Apart from the completely pissed-off men's toilets, all in all good. There is a bit of a problem with the general cleanliness. Restaurant management is required here.

I ordered a happy meal and chose toys of my choice. I had a toy in my bag and when I asked if it could be exchanged, the saleswoman rudely said no and went on to serve the next customer. It doesn't work any other way except in the shitty branch. The fries and the burger in the happy meal were still cold even though I ate them straight away. Next time I'll just go to the bakery next door, I'll pay the same amount and get more for my money. I would prefer to give zero stars but you have to give at least one star.

I actually give negative reviews as rarely as possible, but unfortunately there's no other way here... Even though I was the only one who ordered, the pizza and rolls took forever. In terms of noise, based on the pinging noises from the kitchen, I would assume that the ingredients are being defrosted in the microwave. The pizza definitely tasted like that. Not even a quarter of it was eaten and it went straight into the trash. I basically had to change the money myself because the baker couldn't do it. First and definitely last order. Unfriendly employees, especially the branch manager was very rude to me and my mother when we asked him a friendly question about our order 👎🏻

Disgusting. The burgers gave me significant diarrhea the next morning. The toilets are unacceptable. Never again!

I personally enjoy this restaurant. They are friendly, fast, and affordable. The service is good. They speak English, German, and Italian. Congratulations! When I return, I'll reserve my order for a month. I order daily.

Once and never again there was too little spice or even almost no spice at all, the meat was too dry and unsalted, the rice was supposed to be basmati rice but everything except basmati rice, the fried potatoes were a disaster, the Adana skewer was dry and raw

Arrogant staff, expensive prices and cunning practices to reduce the number of fries. The lady is allowed to open her mouth to say “enjoy your meal”.

As always: At 8 p.m. there were only 4 heavily fried sausages left and no willingness to make any more fries.

It used to be my favorite branch, but since Wellmann left, it's been a mess. The quality has declined, the employees are abusive to me, I've had to wait over 20 minutes every time I go, and the employees' hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. I'm disappointed; I used to love coming here.
