Unfortunately pizza is not good. The dough is dry (especially the edge) and very compact. My worst pizza so far...

Es ist frustrierend, wenn man auf unprofessionelles Verhalten stößt, besonders in einer dienstleistungsorientierten Branche wie der Gastronomie. Bei unserem Besuch haben sich 4 unterschiedliche Bedienungen um unseren Tisch (3 Personen) gekümmert, die nichts voneinander wussten. Getränke wurden nicht serviert, Bestellungen einfach nicht aufgenommen. Man hatte uns meist keine Beachtung geschenkt. Serviert wurde schnell ein welker Beilagensalat, wobei die Teller wahrscheinlich schon längere Zeit vorbereitet in der Küche standen. Das Entrecote wurde medium bestellt, es war englisch und innen noch kalt, reklamieren konnte ich leider nicht, da von den 4 Kellnern plözlich sich niemand mehr zutändig fühlte. Die Bohnen als Beilage waren tatsächlich warme gekochte Bohnen, mehr leider nicht. Keine Würzung, Kräuter o.ä. Der Nachtisch wurde einfach mal vergessen. Nach 25 Minuten und nach erneuter Nachfrage (an der Theke, weil wieder 25 min. niemand kam) wurde in der Küche nachgefragt. Wenn ich den Nachtisch noch wollte, könnte man ihn jetzt machen. Nein Danke, das wars. Drei Personen, keine Vorspeise, Fisch und Fleisch: 130 € Dafür erwarte ich wesentlich mehr. Das geht besser.

The pizza was very well topped, but the small drawback was that the fried eggs were missing from the Sophia Loren pizza. Everything else is good. Gladly again. Ordered again after a week and said on the phone, this time with fried eggs please. Great service, see photo. Everything to your complete satisfaction. I can only recommend it, absolutely great. I can't say anything about the ambience as I've only ordered by phone so far.

We had 2 schnitzel dishes delivered to us, 1 schnitzel in the house style and 1 schnitzel with Dutch sauce, which tasted absolutely the same, it was almost inedible, flour mush, I called them and was told that the sauce was made with cream and they were sorry about that was it !

1.5 hours late, the base of the pizza was not through and the delivery person was very unfriendly, and the toppings of the pizza were simply slapped on. The lettuce was in huge pieces and unwashed. Also completely overpriced. Not recommended.

Today ordered 2 different schnitzels with noodles. When it was delivered we had the wrong dishes on the table 🤨 after calling them we were surprised that the right dishes were delivered straight away. (you could write numbers on the lids then it would be easier for the driver to deliver the orders) And then the separate noodles were soaked in a completely different sauce than the schnitzel itself. Who wants to have 2 different flavors of sauces when eating?? Not me. I'm thinking about ordering something there again. I was happy with you for a long time but nothing has been working lately.

The food always tasted delicious to us. The driver should change his job. Last time he was stroppy and this time he totally burned my partner because he gave the bowls into his hand and the bottom one just gave way. The entire hallway is full and the permanently installed carpet can no longer be cleaned. Everything is sprayed around, even on a few shoes, which can no longer be cleaned properly because the tomato sauce stains them. As a thank you, he says that the half that is on top would still be edible (on the floor)… disgusting! On top of that, he had become massively cheeky... my partner had the hot food spilling over his legs. We were happy to order there because the food was simply good, but that's a no go!

It really doesn't taste bad, the food arrives warm, very nice service but this sushi is sooo big 🥲 it really looks small in the picture but it's huge unfortunately we won't be ordering from it anymore :-
