McDonald's in Dillingen/Saar

Klo's werden anscheinend weder kontrolliert noch gesäubert, ebenfalls die Tische. Man ekelt sich dort etwas vor Ort zu essen. Tischservice ebenfalls Fehlanzeige. Ich bin froh dass man die Küche nicht sieht. Definitiv das letzte Mal, einfach widerlich. Über die Wartedauer braucht man sich hier bei Minimalbetrieb auch nicht wundern...

Klima ausgefallen, Umgebung, Toiletten nicht sauber. Essen ist ok., aber bei der Hitze ist Fastfood ein schweres Essen. So lange es so heiss ist, lieber in die Bäckerei vom Netto nebenan. Da ist es kühl....

Tische immer ekelhaft und unsauber... Ist es zu viel verlangt, dass mal jemand drüber wischt...

Ich musste bei 10 anwesenden Personen 45 min auf mein Bigmac warten. Er war mit Käse obwohl ich extra ohne Käse bestellt habe. Und mein 50 Euroschein wurde nicht genommen, da er von 2010 war. War dann bei der Bank und hab ihn umgetauscht. War echt.

Katastrophal !!!! Draußen sind es 37 Grad, drinnen sind es 45 Grad. Heute, am 21.06.2026 um 13 Uhr, schalten sie weder die Klimaanlage noch die Belüftung ein, um Strom zu sparen. Beschämend!!

Zu lange Wartezeit. Nicht sehr sauber.

Ich empfehle es nicht. Bleiben Sie fern. Der Kinderspielplatz ist in schlechtem Zustand . Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, eigentlich funktioniert dort gar nichts richtig. Das Wasser auf den Toiletten funktioniert. Bei 37 Grad sitzen die Kinder auf dem Fliesenboden. Traurig.

Ein McDonald's Frühstück kann man sich dort auf jeden fall für den schnellen Hunger gönnen. Der Wrap mit Rührei und Bacon war zwar nicht wirklich voll gefüllt aber dennoch für McDonald's verhältnisse sehr lecker. Kritik bei einem Caffee bringen sie ihn in einem Papbescher statt ihn aus einer Tasse aus dem MCcaffee anzubieten. In anderen lokalen machen die das nämlich auch so. Sauberkeit am frühen Morgen ist auf jeden fall ebenfalls gegeben.

Also ich bin ziemlich sauer! 2 stunden bevor laden Schluss werden Stühle schon geknallt und alle Wege mit Stühlen verbarrikadiert. Es wird ziemlich offen kommuniziert das man unerwünscht ist. Zwei stunden vor laden Schluss darf man nicht mehr nach draußen Luft schnappen. Trotzdessen hatte ich spaß beim skyjo spielen, mega schlecht.

Neue Einrichtung hell und freundlich gute Umsicht.

Ich wollte vor meinem Besuch eine Frage zu diesem Ort stellen, und sie haben meinen Anruf einfach abgelehnt, nachdem sie mich Englisch sprechen hörten. 😡 Ich wollte eigentlich dorthin gehen, vier Kunden verloren, unglaublich!

Saftladen, am Abend gibt es komischerweise kein Eis mehr !!! Egal welcher Wochentag.

Es wird immer schlimmer hier. Nicht sauber alle Tische immer versaut. Müll liegt überall. Spielgerüst immer geschlossen.

Sehr unsauberer McDonald's. Viele Speisen und Getränke sind gar nicht verfügbar, der Rest ist sehr schlechte Qualität. Toiletten , Restaurant und Außenbereich sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt. Klimaanlage im Innenraum ist ausgefallen,so dass es sehr warm war. Allerdings ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was in dieser Atmosphäre ungewöhnlich ist. Wir bekamen sogar von einer älteren Angestellten Wasser für den Hund. Ich würde diesen McDonald's nicht weiter empfehlen.

Vorsicht, in diesem McDonald's fehlt regelmäßig Essen bei den Bestellungen. Sobald man zum mitnehmen bestellt, fehlt im Happy Meal das Spielzeug, beim Menü die Pommes, etc. Das ist mir nun leider schon mehrfach passiert und grenzt an BETRUG!! Ich rate jedem dringend dazu die eigene Bestellung penibel genau zu kontrollieren, bevor man das Restaurant verlässt und es erst Zuhause bemerkt.

War Okay nicht überragend ein Fast Food Restaurant eben Mitarbeiter wenig Deutsch Kenntnisse konnte die Zahl 247 nicht aussprechen sonnst ganz okay

Es tut mir leid, Wenn ich in einen McDonald's gehe erwarte ich kein Ding Sterne Restaurant. Allerdings sollten die grundlegenden Dinge schon stimmen, der Burger sollte halbwegs essbar aussehen und das Patty nicht zerstückelt sein. Bei meiner Bestellung mit Tischservice, hat das Getränk gefehlt und wurde erst nach Reklamation geliefert. Das schlimmste war aber das Ambiente. Die Sitzbank mit Panzertape geflickt und kein einziger der Tische war sauber. Wirklich kein einziger. Es war nicht ein Mal viel Betrieb, zwei Drittel der Plätze war leer. So geht das leider gar nicht.

Habe 30 min auf ein Cheeseburger und ein Iced Coffee Shake Caramel gewartet. Habe dann statt Caramel eine Shake mit Schoko bekommen, mit der Begründung es gäbe kein Caramel mehr und wie ich das überhaupt bestellen konnte. Als ich dann mein Kassenbon gezeigt hatte wurde mir gesagt das mein Getränk neu gemacht wird. Ich habe weiter 15 min gewartet bis ich einen Mitarbeiter angesprochen habe wie lange es denn noch dauern würde... ich wurde vergessen. Hab dann mein Getränk MIT Caramel bekommen. Paar Tage später hab ich mir ein Iced Matcha Latte Strawberry bestellt. Habe dann Milch mit Erdbeersirup bekommen. Nach Anfrage wurde der Matcha dann nachträglich reingemacht... Das Essen und Trinken ist ganz ok, nur der Service und die Wartezeiten sind Katastrophe. Immer wenn ich dort was bestelle fehlt etwas oder irgendwas ist falsch gemacht. Selbst für eine Sache wartet man dort eine halbe Ewigkeit. Ich musste mal für einen McChicken Classic 45 min warten...

Alles bestens, leckeres Essen, prompter Service und alles sauber

Der Service war sehr nett, leider waren viele Tische sehr dreckig. Ich gehe persönlich eigentlich überhaupt nicht zu McDonald's. Ich habe meinen Kindern eine Freude gemacht.

Typisches McDonald’s für den schnellen Hunger zwischendurch. Praktisch sind vor allem die langen Öffnungszeiten sowie die Möglichkeit, vor Ort zu essen, den Drive-in zu nutzen oder Essen liefern zu lassen. Gerade unterwegs oder wenn es schnell gehen muss, ist das eine bequeme Anlaufstelle. Insgesamt eine bekannte Adresse in Dillingen für einen unkomplizierten Fast-Food-Stopp.

Wenn es Minuspunkte gäbe würde ich -5 Punkte geben. Unterirdisch schlecht dort. Burger und Pommes sind kalt. Burger schlecht belegt. Wartezeit nicht hinnehmbar. Personal ist frech und provokant bei Reklamation. Nie wieder!

McSmsrt Menü gestern 11.02.26 Double Cheeseburger 4.99 heute 12.02.26 hier bei Getreide 6.99.unverschämt

Dieser Niederlassung wird immer schlimmer. Wir sind regelmäßig sonntags dort und wie die Mitarbeiter im Mc Drive mit einem reden ist absolut unterirdisch. Man ist an der Reihe dann kommt : Bestellung. Wenn man es durch gegeben hat kommt : Ausgabe. Mehr als diese 2 Wörter kommen nicht und das regelmäßig. Man bekommt sein bestelltes Essen ohne ein Wort durchs Fenster. Es gab Zeiten da wurde mal gesagt : herzlich willkommen bei Mc… ihre Bestellung bitte. Das ist der jungen Dame wohl zu viel mit Kunden zu reden. Regelmäßig bekommt man kalte und labbrige Pommes , die Burger sehen teilweise aus als wären sie 3 mal auseinander und wieder zusammen gebaut. Seit neustem gibt es ja eine Waage, wo der Mitarbeiter angezeigt bekommt ob das Gewicht stimmt. In Dillingen wird regelmäßig einfach 1-2 Schälchen Soße dazu gelegt, wenn es dann passt wird sie wieder weg gelegt und man wundert sich wie heute wenn man eine große Pommes bestellt das in der Schachtel nicht mal die Hälfte drin ist. Im Laden essen macht noch weniger sind, denn da braucht man einen Heizstrahler und dicke Sachen, so kalt ist es da. Die Toiletten meidet man lieber. Wenn ich Geld für mein Essen bezahle, was mittlerweile echt teuer geworden ist, dann erwarte ich das der Burger heiß ist und mit allen Zutaten die drauf gehören, ebenso erwarte ich als Kunde das meine Pommes heiß sind und die Schachtel voll ist. Aber wenn die Mitarbeiter am Mc Drive und im Laden kaum verstehen was man bestellen möchte, oder nur Bestellung und das Wort Ausgabe beherrschen muss man sich nicht wundern. Ich ergänze : wenn das Getränk auf der Waage am mc Drive zu wenig ist, werden einfach noch mehr einswürfel in den Becher gemacht.

War gestern Abend am Autoschalter habe ein paar Kleinigkeiten geholt und ein 20er Chicken McNuggets angeblich mit drei Soßen Kai Barbecue Saucen und zum wiederholten Male waren diese Saucen nicht dabei ich habe das leider zu spät bemerkt da war ich schon zu Hause aber wie gesagt eine bodenlose Frechheit sich für die Soßen Preise zu berechnen und diesen nicht zuzufügen

Toiletten unsauber. Viele Produkte wie „Pommes, Eis etc.“ garnicht vorhanden. Etwas zu kalt in der Filiale. Einer der Filialen, wo MCDonalds bisschen Kontrolle und Nacharbeit schicken sollte. Einfach nur schlecht.

Absolut ekelhaft. Tische schmutzig, Bänke schmutzig obwohl wenig Betrieb ist. Inneneinrichtung stellenweise defekt.

I really don't know what the problem is with taking an order correctly and, ideally, packing it properly. EVER! I'm getting so fed up with you guys. I just wanted two double chili cheeseburgers and a strawberry milkshake. What did I get? Two over-topped regular cheeseburgers and a small vanilla milkshake. Hire some polite staff who are also educated enough to speak and understand German when taking orders.

One of the worst locations in Saarland. We've been there at least 20 times already because it's on the way and there aren't any other locations nearby. Unfortunately. I don't think we've ever had a single order that was correct. Either the burger looks like something's run over it, or the fries are all over the place because an employee put them in upside down. At least every other order is wrong. The staff either don't care or don't understand. It's about time someone took charge of this branch and turned things around. A disaster!

Very unfriendly staff. Employees make mistakes, and when you politely point them out, they suddenly become bitchy and aggressive. We won't be coming here again!

The service was especially good. No comparison to Burger King! Update 11/12/25: It's nothing like it used to be. Everything looks kind of worn out. Food takes a very long time, even when there aren't many customers. They're always missing something. Some of the staff seem very unmotivated. We won't be going there again.

Had a chili cheeseburger around 1 a.m. last night and got stomach cramps for hours, then threw up my guts around 6 a.m., thanks a lot 🙃

This place is a joke. I've been waiting for over 40 minutes!

Honestly, eating in a shop with small children is just unacceptable these days. It's cold in there, and apparently, despite the ever-increasing price of food, they can't afford heating. And the entrance door is always open.

Orders are *never* correct, like, never. Either something is missing, or when you get home, you realize something is missing or the burger was prepared wrong. You can't even trust the drive-thru at this place. You always end up having to go inside to have the order corrected. Once it's a fluke, twice it's weird, three times it's a deliberate pattern. The display boards have been broken for a year, and the tables are never properly clean. I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like.

Significant delays. Furthermore, we had requested that the ice cream desserts be collected later. This was not taken into account during the handover between the two servers. The worst part was the server's behavior, which was extremely unpleasant and impertinent. On top of that, the sandwiches and fries were cold… which is to be expected given the time spent at the counter… Many things need to be reviewed in Dillingen.

McDonald's, at least in Dillingen, has become a complete pigsty. Sluggish, lacking in customer service, uncaring, tasteless... yuck! It's unbelievable what McDonald's allows itself to do; it's simply inedible. The burgers are worth throwing in the trash, especially if you've ever eaten Burgers in the States.

The burger was lukewarm once again, the fries were fresh and hot this time, and for once a normal portion, not undersized, which isn't an isolated incident. All in all, the quality has declined 100% since the coronavirus pandemic. Service is nice. Tables are mostly clean; it used to be better with you.

I placed a large order for around 50 euros and wanted to pay at the till when my order arrived. After waiting for 20 minutes I politely asked about my order. The answer was, if you haven't paid then nothing will happen. I left the shop angrily and you won't be seeing me again any time soon!!!

We should have listened to the reviews. The restaurant was chaotic, the display board was broken. The apple turnover was cold, and the meat was undercooked. The lights in the restroom weren't working at times.

It is becoming more and more of a catastrophe the citizens now look like shit mushy & barely edible fries the same in green

Since there isn't a single decent café open on Sundays between Saarlouis and Merzig on the Saar Cycle Path, we were forced to stop here. Unfortunately, they're obviously understaffed. The tables were completely filthy, and the return carts were overflowing. Nevertheless, the employees were friendly and accommodating. The coffee at the Mc Café is always delicious. Still, we probably won't be landing in Dillingen anytime soon.

We went through the drive-thru and only wanted two milkshakes and one ice cream. They couldn't offer either, so we stood there stupidly because the order from the person in front of us either took quite a while or took a very long time to prepare.

Drive in no matter what you wanted to order ice cream or milkshake everything was empty well that's just another case of nobody wants to clean it or refill it

Unfortunately, once again, we've had unbelievably long waits: 45 minutes yesterday at the McDrive, 50 minutes today at the restaurant. Then we asked what was happening with our order, and it turned out that no order/slip had arrived. That's unacceptable, what a terrible system. We ordered inside at the terminal! Why is it taking so long? It's fast food, after all?!?! The monitors for customers in the restaurant have also been broken for a while, so there's no way to know how far your order is going... Somehow, the system change back then isn't really effective for customers!!! It needs to be improved urgently!!!

The food is of the usual chain quality, and everything is excellent in that regard. Orders via table service are also delivered at a decent speed. One negative point, however: I would have preferred napkins on the tray, which should really be standard.

Last night, loud bass music was playing in the McDonald's parking lot as a neighbor who has to get up in the morning. I don't understand why the McDonald's didn't notice anything. Next time, the police will be called. It's just a disgrace that nothing was said. Last night, loud music and extreme bass was playing again. As a neighbor writing here now, who needs at least 20 cups of coffee to get ready and has to work at 8 a.m., I think this is really shitty.

I sat there for 20 minutes and have rarely seen anything so dirty. No one cleared the food while I was there, and there were three other tables that looked the same! I ordered and paid via app. The food arrived at the table, but there was no "good evening," no "you're welcome," no "enjoy your meal"... nothing from the female server except a brusque look. Probably because it bothered her and she was more busy joking around with her colleagues behind the counter. Pretty gross.

On Sunday July 20th 2025 I was at McDonald's at around 7:40 p.m. We ordered inside at the cash register which was very tedious. We stood in the queue for about 10 minutes just to pay. We waited a good 40 minutes for 3 McFlurrys which was really annoying. There were always people ahead of us who had only placed one order. But not only that, the ice cream - I'm talking about the majority - hardly had any sauce in it, hardly any toppings and the last bits of sauce had been scraped out. You can't offer that to people. After a long wait we decided to take the ice cream with us because it was already crowded anyway. So I went to the employee (Piercings usually works at the drive-thru, rather unkempt) and politely told him that he could give me the ice cream there and then without him bringing it to my table. He was very rude and said hello first, but I said 'goodbye' to him, so maybe he needs to clean his ears so he can understand something. The way he behaved annoyed me so much that I will never eat in that restaurant again. I have always been a loyal customer, but I don't want to give my money to such nasty staff in this branch. It's really sad what people do who have no idea how to deal with people, it's just annoying... I hope this member of staff sees this text so that he can be friendlier to customers and not lose his temper so quickly!!!!!

Simply a rip-off! I just ordered 10 McSundaes and what's the matter? Each cup was only half full and there was hardly any sauce in it! Apparently the staff is trying to cut costs! Money wasted again for nothing, what a shame!

The staff is often unable to handle a simple order. (Not an isolated incident.) The food is often cold/dry, and the burgers seem to be thrown together because you have to stack them yourself before eating. Unfortunately, the restaurant is often dirty. I could list many other points of criticism, but at least the staff is friendly.

There's no such thing as fast food anymore...in the past, you could be unlucky and something might be cold, but today's values...

We were pleasantly surprised today – finally a McDonald's where the staff is truly warm and friendly. The burgers were also "nice" and tasted really good. Thanks to the team!

When we got home, half of it was missing! Forgetting to drink at Happy Meal was the last straw. And it wasn't busy. Forget calling, no one answered.

Every time I order, something's missing. Do these workers have bosses? Don't they read the comments? What are these bosses managing?

Ordered a McFlurry Dragon Tongue... only half of it was in there, my colleague's had more. I asked the employee (Petra) about it, and she simply said it was the right thing to do, no more could go in there. Impossible, and I paid €4.50 for it. Disgusting

Absolute disaster! We ordered takeout. Others ordered later and received their food earlier than us! We waited 30 minutes for our food. The staff were completely overwhelmed and messed up our entire order. We were missing a cheeseburger and some of the 20-piece nuggets! There were only 17 in the order!!! We only noticed later that something was missing. McDonald's in Dillingen is an absolute no-go. Incidentally, it wasn't the first time the order was made incorrectly! Never again!

We wanted to order and because we are only children she hung up but we wanted to order something and we thought that was disrespectful of her. It was a woman but I don't remember her name. Please treat children a bit more respectfully!!!!!!

Since there's usually always something wrong, I always check the order. Today I didn't correct it and what happened was that instead of plant nuggets they had normal ones. The employees used to be friendlier. They complain to customers that they're totally overworked and that they're sorry. Of course I understand that, but as a customer it's not my problem. It's now just a crappy shop with unfriendly and overworked employees and bad service. I wonder if the management turns a blind eye or if they just don't give a damn because their sales and profits are still good. Simply sad!!!

The fries were old and cold. I mentioned it to the employee at the counter, and she was kind enough to bring me new, warm fries. Instead of frying new fries, she fried the old fries a second time! TERRIBLE! 😟

Unfortunately the price has simply become too expensive. In a restaurant you can now put the same thing there and you will be served “friendly” at the table. Unfortunately nothing more for me

I just bought 20 nuggets. There were 4-5 fresh nuggets on top and the rest was limp and inedible. I think it's audacious to treat customers like that!!!!

Unfriendly staff. You have to repeat yourself several times in MC Drive because the staff seems to be deaf. Then you are sent to the next window and all you hear is some stupid saying. Then you mess up the whole car by drinking because they are too incompetent to put the lids on the cups properly. I will avoid this McDonald's in the future. Very last of these sheds

Corona bedingt am Mac Drive bestellt für 3 Personen. BigMac waren lauwarm,trocken wie die Wüste Gobi. Personal sehr freundlich.

Disaster…! When I order I ask how long it will take. The answer I get is 2-4 minutes, my answer is: Okay, up to 5 minutes is no problem, otherwise I wouldn't be able to place an order. After 15 minutes of waiting, I couldn't stand it anymore and had to drive away without having accomplished anything....!!!!! THANK YOU for the 18EUR donation to McDonald’s!!!

The McDonalds in Dillingen Saar is the very worst, the staff is a bit cheeky and rude, especially the short-haired blonde, a bit stronger, the waitress with the glasses at the counter, something like that you can't let go of customers, even cheeky to children who point out their mistakes, in the bottom drawer, something like that and I was already wondering why there is no business there anymore. Now I know, with the staff, it's no wonder. One star is still far too many, but you have to give one in order to rate it 😤😤😤😤

A disaster... the staff eats with their hands while serving, grabbing fries from the container while everything is being prepared for customers. Hygiene training has completely failed here. I've now left €55 for something that makes me want to vomit. Disgusting. Never again.

Just happened! Ordered food, watched as 3 employees grabbed fries with their bare hands, then put fries in their mouths with their fingers and then put their sucked fingers back into the fries and then looked stupidly to see if anyone had seen it... The hygiene office would really have to stop by unannounced

First of all, I was annoyed that I didn't take any photos. When our order was brought to the table, the employee's milkshake spilled onto the entire tray, and the table also got a bit smeared. Okay, it can happen, but she left without a word and without taking any of it back. We assumed she'd be back soon. That wasn't the case, however, so I went in with the smeared food myself, placed it at the front, and told the shift manager what had just happened. She apologized and said we'd get a new order. The table was still full of the shake, and the second tray was still smeared with it. I went back in and said, If no one wants to clean the table, please give me a rag yourself. She apologized again, saying she didn't know there was any left on the table. Okay I then said, her colleague, but yes. And then she outdid herself. She came out with a single rag in her hand. Wiped the table with it and spread it even more. Turned around and wiped the next table with the same rag, full of chocolate milkshake. Unbelievable. If I hadn't had an extremely hungry toddler with me, we would have left. I then told the shift manager about it. With all due respect, She probably needs to talk to her again. That's what I get as an answer. That's where it ends. You really have to explain to a grown woman how to wipe a table. Don't you have any hygiene regulations?
