At 10 p.m. we found ourselves at the Peter Pane restaurant, where we asked for a menu. The positive feedback and the table assignment enabled us to make a relaxed selection. The choice between three different burger buns and the option to complement the menu with salad or fries as well as a selection of cocktails ensures complete satisfaction. The freshly prepared burgers, salads and fries were served promptly. The cocktails were generously portioned and tasty; Although the initial impression was that all three drinks were accidentally alcohol-free, this turned out to be a mistake. A refill of alcohol was offered but not taken up. Closing the entrance door too quickly at short notice resulted in an injury to my companion's heel, which required a plaster after repeated inquiries. The staff were always friendly and regretted the incident. In summary, we can say that the restaurant is fully recommended.

Was here for lunch. Service outstanding, friendly and on point. Food wasn't cheap but good. When I complained about the burger - which was unfortunately a bit dry/undercooked - I got a dessert on the house. Strong / great uncomplicated solution. It's completely understandable that the patty doesn't come out perfectly fried at lunchtime when the hut is full, but everything else (fries, drinks, dessert, espresso) was really perfect Gladly again!

Delicious burgers, beautiful restaurant. The only disadvantage is that most seats do not have backrests, otherwise I would definitely have stayed longer for the delicious cocktails.

It was our first time in Kassel and we were pleasantly surprised at how good this Peter Pan restaurant was. We came spontaneously, but they took the time to squeeze us into a packed restaurant. The service was perfect, not a second was wasted. The food matched the price, the selection of burgers and the preparation matched the quality of the fries! The only negative point was that not enough spoons were given for dessert, but we had the option to share our dessert and that's what life is all about! I look forward to coming back, highly recommend it!

Today we spontaneously went to Peter Pan. We were very enthusiastic about the food and the ambience, it wasn't our first visit either. Our service was really cool. There weren't the easiest guests at the next table. The service handled it really well, respect. For that reason alone I would love to come back.

Peter Pane Kassel 🍟🍔 We have often eaten at Peter Pane in Kassel and have always reserved online, which worked smoothly. The lunch and evening offerings are a particular highlight - great selection with a good price-performance ratio. The location is very nice and clean, which inspires us every time. The staff has been mostly friendly so far, although we once had a waitress who unfortunately seemed quite rude and bitchy. Overall, the service was quick and there were no long waiting times between ordering and the food being served. The food itself was always fresh and tasted great - there's nothing wrong with that. The variety of dishes, from classic burgers to vegetarian and vegan options, truly offers something for everyone. There are good parking options nearby for visitors, such as the Friedrichsplatz underground car park, the Galeria car park or the Kurfürsten Galerie. This makes the journey uncomplicated. In summary, we can say: Peter Pane Kassel is a great address for delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. A few little things like the service could be improved every now and then, but overall we feel very comfortable there and always enjoy coming back 👍

Ladies and Gentlemen I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the way our table reservation went on December 28, 2024. We had reserved a table for seven people at 6 p.m., but unfortunately we discovered that no table had been set aside for us when we arrived. After we arrived, we were informed that we would have to wait between 30 and 45 minutes. This was particularly disappointing as we had come with the expectation that our reservation would be honored. It was explained to me that the delay was due to problems in the kitchen and I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in a restaurant. Nevertheless, the way the situation was handled was extremely inappropriate. Unfortunately, the lady at the reception desk was unfriendly and seemed to have little interest in helping us or finding a solution to our problem. It was frustrating to be left standing without us feeling like our concerns were being taken seriously. In the restaurant industry, customer service and courtesy are of the utmost importance and I was very disappointed with this experience.

As always, it was very nice, the food was great and without a long wait (even though it was busy) the staff were very nice, accommodating and always had a look at the table. Ambience was perfect and completely fits the theme. Our highlight was the radio play about the story on the way to and near the quiet place.
