McDonald's in Neubrandenburg

The meat at Royal Cheese was lukewarm, the cheese slices were cold and flat. I took a bite to test it. Then I turned around on the B96 and drove back. I explained the problem to the server. Her response: "Oh... something's missing." I left feeling "slightly annoyed." In my opinion, that was poor and arrogant service.

Bad branch. You have to be careful to make sure you get what you ordered and check everything on site.

Communication was a bit difficult (language skills were an issue). The fries were soggy, part of our order was missing, and one of the sauces was wrong. Since we ordered at the drive-thru, we were too far away to complain. It wasn't the end of the world, but in the future we'll probably just stop by our usual McDonald's in Waren; they have the best fries. ;)

That was impressively bad. Three extremely chatty employees were idly talking to the delivery service and kicking cardboard around... until someone finally noticed that the nuggets weren't hot anymore and that they could at least make some more. What we received was only half right, and nothing was warm except for the fresh nuggets... Meanwhile, the drinks sat around for 15 minutes.

McDonald's is always a nice place to grab a bite now and then. We enjoyed it. We had the McDonald's Hash Brown. The price was reasonable. Like I said, it's nice to pop into McDonald's every now and then.

Thank you to the first employee who is not only customer-friendly but also takes his job seriously. I've ordered several times for myself and my family, and each time it was very disappointing. But this employee deserves a medal. Everything was included and to our complete satisfaction. Plus, a voucher for the previous orders that didn't go so well. A huge thank you to this employee!

Ordered food repeatedly incomplete, very unreliable

I stood in front of the intercom for minutes – no response. There was no one in the second window when I simply drove around. What a disappointment!

I've given this place many chances. However, receiving a cold burger for the fifth time in a row, which looks like a car crash despite special requests, is simply disgusting. The chocolate milkshake I ordered tasted like coffee and three kilograms of sugar. Several items were also missing from every order. Conclusion: Buy the burger ingredients at the restaurant and make them yourself at home. It's not as convenient, but then the burgers are hot, look good, and are considerably cheaper.

I go to McDonald's very often, but this was the first one where I was very disappointed. Absolutely no child-friendliness. Play areas without toys! After asking twice, no help was offered. There were no balloons or place cards. To top it all off, the toy was missing from my happier meal, and the food was wrong too. No apology or even a smile. Never again!! I hope the company reads this and does some quality control. It's completely unacceptable that McDonald's is supposed to be a child-friendly restaurant; the staff is completely incompetent.

Some staff should be trained in table cleaning. It's unacceptable that I'm eating and the table next to me is being wiped down with a spray bottle.

For the umpteenth time, something was missing from my order or the wrong item was packed. Each time I had to go back inside to exchange several things! That was the last time I'll ever go to this McDonald's!

Sorry, but this was disappointing. Kids couldn't play in the basketball area because the balls were allegedly stolen. McDonald's already limited selection of veggie products was even worse here. Burger King is even more shocking.

Burger buns and fries almost cold

We received super-friendly advice from Justin about the Big Tasty Bacon. 10/10 for his sweet demeanor. Give this guy a promotion! Simply a star salesman. I wish this gentleman all the best for his future.

The food is typical McDonald's, but the service is terrible! I ordered at my table using the app, but they only called out my order number. When I asked why the food wasn't being brought to my table, I got a rude "I can't." Apparently, the staff is overwhelmed with just a few customers and can't keep up. I can't even imagine what it's like when the place is packed.

Nice in itself, but there were woodlice on the floor and leftover food from yesterday. We were at McDonald's here in Neubrandenburg at 7:10 a.m. Gross

We were here today around 7:40 p.m. and ordered fairly quickly. After more than 30 minutes, we still hadn't received our order. We had order number 288, and orders 295, 296, and so on had already been served. When order number 298 was served before us, I complained, and the order was prepared immediately. Unfortunately, one dish was missing, which I complained about and still received. It simply lacks structure. On top of that, the floor was dirty, so much so that some of the employees had napkins on their feet, and some of the employees smelled very bad.

McDonald's is McDonald's, you either love it or hate it! I love it...! What I don't love, however, is getting McDonald's at the drive-thru for the first time in almost a year & WHAT'S missing?? The fries... 😫😫😫 They don't check right away and my whole evening is ruined! 😒 I would have gone back without a problem, but my luck was 5 minutes before closing time...! 🫩 No, it's not the end of the world, but I'm absolutely frustrated right now because the fries were the highlight! 🙄

All I can say is: Disgusting! I got a chocolate milkshake with extra chocolate sauce. I was so excited about it, but after one sip, I was already full. It tasted so bad milk, even when I went back, they made me a new one, with (who would have thought) the same result. They didn't want to give me my money back. This is the last time I'm here! This is bordering on food poisoning. Simply disgusting.

Every time, something's missing. It's unbelievable. Why doesn't someone do something? Every week, I order by car, and there's always something missing from my order, and the people at the cash register don't even answer me and are unfriendly.

This is really stupid. It says online that the BTS figures will be available at Happy Meal starting September 3rd. Now I called and was told they don't even have them in Germany!!!! I find this really annoying and completely crap.

For weeks now, we've been hearing "it doesn't work," "it doesn't exist," or "the ice cream maker is broken." Too bad.

I've never seen such an unprofessional McDonald's. We waited over half an hour for our food and watched the staff perform jumping jacks. It was really quiet, and it still took so long. Then one guy ran his fingers through his colleague's hair and touched the food. Totally unhygienic. It makes you want to stop eating. Unfortunately, some of the food was already cold because it took forever for the rest to arrive on the tray. I'll never eat there again; I'd gladly give it zero stars.

Pretty rude staff. We waited 30 minutes for three small things and the restaurant wasn't full. When we asked about it, the staff just gave us a rude answer and a grin.

On Friday, June 27, 2025, at around 10:00 p.m., I was at the McDrive to place my order. There was a car in front of us. It took 21 minutes before we could place an order. Then we placed our order, paid by card, and then we had to wait another 13 minutes for our order (and that was with four people in the store and one car in front of me). The bombshell comes now: after checking the contents, there was no receipt in the bag as a check. And I was sure I had ordered Mac Chicken, but the bag only contained a chicken burger (a five-euro difference in price). This has happened to me a lot recently. Always at the same time on Friday evenings, there doesn't seem to be any trained staff at this branch. This branch should improve its service with targeted training for its employees. A fast food restaurant should be a fast food restaurant, and above all, the receipt and order should be complete.

We ordered from the stupid machine. I thought the order would be processed immediately, but you had to pay first. It said "pay" at the cash register. I understand that means you're called and then you can pay for your food. So you have to stand in a huge line twice. After that, it took forever. It's not nice with two children; they don't want to go there anymore. Better to go to a real restaurant. The fast food chain is almost as expensive, and the wait time is shorter than at McDonald's... The staff didn't know which way was up, the burgers were piling up, and the customers were getting more and more uncomfortable. At some point, the manager gave us a table, and then things suddenly moved faster... That was probably our last visit there.

We waited 45 minutes for our food and then didn't get anywhere near what we ordered. It was way too hectic, even without many customers. I can't recommend it.

Got the wrong food for the third time today. I had to wait five minutes at the McDrive. The staff said they didn't have a vegetarian burger (it was a McPlant). No receipt in the bag, and when I asked, they just stared. I barely spoke German, and I couldn't really respond to the question of whether I wanted to "keep it." They were referring to a cup holder. Creepy.

An absolute disaster. Since there are hardly any German employees left at this branch, McDonald's hasn't been the same. A complete order rarely arrives, the wait times are extremely long, often more than half an hour, and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. I used to really enjoy eating here, but now I'm thinking twice about putting myself through this dilemma.

The wait time is enormous, despite apparently little activity. You have to be careful where you step because of all the dirt. Finding a clean seat is almost impossible.

Waiting times are unrealistic for a fast-food restaurant. The employees are friendly, although they do occasionally forget something. But when I go to a fast-food restaurant, it's not because I want to wait like I would at a restaurant.

Mc wrap again and I thought they wanted me to fill it with salad myself, a real shame for the prices, the food is getting worse and worse.

Were in transit...and stopped at McDonalds...Very clean...even flowers on some tables... Really nice... but the employees aren't exactly friendly...they stand together and chatter and make a grumpy impression when they hand out the food...burgers are cold and the bun is totally soggy... Fries are already there ready....and some bags of fries were still there...as we left... The nice, clean environment...doesn't really suit the staff and burgers...it's a shame

An outrage! I wanted to have a Minecraft figure but the display said it was sold out, I was very sad about that but then seeing that other children had figures made me so mad! I won't come here again and would rather go to another McDonald's!! The rest of the food was okay but even if we had to eat here, we had to pick up our own food.

The only thing that really works reliably there is the unreliability itself, food is usually cold, and something is almost always missing for take-away. This is one of the worst branches I have ever visited

On April 2nd, 2024, food was returned cold and cold burger was received again. But I only received this after I asked for a quarter of an hour when I would finally get it. Service was bad, for me all the employees were walking around haphazardly and it wasn't full. Tables dirty.

Went there on a Saturday evening around 7:00 p.m., it was about half full. Ordered food, less than 10 minutes later it was delivered to the table. Everything is fresh and correct, as good as you can expect (it's not a fancy burger restaurant, but it only costs half as much). Tables were clean and were cleaned by the staff immediately after use. There were real(!) flowers on the tables. All in all, a straight A for a McDonalds.

The ambience is great. The time at which we ordered food was convenient; we only had to wait a short time despite the large order. It was clean and the employees were friendly. I can't complain.

We were very disappointed. Cold food was brought to us. No matter whether it was the burgers, apple turnovers, chocolate turnovers, etc..🤔 What we found worst was that all portions of fries (3) were not only cold, but also tasted nothing. The fries were probably just defrosted and then they probably forgot to process them.🤮 Our order was probably forgotten because everyone who had ordered to take away was processed first and we had to wait almost an hour until the food came to our table. So we were definitely very dissatisfied. Never again!!!!!

Wir sind neu zugezogen und waren heute um 11 Uhr Mittags das erste mal in dem Laden. Personal bekommt den Mund kaum auf(außer beim ratschen miteinander) Keine Begrüßung keine Verabschiedung obwohl der Laden leer war. Hamburger Royal TS und Cheeseburger waren eiskalt! Die Pommes lauwarm und nicht gesalzen! Also nicht frisch und nicht mal aufgewärmt. Ambiente ungemütlich zudem war der Laden kaum geheizt und das ist bei einer Außentemperatur von - 6 Grad ein now go. Fazit. Unfreundliches, unmotiviertes Personal Kaltes Essen Schlecht geheizte Räumlichkeit (im Winter) Ambiente ungemütlich. Also einmal aber nie wieder!

Employees hardly have a plan for what they are doing. There were 6 of us eating there and something was missing or wrong for everyone. The restaurant wasn't even full. Weeks before we were at MC Drive and there was exactly the same thing here too - burgers were missing or wrong. We are refraining from further visits.

The burgers were cold, the wrong drink was served and overall the lobby and toilets were very unclean. We won't be coming back.

For the third time in a row the ice cream maker broke. There are always other excuses why table service is not offered. And when you finally have the lifelessly packed burger, you can enjoy it at a dirty table. Since it was like this on several visits, this is probably the standard here.

The employees are always overwhelmed when it comes to counting. Something is always missing. The bags are so full that you can't even check them in the drive-thru without unpacking everything. Please do some training on how to count to 7.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars here. You sit down and they offer table service. A meal is brought the second time she supposedly doesn't know where the table is. Underground: dingy, tables dirty, nothing is brought to the table (numbers are all gone), so people have to stand around and wait, burger ingredients carelessly thrown on top of each other, slice of cheese half next to it, cucumbers completely next to it, tomato under the patty. Toilet dirty and smelly. Cold and uncomfortable in the guest room. Staff unfriendly and slow. And it wasn't particularly crowded this early evening!

It's a shame that the "extra requests" are coldly ignored and you still get the ice cubes you don't want in the drink.

The store makes a very bad impression. When you come in, the carts are full and the staff had nothing to do. The toilets were a complete disaster. The meal was incomplete.
