The waitresses are very unfriendly and roll their eyes at customers when they ask questions about their food. Additionally, several times our orders were simply forgotten, and we had to wait over an hour for our food.

Lots of choices between vegan and vegetarian burgers; the beef and chicken burgers are also great. Desserts are also recommended. Waiting times are excellent. If you like burgers and want friendly service, Peter Pane is the place for you. It has a welcoming atmosphere, a clean restroom, and an audio drama. Thanks for the cool visit.

The food and service are second to none. The only thing that mars the experience is the noise level. We managed to get a table even on the weekend without a reservation.

Cool menus with a variety of options, including vegetarian/vegan options 😉 The food was extremely delicious!!!! The service was attentive and fast... but never annoying. Our four-legged friend got a drink before us. Attractive interior with a well-stocked bar! (If you're counting the cleanliness of the restrooms... during our visit: very clean!)

The burger was very good, but the side salad was nothing. It was carelessly thrown together and the cherry tomatoes were shriveled. Nevertheless, all in all, the ambiance, service, and good drinks earned it 4 stars.

My companion and I were recommended this restaurant because it was supposed to be delicious, and that was certainly the case. However, I was appalled by the service. The restaurant was almost empty, and the service was still quite slow. It took an eternity for the waiter to arrive at our table, and another eternity until we got our food. Which I initially didn't think was a bad thing; after all, the restaurant is known for its delicious dishes, not for the service. The food was delicious. After we'd finished our meals, we ordered another hot chocolate. Another 20 minutes passed before it arrived at our table. Time isn't the problem. What I had with it, and why I'm writing this review, is that the bartender felt the need to slam the rim of his glass three times with the palm of his hand before preparing the hot chocolate. Sorry, but I wanted to drink from it, which isn't appropriate. Conclusion: The food is damn delicious, but the staff is a disaster.

A very large and delicious selection of burgers. Very child-friendly staff and delicious children's dishes. We recommend online reservations (often even last-minute same-day reservations are possible). I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The restaurant's food and ambiance are perfect. One criticism: I waited half an hour for my meal at 5 p.m. on a normal Monday. The price was still reasonable.

It was a recommendation from friends who were in Kassel on a Sunday and spontaneously dropped in. The kid-friendliness was fantastic. Apparently, there's a family special on Sundays where children up to 12 only pay €5.90 for the kids' menu. We didn't know that, but it still tasted great. We'll be back.

The place looks really pretty & well decorated. The food is very good, delicious burgers; a bit pricey, but worth it. The sides are expensive; still ok. Happily impressed of the burger quality. Would recommend 🙂‍↕️

We'd only heard good things and wanted to finally try some delicious burgers at Peter Pane. Unfortunately, that didn't quite hold true for us. Even at the entrance, the service staff seemed very hectic, even though about two-thirds of the indoor seating and one outdoor table were occupied. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food; one of the meals was missing fries, and the burgers weren't warm enough. At the next table, the guests had to wait 20 minutes to even get a menu. Another customer wanted to pick up an order and also stood at the entrance for a relatively long time (I'd estimate about 20 minutes). The usual restaurant inquiry about whether everything was okay didn't come either during the meal or after we paid, and something like "have a nice day" was unfortunately missing. My, or our, conclusion here is that the burgers were delicious, but unfortunately not warm enough, and €56 for two meals is simply too much under these circumstances.

I really enjoyed it here. And if you, like me, have to follow a gluten-free diet, you can choose from various delicious burgers without bread. And the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

My taste was met 100%. The burger was delicious, and the size was perfectly adequate for my appetite. The wait from ordering to the food being served was acceptable. The drinks we ordered arrived quickly and were delicious. For dessert, there was a truly delicious cake. For a chain restaurant, it was really very good. So why deduct one star? I have to say, the prices are quite high these days.

I've been a guest at Peter Pane many times, and I always enjoy eating there. The wait staff are always very friendly and attentive. Even in the busiest of situations, they keep a clear overview and never seem stressed or unfriendly to their guests. The unique ambiance is also very appealing and cozy. A thoroughly successful overall concept that I highly recommend 😃👍🏼.

Terrible service and racist discrimination by the staff!** A German customer was immediately asked if she needed help, while a Chinese customer was ignored for 10 minutes. When I finally said, "Excuse me, can I order now?", an employee reacted extremely rudely: She just pointed at the menu in an annoyed manner and said, "You can take it yourself." This is absolutely unacceptable!

We went there for dinner, they have various options for burgers, sides and drinks. They had various vegetarian options. I had the vegetarian burger with jalapeños and cheese, it was delicious. The staff were very nice and they have nice outdoor seating during summer times.

The ambience is modern, inviting and immediately pleasing. The service was friendly and professional right from the start. The food came quite quickly - but this is where the criticism begins. The burger meat tasted good, but not really hot, but at the same time a bit dry. The baked fries weren't really hot either, at best lukewarm. As a result, the consistency or mouthfeel wasn't really that great. There is still some room for improvement when it comes to eating.

I've been here several times with my boyfriend as it has a wonderful atmosphere for couples, but also for a nice evening with friends. As always, the burgers were super tasty, especially the classic burger with grain briocge and chicken. Thanks to Peter's break, it was also cheap that even we as students can afford it on a regular basis. The condition was very helpful and accommodating.
