Is a well-run restaurant. Fast service and delicious food.

Great restaurant with super nice waiters and delicious food! It's a bit hidden in the inner courtyard.

Side dishes are clearly too few. There is an additional charge of 1.50 for croquettes, but you get a total of 5!! Croquettes. If things get better, great. There is a parking space hidden away in the yard.

Very nice location. The food was also delicious and since we celebrated our birthday there, the house provided a birthday cake. Was there for the first time and will definitely come back. Highly recommended

We had a delicious starter that will fill you up. If the main course hadn't been so extremely tasty, I wouldn't have made it. - we've been there regularly since then.

You have to look closely to find this gem. Hidden in a backyard you will find this nice location. Looking small from the outside, this changes when you go inside. Large dining room and beautiful beer garden. The service was very friendly and concerned about our well-being. The food was very tasty. 👍

When we arrived we thought "is this a Greek restaurant?" But appearances from the outside are really deceiving! Simply a great atmosphere, very nice staff and, above all, delicious food! We really liked it and would definitely recommend it! Thanks for the delicious food!

I have no idea what's been going on in the store for a few weeks, but recently there's been very loud music playing there during the week, especially from Sunday night to Friday night. Mostly rap or hip hop is played there, completely unrelated to a Greek restaurant. The residential buildings there are directly exposed to sound and those who have to get up early are the victims here. Do you have a quirk? In the future I will report this to the police in the form of disturbing the peace, and your shed must not exceed certain limits either!

You have to reserve a table. The order for drinks and food was only taken after three quarters of an hour, drinks came quickly but the starter after half an hour and the main course after an hour and nothing in between, we couldn't even order something new to drink. The starter of grilled pepperoni was okay but the main course of meat skewers was cold and dry We won't be returning there again

Price/performance is completely ok! Please note the current price development in the catering industry. The fact that there is no salad automatically with the main course (can be ordered for EUR 4.90) wasn't a problem for us. In return we got 2x Ouzo on the house 😀 There were 6 of us, all dishes were rich and large. The Metaxa sauce is particularly recommended. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is unique. Clear recommendation! 😀

It was ok, the staff tried hard. I was very annoyed that it had already been cleared away even though some of my guests were still eating. Two meals also came much later and the guests had to wait. There was always something missing and something would be added. The staff was still polite and friendly. The portions were large and good.

Essen war gut, aber nicht besonders.

Die Taverne Sorbas bietet einen anständigen Mittagstisch zu fairen Preisen. Die Gerichte sind geschmackvoll und der Service ist freundlich. Einziger Nachteil: Zum Zeitpunkt meines Besuchs war leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich, sodass ich erst einen kleinen Umweg zum nächsten Geldautomaten machen musste. Abgesehen davon ist die Taverne Sorbas für ein leckeres und preiswertes Mittagessen durchaus zu empfehlen.

Tolles Restaurant, guter Service und leckeres Essen. An dem Abend war es ausgebucht, leider hat es zu wenig Personal gegeben, so dass es zu langen Wartezeiten kam. Gern kommen wir wieder, aber nicht an einem Samstagabend, denn das Essen war fantastisch.

Wer hätte das gedacht? Nach einem anstrengenden Sportlehrgang waren wir in Magdeburg auf der Suche nach einem guten Restaurant und sind auf die Taverna Sorbas gestoßen. Es war der Hammer!! So freundlich, lustig, lecker und gemütlich! Die Portionen waren üppig, die Chefin grandios und wir hatten einen super Abend! Nächstes Mal ist der Besuch bei Sorbas schon fest eingeplant! 😁

Wir waren zum Abendessen hier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, uns gefiel das freudige Strahlen in den Augen des jungen Kellners besonders. Alle Speisen waren frisch, zart und einfach köstlich. Sowohl die Pfannen mit Metaxasauce, als auch das Gyros mit Steak und Spiegelei sind sehr zu empfehlen. Bei den Desserts könnte es etwas mehr Auswahl geben. Ambiente insgesamt im inneren sehr schick, erinnert an den Film MamaMia.

Ein tolles Restaurant! Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und das Deko wunderschön. Das Essen ist richtig lecker und alles so frisch. Ich werde sicherlich öfter hier essen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut für so ein Essen. Das Personal ist nett und hat sich Zeit für individuelle Empfehlungen genommen.

Unserer Meinung nach der beste Grieche in Magdeburg. Ambiente ist typisch griechisches Restaurant. Der Service ist super! Das Essen kommt nicht an unseren Stammgriechen in Berlin ran, kostet aber auch deutlich weniger. Preis/Leistung stimmen!

Um ehrlich zu sein unter gutem Essen bin ich was anderes gewohnt. Der Fisch war nicht durch, der Blumenkohl hart und das Filet ging absolut gar nicht. Service und Ambiente war gut aber das Essen ging echt gar nicht.

Ausgezeichnet kann ich da nur sagen. Ein Restaurant was man mit sehr Empfehlenswert mit gutem Gewissen bewerten kann. Sehr freundliche Bedienung , bestes Essen zu angemessenen Preisen und man braucht auch nicht lange zu warten bis das Essen auf dem Tisch steht. Bin Begeistert.

The place was great, we really enjoyed the atmosphere. I took one star down because I got too much cheese on my plate 😅maybe it's my personal preference.. I ordered one dish with red paprika and cheese inside, that was fine, but they also added cheese on top of the paprika.. Which I didn't expect. And the whole dish was a lot of cheese. The appetizer was actually super nice (that's what's in the attached photo). The tomatoes, the bread, the garlicky taste, and the oregano, together with cheese, was really amazing 👌. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really lovely, we didn't expect to find such a lovely place in that area 😅 the inside of the restaurant was very nice!

Ambiente war super auch wenns auf den ersten Blick von vorne düster aussieht isser von innen und draußen im Hinterhof sehr schön und gemütlich ausgelegt. Essen war lecker, hatten dort zu Mittag gegessen.

Dieses Restaurant war für mich die größte Überraschung. Zufällig entdeckt am Sonntag Abend. Ich muß sagen, ich bin mehr als begeistert. Der Garten ist fantastisch, allgemein das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm, man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Das Essen ist zauberhaft! Ich bin selber Gastronom in meinem ganzen Leben gewesen und bin ziemlich sparsam an Komplimenten, aber das hat meine Erwartungen echt übertroffen. Einfach super, 6 Sterne von mir! Die Preise sind halb so hoch wie in Berlin. Klare Empfehlung!

Service und Ambiente kann ich nicht bewerten, da wir Essen zum Mitnehmen hatten. Bestellt haben wir 4 verschiedene Gerichte mit Vorspeise, davon war kein Essen lecker. Gyros war total knorpelig, Zaziki war auch ohne Geschmack und den Knoblauchkartoffeln fehlte jegliche Würze. Wir haben schon sehr oft griechisch gegessen, aber noch nie so schlecht. Nie wieder!

Eigentlich nach zulangerZeit mal wieder zum Essen in der Taverna Sorbas. Es war wie immer hervorragend. Große Portionen, Fleisch auf dem Punkt. Maria die Seele der Taverne, für jeden ein freundliches Wort und immer ein Lächeln. Sehr schön auch für Weihnachten dekoriert. Selvom vi kom lidt sent - 21.30, blev vi godt modtaget. Maden var meget lækker, og servicen var fremragende til meget fornuftig pris.

Parkplatz direkt im Hof. Der Service mit Chefin Maria und wohl ihrem Sohn war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die gemischte Vorspeise war bunt und geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Schweinelendchen mit Fetakäse und der Grillteller waren üppig und lecker. Die Preise waren für die Gegend im oberen Bereich, dafür gab es noch jeweils 2 Ouzo aufs Haus. Alles in allem ein gelungener Besuch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
