I actually give negative reviews as rarely as possible, but unfortunately there's no other way here... Even though I was the only one who ordered, the pizza and rolls took forever. In terms of noise, based on the pinging noises from the kitchen, I would assume that the ingredients are being defrosted in the microwave. The pizza definitely tasted like that. Not even a quarter of it was eaten and it went straight into the trash. I basically had to change the money myself because the baker couldn't do it. First and definitely last order. Phew, I decided against writing a review for a long time, but after having had incredibly bad experiences three times on Saturday nights, there's no other way. The store is an absolute dump / the service is terrible!!! As I said, here I'm only referring to a visit on the weekend at night (where there's not much going on)... in MC Drive you wait up to 20 minutes even though there's nothing going on until you can finally order something. As an example, you order 3 cheeseburgers WITHOUT cucumbers and get 3 cheeseburgers WITH cucumbers that look like you've already thrown them up three times. Love for food definitely looks different... When I asked the service company, they apologized for the bad experience, but that was no compensation recommend avoiding this place :)

I tried hot chocolate and brownie with ice cream in Burger King Oberhausen. The hot chocolate was okay, but could have been a little warmer. The brownie was good; it went well with the ice cream. Overall it was a pleasant experience, but it could be better. The prices are okay too. I would come back.

The pizza is tasteless and a frozen pizza would have been a better choice. I think people go there after the short fun.

If you drive into the drive just before closing time, you won't get any response from the intercom and if you want to order inside, you'll be directed outside in a relatively unfriendly manner

While “Mäckes” used to be a fast-food restaurant, they quickly lost that status when the concept was switched to ordering terminals. When the restaurant is around 80% full, a waiting time of more than 20 minutes is not possible. Employees kept switching between stations, but no one brought order to the store. Although you should know how to deal with increased customer volumes on weekends near the center. There were only 3 points because the store was reasonably clean.

After a long time I treated myself to a plant based Whopper. Unfortunately this time it was absolutely tasteless. I couldn't even taste the typical grilled taste. Should this be the new fluffy recipe??? I was super disappointed. Also that although there was a lot of staff there on Saturday, none of them had to wear gloves. Not even the kitchen staff. I felt different then, but well... Maybe I'm not used to fast food anymore🤷Unfortunately, the glass walls between the benches were also covered in prints. Luckily the food was ready quickly. Was eating in the Centro on October 23, 2024 and was unfortunately extremely disappointed. The food was of very poor quality and far too expensive for what was on offer. In terms of taste, it was simply inedible and the price-performance ratio was in no way right. It was so disappointing that it ruined my entire day. Because of this negative experience, I have decided not to visit the Centro in the future. One thing is clear to me: I won't eat there again.

Unfortunately, it is unsuitable for all people who expect halfway sensible communication. I specifically asked that one of the fries be placed separately on the other tray because our son has celiac disease. After our burger was put on the fries, I commented that it would have been great if I had been listened to and that my son wasn't allowed to eat it like that. The response was that I was a terrible customer and we threw the food away because we couldn't get any new food. It's better to go to Frittenwerk, they'll even swap the dishes for preparation if you wish because they understand the medical background.

Too bad you have to give at least one star... We got our food but the sausages were pale and had no taste. The fries were very salty and not chewable. Hot dogs were the same pale sausages with a bun And unfortunately the currywurst went straight into the trash! Fortunately, the Coke was tasty and we were able to wash down the “meal”. I ordered there via Lieferando. As the driver was on his way, I got a call that half of the order was missing. I should contact Lieferando and complain about the missing part of the order. After I didn't hear back for over 30 minutes, I called them again. The "manager", who barely spoke German, told me that I could pick up the menu. Why do I order when pickup would be an option for me?! Disastrous service, zero customer focus and communication in German is hardly possible. If I could give 0 stars I would give 0 stars. Furthermore, if you order via Lieferando, you pay even more for the respective menu.
