Apparently there is a new owner because I have never been disappointed with the bistro. We were there for the last time in the summer and were looking forward to visiting the restaurant again. However, first of all, the reservation for 8 p.m. was not entered and suddenly the store was closing. After a long time they let us sit at a table. Dirty tables everywhere, the cola was not carbonated and the glass was dirty. The homemade beef burger was dry and the fries were undercooked. I don't know this shop. Unfortunately it was the last time.

From the favorite kebab he once had with the previous owner, Diefflen Kebab is a shop we will never order from again. We ordered two kebabs where the ingredients were swapped and they arrived cold. (Tomatoes, peppers and onions should be in the large ones and not in the small ones) It's no problem, I'll just call them straight away, mistakes happen. My call was answered very annoyed and I was assured that I must have ordered exactly that. (But that wasn't the case, unfortunately there are invoice receipts for that online) I was then fobbed off with: "There's a customer here, I have to hang up." This is very disappointing and I will avoid the store.

The Trattoria-Rosticceria Bella Sicilia in Dillingen is also recommended for vegetarians and vegans. One of the best pizzas I've eaten in a long time. The dough is an absolute highlight. Thin base and the edge is crispy, airy and simply super good. This is what a good pizza should be like. Pasta was also very good. We definitely come here regularly now. The facility is probably a little older, but that's exactly how I imagine an old-established pizzeria in the Italian countryside. Cozy and beyond all the frills. Price/performance ratio is also right.
