Tables and floors are not cleaned properly. Tray cart overflowing. The employees were nice, but quite slow today and seemed totally overwhelmed. In addition, the air conditioning probably also failed. 🥵

Today I bought McSundae for my child for 1.49€, the child did not want to eat the ice cream as it was very sour and it was impossible to eat it, we immediately threw out this ice cream. Very disappointed😡

This McDonald's needs more staff!!!

Arrived and it was hard to find place to seat as most of them had trash on the tables. Not the standard of the McDonald's I've been around the world. The employees were not busy and did not have the initiative to clean up the tables. Disgusting honestly. Please see pictures as I am sitting at this moment.

Burgers as if thrown into the packaging, fries, as is often the case, almost cold, Mc Flurry only half filled. Burgers were dry. Got the wrong order. Was there months ago and caught an employee with a finger up his nose. Few people are interested in the work here. McDonald's is also often relatively empty. As Dipl. Psych. Eduard Käseberg once said: “BAH”

View ok, the store just needs to pay more attention to the floor. I slipped there and fell on my newly operated leg. The staff were there straight away and gave me a chair and ice to cool down and wanted to call an ambulance. So in conclusion, pay more attention to the ground.

I was there yesterday and ordered a fatty MC menu but it didn't taste good at all. Everything was floppy like downstairs at my grandma's. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I actually never like to rate MC Donalds...but this one was particularly bad...unsalted fries...no onion in the MC Rib. Eating out in a normal restaurant is neither more expensive nor does it have any other disadvantages.

Ordered online for the first time today at 5 p.m. in Dillingen for local pickup. Queued in the drive for 10 minutes and then gave the pick-up number, which the audibly irritated employee was not comfortable with. When I got to the window he refused to give me my order through the window and forced me to pick up my already paid order from the restaurant. Once inside there was the bag and when I asked why he was so rude and didn't just hand the bag out, he said loudly: that's your problem and not mine. The employees behind the counter all seemed silent, but one was loud enough. Apparently no one is responsible for service and you can't demand respect or decency here. Absolutely the lowest level in terms of sound. Once and never again !

After my last visit to this McDonald's, I strongly demand the immediate firing of an employee who has ruined the entire customer experience. As soon as we entered the restaurant, the pungent smell of instant noodles, which obviously came from this employee, was unbearable. His unkempt appearance and antisocial behavior reinforced the negative impression. I ran into him as I ventured to order, and his disinterested, unfriendly demeanor reached a new low. His rudeness and lack of hygiene are unacceptable in a workplace based on customer service. It is clear that this employee is not qualified to adequately serve customers. His dismissal is not only appropriate, but urgently needed to ensure that future visits to McDonald's do not continue to be marred by his unprofessional behavior. I appeal to management to take immediate action to restore the quality of customer service at this restaurant.

It's been an absolute disaster since the owner changed. The new branch manager, who was previously allowed to cause mischief in Merzig, is completely unsuitable for customer contact. Again! The food gives the impression that it got into a fight with the other burgers on the chute and lost the fight - if you even get what you ordered (which is usually not the case). You even have to fear that there are things on the burgers that aren't in the recipe - and that McD doesn't offer either. Too expensive, cold and disgusting. In the future we will only go to Burger King in Wallerfangen...

MC Drive has become slow drive. The car line feels like every 10 minutes the order is taken. Cars are already turning because it takes too long. Prices increased sharply. Cheeseburger only half the size. Double price increase. McDonald's doesn't work.

Schlechter Mc Donalds Vergessen immer etwas bei der Bestellung

War seit langem mal wieder dort, leider hat der Service extrem gelitten, die Wartezeit im Restaurant war trotz monderatem Betrieb für den angeblichen Weltmeister der Systemgastronomie enorm. Die Sauberkeit lässt zudem zu wünschen übrig.

Sehr freundlich. Nur einmal falscher Burger. Nettes Personal. Freundlich zu mir und meinen Hunden!

Sehr sauberer McDonalds, Essen schnell an den Tisch gebracht.

Keine gleichbleibende Qualität der Speisen. Die Servicequalität und Kundenorientierung lässt häufig zu wünschen übrig.

Schnelles Mc drive gegenüber anderen Filialen

Das Essen war erstaunlich lecker aber die Warte Zeit war um 39 Minuten was schon wirklich sehr lange gedauert hat naja Ich gehe da häufig hin und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett 3/5 Sternen

Als "analoger" Kunde ist man dort wohl fehl am Platz. Wir wurden keines Blickes gewürdigt und die Mitarbeiter verrichteten stoisch ihre Arbeit. Nach 10 Minuten warten ohne angesprochen oder angeschaut zu werden sind wir gegangen. Also lieber nach Saarlouis oder Merzig fahren die sind wenigstens freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Lange warte Zeit obwohl nichts los ist. Als einziges Auto im ganzen mcdrive wird man in die warte Position gezwungen nur das Chef nichts über die Kamera sieht. Börger schauen aus wie modelbausatz und das bevor ich überhaupt losfahren kann

Drive In Katastrophe, dort arbeiten keine fähigen Menschen mehr. Sie bekommen es nicht hin mehrere Bestellungen aufzunehmen und den Drive In voll zu stellen damit die Küche etwas Zeit hätte die Bestellungen vor zu bereiten. So kommt immer nur einer von Bestell Terminal zur Kasse und muss dann noch auf Park und auf sein Essen warten. Das ging vor ein paar Jahren wesentlich besser.

Wir waren gestern dort und haben für drei Personen zum mit nehmen bestellt. Wir haben den Fehler gemacht das wir die Bestellung nicht kontrolliert haben. Und mußten zu Hause festgestellt das mehrere Produkte gefehlt haben. Deshalb Leute kauft euch lieber eine Pizza . Wenn die fehlt sieht man das sofort.

Sehr kalt in den Räumlichkeiten und sehr dreckig, überall alter Müll von den Gästen.

nicht wirklich "Fast" Food, extreme Wartezeiten im Drive in zu bekannten Schichtwechselzeiten, am Schalter schauts nicht besser aus nachtrag, hoffte ja das nach dem Umbau zum Restaurant der Zunkunft alles Besser wird, aber am A..... ,, heute 17 minunten wartezeit ( nur 4 Fahrzeuge vor mir ) und als ich an der Ausgabe war ( ja das Bezahlen am Schalter eins hat man sich dann schnell wieder abgewöhnt ) wurde mir gesagt es dauert noch ( evtl sollte man die internen Abläufe verbessern ) könnte ich null sterne geben, dann wäre das meine Wahl Zweiter und letzter Nachtrag. Am 1.12.2023 absoluter tiefstpunkt: 40 Minuten Wartezeit im Drive in und dann nochmals 10 Minuten in der Wartebucht. Der Dank: zwei lieblos zusammengwichste Burger.

Zum 3 mal in Folge behandelt worden wie ein Tier. Man beschwert sich weil man bestellt hat und 20 Menschen danach rein kommen die ihre und ich betone "groß bestellung" bekommen und ich nach 20 min immernoch warte und dann wird man noch ausgelacht!!!! Der Laden war so dreckig um 23 Uhr!!!! Keine tablets abgeräumt und das Personal unfreundlich und abwertend. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt bei MC Donald vor 10 Jahren hätte es das unter der Alten Leitung NIE GEGEBEN!!!! ES IST EINFACH UNFASSBAR UND WIRKLICH ASOZIAL! Dieses Restaurant werd ich nicht mehr betreten.

Ich bewerte das als Fast-Food-Restaurant, natürlich darf man hier keine Sterne-Küche erwarten. Die Filiale ist gut geführt, sauber, großer Parkplatz, die Wartezeiten sind meist absolut im Rahmen.

Die Wartezeit hier war sehr lang, es kann nicht sein, dass man bei wenig Betrieb über eine halbe Stunde auf das Essen warten muss… wenn es gehen würde, würden wir Null Sterne geben

Ziemliche Frechheit soviel Geld zu verlangen für kaltes, trockenes und falsches Essen. Soll ich mir jetzt noch jeden einzelnen Burger anschauen, ihn vor Ort auspacken ob es auch der richtige ist ? Entschuldige aber normalerweise sollte auch das in der Verpackung sein was darauf steht, ist hier in diesem Mc Donalds scheinbar nicht der Fall. Soßen auf den Burgen ließen auch zu wünschen übrig, die Burger waren alle samt trocken mit einem leichten Hauch an Soße (wohl eher vorbei gelaufen). Von einer Mitarbeiterin wird man dann auch noch hingewiesen mit dem Spruch als man kontrollierte ob all sein Essen in der Tüte ist : „Da wird wohl niemand etwas rausgenommen haben“. Sorry aber scheinbar muss man nicht nur in die Tüte schauen sondern auch noch jeden Burger einzeln auspacken, das es auch der richtige ist. Bestellung waren Chicken Nuggets, bekommen hat man Plant Nuggets. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Essen war wie immer, jedoch war ich schockiert, das man nicht mehr alle Burger zu jeder Uhrzeit bestellen kann. Überall wird von dem neuen Mc Crispy geworben (Bestellterminal, Bildschirme hinter der Kasse, App...) aber nach der Mittagschicht (nach 22 Uhr) ist dieser nicht mehr zu bestellen, wegen Ruhestörung. Klingt lustig, aber ist die pure Wahrheit und ist meiner Meinung nach echt ein Witz. Genauso kann man auch nicht mehr alle Coupons zu jeder Zeit einlösen, diese sind jetzt auch an Zeiträume gebunden. Ich finde das sind Rückschritte. Auf der einen Seite kann ich mir den Burger individuell anpassen, aber kann dann nicht alle Burger zu jeder Uhrzeit bestellen. Ich würde dieses Konzept nochmal überdenken.

Wenn Lieferando eure Preise so in die Höhe treibt ist das ziemlich belastend. 6€ meine Freunde. 6€für einen Filet o fish. Das ist (bei meiner Verzehr Technik) 1 Euro pro Biss. Ich mein, wenn der Fisch am Morgen noch gezappelt hätte und nur die feinsten Zutaten verwendet würden und der Lieferant mir das ganze singend überreicht... OK gerne. Aber dem ist leider nicht so. Wahrscheinlich Policy von McDonalds, für die weder Location noch Personal etwas können. Location:OK bis gut Personal: wenn die richtigen arbeiten dann top. Ansonsten mittelschwere Katastrophe. Essen: ist halt Megges.

Wir waren Sonntags dort und das erste was uns aufgefallen ist war, das die Wägen voll, Tische nicht sauber waren. Mangel an Mitarbeiter gehe ich davon aus. Ansonsten war Service und Essen ok.

Ich habe den Eindruck, dass im Vergleich zu anderen McD bei den Saucen (Ketchup, Mayo, McRib-Sauce) gespart wird. Gerade bei Mitnehmware scheint der Belag lieblos draufgebappt, so dass schon beim Öffnen der Verpackung viel daneben gerutscht ist. Dafür geht es relativ fix.

Katastrophe! 1std gewartet für falsches Essen. Nach der Beschwerde, wurde mir gesagt das ich falsch bestellt hätte obwohl das Essen von einem Mitarbeiter gescannt wurde ( Coupon). Definitiv mein letzte mal dort was zu essen !!!!!!

Es wird leider immer schlimmer. Das zubereitete Essen ist sehr oft lauwarm bis kalt. Dafür, dass jetzt alles frisch zubereitet wird? Fraglich. Aussage des Personal. Das wird nicht so heiß gemacht 🤣. Brüller. Das häufig wechselnde Personal macht es auch nicht besser. Sehr unfreundlich und teilweise schnippig. Heute war es auch gut. Hatte nicht gewusst, dass es Gutscheine gibt. Hatte ein Big MC Menu bestellt und danach erst gesehen, dass es dieses Mut Nuggets sogar billiger gäbe. Wollte es dann noch ändern was der Angestellte allerdings verneinte. Der Storno war wohl zu viel verlangt. Hat sich lieber weiter in seiner Heimatsprache weiter mit einer Kollegin unterhalten. Eine bodenlose Frechheit. In punkto Kundenfreundlichkeit hat MC Donalds Dillingen die minuszone erreicht. Obwohl ich um die Ecke wohne suchen wir meist lieber andere Filialen auf oder Essen gar einen Döner. Schade. War mal ein super Laden.

Nun als senior ist die Kasse schneller. Gutes Team. Am Service. Kamen grade zur stosszeit. Alles top. Verzehr im Ambiente so wie Mitnahme für Collegen.kann leider nur eins makieren.

Das Essen ist nach wie vor gut. Wenn die Bestellungen mal einmal richtig wären, oder etwas fehlen würde. Es ist mittlerweile eine einzige Katastrophe. Von den letzen 2 Bestellungen war nichts richtig. Beispiel: Frozen Yoghurt bestellt, normales Eis bekommen. Big Tasty Bestellt Big Mac in der Tüte. Da müsste mal was passieren.

Der saftladen gehört geschlossen! Eine bestellung 6 gegenstände 4 davon waren falsch! Kalte börger käse klebt an der Verpackung. Das ist eine Zumutung!!!

Kurz gesagt, essen war gut aber an kundenfreundlichkeit fehlt es etwas. Aber besser wie die umliegenden Anbieter von McDonalds.

Pommes und Netzkartoffeln ständig halb leer und kalt, kein Saatdressing zum Salat, bei Netzkartoffeln den Schnittlauch Dip vergessen und der bezahlte McDouble Chili Cheese hat auch gefehlt. Dafür wars einfach zu teuer

Gestern am mc Drive Menü gehört .. kalte und alte Pommes bekommen ! Schmeckten total ranzig gammelig ! Ist jetzt des Öfteren gewesen ! Nie wieder hole ich mir dort etwas zu Essen !!

MC Smart Menü an MC Drive fur5.99€ bekommen. Auf der Autobahn gemerkt, das Getränk nicht dabei war. Danke für Eure "Unterschlagung"!
