Last store, unfriendly service. Forgot half of it

Very nice staff. Unfortunately, this McDonald’s is left in the past. There is no digital ordering option and the food is produced in stock and not to order. Which results in the burgers being a bit dry. Just like 15 years ago.

Wir kehrten dort regelmäßig einmal die Woche notgedrungen am Driveinn ein. Wartezeit ist ewig!!! Auf Fastfood 15 Minuten zu warten, andere auch, empfinde ich als zu lang.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. I had to wait over 1.5 hours for my food. That's absolutely not possible. Simply accept less and thereby have higher quality instead of annoying customers. My conclusion: I won't order from you again.

Very clean, food preparation was quick, it is constantly cleaned up.

Do McDonald's employees get commission for products that are collected but don't end up in the bag? Whenever you trust the employees to be able to count and read, you will be disappointed at home and realize that you have been paid more than you got. Given the frequency, I almost have to assume it was intentional...

Actually, we were “always quite happy.” However, what we experienced there today is not possible at all. Sure, it was rush hour on Saturday evening, so getting a table was difficult. Especially when some tables and chairs are laden with rubbish. The tray tray was also completely overcrowded and the tables were quite dirty. When I asked about a forgotten straw, it was slammed onto the counter in complete exasperation. At least the food was warm. 👌🏼

I've never waited so damn long in the drive-in anywhere. The employees are completely overwhelmed. This has nothing to do with fast food.
