Very nice Italian restaurant in the heart of Magdeburg. The food is very tasty, the service is friendly and the prices are average. The portions are very large, so even hungry guests will be satisfied. Only the waiting time for the food on site was a little too long. Card payment is possible. Parking spaces are available in the nearby area.

I had two pizzas, one diablo and one seafood, along with onion soup. Both pizzas were extremely salty and tasted terrible, especially considering the high price. The onion soup was average at best. The service made matters worse; we waited almost an hour for the pizzas, and even paying the bill was a hassle. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant today. We specifically ordered a vegetarian dish, but they served us beef instead. The billing was also a major issue. Our bill was supposed to be €198, but we were charged €276. When we questioned this, the waiter arrogantly claimed that €80 meant nothing to him. On top of that, we ordered 9 dishes but were billed for 11. When we tried to discuss these issues, the waiter was unresponsive and even walked away in the middle of our conversation. This kind of unprofessional and arrogant behavior is unacceptable. We won’t be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Today we went to dinner again. The food, as always, first class. Unfortunately this time the service was not good or bad: We were greeted warmly and given the menu straight away, and the drink came very quickly. But the food took almost an hour to arrive, even when asked. Only when I said that we would rather go somewhere else did the food come. For my husband spaghetti with a knife and fork. There was no spoon with it. Then we continued with the bill. It took a while until we could pay. Then we had to get the card reader, which took so long again. This can definitely be improved! For now we won't eat here anymore, there are many other options.

Today I was in her shop with my friend around 9:30 and bought 2 bubble teas that were prepared by a black-haired employee. As we walked out of the shop and I took a sip, I noticed that there were black pieces floating in it and a taste like old coffee grounds. I then went back to the shop and explained the situation to the employee. There I was fobbed off with the statement that it was tea leaves without asking for an improvement or an apology. I heard from this statement that it was normal to find something like that in your drink. The best is yet to come. When we were standing at the old market stop, my friend noticed a fruit fly in her bubble tea. The fact that you find something like this in a restaurant is an absolute disgrace. Disgusting and also customer unfriendly. Doesn't work at all. First and last time visited this store.

Our waiter didn't even manage to take our order properly because he had to flirt with the pretty ladies the whole time. He had to take it three times until it worked and in the end we had my girlfriend's child of 5 years old tried to force him to tell him the numbers on the receipt, he hid because he was afraid instead of letting him say he still aren't you a man? A few times to him and pulled on his arm to pull him until I had to say loudly that he should leave it if he didn't like it! I'm totally shocked at the waiters working there. Even his work colleagues were annoyed by his constant flirting with women and gives every woman a free ball!!!

I ate ice cream here today and really liked it. I was also very surprised by the availability of interesting ice cream flavors, such as tangerine and watermelon - today I tried them for the first time, and they are very tasty. Also full of our usual ice cream flavors. The waffle cone is crispy and sweet, I’m very glad that the restaurant doesn’t skimp on waffles like many other cafes do. I was satisfied, I really want to come back here again and try pizza or pasta, I love Italian cuisine.

Sit on a shady terrace in the wonderful summer weather and enjoy an ice cream sundae. Shady yes, service subpar and rather bored and the ice cream was the negative crowning glory. We each had a strawberry yogurt sundae. Which then had a lot, a lot of cream, a bit of ice cream, yoghurt and an incredible strawberry in the cup. When we were paying we asked the employee about it and he just grinned and asked: “Really?”. Cashed in and left. There are enough ice cream parlors in Magdeburg with good and very good service and ice cream, this is NOT one of them.

Really terrible service - it got so bad, we were very disappointed and definitely won't be going there again. First of all, we weren't served for ages and had to get the menu cards ourselves (it must be said that it wasn't at all full). The food came quite quickly, we only had 2 ice cream sundaes and 2 normal water. But even the ice cream sundaes had apparently been sitting around for a few minutes because the ice cream was already a bit runny. The water was also brought incorrectly (still instead of medium). While we were eating the ice cream, two waiters sat down next to us at a free table and smoked - that's not possible and we also had a baby with us. When we wanted to pay we had to ask for the bill 3 times, even that didn't work until I went in and paid there (after 45 minutes of waiting for the bill). The two waiters just laughed at each other and tried to blame each other and only said words like "she wants to pay" even though I was standing right next to them. Absolutely unprofessional. While we were eating our ice cream, an older couple sat down next to us and left after 30 minutes because they weren't served. The waiters had absolutely no interest. Not recommended at all

The service was friendly and quick. I ordered a strawberry sundae. A strawberry, cut into several pieces, sat on top of the cream. With a strawberry sundae? Everything tasted great, but a strawberry???

For me, the Rialto was one of the best ice cream parlors in Magdeburg and I preferred to get an ice cream or drink a coffee there. Unfortunately, the Rialto is well past its peak. The ice cream and coffee still taste delicious and the service is friendly, but the latter appears to be extremely stressed and overworked. The last few times we either didn't get the things we ordered and/or they were forgotten/came when we ordered the bill. Recommendation: yes, but only if the Rialto is relatively empty. Overall, it's a shame that Rialto has come this far 😕!

A family at the next table had to wait 20 minutes before they could pay. The apology was that none of the service staff said anything to the waiter who had to pay. I ordered the Rigatoni al Forno, which was average at best in terms of taste. At the moment I wouldn't come back either because of the food or the service.

Can't recommend the bubble tea. The ratio of tea to bubbles is completely nonsensical, there is barely any tea. That might be because the tea itself is lacking any kind of flavor, I suppose. Staff also seemed very confused at my simple order, probably best to just eat ice cream there.

I've asked how long to wait for food waitress told me 10min, got wait my food more than 40min. Ordered medium steak, they brought me completely raw.

There were two of us, I had bruschetta and my guest had aglio e olio. We sat in the restaurant for 10 minutes before someone served us over the main (the restaurant was completely empty!). My bread from Büschers had a similar consistency to rusks and you could see that the tomatoes and arugula weren't fresh, which is exactly how it tasted. My guest's pasta was swimming in oil and had absolutely nothing to do with Aglio e olio! Plus the prices are way overpriced for this poor quality. When I pointed out to the staff that our food didn't taste good and wasn't good, there was no reaction and they turned around and left. Absolutely not recommended!!!

The food was ok, as was the service. I then ordered a bottle of water. When it came, I could see from afar that the bottle wasn't full, but rather 1/3 was missing. We chose a table, which we changed again after 5 minutes because it was drizzling like pike soup. The table we sat at was still full of crumbs from the guests in front of it. The flowers on the table were already dry and completely wilted. We ordered a beer for me and a special for my partner. For the starter we ordered bruschetta and for the main course spaghetti Bolognese for my partner and a Quattro Stagioni pizza for me. The special was far too much Fanta and far too little Cola. The beer was good, you can't go wrong with that. We then waited almost 20 minutes for the bruschetta. It was very tasty, very appetizingly prepared, but unfortunately that was the only high point of the evening. We then waited about 45 minutes for the main courses, even though only 6 tables in the entire restaurant were occupied. The two male waiters took turns smoking in the entrance area of ​​the restaurant every 10 minutes and you got the impression that they didn't feel like working at all. The meat from the Bolognese was cold, as was the plate itself. The spaghetti was almost all broken, so it was unnecessary to roll it up on the spoon. My pizza was very large and protruded 2 cm above the plate and was not at all tasty, apparently the spices had run out in the kitchen. The ground was very dark and the edge was extremely dry and very hard. I also told the waiter, he didn't seem to have an opinion about it. At this point, a little tip for the kitchen: Balsamic syrup was great in the eighties and nineties. Today only unimaginative chefs garnish with it. Last but not least, the bill came from another table, which also showed me that the waiters have no plan and are completely overwhelmed with their job. It's a shame, I will never visit this restaurant again. There are much better places in the city of Magdeburg, such as the darkest pub in Olvenstedt. I've finished…

Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not right here at all. A glass of hot water with lemon and a latte macchiato cost €4.90 each. A pizza costs around €15 and is so big that you can hardly finish it. Otherwise the only option is to pack them up or leave them lying around. The aim here is to secure sales of €15 from the customer. And even though the shop was pretty empty, we had to wait quite a long time for our food.

Food came differently than ordered, then an advertisement is made on Saturday for pizzas and pasta for €10.90 each at lunchtime and then they say no, so that doesn't apply today. But there was a sign outside the entrance. This is customer deception. The Margherita pizza was far too thin and didn't taste good. Too expensive without lunch.

Today we went to the Rialto for ice cream with 4 adults and 2 children. It wasn't too busy, so we got a table straight away. It went pretty quickly and the service had already brought us the cards. Then the long wait began. At some point our order was taken and already tried from round 1 we waited for an eternity. Everything came very slowly *only 2 coffees *an ice cream *then a fake sundae 2*latte macchiato And then the rest Unfortunately, not everything about the ice cream sundaes was as ordered and the amount of cream was really a bit too much but ok. Which we found very rude, the whole time we were served very slowly, but once we had paid the table couldn't be cleaned quickly enough. Very annoying when you try to raise a one year old there. We won't be coming back any time soon.

Kellner war sehr zuvorkommend. Essen war OK. Wir hatten Pizza Rialto und Diavolo. Zu lange im Ofen, wir haben den Rand dann weggelassen weil es zu trocken war. Kleiner Tipp für die Diavolo: nehmt picante Salami und richtige Peperonis/Chilis. Es war null scharf. Ansonsten frische Zutaten 👍, die in der Zubereitung auch mal bissel länger dauern. Haben aber gern gewartet, Restaurant war auch voll. P.s. Es wäre auch schön ein italienisches Bier auf der Karte zu finden, z.b. Peroni..

Gestern war ich nach langer Zeit mit meiner Frau mal wieder im Rialto. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Innenausstattung machte auf uns einen guten Eindruck. Der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Zu erst bekamen wir unsere Getränke. Dann erhielten wir unser essen. Mussten dann aber ca. 10 Minuten auf unsere Teller warten! Eigentlich wollten wir zum Abschluss noch einen Absacker zu uns nehmen. Was uns aber verging, da sich keiner von den Kellnern sehen ließ. Auf uns machten die Kellner einen überforderten Eindruck!

Wir hatten eine zauberhafte Kellnerin. Sie hat einen schönen Abend garantiert. Das Fleisch war gut gegart. Die Dekoration könnte ein wenig moderner sein. Am Ende bleibt uns dieser fantastische Service in der Erinnerung und deshalb 5/5

Die Bedienung war nicht sehr aufmerksam, Zucker und Serviette selbst geholt, der Tee war sehr wässrig.

Sehr leckere Rialto-Pizza. Und freundliches Personal.
