4½ star rating for McDonald’s Neubrandenburg I was in this McDonald's restaurant today at 12:15 p.m. and I have to say: a really motivated team was on duty! My menu was brought to the table with a smile, accompanied by a friendly “You’re welcome”. The lady who cleaned the tables also greeted me warmly and wished me a good appetite - you don't even get that in all normal restaurants. Such attentive service makes all the difference, even in a fast food restaurant. I felt welcome as a guest, and that's something you can't expect everywhere. Today's shift really stood out in a positive way. A small point deducted because general cleanliness is often an issue, but with the masses of guests it probably couldn't be better.
