Shirokuro is still something of an insider tip and offers Asian cuisine with a Japanese focus. As is almost always the case in such cases, the operators are Vietnamese. The menu is extensive. We had two starters and two main courses which were quite tasty. The drinks were brought to us by a funny serving robot. The prices are below the average of comparable restaurants.
Actually not even 1 star, all tables were occupied, which is very good, but there was only one waiter in the entire restaurant who couldn't keep up. Sorry, but more staff definitely needs to be planned. We waited almost 2 hours for our food, which sometimes came wrong and had to be waited again. We had ordered for 8 people and we were seated at a table for 6. Sorry, but they won't see us there again!
I have ordered there 3-5 times in the last 4 months and after waiting about 1.5 hours for the confirmation I would like to order my food from you but if you keep canceling it will be difficult
I had dinner at the restaurant in the evening with a group of 8 people. In my opinion it is insulting to the Italian food culture to call this restaurant Italian cuisine. A pizza with a diameter of around 24 cm which costs around 12 euros and was definitely not homemade took 1 hour and 20 minutes. There was similar feedback on the other dishes. The restaurant was approximately 30% full at the time. The service was mediocre and the food was delivered every 6-7 minutes... I would consider leaving my money here. Then it's better to cook yourself. 😉
I think the salmon roll is very tasty, but it is also expensive having to pay €5 for a roll. I've always found the service to be nice so far, so overall everything is good.
Today, on [03/19/2025] at 12:40 p.m., I was in your “Burger My” branch and had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees. I politely asked for an email address to apply to you. However, the employee in question, who was wearing glasses, reacted extremely unfriendly.
He told me in an inappropriate tone that he was the "owner" and would not give me an email address. He also said that your company has no sales, does not need any staff and has already laid off employees. His behavior towards me was disrespectful and unprofessional. Even if this information is true, it is unacceptable to speak this way to a potential candidate or client.
I ask you to take this incident seriously and take appropriate action. Treating customers and interested parties with respect should be a given.
