Huge Far East buffet with exotic foods like shark meat and chocolate fountains but also classics like fries. Anyone who leaves here hungry cannot be helped.

I have been to many Asian buffet restaurants. This restaurant is one of the best. Mostly I don’t see Salmon but you can get here. Love this place. PS. You should go as early as possible to get fresh food

It's catastrophic - I've never experienced anything like it. You pay full price, but the buffet is empty. We were four adults and two children. When we asked for cutlery, it was thrown at us in an unfriendly manner. The dessert, a banana, was completely black inside and inedible.

We spontaneously visited on a Saturday afternoon and can recommend the Phoenix because it has a very large selection at a reasonable price, with something for everyone. We particularly liked the grill station, where you can grill your own selection of meat and vegetables fresh and then have them served. This allowed me to put together a vegan curry. Otherwise, the quality of the food is okay, but the hot dishes are very greasy and there are a lot of fried foods, as well as convenience products or ready-made sauces that are a bit bland in flavor. The salad bar, on the other hand, offers a large selection of vegetables, some of them fresh, and there's a larger selection of fresh fruit. The sushi is a bit bland because the rice is completely unsalted. Of course, the chocolate fountain and the soft-serve ice cream machine are great highlights – and not just for kids.

I was there for the first time with my family. The food was very tasty. We opted for the buffet, which had a wide variety of dishes of all kinds. From starters to main courses and bedside dishes. The price-performance ratio is great. We will go there again. They have a chocolate fountain and soft ice cream machine.

We are often guests here for birthdays or the like. Usually there was always at least one vegetarian main course with tofu in the buffet. Today the main course with tofu was missing. When I asked, I was directed to a man behind the bar, who rudely rejected me. There would be no more tofu and I should eat potatoes or mushrooms. At a price of €27.90 per person without drinks, it's a disgrace. The icing on the cake was my beer, which arrived without carbonation. We probably won't visit the restaurant again in the future

Für 2 Personen reserviert. Nachdem wir 5 min vor der Zeit im Restaurant waren gab es für uns trotz Reservierung keinen Tisch. Wir mussten 25 Minuten im Eingangsbereich stehen. Anschließemd wollte man uns mit einer fremden vierköpfigen Familie an einen Tisch setzen. Dies haben wir natürlich abgelehnt, da wir einen gemütlichen Abend zu zweit genießen wollten der durch die lange Wartezeit aber schon halb ruiniert war. Das Personal war daraufhin extem unhöflich zu uns und konnte nicht nachvollziehen, dass wir gerne einen Tisch für uns alleine hätten, zumal wir ja auch reserviert hatten. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten warten wurden wir endlich zu einem Tisch gebracht. Dieser war jedoch mit Essensresten bedeckt und klebte von verschütteten Getränken. Nachdem wir eine Bedienung auf den Zustand des Tisches hingewiesen hatten wurde er schließlich nach weiteren 10 Minuten gereinigt sodass wir mit dem Essen beginnen konnten. Fazit: In jedem Mc Donalds ist ist das Personal freundlicher und hilfsbereiter als in diesem Laden. Jedem der sein Essen genießen möchte und einen ruhigen Abend ohne Theater verbringen möchte rate ich von diesem Laden ab! Ps. Google löscht alle schlechten Rezensionen...Meine wurde trotz Stellungnahme meinerseits entfernt. Grund: Verleumdung

It's always a bit noisy because it's very busy. But the quality of the food and service easily make up for it. The range is so wide that you can always discover something new. The restaurant is really recommended!!!

Very very tasty Friendly service

The food was fresh, tasted excellent and beautifully prepared. The selection of meat and vegetables is large. We were particularly impressed by the crispy duck, scampi and seafood and the homemade dim sum. The staff were friendly and attentive as always, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The service was underground! Something so rude and completely disrespectful, they even rolled their eyes in annoyance when we just wanted a drink menu before ordering.

Wir haben im Restaurant ein Geburtstag gefeiert.Es gab's reichlich Auswahl,mir hat nicht viel geschmeckt..Die Teller waren nicht ganz sauber,das hat mich am meisten geschtört,den Kellner drauf angeschprochen und wurde böse noch angeguckt.Ich denke ich komme nicht wieder.

I can't recommend this place. Service was zero, 8 people had pre-ordered, when we arrived no one took care of us. After requesting, we were given a table for 7 people, we had to organize chairs for the 8 people ourselves. After we had sat for 15 minutes, we asked whether we would get drinks and what the food was like. We were told to help ourselves at the buffet, someone would be coming soon. When we had drinks and food, no one cared about us anymore. No questions asked if we would like anything else or anything. Signs at the buffet should be put up correctly, at the ice cream you didn't even know what was what. The positive is a nice ambience and the food was ok. In any case, I wouldn't recommend it, I wanted to give my wife a nice evening for her 50th, which unfortunately wasn't great.

Price-performance is not right at all. We paid €60 for two people. Some of the food was cold and the meat was hard and dried out. Too bad.

Great selection and food! Unfortunately, many plates and bowls were dirty. You have to pay attention to that. That doesn't work. The drinks should be a little cooler. The food was really very good. I have rarely seen such a large selection of fresh seafood. Also lots of meat. It does take a little longer to fry, but it's worth it. Instead of waiting, we helped ourselves to the varied buffet. I deducted one star because of the abundance and mass processing. Even though the service was very nice and tried hard.

I came to have a late lunch (14:00). I was repeatedly told they close at 15:00. I know. The longer you tell me, the less time I have to enjoy my meal. Even though you close in an hour, you should have food available. Many pans empty or with dried up food! NOT ATTRACTIVE! THEN I had to search for a server to order my tea. Mind you it wasn’t over busy. 💁🏾‍♀️I suggest you come closer to opening hours. Maybe you will have a better experience.

My first visit was seven years ago. Therefore it is time to update and adjust my rating. It was very positive to see some familiar faces from another restaurant, who had probably been working there for four years. I can only assume, but I find the quality to be much better than it was seven years ago. Everything I tried was to my liking. So I was there two days in a row. Now it's really tasty and I'll be happy to come back any time.

Unfortunately, we had to realize again today that things just have to happen quickly. Unfortunately the food was cold and the fish and shrimp were not cooked through. All of this was just mass processing, service was friendly but unfortunately not up to the masses of guests. And for the price there are clearly better restaurants. Too bad. I feel very comfortable here. Overrun on weekends, so I recommend eating here during the week. The buffet is richly stocked with a selection. Whether sushi, Mongolian, salads, soup, fruit, ice cream or sweets for the kids, it's all here. Vegetarians will also find something.

We spontaneously felt like going out to eat here with friends after a day at the trade fair. We called and reserved a table for 4 and clearly asked if we could eat with 4 dogs. On the phone they said that it wasn't a problem if the dogs were calm and I behaved, which is our everyday routine. When my wife and I arrived at the restaurant with our two boys, we saw a sign prohibiting dogs. I thought it would be funny when we ran in and a young woman from the staff looked very unfriendly. She said: "No" and something else I didn't understand. But we explained to her that we had called specifically to ask if that was possible and we also had a table with our name on it. The woman found the reservation and asked who we had spoken to on the phone, as if we knew everyone's first name here... but she got someone to insult when she then told us ok, we'll find a hidden place for our two away from another small and easily audible Kleffer dog. But ours doesn't care. And we told her on the way to the table that two more would be coming, including two dogs. She wasn't happy. But it was probably okay. The others came and our Dalmatians are positively striking dogs (visually), well the people were happy, but the staff obviously wasn't. We put the dogs in their places and then I went to have food fried. 2 plates were ready when a friend of ours told me it was no longer worth it and we should get out! 20min extra drive with a call and precise inquiry as to whether 4 dogs are allowed, reservation with table clear agreement 4 people and 4 dogs, no problem. We are pure, we were a problem. We were unnecessarily ripped off by the restaurant, although it could have been perfectly fine on the phone or at the entrance that dogs are unfortunately not allowed and then it was probably a mistake.. well, shitty experience and hungry, thank you!

RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!! We actually wanted to eat here this evening. Since we are in town this weekend with our dogs and friends for a dog event, we called in advance and asked whether we, including our five well-behaved dogs, could reserve a table for the same evening. We only asked whether the dogs were quiet, which we answered in the affirmative, as all dogs are used to going to restaurants and lie sweetly and calmly on their blankets. We were then told that it was no problem, we were also welcome with dogs. When we arrived, after a 20-minute journey and an 18 km one-way journey, another employee told us at the door: Oh dear, and we had big dogs with us. That wouldn't work. Nobody asked about the size on the phone. But when we pointed out the phone call and our reservation, we were assigned a table. When the first people were at the buffet, all the dogs were nice and calm (another small dog in the restaurant was constantly barking in another corner), we were told it wasn't possible after all. What would we think of coming here with such big dogs? That something like that wasn't possible and we couldn't stay because the presence of our dogs disturbs other guests because they wouldn't let themselves hide under the table. They are too big. (Even if they all lay sweetly and quietly on their blanket next to a chair). I find the employees' behavior to be absolutely outrageous! The way we were talked to and stared at by all the employees was simply degrading! If you only tolerate small dogs, then you should say so when asked and not let people arrive first! The dogs would have misbehaved, but that was just outrageous at 5 p.m. when the shop looked more than empty! It's questionable which people could have bothered them anyway! Of course we turned down the vouchers for another visit! I would never enter this store again! I don't recommend anyone with such bad service as in this store! We can't say anything about the food, but it looked like any other Chinese all you can eat - nothing special!

We were eating there, first of all the plates from the pile were dirty. The food used to be better, I don't know why everything tastes like grease now. No matter which tongs you wanted to use (especially with sushi), your appetite was gone when you saw how dirty they were. We told the waiter and were immediately rudely told that nothing was dirty.
