Delicious, but worth the 30-minute wait. But the price and taste make up for it.

The restaurant's food and ambiance are perfect. One criticism: I waited half an hour for my meal at 5 p.m. on a normal Monday. The price was still reasonable.

A very large and delicious selection of burgers. Very child-friendly staff and delicious children's dishes. We recommend online reservations (often even last-minute same-day reservations are possible). I wholeheartedly recommend them.

It was a recommendation from friends who were in Kassel on a Sunday and spontaneously dropped in. The kid-friendliness was fantastic. Apparently, there's a family special on Sundays where children up to 12 only pay €5.90 for the kids' menu. We didn't know that, but it still tasted great. We'll be back.

We ate at Peter Pane in Kassel with our daughter. Our waitress, Nadine, was extremely attentive and loving with our daughter (and with us too). It was a wonderful evening! We felt very welcome! Thank you, Nadine :-)

We'd only heard good things and wanted to finally try some delicious burgers at Peter Pane. Unfortunately, that didn't quite hold true for us. Even at the entrance, the service staff seemed very hectic, even though about two-thirds of the indoor seating and one outdoor table were occupied. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food; one of the meals was missing fries, and the burgers weren't warm enough. At the next table, the guests had to wait 20 minutes to even get a menu. Another customer wanted to pick up an order and also stood at the entrance for a relatively long time (I'd estimate about 20 minutes). The usual restaurant inquiry about whether everything was okay didn't come either during the meal or after we paid, and something like "have a nice day" was unfortunately missing. My, or our, conclusion here is that the burgers were delicious, but unfortunately not warm enough, and €56 for two meals is simply too much under these circumstances.

The place looks really pretty & well decorated. The food is very good, delicious burgers; a bit pricey, but worth it. The sides are expensive; still ok. Happily impressed of the burger quality. Would recommend 🙂‍↕️

Dorian served us very quickly, even though we were a large group. The food was also excellent and left nothing to be desired. Highly recommended.

My taste was met 100%. The burger was delicious, and the size was perfectly adequate for my appetite. The wait from ordering to the food being served was acceptable. The drinks we ordered arrived quickly and were delicious. For dessert, there was a truly delicious cake. For a chain restaurant, it was really very good. So why deduct one star? I have to say, the prices are quite high these days.

I really enjoyed it here. And if you, like me, have to follow a gluten-free diet, you can choose from various delicious burgers without bread. And the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

I've been a guest at Peter Pane many times, and I always enjoy eating there. The wait staff are always very friendly and attentive. Even in the busiest of situations, they keep a clear overview and never seem stressed or unfriendly to their guests. The unique ambiance is also very appealing and cozy. A thoroughly successful overall concept that I highly recommend 😃👍🏼.

Very happy to decide a dinner here with a lot of my friends tonight, the food was very very great, we thought it was gonna took a long of time cause of a dinner time, but despite it, our food was came quite fast and the service worker was very friendly and love the Restaurant vibe!! Terrible service and racist discrimination by the staff!** A German customer was immediately asked if she needed help, while a Chinese customer was ignored for 10 minutes. When I finally said, "Excuse me, can I order now?", an employee reacted extremely rudely: She just pointed at the menu in an annoyed manner and said, "You can take it yourself." This is absolutely unacceptable!

This was our first time at a Peter Pane branch. The service and the food were truly delicious, I highly recommend it. The waitress, Nadin, is very nice, fast, and very attentive. The restaurant is very quiet, and the music is truly relaxing. Dear team, keep up the good work...

We went there for dinner, they have various options for burgers, sides and drinks. They had various vegetarian options. I had the vegetarian burger with jalapeños and cheese, it was delicious. The staff were very nice and they have nice outdoor seating during summer times.

Super motivated and friendly waiter 😊 Food was delicious and arrived quickly, cool decor and you can even hear fairy tales in the toilet 😅 If you're looking for somewhere to have a quiet conversation, it's unfortunately a bit noisy during the evening. But, cool restaurant!

The ambience is modern, inviting and immediately pleasing. The service was friendly and professional right from the start. The food came quite quickly - but this is where the criticism begins. The burger meat tasted good, but not really hot, but at the same time a bit dry. The baked fries weren't really hot either, at best lukewarm. As a result, the consistency or mouthfeel wasn't really that great. There is still some room for improvement when it comes to eating.

I've been here several times with my boyfriend as it has a wonderful atmosphere for couples, but also for a nice evening with friends. As always, the burgers were super tasty, especially the classic burger with grain briocge and chicken. Thanks to Peter's break, it was also cheap that even we as students can afford it on a regular basis. The condition was very helpful and accommodating. All in all, as always, a nice experience eating here

It was our first time in a Peter Pane branch and we were absolutely thrilled. The service and the food were great. The children's menu is worth it. I also thought the books as cards were great. I didn't know that yet. We look forward to further visits and trying out the different citizens.

I really like the food and everything you get is in large portions. One problem for me is the menu being unnecessarily complicated, many options are good but different set meals that at some point are not even in the menu make it a real hustle to order anything, once the order is behind one, it is a very pleasant stay.

Doesn't suit my taste or ideas about burgers, but still recommended and good. Also for vegetarians and vegans. The wooden benches are definitely too uncomfortable for sitting for long periods of time, so one star less here too. The service is really very good.

Get some meat that doesn't have a lot of cartilage in it. I should think about whether I would break my teeth over this.
