Very good currywurst, Karlsruhe menu perfect mix and you are exactly right if you want a spicy currywurst

I ordered vegetarian noodles with vegetables to take away. Was freshly prepared. You can also eat there on site. But it's not particularly comfortable. Employees are nice. Prices reasonable.

Direkt am Europaplatz gelegen, ist dieses Restaurant meine erste Wahl für die Innenstadt und wenn es man schneller gehen soll und man trotzdem gutes Essen möchte. Gerichte sind schmackhaft, die Auswahl groß. Das Ambiente ist aus meiner Sicht "typisch Thailändisch" :-) Ich kann dieses Restaurant empfehlen.

I can only agree with the negative reviews. I had the same problem, ordered at 8:30 p.m. via Lieferando. Nothing happens 10:00 p.m. I call the BK Karlsruhe Kaiserstr on the recommendation of Lieferando. The result of 3 calls: a totally annoyed lady answers the phone with an Indian accent. I explain my situation to her, she rudely interrupts me and says no order here, no order received, problems from Lieferando, it would be completely normal at this time that there would be no drivers available. I explain to her again that I ordered at 8:30 p.m. not just 10 minutes ago... I can't get to the end again, she interrupts me again and asks if I don't understand you and she doesn't have time for it, it's Lieferando's problem and insults/curses me in a language I don't know. I told her clearly that I understood you better than she probably did and that I would like to speak to management or a superior. The answer is again a stupid answer and the lady hangs up on me coldly. Now everyone can explain to themselves what else is available at this time: nothing! I will never donate just one cent to this club again! This lady needs a supervisor to retrain her in dealing with customers very urgently, what a shame!

Fries were old, hard, and cold. Burgers were poorly assembled, meat was cold. Salads were nonexistent. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. For €11.99, it's a disgrace.

McDonalds...what more can you say? You can do it...but given the prices you can almost go to a good burger restaurant.

Tea was ordered with sugar and cream, they only brought two cups with boiling water and tea bags. No lids, no stirrers and they took a long time to bring it.

Nuggets and fries soaked in burnt oil. Disgusting. No atmosphere, a mess everywhere. The worst MC I've ever been to.

I recently visited Burger King in Karlsruhe and tried the current "King of the Month" – the Italian Royal Crispy Chicken. The burger was okay: crispy chicken fillet, marinara sauce, and mozzarella on a brioche bun. Nothing earth-shattering, but absolutely fine for a quick snack.  The service deserves special mention: the staff was very friendly and attentive. My food was prepared quickly, and the burger and fries were hot and fresh – just as they should be. Overall, a pleasant experience for a quick snack. If you're craving fast food, this location is a good choice.
