Es ist genau wie der Ruf des Five Guys. Die Burger sind gut und schmecken auch wirklich, dafür kosten sie natürlich mehr als im Fastfood Laden, wie Burger King oder MC Donald's. Die Auswahl an Toppings für die Burger, Pommes und vor allem Getränken ist wirklich sensationell. Nicht günstig aber preiswert!

Großer und sehr sauberer Location. Personal ist super freundlich und fix. Gerne wieder.

Die Burger waren ungenießbar. Das Burgerbrötchen war schon total durchgeweicht und die vielen Pilze waren auch fehl am Platz. Ausserdem war das Essen total kalt.

Ich war zum erstenmal in Kassel und bei fiveguys. ich leide an einer nussalergie welche mich das leben kosten kann und habe leider erst nach den bestellen eines cheesburgers mit pommes durch einen zufall gesehen das die pommes unüblichdrweise in Erdnussöl gemacht werden, es gab leider keinen Hinweis a7f dem Menü sondern nur auf einen Poster an der Wand, als ich das gelesen hatte wollte ich den Qr Code scannen um mich zu informieren war diese leider NICHT verfügbar und hat mir nur nen error angezeigt, als ich dann beim abholen am Tresen den Mitarbeiter fragen wollte ob das Stimme hat er im ersten Moment gesagt das es kein nussöl sei, allerdings weiß ich nicht ob er keine lust hatte oder mich einfach nicht verstanden habe, ich wurde von einen anderen kunden in kenntniss gesetzt das es Stimme und diese lieber nicht essen sollte, Kurz gesagt werde ich nie wieder hier essen, obwohl der burger lecker war Passiert ist dies am 04.06.26 um ca. 20.20uhr

Ich war schon oft hier. Die Angestellten sind sehr höflich, man merkt, dass sie nette Leute sind. Die Hamburger, Pommes usw. sind immer lecker.

Das Essen war genau so schnell wieder draußen wie es drinnen war!

kurz: 0815-Burger. Der Cheese-Bacon-Burger mit mehreren Topings und BBQ-Soße bestellt, war nicht nur vom Brötchen und vom viel zu garen Fleisch trocken, sondern auch, weil bei mir schlicht die Soße vergessen wurde. Geschmacklich wars ok, aber das würde ich zuhause besser hin bekommen. Bei mir waren es 2 Patties obwohl ich die nicht bestellt hatte; ist das normal? Denn ein Pattie, vielleicht 70 Gramm, für den Preis von 12-13 € wäre eine Frechheit. Service, wenn auch mit Verständigungsschwierigkeiten, ist ok. Das Beste ist noch der schöne Schein, also die Einrichtung.

Wie immer ein guter Burger zum selber bauen. Nicht günstig, aber deutlich besser als die üblichen Fastfoodketten.

Der Hamburger war unglaublich lecker. Er war ein wahrer Genuss und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank!

Vor ein paar Jahren mal dort was geholt, zum ausprobieren, Pommes und Bürger, Pommes waren wabbelig, Bürger geschmacklos, drinnen alles gefliest, was überall den Schall reflektiert hat, sodass es Laut war und ungemütlich war, obwohl nix los war. Brauch ich nicht nochmal.

Es könnte sauberer sein, außerdem wurde angenommen, dass wir wissen wie die Bestellung funktioniert.. und dann steht der Verkäufer da ungeduldig an der Kasse, Hektik. Das Essen an sich war lecker.

I can update my "old" one-star rating with a clear conscience. Everything is good, nice people, usual “ambience”, stable quality. I'll just stick with one thing: *...you should really think about setting up a works council." Because: that's never wrong, especially not in system catering. And someone has to finally make history! ;-)

Ich war sehr enttäuscht, als meine Bestellung ankam. Da ich kein Brot vertrage, bestellte ich einen Salatwrap. Es ist toll, dass es diese Option gibt. Ich hatte extra ein Patty bestellt, das aber vergessen wurde, also aß ich es so zum Mittagessen. Es schmeckte gut, aber es war einfach zu wenig.

Schade, war mal wirklich gut. Und ja: ich habe das Konzept verstanden und war nicht nur einmal dort. Die letzten zwei Besuche waren aber leider ein Reinfall, nicht mal die Getränke haben geschmeckt. Haben dann dem Mitarbeiter einen Hinweis gegeben, er hat abgewunken, so nach dem Motto: weiß ich, kann aber nichts ändern. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle echt nett, aber der Geschmack der Burger sind für diesen Preis absolut nicht in Ordnung. Pommes sind meistens lecker

Mega guter Burger, aber kein Schnäppchen. Viele verstehen das Konzept dahinter nicht, es soll nicht toll aussehen sondern frisch sein, qualitativ hochwertig sein und schmecken. Und genau das tut er!

Seitdem five guys in Kassel eröffnet hat, gehe ich jeden Monat mindestens einmal dorthin zum Essen, aber was ich heute erleben durfte, nie wieder. Die Pommes roh, auf meine bitte die Pommes nochmal zu frittieren, bekam ich als Antwort : ich müsse an der Kasse schon sagen, daß die Pommes durch sein sollen.... Wie bitte, wo gibt es denn sowas?!? Dazu kam, daß auf meinem Burger das Fleisch gefehlt hat, was ich leider erst zuhause gesehen habe. Schade, aber da gehe ich nie wieder essen.

Sehr Gutes Ambiente! Erinnert ein bisschen an eine Milchbar aus den 60ern. Die Milkshakes sind richtig gut. Für Frauen mit Schwangerschaftsgelüsten äußerst gefährlich. Kann Euch aber die Kombi Erdnussbutter Banane, Erdnussbutter Karamell und so ziemlich alles mit Erdnussbutter empfehlen.

Sorry, aber als ich dort saß klebte mir der Tisch am Ellenbogen. Hygiene, die Preise, Service Qualität alles höchstens 3 Sterne Qualität wenn überhaupt. Geht für das Geld lieber wo anders hin. Helal ist das auch nicht, erwähne ich auch nur weil es so geworben wird. In einem Halal Betrieb wird kein Schweine Bacon angeboten. Klar, jedem das seine aber Ehrlich bleiben.

Burger sind nichts besonderes. Es wäre toll vorher zu erfahren das die Pommes in Erdnussöl frittiert werden . Für Allergiker sehr wichtig .

Every time I'm in Kassel, I come back. For some reason, it tastes the best here than anywhere else. A cheeseburger with bacon is just another story. I add onions, jalapenos, and mushrooms to it.

I was there with my father. The reusable cups are a nice touch, but sometimes the burgers are just thrown together and not cooked properly. Also, on my first visit, the ketchup from the fries was all over the paper.

I don't understand why the concept isn't working in Germany; it's a bit pricey, but I personally think the burgers taste fantastic. I enjoy eating there, and it would be a real shame if Five Guys were to disappear from Germany.

The food was bad. The bread rolls were soggy. The food had hardly any flavor. The price was also exorbitant. Two burgers, which weren't even big, one drink, and one small and one medium order of fries for 67 euros is way too much.

A nice, beautiful place with delicious food

The ambiance is wonderful, but the service was unacceptable. The woman who served us seemed really annoyed and was very unfriendly. The food was okay, but seeing the employee eat the salad in front of me without gloves somewhat ruined the meal, I have to say. What a shame!

Where should I start? The food was lousy and overpriced. I had stomach problems for three days. The men's restroom looked absolutely disgusting. The cashier was friendly, but didn't speak German. One employee wearing a black T-shirt instead of red was very rude. The tables could be cleaned more often; they're very sticky, or the floor could be swept.

Five Guys is my first choice when it comes to really good burgers. The burgers are not only exceptionally delicious, but also always freshly prepared – you can simply taste the emphasis they place on quality and individuality. Each burger can be topped with your choice of toppings, creating a new taste experience every time. The fries are also a real highlight: homemade, perfectly seasoned, and full of potato flavor – a far cry from standard fast food. You can tell nothing here comes from the freezer. If you love burgers, you should definitely stop by here. The taste is top notch!

I'd like to share an unpleasant experience I had at Five Guys. I was very disappointed during my last visit. An employee introduced himself as the store manager. He was extremely rude and unfriendly to me. What was particularly annoying was the unprofessional attitude, and the employee's behavior seemed arrogant and not very customer-oriented. Unfortunately, the peanuts, which are also offered according to the concept, were missing. I ask you to take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to improve the quality of your customer service and avoid future complaints.

An extra patty was missing, and a nice lady immediately ordered me a new burger. Now that's what I call service! Thank you!

I've heard a lot about Five Guys, but never tried it – until now. I didn't regret it; the cheeseburger was delicious, and you can tell they use fresh ground beef and bring it by hand. The "small" portion of fries was more than enough ;-) The service was friendly and courteous, and my bag was brought to my table. An employee even walked through the dining room with a broom, sweeping away dirt and trash. The place was generally very clean. Only the rather cool interior takes a bit of getting used to, but it's part of the concept. The cool interior and the bag concept cost the place a 5-star rating, but that's just nitpicking.

Not a single vegetarian burger, desolate and out of date.

It's rare to see such friendly staff. The burger was so fresh and delicious. The place was clean and tidy. It's nothing like other fast food joints. We're thrilled and can only recommend the Five Guys on Königsplatz.

The first impression is very peculiar. Even though it's actually a nice ambience, I'm confused by the fact that oil and potatoes are stored in the dining room. The concept was a bit confusing, but after 5 minutes we figured it out because the waitress couldn't help when asked because there was hardly any knowledge of German. Unfortunately the food just wasn't good. The hot dog looked and tasted worse than a ready-made hot dog from the Lidl counter. My burger was okay, but the bacon was rock hard. Shake is not mixed properly and the fries are too salty. I've only heard good things and we were more than just disappointed. We were really shocked... And of course shed a tear for the price. Very unfortunate. Really.

It hurts me to see bad reviews for this place. If you don’t rate Five Guys 5 Stars, then you don’t understand a good burger nor do you understand how lucky you are to have this option in Kassel. I remember 20 years ago when I’d my first Five Guys in the States and thought - how does one live life without this?! ( dramatic I know ) Now all these years and hundreds of other burger places later, I still think its one of the best burger places ( if not the best ) out there! Please protect this place in Kassel and don’t make it go away! 😅 Branch good as all others! Staff is super friendly! English speaking!

Completely overpriced and oversalted. Food in the restaurant out of a bag and the fries in a paper cup. Sorry but that's anything but delicious burger eating. Not for the price!

Honestly, I don't understand a lot of the negative reviews. Of course you can argue about taste, but Five Guys offers original US burgers, such are classic burgers. The meat is fresh, plus basics, that's all there is to it. Around here you eat these ready-made pressed meat burgers everywhere with sauces that drown everything out and call them super burgers... Sorry but that's not them. And anyone who says Five Guys burgers aren't good doesn't know what real burgers are! And no, I'm not a paid Five Guys supporter, feel free to check out my other posts, I travel the world regularly and regularly try the local cuisine, and not just any tourist stalls. Note, fresh meat and cheddar cheese/American cheese, that's it, this is a good burger!!

I've been going out to lunch regularly with my colleagues for a few weeks now and I love it every time! Burger and fries is probably the best fast food I've ever eaten and can even compete with real burger restaurants. You can freely choose the components of the burger and it is always generously topped. The fries are also very generously positioned and are nice and crispy. You can get a cup for the drinks, which you can refill indefinitely at the machine with what feels like 100+ drinks. All in all, a very good shop that we will visit more often.

Better chain compared to the really big ones

Fries were soggy, my burger wasn't the way I wanted it, Cola Zero tasted like water, the woman who asked me to eat screamed at me. Far too expensive for the performance. All in all, not a recommendation!

I have to admit, I've been to Five Guys several times in the USA and London, and now we wanted to try it out here in Kassel too, and I was a bit surprised at the prices. 2 burgers with 1 portion of fries and 2 drinks for 41€? What? Sorry the portion of fries was tiny for “normal”. The burgers were delicious, but the refills of all the cola were empty. So I don't recommend it, we have better burger shops there.

We were very happy with the food

So first of all: The burgers are super tasty and, above all, fresh and not frozen stuff. The map is very clear, which I welcome. It's better to have a handful of dishes that are really good than a huge selection and only mediocre quality. I like the inside of the store. Towards the 50s style... But at the same time it's a bit cool, maybe that's because of the high ceiling... But the whole thing is fine. What leads to star deduction: I love sitting outside. There are also enough seats in front of the store. Unfortunately, it seems that these are used almost exclusively by non-guests to lounge around. On my last visit I would have loved to take advantage of the last hours of sunshine of the year. Unfortunately, at this point there were two teenagers sitting there who were loudly talking about what they did with some girl last night, a lady who was smoking some disgusting stuff, a teenager who was loudly watching videos on his cell phone and a homeless man who, to be honest, was calling me least bothersome. Things don't look any better at the side entrance. Here, I think they're called Talahon's, hang around, spitting on everything, leaving their rubbish lying around and occasionally using the corner as a toilet. I don't understand the operator's negligence here.

Great employees, great fries, dry burgers with weaknesses and prices that are too high; no plates, bowls, cutlery or similar. The restaurant itself is also very loud and we found the train station or hospital atmosphere that others described just as uncomfortable. Half of the fries were packed in a paper cup, the other half was scattered loosely in the paper bag. We ate on site, mind you. We didn't receive any cutlery.

What were the “Five Boys” thinking with this concept??? That doesn't work at all! The burgers are wrapped in aluminum foil, even if you want to eat them in a restaurant. The burger is completely soggy and mushy after unpacking. The bottom patty in particular had the consistency of raw dough. Why do you do that? The reasoning that the burger doesn't get cold quickly by the time you get to the table is ridiculous. The fries are simply thrown into a large paper bag in a cup that is much too small, so that after a short time the fries that fall out become greasy and also soggy. There are neither trays nor plates. A food culture therefore does not exist. The atmosphere of the entire restaurant is more like a train station hall. Everything seems very cold and uncomfortable. Then the price-performance ratio! In my opinion that's not true either. For a normal hamburger + fries + a cola almost 20 euros is very steep. In addition, the service staff speaks very poor German, so communication is very difficult. Suggestions for improvement: 1. From a health and environmentally conscious point of view, stop using aluminum foil 2. Serve fries in a larger paper cup or paper bowl 3. Provide trays 4. German course for the service employees

Drinks machine not well adjusted, very watery taste

I've been to Five Guys quite a few times now and for me it's the best burger place in terms of taste. The prices are a little more expensive, but it's absolutely worth it. You can choose the toppings for the burger individually. They also have the best fries that even have the potato peel on them. The taste is great and they make more and more, with a small portion that's more than enough. I also drank a peanut Oreo shake, which was also very tasty. Cream is included in the price. You can also get as much mayo and ketchup as you want. Clear recommendation 😊 PS: I read in the other reviews that some people complain about not having a tray. You have a bag that you can eat out of and the burger is also wrapped in foil.

We went there, saw the prices and left

I was there today for the first time and also for the last time. Totally unfriendly and completely overwhelmed employees with a total of FIVE GUESTS. Burger lukewarm, fries cold. No tray, no cutlery, nothing. When I politely asked whether there was also service outside, I was told that it was self-service. For a burger, medium fries and a soft drink (ok refill) I paid almost 25 euros. Never again !!!

I haven't had such a delicious burger in a long time. He was exactly as I would have wanted him to be. Yes, sauce ran out, yes paper bag, aluminum foil and a bit crunchy, but I like burgers just like that and that's Five Guys. Burgers in other restaurants often don't appeal to me, even if they look fancier and nothing comes out.

Kassel's Five Guys. First off all, I might be a bit biased with my review. I went to a Five Guys for the first time in 2014 and that was when I was in the US with my parents. So I always have a similar feeling to the first time I was in Washington. The food is actually always the same and delicious if you like that type of burger. My special recommendation if you like it is to order a strawberry milkshake and then dip the fries into it. Depending on where you live and the distance to the restaurant, you can also order food via Lieferando. The first time it was cold for me when the food arrived and the second time a few days ago it was still lukewarm but this time the fries were still "crispy" in terms of Five Guys fries. I can really recommend it.

Weird shop, a burger or hot dog that you can get without a bun etc. or you pay extra for extra ingredients.... There were lots of little flies coming out of the trash can next to the sauces and on the wall, just disgusting. At least the employee I spoke to immediately took the garbage container away and took care of it. The food went like this but it won't be my favorite, it will stay with one visit

Food was very tasty. Branch very clean. I liked it very much.

At first we were shocked by the prices, which are at restaurant level in a fast food atmosphere. But in the end the portion of fries was big enough for everyone. It's a shame that the drinks only had sweetener, but again it was good because our children spilled two cups.

Store itself ok, clean. Staff a bit overwhelmed. Fries flew around in the bag because the cup was much too small. The burger was ok but aluminum foil doesn't work at all unless you like mud.

Clean, location appealing. Unfortunately, the burgers, which are expensive but good, are rolled in aluminum foil before being served. This makes them unsightly and mushy. The free refills for the extensive selection of drinks are good. Sauces such as mayo and ketchup are also unlimited. Fries are great.
