Viet Wok in Kassel

I picked up a box to take with me and was really impressed by the good value for money it offered. The food was really tasty and the service was without any complaints. I would love to come back! :-)

If you can look past the rather grim chef, it's really tasty there. The location is of course not crazy, but if you like to watch strange people while eating, this is the place for you

Food is good and chef is friendly

The chef seems paranoid and isn't particularly friendly. My food was delicious and fresh, a very large portion. I'm satisfied.

I wanted to grab a quick Asian meal with a friend, and Viet Wok was the closest option. Located in the middle of a Rewe supermarket, the atmosphere isn't particularly inviting. The food is cheap considering the quantity, but it tastes like it's been eaten before. Very bland, but with a moldy aftertaste. The sticky sauces on the equally sticky tables aren't really something you want to touch, but at least you can use them to "cover it up" a little. The chef wasn't unfriendly, but his German was very limited. Once, never again. I really didn't have high expectations, but I'd still like to eat at a snack bar that was fresh and reasonably clean.

They even cooked extra vegan dishes for us for really great prices. Top!

Not particularly friendly. The food has an aftertaste and the coriander chili sauce isn't really spicy either.
