortable to linger longer. The drinks were also simply delicious! Overall, I can only recommend L'Ostaria Magdeburg - everything is just right here!

I was there for the first time today. Short version: The waiters were very annoyed and stressed. Questions were unwelcome. All the waiters responded very rudely. There were 10 of us, two of whom didn't get their food. Only after asking and then it was even cold. No price concession. Just a small apology.

The ambience is actually great if it weren't for the acoustics (noise). It's difficult to have a relaxed conversation. I've experienced this in all L'Osterias so far.

Finally there is now a vegan pizza and it is really delicious. The base is super thin and crispy, the topping is not overly thick. Absolute recommendation 🍕🍕🍕

The pizza is very tasty. You can choose up to two sprats to be served on a huge pizza. There are delicious cocktails to drink. It is also advisable to reserve a table in the evenings of the week. The staff is friendly and quick.

We had chosen L'Osteria for the lunch break because the lunch menu was advertised on the website and only came for that reason (10.9.24, approx. between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.) See screenshots. When we asked about it, the employee didn't know anything and when she asked the management, the answer was that they didn't know and that it didn't exist. Unfortunately that was disappointing. If the offer does not apply, it must be removed from the website and/or Magdeburg must be named as a non-participating city. The food was good, but not particularly tasty. The service was still friendly.

Fantastic place, there is sish for every tasye here. Service is wonderfull.

We were a large group and, at least I, was there for the first time. The staff was very friendly and we had a lot of laughs with them. The pizzas were huge but very tasty. Only the background noise was very tiring and had something of a canteen-like quality to it, but that couldn't be helped and it was also a Saturday evening.

We didn't get a table: everything was reserved. And experienced that a couple after us were shown to a table at the same request. So we got to know another and very nice restaurant: the Rialto, just a few steps further.
