It was terrible. We went there with our granddaughter because it had to be quick and kids love it. It was completely overcrowded and there were long queues. You could place orders at the terminal. We were lucky and got there before the crowds. The staff was friendly and tried hard, but totally overwhelmed. After we had our bags at the table, we discovered that there was the wrong burger in it and the fries were completely missing. So we had to wait again until the last part of the food came. But the worst thing was the sanitation. See photos. Actually, this restaurant should be closed for that reason. Change that!!!

Absolute impudence! The conditions of the sanitary facilities are absolutely catastrophic one hour after opening. The entire men's toilet is very dirty, smeared and everything was covered with garbage bags, making it unusable. The dirt doesn't seem to have been there since yesterday either... Can a restaurant even open under these circumstances?

Waited almost 20 minutes for the food, but the food was still cold! The fries weren't even cooked through, super floury, pale and wobbly. The nuggets tasted like they had been lying around for an hour. Received wrong toys. Unfortunately, McDonald's is getting worse and worse, you're craving delicious nuggets and you're becoming more and more disappointed. That was probably the last visit for now.

What's noticeable (the last 7-8 weeks) at this McDonald's is that it takes longer and longer to get your order (20 minutes I can confirm, even if no one ordered before you) and that something is always missing or wrong is prepared, or wrong burger. Today four dips were missing, but there was one wrong one. Four weeks ago, two burgers were missing. Ordered a strawberry milkshake, got a normal one, etc. Drinks consist more of ice cubes, which only resembles flavored water. The fries and the netted potatoes are alternately good, sometimes mushy, sometimes too cross because they have been in there for too long. What I didn't quite understand yet is that sometimes the burgers are well put together, sometimes they're totally careless and crooked, so you have to push them together first. Well, one can only hope.

I was here again today for a long time. Since I had to wait a bit, it was quite busy at 7:15 p.m., I was able to observe how hard the men in the kitchen and the waitress were working. But I was horrified by the way a young blonde employee who was waiting for nuggets behaved. She became louder and yelled at the men in the kitchen in front of the customers, even though no one was lounging around. Regardless of whether the criticism was justified or not. This is not how you behave as a colleague. Not only were the customers disturbed by the volume, it publicly degraded her colleagues. Totally bad.

Fast food? Unfortunately not here. It always takes an unusually long time for McDonald's. No matter whether it is empty or full. The paddy in the burgers are extra well done and will soon only be 5mm thick... it was better.

How many times do you vow never to go there again... then you do it for the children and are disappointed again and again. Waiting forever (nothing works here for less than 25 minutes), often wrong or missing food and the hardness today, the cola was just ice cubes with a splash of flavor, we threw it away. A pure ugh branch!

I just wanted to get a quick hamburger. Waiting time was underground again. The floor was completely stuck together, the return cart was so full that everything had fallen down. Finally got hamburger. Hmmm there was nothing on it except the patty.

Refueling at the e-charging station in their parking lot now costs 90 cents. That doesn't motivate me to visit again, dear MCD. That's not how customer loyalty works!

I have been to many McDonald's around the world, but I have never seen so much dirt, such poor service and such a dirty toilet at any McDonald's in the world. The tables were dirty, we had to wipe the table ourselves. We placed an order twice, twice we didn't get any condiments or part of the food. This is the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. The employees are young but behave like clumsy old men. Lots of staff but no one to clean. Dirty toilets, dirty tables and unwashed floors. Lots of flies are flying in the hall. I do not recommend this place to visit, especially with children!!!

There was no employee on site initially. Our restaurant order was shown as ready for pickup. The employee who came at some point said it would be ready soon. In total we waited over 10 minutes, although the burgers were ready after 2 minutes and were already on the shelf. Unfortunately there was no employee there to hand it out. Basically, it's a McDonald's like any other. Nice service, delicious food. There is also the option to play some mini-games like angry birds while you wait. The toilets weren't very clean, hence 4 stars.

The service is getting worse and worse. Almost 10 minutes waiting time. There is no competition from Burger King Was the last visit there. Fries were cold and soggy and 2 patties from the Big Mac were not on the Big Mac but thrown into the bag. Nobody needs to go there anymore, there are better ones in the Bethanien Center.

Very dirty, tables/floor are not wiped often, hygiene is 0. A shame for the guests

Unfortunately I have to say that I am a bit disappointed with Neubrandenburg. Things used to be better here by far. First you stand at the checkout for 10 minutes and wait for one of the employees to maybe want to take an order. The return carts were all full and dirty. The toilets (ladies) weren't really clean and there was no paper in both toilets. However, I didn't have the feeling that there was a lack of staff here.

The worst McDonald's I know. Be sure to avoid at peak times. The parking lot doesn't have enough capacity for the guest room and it's already too small. You always wait far too long for your food. If there was another McDonald's nearby, they could close. Unfortunately, I've never seen it clean. At least the employees are friendly.

The pizza pockets were very good and hot. The chocolate cake is to die for. Unfortunately my mother's Mc Crispy was missing. When we asked, we got it.

McDonald's restaurant is nothing special

I ordered online and picked up my order at McDrive. Everything worked wonderfully, but the parking bays for waiting for the order are too small. If there are 2 cars there, you are already blocking the passage for people who don't have to wait. Unfortunately solved right after a curve.

You can't order because everything can be found on the tables along the walls or on the floor. We really enjoyed being here for a while. Conclusion: it was the last time we were here. Can't offer any more. The motivation of the employees leaves a lot to be desired.

We ate our ice cream outside... the tables here weren't clean either and the shelf was full to bursting, so the guests had to put everything on the floor beforehand. Nobody put anything away. I definitely don't want to come here again. Hope the kitchen doesn't look the same as the rest.

Rarely have I seen such a dirty McDonald’s. Germinous, dirty and filthy. You're immediately afraid of getting stuck at the table if you ever find one that's relatively free of leftover food. Next time I'd rather drive 60km further to Prenzlau. It's all worth it to me if it means I get away with no infections.

If the “boss” is in a bad mood, employees and customers have to suffer. Our son (3) wanted to play on the tablets, we sat an arm's length away from him. The boss argued with his employees about this because he couldn't get on the footrests. A young employee was so brave and stood up to him, another came to us and wanted to clarify this. Sorry, why are there games from 3 on there, and why are the tablets at a high table? Over time, much older children arrived, none of whom could get on the footrests. And more importantly, why doesn't the "boss" or team leader, whatever, have the courage to come to us himself? No, it's better to send the employees ahead. And argue in the kitchen so much that the customers notice. It doesn't work at all. Basically, I understand his fear, but it could have been clarified differently. And again… we were always close at hand.

Some of the nuggets were still cold. Sauce was missing again. We got two wrong burgers that were also cold and inedible. It's a shame it used to be much better.

Die lieblosen Burger ist man von Mecces mittlerweile gewohnt, jedoch war der Service bei unserem Besuch in dieser Filiale unterirdisch. Nicht nur das man über 20min auf einen Burger und 6er Nuggets wartet, sondern ist das personal auch noch lustlos und vergesslich unterwegs. Auf jeden Fall sollte man hier einen Bogen machen und lieber in eine andere Lokalität einkehren.

Angebot wie man es von der MC Donalds- Company kennt, Fast Food halt. Personal war sehr freundlich, auch noch nachdem wir zweimal fehlende Produkte der Bestellung einforderten, was in dem Ausmaß nicht hätte passieren dürfen. Allerdings waren trotzdem einige Burger nicht richtig gemacht, Soßen fehlten dann trotzdem noch drauf. Parkplätze gibt es einige vor der Filiale.

Personal unfreundlich und langsam ,zuviel Personal bei McDonalds in anderen Berufen würde man sich freuen über soviel Mitarbeiter.

Man muss leider mittlerweile immer die Bestellung überprüfen. Gern fehlen die teiersten Artikel der Bestellung. Eine Online-Beschwerde ist nicht möglich, nur telefonisch, wenn man denn durchkommt, oder postalisch, wobei ich nicht glaube, dass eine Antwort kommen wird.

Keine McDonald's Code Sticker bekommen obwohl nen mcflurry bestellt wurde also nachgefragt, meint der Chef. Bla bla bla wir haben keine mehr es wurden keine mehr geliefert bla bla. Während der Mitarbeiter stumpf ein sticker rausholt und ihn gibt ohne was zu sagen oder auch nur eine Mine zu verziehen

Essen kommt viel zu spät, Hälfte fehlt, Personal spricht kaum deutsch, Telefon wird auch nicht bedient. Jeder Besuch zerrt an den Nerven.

Bestellung und Lieferung zum Tisch ging zügig, Essen und Getränke frisch. Personal freundlich, aber anscheinend zu wenig. Abräumwagen überfüllt. Toiletten dringend renovierungs-reinigungsbedürftig.

Das Personal ist total unfreundlich. Die Bestellungen werden falsch ausgeführt und bei der Hälfte der Mitarbeiter hat man das Gefühl sie sind als deko angestellt.

Es war eiskalt, auch die Mitarbeiter hatten dicke Jacken an, einen Tischservice gab es erst gar nicht und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes pipten die Geräte. Sehr unangenehm.

Das Essen ist immer frisch und warm. Trotz hohem Arbeitsvolumen sind die Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend und höflich. Bisher konnte ich keine Defizite feststellen.

Hat mit FAST auch nichts mehr zu tun.

Oh verdammt, da hab mich mal wieder überreden lassen. Und wieder ging es in die Hose. Das Team war sichtlich überfordert. Das Essen nur lauwarm, aber der beworbene Knusperburger oder wie er heißt macht seinem Namen absolut nicht seine Ehre. Eher wie Pappe. Sorry, aber so bitte nicht!!!
