Holzkohlegrill Restaurant in Dillingen/Saar

The burgers are truly worth the money, the pizza also looks better than most other places, and the delivery was way ahead of schedule. Can't complain, I'd gladly go back 👍🏼

Apparently there is a new owner because I have never been disappointed with the bistro. We were there for the last time in the summer and were looking forward to visiting the restaurant again. However, first of all, the reservation for 8 p.m. was not entered and suddenly the store was closing. After a long time they let us sit at a table. Dirty tables everywhere, the cola was not carbonated and the glass was dirty. The homemade beef burger was dry and the fries were undercooked. I don't know this shop. Unfortunately it was the last time.

Good food, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. Those with high standards or a very critical eye might be disappointed by some details (e.g., if the meat is dry or ingredients are missing). Overall, recommended, especially if you're in Dillingen and want something solid to eat.
