The pizzas are amazing. Extra requests are free, but that's totally fine. The service is excellent. I'd love to come back.

I don't understand people who write great reviews about this place and the food. The pizza is dry, in fact, it's not good. They asked to cut the pizza, you could say they pretended to cut it. The pizza is not very tasty, I've never eaten anything like it! Thank you, I won't be in this place again!

The food was delicious. I had a pizza ceasera e pollo. It was large and filling. I even had to take another slice with me. The staff was friendly; the only thing that was a bit annoying was the noise. Otherwise, the location was beautiful and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend it.

The food was very good, as always. We often go here as a family and have never been disappointed. It suits our tastes. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our children always have a lot of fun, as they are very child-friendly.

It wasn't our first time there, but this time we had a very bad experience. The restaurant was moderately busy, so we didn't have to stress about it being full. Some of the pizzas were undercooked. We complained about one pizza because it was completely soggy and the toppings were very meager. We got a new one, which was fine. We will avoid the restaurant in the future.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years and it was always great and delicious, but then I came and was told I couldn't eat upstairs because the table needed to be cleaned. Which doesn't make sense because they were still open for 2 hours. I would appreciate an answer.

We visited L'Osteria based on the predominantly positive reviews. Upon arrival, we had to wait about five minutes at the entrance while the staff were engrossed in private conversations. The table we were seated at hadn't been cleaned yet. We were asked to sit down anyway while the waiter cleaned the table in front of us. We ordered two pizzas, which were served promptly. Unfortunately, both were severely burnt and very dry. A warning to this effect was ignored by the staff. We also didn't say goodbye after paying. **Conclusion:** We have visited L'Osteria several times at other locations and have always been satisfied. However, this visit was disappointing – we have never had a similar experience at any other location. Therefore, we cannot recommend this location.

I've been there several times because of the opportunities, etc. But I really can't recommend it. The service is hard to beat in terms of lack of concern for the guests or the restaurant—it's just a job. That's enough for now.

Two of us went out for pizza: one Hawaiian pizza, one tonno pizza, and two rosés and a beer. The pizzas were a good size, but unfortunately, they were sloppy, and the crust wasn't cooked through. The service was nice, but they had changed in the meantime, which, in my opinion, isn't great for tipping.

A huge pizza, and the price is totally reasonable. The pasta dishes are in the same price range, which is why I'd prefer a pizza. If you want to go there in the evening, you should definitely make a reservation. Because it's always busy, it naturally takes a while to get served. But if you know that, it's not a problem. I like eating here.

I celebrated my birthday at La L'Osteria, and it was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Even though there was a brief moment of chaos while ordering because everyone was chatting, everything was sorted out quickly and charmingly. My only minor criticism: A little more garlic would have been great 😉. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

Average restaurant. The pizzas are huge(!) (45cm) - actually I think it's too big. Half of it hangs over the plate and lies on the table, and the pizza gets a bit wet and sloppy. But it tastes good - and the pasta was delicious too. Prices are average. 70€ for 4 people with drinks

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The restaurant was packed, the tables were very close together and therefore there was little space and extremely loud. The pizza was big, very big. But that was it. My topping was carelessly placed in a pile in the middle and the taste was absolutely not convincing. Too bad. We were in the Losteria for the first time on our Bali vacation and were looking forward to something “comparable”

Please also accept cash payments at Liferando; not everyone has to pay by card or PayPal. I wanted to place a large order, but for this reason, I couldn't. I ordered from somewhere else where cash payments are available.

The best and most gigantic pizza. Simply delicious. They even came with pizza oil. That's a rare occurrence. The service is second to none. Next time, we'll try one of the delicious salads. This will definitely be our regular Italian restaurant.

We have the choice between Paderborn and Kassel. However, we always go to Kassel. The service here is consistently attentive, friendly, and competent. The staff is very knowledgeable about the dishes and is happy to offer advice without being overly intrusive. It's also nice that the waiters check in on the table several times. The food arrives quickly. The quality is very good. All special requests are easily accommodated. A truly excellent restaurant.

We spontaneously got a seat for five people on a full day on a holiday – absolutely fantastic! The service was very friendly, and the pizza was good (a bit floury and unfortunately, apparently only available in one size).

Had pizza. It was very large with a paper thin base and toppings very thinly spread. I Was full after eating but it didn't have much flavour. I expected to have some garlic on the pizza I chose but I could not taste any. The service was quick and the staff were polite.

A reservation for 10 people made online one day later still hasn't been made, and nothing can be done by phone; no one answers the phone.

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. Although it was quiet, it took over 20 minutes for the first order to be placed. There were three of us – one person's salad only arrived after repeated requests, when the other two had already finished their meals. The service seemed disorganized and unattentive. The food itself was average at best (4/10). Overall, it wasn't a good experience; we wouldn't return.

I felt a bit lost at L'Osteria. The service was rather slow but very friendly. The drinks and food arrived fairly quickly. In terms of taste, I'd describe it as solidly mid-range. It wasn't a flavor explosion, but it was by no means a disaster either. It's worth it once in a while, but it's not a must.

Outrageously unfriendly! We were greeted extremely unfriendly as soon as we entered - one employee was so arrogant and disrespectful to our team that we left straight away. Anyone who treats guests like this doesn't deserve a hospitality business. Absolute impudence! Never again.

The rhubarb spritzer was delicious, but when I asked for a straw, the waiter got annoyed and told me I should say it earlier next time. Unfortunately, as a guest you don't feel welcome. The other waiter who served us was very nice though.

Extremely disappointing! We were treated very unfriendly as soon as we entered the restaurant and were sent away for no understandable reason. No welcome, no accommodation – just pat answers. This is definitely not how you treat guests. We will definitely not recommend L’Osteria and will certainly not visit it again.

Unfortunately, we just had a very disappointing experience during our visit. My team and I wanted to push some tables together on the terrace so we could sit together. Instead of a friendly explanation, we were reprimanded by a member of staff in an inappropriate, rude tone. A polite request would have been sufficient to clarify the situation. When I asked to speak to a responsible person, I was not even allowed to finish and was asked in an unprofessional manner why I even wanted this. Because of this disrespectful treatment, we decided to leave the restaurant. This meant that L’Osteria not only lost significant sales, but also us as guests. It's a shame - we were looking forward to a pleasant day. PS: Sorry but this person is simply doing the wrong job! The way he talks to guests, others will probably complain!

We used to eat pizza from this pizzeria everywhere we went, but for the first time we did not like the one in Kassel very much. The pizza was small and the service was not good. The ingredients for the pizza were also few. Normally, we would always order one pizza for 2 people and it would be too much, but in this restaurant, the pizza sizes are small.

I have never seen such unique service and the waiters are really A+++++++. They take care of guests like their own despite the large number of customers. The food was great as always, delicious pizzas. Clean atmosphere and you can sit outside really relaxed and nice. Truly you deserve top priority. Please stay as you are and you will remain the number 1 restaurant in Kassel for a very long time. !

The staff was really very friendly, which we found to be very positive. Unfortunately, the food took quite a long time to arrive - it was only brought after we asked, and unfortunately it was already cold. That was disappointing. However, the team immediately apologized and offered us coffee or cake on the house as compensation. This friendly approach has significantly improved the overall impression. It's a shame, because with a little better organization the visit could have been much more pleasant.

Very good for the price, just a bit noisy and too small for the amount of customers. In some corners you sit virtually back to back with strangers who have occasionally intervened in private conversations. So a good restaurant at less busy times, otherwise too stressful, especially for dates. (The size of the pizzas is more than oversized for the plates and makes eating at the small tables a hindrance.)

L'Osteria Kassel: A fantastic experience! My visit to L'Osteria Kassel was a complete success. The pizzas are not only huge, but also taste great. The thin, crispy base and the fresh ingredients, simply a pleasure. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambience of the restaurant invites you to linger. An absolute must for all pizza lovers!

My starter was okay, the main course was amazing, but the dessert left something to be desired! My daughter and I ordered panna cotta, she got a dollop of strawberry sauce on her panna cotta and I had half a strawberry on it. When we asked why she didn't have any strawberries on it and I didn't have any strawberry sauce, we were told that they had no more sauce and no strawberries either! Sorry, but then I won't even bring dessert like that to the table! We let them go back like that, but it annoyed me because if I hadn't said anything, we would have had to pay for them in full. There's a 👎 down for that!

We were there on Saturday evening and we really enjoyed it! We had reserved, so we were able to skip the queue at the entrance and were greeted very friendly. Our request for a quiet table when we reserved online was also met; we even had two tables to choose from. As usual, the food was very tasty, the pizzas were well topped, and the service was extremely friendly and quick. The Osteria has a good price-performance ratio and we always like to come back!

Unfortunately my experience was very bad and I wouldn't come again. Anyone who asks for €15.00 for a pizza has to deliver it. The pizza was just bland, unloving and not fully baked. The salami clearly comes from the discount store around the corner. Miserable quality! The lady from service was nice.

Have ordered the current special menu. (Cocktail, starter, 1 pizza, dessert) Clearly stated, instead the waiter simply put a pizza with cocktails on the table without saying a word. It's a real shame.

The employees are all very nice and very open. However, I wasn't that happy with the pizza. It's a very large pizza, that's true. But I think there were too few ingredients on it and they were very poorly distributed. You can see it in the photo: everything in the middle and nothing on the sides. In addition, the pizza got cold and dry very quickly. Unfortunately I had to leave a large piece of it because there was nothing on it and it was very dry and didn't taste like anything anymore. But otherwise the employees were really very nice and it was ready quickly after the order was placed.

It's always a huge surprise for newbies how huge the pizzas are here. The quality is ok, the pizzas are huge and tasty and the pizzas are thin. I like her best like this. Unfortunately there isn't much on them and they seem very empty. The shop is very busy and you should definitely make a reservation or bring your time. There is an elevator for wheelchairs to the upper area. Of course there are toilets too, but I didn't use them. So no rating for that. The staff is quick and we didn't have to wait very long for the food. It was commensurate with the crowds. Unfortunately, it is sometimes very narrow and therefore seems overcrowded.

We were on holiday and ate there. I really liked the shop, the pizza was very good and a nice size, the service was also very nice. I can't understand the people who say that the pizza is bad. The pizza is Original like in Italy. It couldn't be better.

We ate there for the first time about two weeks ago. So far we knew several Lósteria locations where the food was always equally good. Unfortunately, the pizza here wasn't the original size and as thin as you're used to. The taste was also only 3 out of 5 stars. When we go to a L'ostria, we want the nice, big, thin dough pizza! The taste was OK, but not Lósteria standard. The staff was very friendly. Perfect for eating, but the Lóstria touch is missing.

The food was super tasty, the pizza was very, very big but we know that from the L Osteria. I was also very hungry. Service was 100% great value for money. A special event was that the Let's Dance couple from Circus Flic Flac sat next to us and we were even able to take a photo with the two of them, who were super nice and friendly and very authentic, all around a great end to the year.

On December 31st We ended the year in the best way at L’Osteria. The pizza was absolutely fantastic: huge, crispy and the taste was to die for! After dinner we treated ourselves to a delicious cocktail that was perfectly prepared and rounded off the evening in style. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service. The service was incredibly friendly, attentive and well organized despite the New Year's Eve hustle and bustle. The relaxed atmosphere made the evening a special experience. A perfect place for a good meal and great drinks - we'll definitely be back. Many thanks to the entire team for this unforgettable end of the year!
