The food tasted reasonably good. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with other aspects of my visit. The service left something to be desired as the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of politeness and attention towards the guests, which spoiled the overall impression.
Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were not satisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which affected the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the stay uncomfortable and unbearable, especially on warm days.
Another point of criticism was the lack of an adequate way to wash hands. There was no washing area or suitable washing facilities, which did not meet a basic hygiene need. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression.
In summary, I would like to emphasize that the Meals restaurant offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope that the management will improve these points to provide guests with an overall pleasant experience.

How professional are you that you present your customer review as an inaccurate review? If the relationship with your employees is very important to you, you should impose a ban on the premises now instead of putting money before your employees and customers. Napkins are not towels or cleaning products for greasy food. There is such a thing as disinfectant wipes. Behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and advised you to ask your customers for disinfectant wipes next time or at least open the door as it is very hot inside!!!!!!!

Regarding the washing area, I would like to note that I believe that a proper hand hygiene facility is important in a restaurant to ensure a hygienic environment. I am aware that this is not a legal requirement, however it is a factor that is important to many guests. Another suggestion would be a ventilation system to make guests feel comfortable.

I absolutely love Benjis food. Its like chipotle and qdoba had a love child. Best of everything, flavor, quality and quantity. The only stupid part is they are so good the line is forever long and the parking kinda sucks. Other than that, this is definitely a stop I always make in K-Town
The burgers there are so good! Went there with my boyfriend and we both really loved it so much. Normally I'm not much of a burger fan, but I had such a craving for them that we absolutely had to go! Highly recommended. :)
Wonderful meal in a beautifully decorated restaurant (at least for me) the surroundings were very nice and everything was nice and finely decorated. The only note was that it was a bit dark but there was a lamp at each table that you could adjust accordingly. The service was attentive and very friendly.
I would have found it nicer if, for example, The toilets would be better signposted in the restaurant so you don't necessarily have to ask but that's just a small thing.

The food (Thai) was very good, but a bit too spicy (slightly spicy according to the menu).
The portion of apple strudel with cream and vanilla ice cream was quite small for almost €10.
