I had a very positive experience at Peter Pane. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. I would especially like to mention the employee, Bader; he was extremely helpful, friendly, and took the time to patiently answer all my questions. His service made the visit even more enjoyable. It was our first time in a Peter Pane branch and we were absolutely thrilled. The service and the food were great. The children's menu is worth it. I also thought the books as cards were great. I didn't know that yet. We look forward to further visits and trying out the different citizens.

I really like the food and everything you get is in large portions. One problem for me is the menu being unnecessarily complicated, many options are good but different set meals that at some point are not even in the menu make it a real hustle to order anything, once the order is behind one, it is a very pleasant stay.

Doesn't suit my taste or ideas about burgers, but still recommended and good. Also for vegetarians and vegans. The wooden benches are definitely too uncomfortable for sitting for long periods of time, so one star less here too. The service is really very good.

Get some meat that doesn't have a lot of cartilage in it. I should think about whether I would break my teeth over this.

We ordered food to pick up with a group during our lunch break. The food was pre-ordered for 12:15 p.m. After waiting for 25 minutes, we were finally able to take the order with us. When we unpacked the order, one of the dressings was not packaged properly and leaked in the bag - that can happen. The order should include 2x the Thanksgiving salad. Unfortunately the salad didn't come with chicken. We called and were told to come back and get the chicken. We would have had to walk back the route to do this and so we asked if there was another way to accommodate us. We were then told that if we came straight away we would also get double chicken, but they hadn't made the rules and there was no other option - although a delivery service is also offered here. In the end, the salad was delicious, but we paid for a salad with chicken, which we didn't get. This situation could have been resolved more amicably.

We recently had the pleasure of eating at Peter Pane in Kassel and it was an absolutely outstanding experience. As soon as you enter the restaurant you are greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that is both cozy and modern - perfect for a relaxed evening. Our service was excellent! Daniel, who served us, was extremely friendly, attentive and always with a smile. You can tell straight away that he loves his job and cares deeply about the well-being of his guests. He clearly explained the menu to us and made recommendations that really suited our tastes. The food was simply fantastic! It was not only a pleasure in terms of taste, but also a small masterpiece visually. Another highlight was the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. It was immaculate, which only added to the positive impression. I can only warmly recommend Peter Pane in Kassel. Everything is just right here – from the excellent cuisine to the courteous service to the pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

The place is cozy and nice but the conditions are a complete disaster. Was there today with my children. Was insulted by a young man today. Only because we were there for the first time and didn't know that you should wait at the entrance first. If the young man who works there as a condition doesn't feel like serving guests like he served us today, my condolences. My recommendation,, leave it, this job is not for you.,,

Fries and overload fries are good. The burgers are rather so-so. I'd rather have delivery than eat in a restaurant. The service does what it can in the restaurant... but it can still take a long time. I think it's a shame that the prices have risen sharply and at the same time the portions are smaller (overload fries). It's also a shame that the fries mix only comes with 1 dip. 11 euros for just a little bit of fried food is simply too expensive

I stayed here with my girlfriend for their anniversary and it was very nice. We were shown straight to our table and then served by Dima. He was very polite and gave us very good advice!! I would come back in a heartbeat!!

A great restaurant, with very nice service. We were served by Dima and he provided great service, very friendly and helpful. The food tastes very good and is freshly prepared. My personal favorites are the truffle cream and the avocado burger. There are many cocktails, including non-alcoholic ones, and also plenty of vegetarian options. I believe that everyone will find what they are looking for here. I would come again.

Everything here is great! The decor is super nice and you feel really comfortable, the food is also incredibly delicious (and there are some really good vegan options ;) The staff is very polite and friendly, and the drinks and food were ready super quickly! When I go out to eat in Kassel, this is my favorite place to come. We were here today with our Italian exchange students, and they really enjoyed it too!

We picked up our order as no delivery is possible. The order was messed up even though I repeated it 3 times on the phone...and we didn't even have any changes to the actual offers. The mistake was nevertheless cleared quite fast and somewhat friendly. However, the takeaway cups for the drinks, which are included in the menus, are outrageous. One must hold them with two hands as they are extremely unstable. That was also why I lost at least two drinks in the trunk of my car, because they didn't hold up. As I went back inside for paper towels to at least clean my hands, the four employees just stood there and looked extremely helpless. No assistance was offered from their side.

Great atmosphere with very friendly staff. I love the interior decoration and the attention to detail. One star deducted for the food, as the prices for a burger and soda are sometimes extremely high for the quantity. Drinks came quickly and were also delicious.

One of the best vegan burgers I've ever eaten. A very pleasant atmosphere has been created, with good music that is not too loud, so you can have a relaxed conversation without having to speak too loudly. Peter Pan audio books are played constantly in the toilet, which is a successful and funny change from the typical restaurant toilets.

The food is always delicious and the service was very nice. There is often a lot going on, which is why it can be a bit noisy at times, but if that doesn't bother you, you can have a great meal here.
