I had a really good experience here! The restaurant was clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and quick with service, and the food came out fresh and hot. The burgers tasted just the way you’d expect from Burger King, and the fries were perfectly crispy. I have to say, the tortillas are my absolute favorite here – always tasty and fresh! It’s a convenient spot with plenty of seating, and everything was served without much waiting time. Definitely one of the better Burger King locations I’ve visited – will come back again!

We were at the Burger King Neubrandenburg Lindenthal Center today, October 25, 2025. The food was very good, the service was friendly, and even though I was paying with cash, I was served promptly. The wait time to pay was about 6-7 minutes, which we found perfectly acceptable. Definitely recommended. We'll be back.

Since the change in staff, it's been absolutely disastrous. The wait time has been extremely long. There are simply no chilies on the chili cheese burger. Instead of making a new burger, they simply put some on top of the "old" burger. Instead of large fries, they only served small fries. We used to enjoy eating there. Not anymore.

I haven't experienced such slow service in a long time. We waited 20 minutes for our food, and in the end, three items were still missing from our order.

The King Wings are simply amazing. It's worth the wait, as they're always made fresh.

Unfortunately, I waited in line for 45 minutes for a burger. Everyone paying by card was given priority, and the cash transaction was ignored. Even after I brought it up, they continued without apology. Furthermore, many orders were incorrect.

Once again, totally disappointed. The prices keep getting higher and the quality keeps getting worse. The burgers were dry.

This has nothing to do with fast food, it takes forever and some of the staff are just walking around with a rag 😡

Every burger we ordered came without salad, a Big King, and a Whooper (see photos). The staff were completely overwhelmed, and we waited over half an hour. Never again Burger King (Neubrandenburg)!

As always, absolutely satisfied. This time I was served by Ms. Schuster...but in my almost 25 years as a customer, I've never had a bad experience at BK in Neubrandenburg. Always quick and friendly...and, above all, always full. 😊

We didn't get a chance to try the food. We wanted to get it to go while we were in the area. We expected it to be busy and that we'd have to wait about an hour. But the wait exceeded all expectations. We couldn't wait any longer, or we would have missed the last train. The cashier called the manager, who refused to refund the order! This was our first time in this city visiting our favorite restaurant chain. We are very disappointed. We've never experienced such anticipation.

I'm glad there's still a Burger King in Neubrandenburg. It would certainly be nice if I didn't always have to wait so long for my order. But in the end, I get what I ordered.

Every now and then, I go to Burger King in Neubrandenburg with my children, as was the case on Monday, June 23, 2025, and we ordered and paid for a few takeaway items at the terminal. Among other things, I used the voucher this time: Whopper + Big King + large fries + large Coca-Cola. When we picked up the food at the counter, it was in a large bag. I specifically asked the young lady there again if everything was really included, and she confirmed that it was. When I got home and unpacked our food, the Whopper was missing, and instead of a large fries, there was a small fries in the bag. The Whopper, of all things, was missing, which caused a lot of frustration for one of my older children, and one of the 15 wings we ordered was also missing. You don't need to write to Burger King's customer service. They just give you generalizations.

I got such bad food poisoning after our meal....terrible to give paying customers bad food for which they pay a lot of money and then let the customers suffer like that

The beef is crap, the prices are higher than expected, otherwise it's fine, except for the high temperature in the room.

After ordering, we waited 37 minutes for takeaway food with our toddler. Then we were told that the sour cream was gone. It was nice that we were allowed to pay for it on the screen beforehand! Absolute chaos for a predictable day with average crowds. This is no longer fast food. Since this isn't an isolated incident but a recurring experience, one has to ask why the chain still shares its ties with this branch.

I haven't been to Burger King in a long time. The burgers have gotten so small, they have nothing to do with King anymore. Add to that the outrageous prices—I'm cured for now. Too bad.

Well, to be honest, that can't be right, you order and what you get is not nice anymore, the bread is almost charcoal, the salad is ancient, cold food, etc. I could go on and on and you have to wait forever, that can't be right, we will avoid the store.

Very long wait times. But it's not the staff's fault; there aren't enough of them. The two men worked super quickly, but unfortunately, they forgot parts of the order due to the rush. Despite the stress, they were friendly. But it's simply unfair that only two employees have to handle the rush at the counter. And the burgers used to be better... The fries are still great.

This branch has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant. After ordering, our food wasn't in sight after 30 minutes. 2 people in service who unfortunately didn't know how to work quickly. Never again! In every restaurant you wait less and eat better.

Here the word “Fast”Foot takes on a completely different meaning. You can plan on waiting for half an hour.

Beef tortilla was ordered on Best Offer with large fries and 0.5l Cola and at the end we got small fries and 0.4 Cola. The employee didn't exchange wildes and said it was the system/device and not him.

The food itself was good. The waiting time was far too long - 30 minutes for 2 menus. However, the employee I asked for napkins was very nice. The atmosphere is like a construction site. Cold and especially the music is extremely loud. Especially in the back area you can hardly understand your own words.

Very chic Burger King in the Lindetal Center. Unfortunately there is no drive through due to location. There are terminals to order from, the staff is friendly and the food tastes like you would expect from Burger King. All in all, highly recommended.

One of the slowest “fast food” restaurants there is. As other people have already described, you sometimes have to wait an extremely long time for your food. But anyone who thinks that this is at least fresh and hot is wrong. My two burgers were finally ready after almost 20 minutes and the fries were almost cold. Also sticky and slightly crushed. The second burger was of course completely cold when it was his turn. I somehow can't understand it. If every order was processed one after the other, the burgers would have to be fresh. Anyway, it's not worth eating here at all!

It takes forever, the employees seem to be in a bad mood and not very motivated. If you want to pay with a voucher, the rest of the amount must be paid in cash. Not exactly contemporary. The order progress board cannot be viewed from many seats, even though there are monitors there, but some care tips are shown here instead.

Irony: This gives the name fast food restaurant a whole new meaning. Waited half an hour for the order for two people and then? Well I got the tomatoes I ordered and the hot sauce on top, thank you very much it's not your stomach that can't handle it! I threw it away because I would have complained about it, because I could probably have waited another half hour, but I wasn't in the mood for that anymore. Catastrophe bad.
