We spent a wonderful evening here and are completely thrilled! As soon as we were greeted we were warmly welcomed by the lovely Nadine. Her super good mood immediately infected us and made the evening something special. She was attentive, friendly and always there for us with a smile - just great! The food was also excellent, fresh and tasteful. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy and inviting, so you immediately feel at home. We will definitely be back and would like to thank Nadine for the great service – you made our evening unforgettable! Absolutely recommended!

Peter Pane Kassel 🍟🍔 We have often eaten at Peter Pane in Kassel and have always reserved online, which worked smoothly. The lunch and evening offerings are a particular highlight - great selection with a good price-performance ratio. The location is very nice and clean, which inspires us every time. The staff has been mostly friendly so far, although we once had a waitress who unfortunately seemed quite rude and bitchy. Overall, the service was quick and there were no long waiting times between ordering and the food being served. The food itself was always fresh and tasted great - there's nothing wrong with that. The variety of dishes, from classic burgers to vegetarian and vegan options, truly offers something for everyone. There are good parking options nearby for visitors, such as the Friedrichsplatz underground car park, the Galeria car park or the Kurfürsten Galerie. This makes the journey uncomplicated. In summary, we can say: Peter Pane Kassel is a great address for delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. A few little things like the service could be improved every now and then, but overall we feel very comfortable there and always enjoy coming back 👍

Ladies and Gentlemen I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the way our table reservation went on December 28, 2024. We had reserved a table for seven people at 6 p.m., but unfortunately we discovered that no table had been set aside for us when we arrived. After we arrived, we were informed that we would have to wait between 30 and 45 minutes. This was particularly disappointing as we had come with the expectation that our reservation would be honored. It was explained to me that the delay was due to problems in the kitchen and I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in a restaurant. Nevertheless, the way the situation was handled was extremely inappropriate. Unfortunately, the lady at the reception desk was unfriendly and seemed to have little interest in helping us or finding a solution to our problem. It was frustrating to be left standing without us feeling like our concerns were being taken seriously. In the restaurant industry, customer service and courtesy are of the utmost importance and I was very disappointed with this experience.

I was there last Friday for my birthday. The food was great. Service was top. Service very friendly. Thank you for the little gesture on my birthday with the cake and ice cream. It's always a pleasure to come back there. I was there a second time and, like the first time, the staff was very nice. It was a long wait but the food was still very tasty. Service was very attentive. I can only recommend it to everyone, it is slowly becoming a regular place.

As always, it was very nice, the food was great and without a long wait (even though it was busy) the staff were very nice, accommodating and always had a look at the table. Ambience was perfect and completely fits the theme. Our highlight was the radio play about the story on the way to and near the quiet place.

Unfortunately, it's often so full that you wait forever at the table without staff showing up, which is pretty annoying when you're not noticed as a guest. I would have liked to leave my money there, but after 10 minutes I decided to leave and leave it somewhere else ;) You should hire more staff if it's going to be full!!

The food was very good and tasty, but that's almost the only thing I have to praise. Ordering took a long time, the waiter was rarely at the table and usually had to be called if you wanted something. The food also took a long time to arrive. From the time we ordered we waited almost 1 hour for the food to arrive. We were about to leave without seeing any food.

Unfortunately, our visit to Peter Pane was anything but satisfactory. The staff was unfriendly. There were restrictions when it came to choosing a seat - we weren't allowed to choose a seat and were just sat down somewhere. The seating itself was also extremely uncomfortable, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Another major point of criticism is the long waiting time. We had to wait almost two hours for our food. There was also no clear communication from the staff as to why it was taking so long and when we spoke to them, they responded to us in a very annoyed manner. In addition, there was no way to hang up your jacket, which is extremely annoying, especially in the cold season. The jackets had to be either hung over the chair or placed on the floor. Overall, the ambience itself is very nice, but the seating is simply very uncomfortable and the staff is very unfriendly.

So the food was very tasty but it took a very long time and I mean there were only two of us there and we ordered 2 citizens The service also leaves a lot to be desired, so the man who served us at the end (gray hair and glasses) was super nice and did his job in an exemplary manner, but the other one who served us at the beginning was unfortunately very unfriendly and not polite at all and very cheeky In my opinion, the seating options leave a lot to be desired and no, no one expects massage chairs or anything like that, but my companion's back hurt after the visit because she couldn't even lean on it. I don't think I have to say anything more about it All in all, the evening was unfortunately more disappointing than satisfactory.

The food was really excellent and we enjoyed it very much. The dishes were creatively prepared and of high quality. Unfortunately the service was very disappointing. The waiter hardly paid any attention to us and we had to wait a long time to reorder drinks or get the bill. It seemed like he didn't care about us, which is a shame as the food definitely deserved 5 stars. Hopefully the service will improve because the potential is there.

That and the very high prices (the average consumer can't afford that too often) are the reason for the four star rating - the burgers and side dishes etc. deserve five stars.

Delicious burgers... Nothing to complain about

Phew, so where do I start? In order to give the pseudo appearance of a full shop, I had to be placed at the front of the window. Then the hectic waitress (male) tramped past every minute and spread his hecticness and stress, great for lunch after work, all the seats were very hip without backrests. There was no time to order, since I had a voucher I felt like I was a second-choice customer anyway. No advice, no time to read the map. Iced tea thin and bland, half full with ice cubes (poor value for money). Very expensive burger (poor value for money). Without question, how you want the patties, whether medium or rare. Probably not possible with the patties, obviously probably frozen or convenience goods like at a kebab snack bar, but there the burger only costs a fifth. Old hard chips on it. Flabby bacon. Coleslaw watery, thin, lots of liquid, little content (good value for money). All in all, I was glad I didn't pay in full or eat with several people, that would have been a disappointment. There are much better burger roasteries or snack bars in Kassel, so it's better to discover them. This is quickly something for the typical high-priced city center system gastro experience. I was left out to pay and everything else anyway, I was the one with the voucher... and wasn't asked like everyone else if I was satisfied, so I'm happy to share it here 😉 Peace.

After eating we had some unpleasant vibes in our stomachs, but not really bad. Hardly a table in the elevated area was cleared and clean. The staff is nice, but maybe takes the job a little too easy.

The food is still top notch. . The gentlemen at the service are very friendly, appear authentic, smile and usually maintain eye contact. Unfortunately, the ladies we were currently in contact with in the restaurant couldn't do this. . Unfortunately it is very loud here, especially in the evenings, more like a bar or even a club. Otherwise very pretty and also great for vegans. :) . . . This is how it used to be: "We were treated excellently. . A very young, very well-groomed and extremely careful employee named Alisa explained the process on site to us in detail and yet somehow excitingly. . She took time for us, asked about our special requests in the kitchen and even implemented one. . The food and drinks were absolute culinary delights: . I enjoyed _Peter's evening menu_, in my case consisting of the vegan burger _Lagune_ in a multigrain bun with jalapenjos (sweet potato amaranth patty, vegan cheddar, rocket, mango chutney), with a bowl of nachos with hot barbecue sauce and a glass of _Moskito_ (non-alcoholic Cocktail). . If I were served so well every time, I would come back even if the dishes were less than satisfactory. . Luckily I don't have to. Because as I said: the food is more than satisfactory. => .
