Burger King in Karlsruhe

Our food was freshly prepared and hot. The salad on the burgers was crunchy and the fries were very good. Very clean, friendly staff and fast service. 👍 We were there on Saturday around 1 p.m.

Wrong food 087 Ordered king nuggets and got vegetable balls and it wasn't what we ordered and when you call no one answers

It's always clean on site and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, one or two times something was forgotten or what was ordered wasn't brought. But everything was always added without any problems. Otherwise, the food is always delicious, just like fast food should taste 😁

Normally I don't visit such restaurants, only in extreme cases and that's very rare, once a year 😁. I will avoid these restaurants completely from now on. Had a double whopper, it tasted artificial and just like fat, no taste at all, I don't even want to say anything about the fries 🤦🏻‍♂️. Then you pay another 15€ for the Eckel, it's okay...

Takes forever in the drive in. You can only go in here. The guy at the drive-thru could change into a clean t-shirt. I guess the customers here weren't interested anyway.

Waiting times at the drive-in can sometimes be an hour... even if there's nothing going on, you wait forever...

To the branch: Many people down here obviously have a complete misconception about what they expect from fast food chains. Straws and napkins have not been available for what feels like 27 years. In view of the gigantic environmental impact caused by BK, MCD and us consumers, this is also completely obvious. The staff were friendly and the food was with us within 5 minutes. Anyone who expects something different for the price is naive. No fast food chain in the world was and is healthy or of high quality.

Unfortunately negative experience: Waiting time relatively long (three people in the store) but ok! Burger cold and clapped together (advertising the new Whopper)!😆😆😆😆😆 Then prefer the old one!🫣😆 Fries are small instead of large and even when I asked, they claimed it was a large one!😤🫣 Unbelievable!🤯 Next time somewhere different!☝️🤷🏼‍♂️

Unfortunately, zero points are not possible. The food only works in an emergency anyway, but I think a microwave dish would taste better. They also sell ancient nuggets. I feel sick 🤮🤮🤮

Burgers totally flattened Just * * for food

I waited over half an hour for my order because the employees didn't process the orders in order but rather mixed them up (it wasn't that busy that evening). The food was already cold. When I asked an employee about it, the only response I got was very annoyed: “The order is a complete disaster.” Hmm it was a normal order with no extras. I don't think it's professional to react to it like that. I won't go there anymore after this event.

I got a kings beef burger from the menu to have good quality and paid extra and unfortunately I have to say that two or three hours later I had to throw up a lot, I feel very bad and I wish I lived in America. The employee at the DriveIn, Mr. Ismaili, was very friendly, patient (I had difficulties with the coupons) and customer-friendly. these types of employees must operate the drive-in.

Worst Burger King in the world. The organization is so horrible. You wait forever. Employees walk to the trays for each individual burger. I have no idea what's going on but the owner should teach people efficiency. You wait 39 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries. That's a disgrace. And that's when nothing is going on. Message to the boss: kick your staff in the butt! Unnecessary ways, look at the piece of paper then get one thing. Look at the piece of paper again, pick up one more thing.... no one can remember 2 steps.... never here again...

Bad, bad, bad... I would prefer not to give a point, but unfortunately this is not possible. IT started that the fries and the straws were missing. You now have to get your own napkins; previously there were always some with you. The burger was cold, it didn't have the cheese on it as described and it actually only tasted spicy and nothing else. The fries were cold. Rocket not fresh... The best for last. Paid a double but only got a single one. A pity

There have been very long waiting times at DRIVE IN for some time now! Employees try to press/manipulate the car waiting time at the counter by sending the vehicles straight to the "waiting parking lot" after ordering, which is then completely overcrowded with other cars waiting for their order! After 20-30 minutes the employee comes with 20 bags in his hand and wanders around the parking lot haphazardly because he no longer knows who which bag belongs to! Absolutely ridiculous! It used to be one of the best BK's in Ka, but now it's a complete disaster!

Staff too incompetent to pack an order properly, half was missing! Then hire people who can read properly and can do their job fairly well! Outrageous, you have to be able to pack 4 things that are on a piece of paper together! And what's more, this was the only order at that moment!

Our waitress was unfriendly, rushed us to finish our order quicker, snapped at other customers even though the mistake was the waiter's fault, was unfriendly and very abrupt even though we tried to show understanding, system catering is stressful, yes. If you are not made for this, you should not work and interact with customers/guests. We hurried, but the displays don't load any faster. Eating took forever, even though hardly anyone was in the store or drive-thru. The service was very overwhelmed by little and didn't handle the situation well. The rare visit to a fast food restaurant will not become more frequent after today's confrontation if we go to the much better and friendlier competition.

Things tend to be forgotten when ordering.

Very unfriendly man (tall, strong, glasses and beard, apparently between 40 and 50) at the drive in. We ordered on March 4th towards the evening for around €50 (4 people) and wanted our Payback card scanned. He didn't want to scan it and said we should dictate the number to him, said he didn't even type while we were dictating and then got upset because we wanted to collect points... Well, if you already pay €50, I understand the problem not with the Payback card. In the past, when “Maria” served, it was definitely more pleasant and warmer. Won't buy anything here again.

“Fast food”… after 30 minutes the order was still not finished and was waiting on the side. In other words: forgotten! After an unpleasant comment from a waiter, the order was taken and in the end the fries were missing and there was an error in the composition of the ice cream... in short, this Burger King was truly a disaster.

I always enjoyed being a customer at Burger King because it was possible to cater to my needs (not being able to eat everything). Since a lot has now apparently changed and I can no longer freely combine or change things (an extra charge was of course accepted), I was able to watch today how the rest of us ate. The manager present (unfortunately I don't know the exact position of the lady) made it clear to me that under no circumstances can the burgers on offer be changed (except what the system offers...). Great restaurant. Very good cheese double burger eaten. My wife had a plain cheeseburger. We were very satisfied!

We waited 50 minutes for our food, which was unfortunately not an isolated incident, and many others wasted their time with us at a fast food restaurant. It looks like they don't have enough staff, and they don't make orders according to their order, but according to some other arbitrary one... I will never go to these fast food restaurants again where waiting so long for food is standard...

Burgers were fresh, but there was a bit of a wait, it's Sunday and there's a lot going on on the drive and in the restaurant.

So I'm absolutely satisfied with my BK. Yes, sometimes you wait longer, but there is a big sign at the entrance saying that BK is also affected by a staff shortage. I always find the staff at the drive in very understandable and, above all, friendly. I also have absolutely no complaints about the food, as I said, my (favorite) BK

Absolute Frechheit, dass dieser Laden noch geöffnet sein darf! War dort in letzter Zeit 2 Mal essen und hatte nach beiden Malen Magenbeschwerden. Seit 3 Tagen habe ich Magenschmerzen und Übelkeit, und ich habe definitiv keinen empfindlichen Magen. Man hat ja schon öfters von katastrophalen hygienischen Zuständen in BurgerKing Filialen gehört, aber in diesem scheint es wohl besonders schlimm zu sein.

The most disorganized ever! Milkshake would be filled into the cup, then the fries went into the bag. Waited 15 minutes until the burgers were ready. You have to check the order yourself whether everything fits, because if it doesn't, half of what you'll notice at home is missing. Unfortunately, this has happened several times in this branch. Too often ! And then you quickly run out of food for over 10 euros. Personally, I will avoid this chain in the future

Nice restaurant. The waiting times were a bit long. There was only one customer in front of me. I have no idea what the problem was. The burger was great.

You often get cold fries or lukewarm citizens.

Hab dort so lange gewartet, dass ich mittlerweile nicht mehr weiß wie alt ich bin. Außer mir warten 13 andere Leute und es geht nicht voran.

Unfähiges Personal weil es einen nicht versteht was man möchte Burger mit Sonder Zutaten bestellt Bestellung wurde dann Zwei Mal falsch zubereitet auch waren die Burger nicht richtig heiß. Im Innenraum der Boden und Tische verdreckt der Tablett Waagen läuft über. Mein Fazit diese Filiale werde ich nicht mehr besuchen

Öfters schon sehr lange Wartezeit

Essen und Service: Als "Notfall"-Essen auf dem Heimweg ganz gut. Haben Plant Burger Menüs gehabt, die trotz vollem Laden schnell fertig waren. Plant Burger war lecker! Pommes mit veganer Mayo auch. Viele Varianten von Plant based Burger verfügbar (vllt auf dem gleichen Grill gebraten, aber: deswegen Plantbased das Pattie ist nicht aus Tierfleisch! Im Zweifelsfall fragen). Wir machen immer Burger und auch Pommes Zuhause, da kommt das halt nicht ran. 😅 ist aber kein "Problem" des speziellen BKs hier, sondern generell. Rückgabe der Mehrwegbecher war etwas langwierig. Der Mitarbeiter wusste nicht, wie man es im System einträgt. Zeigt aber vllt auch nur, dass das nur wenige nutzen. Ambiente: Ist halt Burger King am Rand einer Stadt. Nicht besonders hübsche Gegend direkt nebendran ist der TÜV und ein Gewerbegebiet. Wenn man draußen sitzt kriegt man noch Unterhaltung beim Beobachten des Drive Ins dazu.. Dazu der Standard KinderSpielturm. Allerdings sind dort Zigarettenstummel aufm Boden gewesen, das fand ich etwas schade. Aber keine Aschenbecher vorhanden, vllt liegt es daran. Innendrin war die Klimaanlage so kalt, das wir abends um 20 Uhr lieber draussen gesessen haben. Parkplätze waren gut befahrbar, aber spärlich beleuchtet. Die Klos waren einigermassen sauber, aber sehr beengt. Seife war da, leider nur ein DysonPustern zum Abtrocknen.

Hatten keinen Fischburger. Und die Pommes sollten besser verpackt werden.

Wer hier in den Drive-In einbiegt, hat ausgiebig Zeit, einmal so richtig die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Kaum ein anderes “Schnellrestaurant“ bietet einem heutzutage noch die Möglichkeit, während der Wartezeit eine anständige Kritik zu verfassen. Wer im Hochsommer kommt, sollte allerdings auf einen ausreichenden Trinkwasservorrat im Auto achten ☝️

Laden Top bis auf Herr barta der ist frech zu den Kunden

Letztes Jahr das Essen war besser, die Burger waren nicht so lecker und bißchen klein. Auf google steht das mann kann bis 23.00 vor Ort bestellen. Ich war um 22.15 dort, da war schon abgeschlossen. Also ab 22.00 Uhr nur drive through.

Bereits zum zweiten Mal, dass zwei Sachen gefehlt haben aber bezahlt wurden beim drive in!! Heute haben zwei Cheeseburger gefehlt, das letzte mal 2x Pommes! Da man schnell Platz machen will für das nächste Auto kann man nicht sofort alles kontrollieren, danach ist es zu spät. Das nervt mich total!!

Drive in: Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Ambiente natürlich wie überall Essen war zwar alles warm und geschmacklich wie gewohnt aber auf meinem Big King war ein Viertel Salatblatt und ein Zwiebelring. Da kann man doch mehr erwarten. War lange nicht mehr dort, werde aber aufgrund dessen nicht mehr hin gehen.

Etwas längere Wartezeit - darauf wurde aber am Eingang hingewiesen - und dafür FRISCHE und gute Burger

War schon lange nicht mehr bei BK. Teuer geworden und das was in der App und auch in der Filiale beworben wurde konnte nicht bestellt werden. Um das rauszufinden musste ich 2 Minuten auf eine Filialmitarbeiterin warten, die dann 0atzig sagte gibt's bei uns nicht. Die Burger sind auch erheblich geschrumpft und die Belegung war so lala.

Endlich mal ein Burger King mit freundlichem Personal und tollem Service.

Leider sehr langsam immer. Also Qualität stimmt, auch die Klimaanlage im Sommer ist cool. Man muss halt einfach viel Zeit mitbringen 20-30 Minuten Warten ist eher untypisch für Fast food

Im Vergleich zu restlichen Burger King Filialen würde ich behaupten das diese doch zu einer der guten gehört. Sauber, freundliches Personal, Bestellung stimmt bei mir zumindest immer. Die Wartezeit ist allerdings teilweise echt zu lang. Ich schätze aber das liegt A. Am Personalengpass aber vor allem schätze ich daran, das hier nicht getrickst wird mit der Haltbarkeit der Ware oder unnötig vorproduziert wird. Planed Based Patty’s könnten teilweise heißer sein aber ich denke das ist ein allgemeines Burger King Problem.

Leider haben die oft entweder keine Milch oder der automat für eis und shake ist kaputt. Essen wird oft nicht vollständig gepackt. Und vieles wird vergessen

Service ist recht ruppig und unfreundlich.

Abzug weil nichts los und beide Tablettwagen bis zum Rand gefüllt waren und man dann sein Tablett am Tisch stehen lassen musste. Auch nicht schön für den nächsten Gast. Dafür heißes frisch gemachtes essen und auch sehr schnell fertig. Da gibt es alle Sterne.

Eins sehr guter Burger King, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, die Automaten funktionieren alle reibungslos.

Öffnungszeit an der Türe bis 23 Uhr (Dienstag), was nicht da steht ist, dass ab 22 Uhr nur zum mitnehmen verkauft wird. Erstattung aber problemlos und wer drin sitzt darf wohl sitzen bleiben.

Eigentlich nur aus Zeitgründen bin ich mal wieder in den Burger King auf der Durmersheimer Straße in Karlsruhe. Ich hatte das Restaurant eigentlich eher negativ in Erinnerung. Umso positiver wurde ich an diesem Tag überrascht. Service: Die Dame hinter der Theke war sehr freundlich, was man in der Systemgastronomie ja so gar nicht mehr unbedingt erwartet. Dieser Burger King hat aktuell auf 2G umgestellt. Innen darf nur noch essen, wer entweder geimpft oder genesen ist. Das wird auch kontrolliert und umgesetzt. Meine Wartezeit war sehr gering, was ich aus der Vergangenheit auch ganz anders kannte. Außerdem hat man den Burger King innen neu eingerichtet, was gelungen ist. Die Bestellung findet übers Panel statt, welche dort bezahlt und am Counter abgeholt wird. - 5/5 Essen: Das Essen vom Burger King ist ja bekannt. Mein Burger (Whopper), die Pommes...alles war für ein Fast Food Restaurant frisch und noch warm, so dass ich es mit Appetit gegessen habe. Wenn man das Niveau eines Burger King bewertet (und natürlich nicht mit einem Sternerestaurant vergleicht), dann gab es hier auch überhaupt nichts zu meckern. - 5/5 Preis-Leistungsverhältins: Man weiß was einen erwartet wenn man zum Burger King geht. Also geht es nur noch darum diese Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Das hat dieser Standort absolut geschafft. - 5/5 Fazit: Der Standort hat meiner Erfahrung nach eine tolle Entwicklung genommen. Könnte zur Folge haben, dass ich zukünftig doch ab und zu mal wieder reinschaue wenn es schnell gehen muss. - 5/5
