We go here every now and then. Whether in the evening or at lunchtime, the buffet is extensive and the food is delicious. It gets very crowded from time to time. You should reserve a table, otherwise you will have to wait a bit.

In the 'All you can eat' area there is no alternative in Kassel.

We always enjoy eating here, there is a very large selection of goods and cold dishes, as well as dessert. For dessert, for example, there is a chocolate fountain with waffles and cookies, gummy bears, fruit, various cakes, sof ice cream machine, scoops of ice cream, pudding... People are nice and friendly could be a bit more open-minded. Service comes promptly even when the restaurant is full.

Too loud, the tables and seats are too close together. There was little consideration on the part of the staff for people with disabilities (e.g. sudden change of route directly in front of a cane user and pushing away at the buffet).

I was there again on Sunday lunchtime for a long time and was expecting an extremely full, loud restaurant. I was taught better. Without a reservation, 4 adults and 1 child were assigned a table. Extremely friendly service. Buffet this time also excellent. Great salmon, other dishes too. Front cooking was extremely quick. Salad, dessert including ice cream, cakes and sweets were plentiful. Sushi looked really tasty too. But it's not my case. Empty dishes were quickly refilled. I was really excited this time. The price of 26.90 is steep but you get something. With 5 people it adds up to something. In any case, we had nothing to complain about this time.

Food was quite good, with a really good and large selection + of course a mega chocolate fountain :P However, the peach iced tea tasted a bit cheap. During the meal there was a lot of commotion, people crowded in front of each other, children were placed on the ice chest so that they couldn't get to it and they were seen but nothing was done about it. But what was really great was the conditions, really lovely people with a sense of humor, I'll definitely come again when it's not so crowded 🫶👀

The cook at the roastery throws everything on the fan and roasts until the fish or seafood is completely dry (no longer edible when fried dead). We were there yesterday for the first and last time. When we entered the restaurant everything was quite nice, the waiter was very friendly and it was well attended. Drinks also came quite quickly. Then we started eating. The soup didn't work at all, it was sour to no end, the sweet and sour chicken was incredibly spicy and so on. It went on like this and some of the food even had to be spit out because it was so disgusting. And as if all that wasn't enough, part of us lay flat the next day. And not just with a little nausea, but the full program. Absolutely not recommended the restaurant!!!!

Unfortunately, it has deteriorated quite a bit over the years. Had a table reserved at 7 p.m. After we took our seats, we gradually got something to eat. Where the drinks came, various soft drinks and a Pina Colada (which wasn't one * just pineapple juice with ice cubes) came the first disappointment. Where we examined the buffet a lot and quickly discovered that a few dishes were empty but were filled up fairly quickly. After about 20 minutes the first people wanted to get dessert and there was already a lot of it and some of it was empty and no longer available. The cakes were frozen, the pudding was warm, the ice chest was empty and nothing was put back. Unfortunately, a lot of the food has changed in terms of taste. Either too salty or the sauces were totally greasy (peanut sauce was crumbly and I remember it completely differently) The breading on some gratinated dishes was either nice and crispy or wobbly. We didn't really like the visit this time and the offer to take the full price, where a lot was missing... well, you can argue on Sunday evening.

Buffet was very tasty. But that has nothing to do with going out for a leisurely meal. Very loud, you have the feeling that you are stressed while eating.

This was my second visit here and unfortunately it was a real disappointment. The food, especially the chicken and fish, was undercooked. At the fruit counter there were more fruit flies than fruit, which spoiled your appetite as soon as you walked in. For the price, this is absolutely outrageous. I definitely don't recommend this restaurant and hope I'll still be healthy tomorrow.

Not exactly the ultimate... Food and ambience on canteen level. More German than Asian on the buffet. Vegetables from the grill that don't even look like they've ever been on the grill, cut way too thick that they have no chance of being cooked. Forks were in short supply, so the dessert could only be eaten with a spoon. The entertainment music, which in my opinion is actually part of the basic equipment in restaurants, was also missing. I've had better Asian food since then.

There are many dining tables inside, and there is a large long table suitable for a dozen people to eat. There are hot dishes and an on-site teppanyaki barbecue. There are many varieties. Drinks need to be ordered a la carte, and the ice cream is also good!

Wenn man im vorbeifahren das Phoenix entdeckt fällt einem zuerst die imposante Größe des Gebäudes auf und fragt sich unwillkürlich zuerst: Wo soll ich hier parken? Bis der Blick dann doch im laufe der weiteren Fahrt auf dem Parkplatz ankommt. An einem wirklich geschäftsträchtigen Tag dürfte aber selbst dort der Platz knapp werden und man sollte vorher reservieren. Einen ruhigen Abend sollte man in diesem Restaurant also nicht erwarten wollen, dafür sind an einem gut besuchten Tag einfach zu viele Menschen anwesend. Das Restaurant selbst ist in einem irgendwie typischen Asia-Buffet Stiel gehalten. Statuen am Eingang, ein Empfangstresen, große Fenster ringsherum die den riesigen Raum trotz allem hell und freundlich wirken lassen. Lange Buffet-Tische auf denen die nicht nur rein asiatischen Speisen bereitgestellt werden. Alles wirkte an diesem Tag zu mindestens organisiert und sauber. Trotz fehlender Reservierung gab es einen zweier Tisch und die Getränke wurden aufgenommen. Nur dann ging man davon aus das man mit dem Konzept vertraut sei und ließ einen alleine. Ja, ich kenne es so das man wenigstens einmal kurz gefragt wird ob man das Konzept dieses Ladens kennt und auf die gesonderten Gegebenheiten des Restaurants hinweist falls man dort noch nicht gegessen hat. Ein klein wenig aufmerksamer hätten die Bedienungen auch sein können, denn um an ein zweites Getränk oder die Rechnung zu kommen hat man sich schon sehr auffällig melden müssen. Das Buffet ist meiner Meinung nach ein klein wenig überteuert, aber das sind fast alle Asia-Buffet. Die Speisen selbst sind reichhaltig und vielfältig. Sie reichen von Suppen über gebratenen Reis und Nudeln zu Geflügel, Fisch und Rind bis zu Pommes und Nuggets für die kleinen Gäste ( alles war warm ), selbst ein Kartoffelgratin war zu finden. Rohes Fleisch, auch ausgefalleneres, war neben Gemüse und Soßen ( leider hier nur standard ) zu finden um sich seine Individuellen Speisen zusammenstellen und zubereiten lassen zu können. Der Geschmack der Speisen selbst war aber eher für den europäischen Gaumen abgestimmt. Alle probierten Speisen an diesem Tag, und es waren viele, waren lecker. Wer aber einen Kick sucht, den WOW Effekt einer fremden Küche der findet ihn hier wahrscheinlich eher nicht. Insgesamt war es ein entspannter Abend mit einem schmackhaften Essen in einer lauteren Umgebung und einer freundlichen Bedienung ( unaufmerksam heißt nicht unhöflich ) den ich möglicherweise irgendwann wiederholen werde.

Obwohl das Phoenix in Kassel exotisches Fleisch anbietet, war ich persönlich von der Qualität des Essens nur mäßig beeindruckt. Trotz der Möglichkeit, exotische Fleischsorten zu probieren, konnte mich das Essen nicht vollständig überzeugen. Das Ambiente und der Service waren angenehm, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für mich nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Für Gäste, die neugierig auf exotische Fleischsorten sind, könnte das Phoenix dennoch eine interessante Option sein.

Wir sind immer zufrieden mit dem Restaurant, da wir auf der Durchreise essen gehen wollten bot sich das an, da es nur 1km von der Autobahnabfahrt ist

Essen ist ansich lecker, allerdings fast keine veganen Alternativen. Dazu ist der Parkplatz und das Lokal total voll. Man muss immer in einer Schlange am Buffet anstehen, dazu ist es eben laut und voll. Der Preis ist mit 26,90 Euro ohne Getränk auch sehr teuer.

Kauft euch mal nh Klimaanlage und viele zu teuer

Auswahl und Essen top! Vielleicht könnte der Kellner etwas freundlicher sein und die Getränke etwas kühler. Eine Spieleecke für die Kinder wäre nicht schlecht. Und die Sitzmöbel (Bänke) gehören erneuert die sind fertig. Aber das Essen ist Top!
