Nice atmosphere where you can sit and eat comfortably, whether alone or with family and friends. Unfortunately, the seating and play area for the children is no longer available since the renovation. But otherwise everything is fine.

Burger King is actually really good. Because there was only one employee at the front when I visited, it took a very long time. The food isn't so mushy and is good when you're in a hurry. Unfortunately it's a bit smoky in here and the air is a bit stagnant. All in all good.

I used to really praise the branch, but recently it's been catastrophic. Very often I have burger buns that are black on the inside or dried out as if they were air dried. The chili cheese nuggets taste absolutely old, or you have lettuce on it that is really disgustingly brown in some places.

At first it was very warm, no wonder given the weather, burgers were missing, then they were the wrong burgers.. Waited 25 minutes for an order, there was no one in front of us. And our order wasn't huge. Not again and at the end, the toilet is totally dirty

Good ordering option, easy payment

Food in the usual, good BK quality. Service is poor as there are only 2 people on site (for ordering and cooking). Half the store was full of full and empty trolleys

I go there very often. About 3 times a month and so far I've always gone home satisfied. No long waiting times unless it's busy. There is only one point that really bothers me: the current clothes that the employees wear don't work at all and they certainly don't feel comfortable to wear. All in all a really good shop. I agree with the other comments. You wait so long even though there are hardly any customers present. The process of preparing, collecting and serving food is done so slowly.

I went there for dinner with my granddaughter today. The food was cold and the waitress stood behind the counter with a long face. I will definitely not eat there again. The taste is also very bad.

Waited a long time - a no go for a fast food restaurant. Few seats, many were annoyed because of the waiting time, not inviting either. I don't want to come here again. For 2 burgers and fries and 2 hot blondies/brownies you had to wait 20 minutes.

Went there today with three children, what a mess ordering for the Burger King staff No extras were taken into account on the burger for the children, then you are almost home again. You want to eat with the children and you have to check your order yourself in advance because the order is incomplete. I threw a good 12 euros out of the window today because the order wasn't packed properly and... This is not a service, no special requests will be taken into account, it will simply be sent out Unfortunately it's not the first time

Great store. I don't understand some of the comments, because anyone who has ever been to McDonald's in Neubrandenburg knows that you usually have to wait just as long or even longer for your order. So far I have only found the staff friendly and helpful. Personally, I can understand that in stressful situations and especially when guests are constantly insulting you, you can't always keep a smile on your face. The food is always super tasty and warm. Keep it up and just ignore the negative comments. If most of the complaining guests worked for you, they would be extremely overwhelmed. You should take a look behind the scenes.

So the food was good, as it should be for fast food, but the employees almost fell asleep while working and customers who come much later get their food after 5 minutes, my 5-year-old son and my wife had to wait over an hour until the food came, how can that be So if I were the boss I would change staff very quickly

Waiting times of 40 minutes are common here. The food is also cold. The staff seems to be completely overwhelmed. There is always complete chaos and unrest in the restaurant because there are annoyed people waiting everywhere.

Danger. Currently (March 12, 2024) the grill is defective and therefore no “beef” is possible. Supposedly fixed by 03/13/24.

Make you wait 1.5 hours at the checkout to pay just because my person doesn't want to pay with a card. The reasoning was that it was too full and you could only pay at the machines. Pure waste of time! Never again

Why are her co-workers yelling at my girlfriend??!! Why do you do something like that? We tell ourselves we have to wait an hour, but we can get to the machine straight away. We didn't take the order there and went over to Lindetal Grill, they are very friendly there!!

Even one star is still too many. I waited 40 minutes for my food, there were 7 people waiting for their food and nothing happened in 30 minutes, not a single meal came out and if I hadn't complained that I had to go to work I would have waited another half hour. Two young girls who were so slow and after several complaints from other guests, the statement came from one girl...she's already doing it as fast as she can...so by all accounts, if it's fast for them then they're really on board Burger King has lost nothing. That was the last time I got something to eat there. It's impossible for the chain to do something so loud and the girls still get paid for it.

Finally there are order terminals, you can now decide freely for or against the extra cheese or bacon.

The iced tea tasted like soap. When we spoke to the employees, they were cheeky and said in an abusive tone “I drink my iced tea here every day”. After a little discussion there was a new one - which also tasted like soap.
