The sauces were missing from my order. Just bad. I won't be coming back.

Two stars with a lot of room for improvement One thing in advance: I like KFC and am happy to have a branch near me. Unfortunately, in my opinion, this is not one of the better ones. On my last visit I had to wait 20 minutes for a Zingerburger and a bucket - that's simply too long. Additionally, the fries were already cold as they were placed on the tray ten minutes before the burger. The staff responded rather irritably to the suggestion. The cleanliness in the guest room also leaves a lot to be desired. Of course, guests are responsible for their trays, but cleaning the tables is not one of them - even if the staff obviously sees it differently. Unfortunately, overfilled return carts are standard here, so you should have some skill when stacking them. Unfortunately there is little to highlight positively, which is a shame because other branches show that things can be done better. Why do I still come here? Due to lack of alternatives nearby. Two stars for the food, but service, friendliness and cleanliness are in urgent need of improvement. 2 out of 5 stars.

The smartMenu double burger has gone down from 4.99 to 6.49 for a week now. I was just in Bad Bergzabern and the double burger still costs 4.99

I'm not picky and I'm not concerned about the points: The following situation: I order a Fanta Exotic (200) points + 25 cent deposit with the points I have collected. I'm called up and told that it's sold out and that I should wait a moment at the checkout for the 25 cents. I then asked if I could get my points back because I wasn't offered anything else for 200P, nor did it say at the counter that the Fanta was sold out. After my legitimate question, I only received an unfriendly *How should I put the points back on my cell phone* and several people behind the counter laughed at me. Very unfriendly staff, working on it friends :)

Today I was at McDonald Merzig. I ordered two plain cheeseburgers. I got two chili cheeseburgers. After the complaint, instead of 2 plain cheeseburgers, I got two normal ones, which were only luke warm. The bad thing was that the employees only listened with one ear. And to make matters worse, there wasn't even anything going on. The 🍔 were only luke warm. I didn't feel like complaining anymore. Tried again after a long time, fell in again.
