Mmm, really delicious... The service was great. It took a little longer for our drinks to arrive, but the pizza made up for it. Overall, very good and highly recommended.

The bread for the appetizer should have been fresher and warmer. The dips were okay. The pizza was very large and definitely filling. I would have liked more toppings, especially with the double tuna, which had extra chicken.

It was great again at brunch, the buffet was great.

It's a heartwarming feeling every time you enter this store. This is mainly due to the employees, who provide the right balance between lightening jokes and polite service. For me personally, a dose of open-mindedness and friendliness makes going to a restaurant much more valuable. The selection of food and drinks is diverse and with the constantly changing weekly menu, even people who have already tried pretty much everything on the “normal” menu (👋🏻 - here is one of them) can try new creations and be surprised. At this point I unfortunately have to say a sentence that usually makes those involved in catering establishments refrain from tearing their hair out. I also come from the catering industry 😅 So another perspective on the whole thing: The system gastronomic concept behind it is very sophisticated and scores highly with the ratio of price to quality. There is little that can be criticized in this regard, especially in direct comparison with the “regional standard”. In my experience, it is great to have such a concept, but good implementation of it is not a given, but the result of continuous work, training, reflection discussions and constant adjustments. Quality management also seems to be carried out quite meticulously. I have personally visited this restaurant very often and despite the changing chefs, the differences in the taste of the dishes were minimal at most. I can recommend L'Osteria in Magdeburg with a clear conscience and will probably always remain a fan

The reservation works easily via the website. Arriving, checking in and placing your order works great. The drinks came in a reasonable time, wines are very tasty. The meal took a while, but was also tasty. The portion sizes for pasta dishes are just right. If you're hungry, we recommend an appetizer. My only criticism is the noise in the restaurant. The music is nice, but quite loud. This also causes the conversation volume to increase.

Fast service, table large enough for four people so that everyone could eat a pizza and had space for it. Food and drinks came quickly. There should be a little more ham on the ham pizza next time. Otherwise everything was great! Recommended!

We are very often guests in your house. Unfortunately, the service staff showed a very strange side today. It was not possible to split an invoice and have a voucher credited. Three employees were unable to do this. When the evil of the problem was named, people were considered xenophobic. I still don't know what I paid for or whether the invoice was created correctly. I would like to be treated by you like a guest and not like a carouser. In the future, please ensure that you have well-trained staff and that they feel welcome.

Unfriendly waitress from the start. When asked, after waiting for over an hour, we were informed that our receipt had been lost, even though the starter had already come to the table. In order to avoid any further waiting time, we took the bill and left.

Very good service, delicious food and a nice atmosphere, and there were nice surprises for my wife's birthday.

So this is a good spot for a late night meal or snack. The staff is really attentive and the food is fresh. Pizza was really big and I did like the great Caesar salad. I just wished for more chicken in my salad. Drinks are good, and the atmosphere is definitely uplifting. A good menu and moderate pricing.

Today we spontaneously went to L'Osteria for the first time. We were greeted warmly and got a table without a reservation. We decided on pizzas, which were very aromatic and delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. We'd love to come back.

The pizza is not particularly good, the dough remains on the long side of the board, with toppings and meatloaf on the floor. Even though the pizza wasn't fully baked, the waiters served us everything except the pizza. The carbonara legs weren't the best in the world, but hey, the drink was too dry. The waiter gave me the wrong drink before bringing me the right one. I had to get up to get the parmesan that the waiter had forgotten. The chefs and waiters are available for discussions and careful preparation. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come and clear our food and then 10 minutes to order dessert because the waitress was chatting. Then let the tiramisu thaw for 10 minutes and heat it with the Bunsen burner

There were 5 of us. One pizza was burnt down, and as compensation we were given ice cream. The Pizza Bo wasn't really filled either, so you thought it was just the pizza dough. Spaghetti was okay. The Macherony in the other two dishes could have been cooked for another minute, chewing was very unpleasant. The dessert pana cotta is declared with strawberries in the plural, but here there was only 1 and it was sliced. The "silent eviction" was also very unpleasant. We were still eating dessert and sitting. The reserved sign had already been put back up. This gave us the feeling: thank you for your visit, but now please leave. Maybe we didn't have a good day. We won't be visiting the place again so quickly.

Please be patient at lunchtime. Very long waiting times of up to an hour. Bad service, very slow staff. Food was okay but no longer hot. Unfortunately I won't be able to receive it.

The two pizzas we ordered were doughy and raw, the offer to put them in the oven again resulted in a burnt, completely dried out, glassy pizza. We had to argue with the staff that it wasn't ok. the supervisor then said they would make two new ones. That's ok then. were as usual from L'Osteria. Annoying! Waited a total of 1 hour, bad vibes, excuse: none, compensation: none So: screwing up can happen, but then you have to take responsibility!

An Italian restaurant to my taste. The menu offers plenty of variety and it tastes very good too. There was Peroni beer, appropriate music, etc. The employees are super friendly and the kitchen tries to keep up with time.

I found the location to be far too loud in terms of acoustics. You couldn't have a conversation without yelling at each other. The service was friendly. Because of the noise, I won't go there again.

Nice restaurant, we stood at the entrance for 5 minutes, where there was a sign saying we'll take you to the square (from memory)... no attention and then someone took pity. The food was good and plentiful, the service was okay, the atmosphere was nice. 3.5 stars would be it. The restaurant wasn't very full, but if the service is better the next time you visit it will get one more star.

We went for Italian brunch on Sunday with the family (11 people, including 3 children). The food was very good, the selection was great. Unfortunately the whole brunch was poorly organized and seemed quite chaotic from a service perspective. It took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks. These didn't come together either, but rather "in blobs". I asked for small forks (cake forks) for the children. There was only one at the bar, the other I asked the (presumably) shift manager. It felt like it took 5 minutes to find another cake fork. I think I have 3 people working on it. Craziness! Are there no cake forks in the store or does no one know where they are? In addition, there was a lack of cutlery at the buffet, and this was the case for the entire duration of our visit. It also took a very long time for food to be refilled. So the panna cotta was out for quite a while. In general, the service seemed very chaotic and overwhelmed. I have never experienced this during my visits to the à la carte in the evening.

It is extremely interesting to note that restaurateurs in Magdeburg are complaining. We wanted to stop in for a quick pizza at 5:50 p.m. in the empty restaurant for two, but were turned away. This was justified with the statement that orders come from 7 p.m. and so they don't want to accept walk-in customers. Even when we asked to just eat something quickly, we were turned away. Very sad to experience.
