⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ My wife and I spontaneously decided to have a Greek meal here and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the food was not convincing for us - the taste was far behind what we are used to from other Greek restaurants. We only ate about 20% of the food. When we politely expressed criticism and asked for the bill, the boss first wanted to know what we didn't like and why. But as soon as I specifically expressed my criticism, it was completely devalued and not taken seriously. Instead of dealing with our criticism constructively, he assumed that we were only doing this to get a discount - which is absolutely not the case. His behavior clearly showed that he is not open to criticism at all. Instead of reacting professionally, the boss even asked us to leave the restaurant. An absolute no-go for us! Criticism should be accepted and taken seriously, even if tastes differ of course. Unfortunately, dealing with us only made the impression worse. Service and communication were also below average. Of course we paid the bill in full, but I hope you consider how you deal with criticism in the future. Overall a very disappointing experience. I absolutely cannot understand the positive reviews here. It's a shame, but definitely not recommended.

Well...to be honest, I would like to stop by again for lunch in my work clothes... (because that's how the waitresses work). The overall impression is.....good......but definitely in need of improvement. Broken chairs...dirty sockets and windows...and the toilets are easily 25 years old. However, the food was okay and the service was friendly and attentive. All in all...I don't necessarily have to go there.

I absolutely loved the Meraki! You feel welcome from the first minute - the staff are super friendly and attentive. The gyro was incredibly tasty, perfectly seasoned and nice and crispy. The portions are large, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is simply great. I'll definitely be back!

When calling the hotline, we were informed that breakfast was included in the 89 euro package. In the morning, when checking out, there was an additional fee of 30 Euro for breakfast, and an additional fee for parking and a dog. The price increased from 89 to 151 Euro Although no one on the hotline mentioned any additional fees.

The best Greek food I've had in a long time. Authentic, tasty and plentiful - and very reasonably priced. Plus a cozy atmosphere and TOP service!

Unfortunately, they tried to rip us off with the bill!!! As you or I know, 4 Ousos were served at the end. You know...but here they wanted 22€... sorry, they were served without saying anything...just like at every other Greek restaurant... Conclusion: never again

The food was really very tasty. Unfortunately the service was not very attentive. No question whether we would like to drink something else. We sat there with empty plates for ages and it took a long time to get the bill, even though there were only three tables occupied that evening.

The service was very friendly and attentive, the restaurant itself seems quite old-fashioned inside and therefore not necessarily cozy. The food itself was good, unfortunately the liver was raw inside and the plate didn't look much. Generally ok, but nothing more. Sorry.

wonderful restaurant with great food and wonderful flavors, very clean shop with very nice decoration, impeccable cuisine with professionals who love their job, excellent service from the waiters, it has become our favorite destination and we will be there often 🌹🫶🏻

That was my last purchase from Anna. I bought tuna salad and when I got home I discovered that it was so spoiled that the salad tingled on my tongue. And for a price that is beyond good and evil. This borders on physical harm.
