We were here for the second time. The first time for dinner, today for lunch. But no matter what time of day: very good service, great ambience and, above all, excellent food. We had the surprise menu, which was well coordinated and tasted very interesting. The kitchen's greetings were excellent, the oysters were fresh, the food sequence was balanced and very tasty. Overall, a very nice time. We like the different herbs, spices and preparation options.

A beautiful location in the Ore Mountains, very friendly service and everything is very new and comfortably furnished. Perfect for a family trip👍.

Each course was an artfully created highlight that impressed with a perfect balance of taste, texture and presentation. The quality of the ingredients and the sophistication of the preparation speak for the highest culinary art. The stylish ambience rounds off the experience perfectly - modern, elegant and yet cozy, so that you feel welcome from the start. The service was attentive, warm and professional without being intrusive. For gourmets and lovers of special culinary moments, the Frieda restaurant is an absolute must. While in the Gewandhaus in Leipzig right next door guests are presented with joyful odes for the ears, the team around Detlef Schlegel in the Stadtpfeiffer offers odes for the palate in both liquid and solid form. In addition to ingredients grown in the garden and mushrooms hand-collected from the alluvial forest, which are arranged into works of art on the plate, the excellent, very attentive and extremely competent service is also enchanting. "To each as he likes." is the motto of Schlegels and team. And if you then get a table with a view of the kitchen through the windows, the visual entertainment is finally served.

Eye-watering prices for the food. 5 course meal for two along with a bottle of wine was nearing 500€ bill… the entrance to the restaurant is awkward, passing through a narrow and very squeaky door to enter- not fitting my expectations when paying this much for dinner. Our server missed to mention that the “vegetarian” soup contained beef stock. Embarrassing

Unfortunately, smoking is allowed in the bar. That wasn't obvious to us. Unfortunately it was so stuffy that we had to leave without ordering. It's a shame, also for the employees who have to work in this smoke.

We invited my parents to Kultivoo as a Christmas present. The service was very courteous and friendly - they took into account the fact that my mother doesn't hear very well, answered questions about all courses and gave competent advice about the wine list. The entire staff was always very approachable and never aloof, which makes the atmosphere very familiar. The food also took into account the fact that I was pregnant. Every course was absolutely delicious and a real experience, which was just fun. The two of us were at Kultivoo two years ago and it has really gotten better. Absolute recommendation for this unique restaurant!
