McDonald's in Dillingen/Saar

Today the restaurant has adapted to the dishes. It was super cold in the store again. Appropriately, it may be reversed, the food was, as usual, almost cold. You don't know exactly which came first... Well, BurgerKing is too far away.

Absolute cheek. Children's birthday booked for today from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. When we arrived we were told that it had been forgotten. Birthday child / 5 years / super sad because nothing was decorated. It took forever until the table was set for 9 children No games played, etc. Children were allowed to go into the kitchen for a moment, that was it. And then they paid full price for food, etc. Once and never again.

Unfortunately you can't give half a star... At the McDrive you are asked what sauce you would like in the ice cream and in the end you get no sauce at all!!! Lately things that have been ordered are often missing, people don't really respond to the information, they just snort and roll their eyes because the lovely employees are so annoyed. At least an apology would have been nice, but nothing came. The missing food was then packed into a bag and thrown on the counter. Please change your staff or learn how to deal with guests correctly!!!!

This is a juice shop with incompetent staff. They can't even make a milkshake properly. I've ordered milkshakes there several times and they've been made wrong every time. My recommendation is to go get a milkshake somewhere else and not there. It was the last time for me!

Sehr lange auf 2 Classic Burger (Chees und Chickenburger) gewartet. Zudem war die junge Bedienung (mit Brille) am Schalter dauernd am Handy und schickte uns nach knapp 10 Minuten rechts an die Seite zum warten.

Also ich muss erhlich sagen, dass ich ein großer Fastfood Fan bin, aber in dieser Filiale sind die Wartezeiten einfach nur bodenlos. Es isr jeden Tag sehr viel los, aber man muss manchmal extrem lange warten. Und genau wie im McDonalds in Merzig werden auch hier manchmal Dinge in Bestellungen vergessen.

View ok, the store just needs to pay more attention to the floor. I slipped there and fell on my newly operated leg. The staff were there straight away and gave me a chair and ice to cool down and wanted to call an ambulance. So in conclusion, pay more attention to the ground.

I was there yesterday and ordered a fatty MC menu but it didn't taste good at all. Everything was floppy like downstairs at my grandma's. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I actually never like to rate MC Donalds...but this one was particularly bad...unsalted fries...no onion in the MC Rib. Eating out in a normal restaurant is neither more expensive nor does it have any other disadvantages.

Dieses Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich hatte eine unheimlich lange Wartezeit bis ich endlich mal bezahlen konnte und mein Getränk bekam. Ich musste rechts an die Seite fahren und dort noch gute 35min warten. Es war ungefähr 23.00 Uhr zu dem Zeitpunkt. Während der Wartezeit, trank ich mein Getränk leer und als der Kassierer kam fragte ich ihn höflicherweise ob es ihm etwas ausmache den leeren Becher mitzunehmen. Daraufhin sagte er mir er sei nicht mein Putzmann und das ich so etwas nicht fragen darf...?! Also sowas unhöfliches hab ich in einem Leben noch nie gesehen. Und dort werde ich auch nicht wieder hingehen.

Ordered online for the first time today at 5 p.m. in Dillingen for local pickup. Queued in the drive for 10 minutes and then gave the pick-up number, which the audibly irritated employee was not comfortable with. When I got to the window he refused to give me my order through the window and forced me to pick up my already paid order from the restaurant. Once inside there was the bag and when I asked why he was so rude and didn't just hand the bag out, he said loudly: that's your problem and not mine. The employees behind the counter all seemed silent, but one was loud enough. Apparently no one is responsible for service and you can't demand respect or decency here. Absolutely the lowest level in terms of sound. Once and never again !

After my last visit to this McDonald's, I strongly demand the immediate firing of an employee who has ruined the entire customer experience. As soon as we entered the restaurant, the pungent smell of instant noodles, which obviously came from this employee, was unbearable. His unkempt appearance and antisocial behavior reinforced the negative impression. I ran into him as I ventured to order, and his disinterested, unfriendly demeanor reached a new low. His dismissal is not only appropriate, but urgently needed to ensure that future visits to McDonald's do not continue to be marred by his unprofessional behavior. It's been an absolute disaster since the owner changed. The new branch manager, who was previously allowed to cause mischief in Merzig, is completely unsuitable for customer contact. Again! The food gives the impression that it got into a fight with the other burgers on the chute and lost the fight - if you even get what you ordered (which is usually not the case). You even have to fear that there are things on the burgers that aren't in the recipe - and that McD doesn't offer either. Too expensive, cold and disgusting. In the future we will only go to Burger King in Wallerfangen...

MC Drive has become slow drive. The car line feels like every 10 minutes the order is taken. Cars are already turning because it takes too long. Prices increased sharply. Cheeseburger only half the size. Double price increase. McDonald's doesn't work.

Schlechter Mc Donalds Vergessen immer etwas bei der Bestellung

War seit langem mal wieder dort, leider hat der Service extrem gelitten, die Wartezeit im Restaurant war trotz monderatem Betrieb für den angeblichen Weltmeister der Systemgastronomie enorm. Die Sauberkeit lässt zudem zu wünschen übrig.

Schnelles Mc drive gegenüber anderen Filialen

Keine gleichbleibende Qualität der Speisen. Die Servicequalität und Kundenorientierung lässt häufig zu wünschen übrig.

Das Essen war erstaunlich lecker aber die Warte Zeit war um 39 Minuten was schon wirklich sehr lange gedauert hat naja Ich gehe da häufig hin und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett 3/5 Sternen

Als "analoger" Kunde ist man dort wohl fehl am Platz. Wir wurden keines Blickes gewürdigt und die Mitarbeiter verrichteten stoisch ihre Arbeit. Nach 10 Minuten warten ohne angesprochen oder angeschaut zu werden sind wir gegangen. Also lieber nach Saarlouis oder Merzig fahren die sind wenigstens freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Lange warte Zeit obwohl nichts los ist. Als einziges Auto im ganzen mcdrive wird man in die warte Position gezwungen nur das Chef nichts über die Kamera sieht. Börger schauen aus wie modelbausatz und das bevor ich überhaupt losfahren kann

Drive In Katastrophe, dort arbeiten keine fähigen Menschen mehr. Sie bekommen es nicht hin mehrere Bestellungen aufzunehmen und den Drive In voll zu stellen damit die Küche etwas Zeit hätte die Bestellungen vor zu bereiten. So kommt immer nur einer von Bestell Terminal zur Kasse und muss dann noch auf Park und auf sein Essen warten. Das ging vor ein paar Jahren wesentlich besser.

Wir waren gestern dort und haben für drei Personen zum mit nehmen bestellt. Wir haben den Fehler gemacht das wir die Bestellung nicht kontrolliert haben. Und mußten zu Hause festgestellt das mehrere Produkte gefehlt haben. Deshalb Leute kauft euch lieber eine Pizza . Wenn die fehlt sieht man das sofort.

Sehr kalt in den Räumlichkeiten und sehr dreckig, überall alter Müll von den Gästen.
