I've been going there for over 30 years, but unfortunately the quality of the food has declined significantly.

Essen 0815 .Um 19 Uhr gab es kein espresso. Gleich nach dem Abendessen 20 Uhr wurden wir aufgefordert zu bezahlen. Gleich danach ging das Licht aus.

Dafür, dass man mit italienischer Küche seit 1998 wirbt, war das enttäuschend. Das Publikum ließ mich vermuten, dass hier nur Leute hingehen, die sich sonst in der Toskana herum treiben. Vielleicht sollten die das mal besser tun. Ich hatte einen Salat als Vorspeise. Schon hier fehlen mir die Worte. Die Nudeln mit Gorgonzola Sauce und Spinat waren eine Frechheit. So etwas als italienische Küche zu verkaufen, ist respektlos. Nudeln sind keine Fische. Deswegen schwimmen sie nicht. Erst recht nicht in Sauce. Gegenüber ist ein Bäcker. Geht lieber dahin

The new owners are very friendly and provide very good service. In the meantime there were owners there who weren't so friendly. Fortunately, that has now changed again. I can recommend it again because the food is really very good.

Everything was great, unfortunately it depends on the time how well the food is served.

I love this pizza and enjoy going there again and again.

Just before Christmas everything is always full but I still liked it. Top staff, the food was good.

Short version: unfriendly, inflexible, narrow-minded, and the customer is NOT king. Long version: We came to enjoy four drinks as a family. Since my wife can't drink cold drinks due to sensitive teeth, I ordered two spritzers and a latte macchiato, along with an unchilled sparkling water. This wasn't available. So I asked for unchilled medium or still water. When that was also impossible, I asked for tap water. At this point, an older gentleman behind the counter (presumably the manager) intervened and refused very firmly and unfriendly. I made it clear that I hadn't come to be stingy and that my wife unfortunately suffers from chilled drinks. The gentleman, however, didn't want to hear this, so I said I'd lost interest and didn't want any more drinks. The man at the counter, however, insisted that I pay for the latte macchiato, as he had already started it. After at least 20 visits in the past few years, that was our family's last visit there. What a shame!

Worst kebab!!!! Toaster is only used for 3 seconds, there is also raw chicken + the bald man is unfriendly.

Food was good and tasted good, service was friendly. When the weather is nice there is a lot going on there. It's very nice to sit outside but you can also go inside.

I had dinner here a few months ago. The food was ok. Ambiance, well, is more like a snack bar. The owners were very nice. Personally, I would prefer to go to a different restaurant next time.
