I "only" give the room 4 stars because the joints in the shower, for example, were no longer completely clean, the bedside table was in front of the closet so that it could only be opened on one side and the bedside table lamp didn't work. But the room was clean, and a second pillow was provided immediately at my request. When we ordered the room we were asked whether we wanted fresh goose, which was only available to order, and I found it very attentive. This tasted excellent. In general, the owner was very nice and responded to almost every request. The house is in a quiet location, but it is only a few kilometers from Kassel. There are enough parking spaces at the house. The house is old but clean. You look in vain for elevators. Price/performance is top. When eating out, I found the Indian chicken dish with rice (which contained very little meat) quite expensive at 17 euros, while the goose with soup, salad, side dishes and dessert was ok at 30 euros. Conclusion: We'll be back next year

Wir haben im Restaurant ein Geburtstag gefeiert.Es gab's reichlich Auswahl,mir hat nicht viel geschmeckt..Die Teller waren nicht ganz sauber,das hat mich am meisten geschtört,den Kellner drauf angeschprochen und wurde böse noch angeguckt.Ich denke ich komme nicht wieder.

One of our favorite restaurants. Top quality, well prepared. Excellent selection of food, drinks and various wines and spirits. Upscale standards in a great, well-kept atmosphere. On warm days, a huge terrace invites you to stay. Located directly on the banks of the Fulda, you have a great view when sitting outside. Unfortunately, parking is a bit difficult at Auerdamm so you should always plan a short walk.

Ordered spareribs. Unfortunately they were served cold! We told the service staff… Statement: Will let the kitchen know. Customer service? Nope and that for €23.90! American baked potato with sour cream was great. First visit and also the LAST.

The fries were delicious, but unfortunately, you have to eat them without a fork. The burgers didn't agree with us at all. There must have been something wrong with them. I would go back, but next time I'll only have fries.

The lahmacun is very good, all the ingredients are fresh. There's not much to say about the ambiance. It's a takeaway place where you can pick up the food. The man who runs it is very friendly.

Not recommended. 15.50 euros for a small plate of kebab in 2025. Sure, it's a row of shops, but still completely overpriced for what you get. The meat is industrial and has almost no taste.

Only the restroom on the ground floor is open. Cleaning is a foreign concept. Absolutely not acceptable.

Highly recommended!!!! Bavarian style restaurant, looks nice and the food is super tasty. German cuisine. The staff is very attentive, friendly and even ready to joke. The price-performance ratio is appropriate. We have been here several times and would love to come back.

The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Individual adjustments to the order were implemented easily and free of charge. The Hessenplatte ordered for two people was therefore prepared as “Hessenplatte Finkenwerder Art” and was excellent. The portion was generous and would easily have fed three people. The price-performance ratio is excellent.
