Burger King in Karlsruhe

Habe schon schöner eingerichtete Burger Kings gesehen, aber die Mitarbeiter sind alle super nett und sauber ist es auch! Und dass BuKi was die Burgerauswahl und den Geschmack angeht, Megges um längen schlägt, ist eh klar

Schnell und freundlich. Einer der besten in Deutschland, wo Burger King normalerweise langsam und unfreundlich ist.

Merkwürdig wenn ich mit Ende 60 Jahre nicht an dem Automaten gehe um zu bestellen und per Karte zahle sondern an der Theke bestelle und bar bezshlen möchte fühlt sich keiner angesprochen. Die Qualität lässt arg zu wünschen übrig. Die Pommes knatschig. Auf dem Bürger zuviel Majonese. Ich frage mich ob die Leute die den Burger herrichten ihn selbst essen würden. Ich denke nein. Es war 30 Grad heiss .Keine Klimaanlage die lief. Zu warm drinnen. Toilette verdreckt. Stellt sich die Frage gibt es überhaupt einen Chef der dafür sich zuständig fühlt. Werden diese Betriebe überwacht. Die Mitarbeiter schienen auch nicht motiviert zu sein.Wir waren 4 Personen. Haben 50 Euro bezahlt für lau.

Service war sehr nett. Wir waren gerade mit der Familie da.

Waren Heute im BK , Mitarbeiterin lies Becher von Getränken auf Boden fallen,dann hob Sie den Becher auf und schob ihn wieder in den Bechethalter. Ich fragte Sie ob das ihr ernst sei,Sie zuckte nur mit dwn Schultern und schaute verdutzt ihren Indischen Kollegen an,der widerrum nahm den Becher aus dem Halter und warf ihn(mit bösem Blick zu mir ) in den Mülleimer!! Haben diese BK Mitarbeiter schon mal.was von Hygienevorschrift gehört!?... Alles in allem,sehr schmutzig dort und Magenweh sei dem ich gegessen habe.. Wundert mich nicht !! Nicht zu empfehlen !!!Nun zur BK Zentrale Schulen sie mal besser ihre Mitarbeiter, Hygiene ist in so einem Betrieb das A und O. Ich werde ab Heute BK meiden, Frechheit,für.2.Menüs knapp 40 Euro.

Die Lage ist gut,Parkplätze vorhanden aber seltsam gelegen. Sauberkeit gut. Ich habe einen Snacksalat bestellt für 4,19Euro. Was ich dafür bekommen habe war eine Unverschämtheit ! Zwei kleine Scheiben Tomate,eine kleine Scheibe Gurke und ca 1,5-2 Blätter eines Eisbergsalatkopfes. Ich schätze den Wareneinsatz auf unter 10 Cent . Wie man auf dem Foto sieht,war der Boden der Pappbox gerade so bedeckt. Vielleicht wäre noch zu erwähnen dass die Tomatenscheiben leicht gefroren waren. Mir ist klar,dass man in einem Fastfood Restaurant keinen Salatteller wie beim Italiener bekommt. Aber was hier abgeliefert wurde, war echt armselig. Auf Nachfrage, ob bei der Füllmenge der Salatbox ein Fehler geschehen sei, war die Antwort" Nein,das ist immer so. Vorgabe von oben. "

Neue XXL Käsesoße bloß nicht bestellen!! Außer ihr steht auf kalte und klumpige soßen. ich weis es ist schwierig eine gute Käsesauce zu machen vor allem in solchen massen. aber das zeug kalt zu servieren und dann ist das ding so zäh, dass wenn man was rein tunkt, die ganze Panade in dem klumpen hängen bleibt. schade gute Idee aber Umsetzung halt 0.

Ordentlicher BK. Alles soweit sauber. Geschickte Lage in Richtung Rheinstetten.

Chillig und nettes Personal. Essen war warm und relativ schnell fertig. Toiletten waren sauber.

Wir haben am Freitag hier den Plant-based Weihnachts-Whopper im Drive-In bestellt. Der Service war super und das Essen kam auch relativ schnell. Haben kurz in die Tüte geschaut ob alles da ist. Der Burger war in grünem Papier also dem Plant-based Papier eingepackt und auf dem Kassenbon stand es auch richtig. Zu Hause haben wir dann gemerkt, dass es leider doch das Fleisch-Patty war. Ist einfach ziemlich ärgerlich. In Zukunft werden die Burger dann wohl komplett ausgepackt und reingeschaut.

Hatte riesen Hunger dachte schnell win Bürger rein und weiter kamn es gehen. Whopper bestellt mit double Chees und triple käse. Bestellung bekommen geschmeckt gar nicht!!!! Whopper war lauwarm weil man den Käse und den schinken direkt kalt aus dem kühlschrank draufgeschmissen hat. 13 euro für nen lauwarmem Bürger und on der mitte kalter käse und Speck drinn!!! Echt lecker...ich habs auch reklamiert und zwar nicht wril ich geld zurück wollte sondern drauf aufmersam machen wollte. Vom personal früher war es andets und sue befolgen nur Anweisungen vom Manegment. BÜRGER KALT IN DER MITTE KÄSESCHEIBEN UND SOECK DIREKT AUS DEM LPHLSCHRANK DRAUF. Geht gar nicht!!!! Und noch rumdiskutieren...ende vom lied ich habs gegessen weil ich riesen Hunger hatte. Hier komm icht nicht mehr her so schlecht selten gegessen.....danke ans Bürger King Team....weiter so

It's so annoying when you come home and two burgers are missing. Now it's too stressful to go back there; two people have to watch me eat, and the money's gone.

I went to Burger King again to try the kebab-style burger. Unfortunately, this time the burger didn't impress me. The only positive was that it was freshly prepared because it wasn't very busy. However, the outdoor area looks quite neglected and definitely needs a gardener. Inside, the tables were dirty and the benches already had holes in them, which didn't make a good impression. Overall, a rather disappointing experience. The taste was weak and the cleanliness left much to be desired.

We ate there. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly. We'd be happy to go again.

We were there around 6 p.m. on Saturday. It was already quite busy. I ordered a King's Whisky BBQ Double for myself, and my companion ordered the Crispy Chicken Tortilla. The burger without any side dish cost 12 euros. It definitely fills you up, and it tasted really delicious and looked very appealing too. The price/performance ratio was definitely still OK, but everything has gotten more expensive. The biggest joke for 7!!! euros was the tortilla. A thin, sloppy flatbread, it tasted of nothing, and inside was a roughly 50-gram chicken patty with three lettuce leaves, some sauce, and a thin slice of tomato. The reality differs considerably from the photo; I would call it a disgrace to rate the tortilla as good as 5-6. That's why I only give it 3 stars for the food. Burger 5, tortilla 1 star. The place was clean, it wasn't loud, and just like BK.

If you order a premium burger, get it delivered with cold, soggy, almost raw bacon, and then the employee tells you "that's always the way it is"—then I won't spend another cent there. Complaint management works differently.

Why don't you get a second drink here? It's possible in other BKs. That's not fair; when I asked, it was refused.

Unfortunately I have to change my application the prices have increased a lot ok I still accept it but what I can not accept is the fact that the citizens have become smaller and very thin I will not go to a Burger King again sorry

Food was better at Burger King, tables not yet really clean

We were here yesterday after the AC/DC concert. I found it remarkable that, despite the extremely high number of visitors (see photo), the staff remained so professional and friendly. The blonde woman at the cash register particularly stands out in my memory. Sure, the preparation took a while, but the food was super fresh. Kudos to the entire team that evening! That's what I call resilience.

First, the positive: It's Burger King, you know in advance what it's going to taste like. There's plenty of parking. But the kitchen is sooo slooooow! A 15-20 minute wait is normal in my experience. I think it's commendable when the food is freshly prepared after ordering (i.e., the patty is taken from the warming drawer and placed on the bun), but it's nothing like fast food anymore. On the other hand, the prices are pretty high-end these days.

Burger Royal in Grünwinkel, where the crown sits! 👑🍔 I went in because my stomach was growling louder than a lion at the dentist. I'd barely ordered when the burger was in front of me, as if they'd known I was coming! Fries: golden yellow like the California sun and at least as hot. The burger? A juicy throne for my hunger, topped with tender cheese and the secret royal sauce (which is probably pure luck). The team? Fast, friendly, and with the perfect timing between "Bon appétit" and "Anyone want some ketchup?" Bottom line: If you don't feast here, you've lost control of your fast-food lifestyle. 😂🍟

I'm a fan of King. If I want a burger, it's my first choice.

Crazy place, I've been waiting for my order for at least 20 minutes. And then I get there and want to pick it up, but it's stolen without a second thought. All I can say is, something like that would never have happened at the Mongolian.

Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to complain about an incident that occurred today, May 11th at around 4:04 p.m. at your branch on Durmersheimer Straße. I placed an order for three burgers. Unfortunately I was only handed two burgers. I am aware that mistakes can happen, but I expect an employee to check the order carefully before handing it over. Even though it may be an oversight, I find it unacceptable as I paid for the entire order and am therefore entitled to the full service. For me personally it is a breach of trust - regardless of whether it happened intentionally or unintentionally. I ask that you review this incident internally and provide me with feedback on how it is being handled.

War schon lange nicht mehr bei BK. Teuer geworden und das was in der App und auch in der Filiale beworben wurde konnte nicht bestellt werden. Um das rauszufinden musste ich 2 Minuten auf eine Filialmitarbeiterin warten, die dann 0atzig sagte gibt's bei uns nicht. Die Burger sind auch erheblich geschrumpft und die Belegung war so lala.

Everything is simply touched without gloves. The whole burgers are served without gloves. Can we please do a hygiene check, this can't be normal. Having your sweaty hands prove it to all the Burger Kings.

For the third time I received cold food at the drive in and I live 2km away. Doesn't work at all

A fast food chain like any other. The employee at the checkout was so friendly. Nothing was forgotten.

I was at Burger King today 01/20/25 and I was shocked at how disrespectfully an employee was treated by several customers even though she was simply trying to do her job. The first customer provoked her because of a missing lid for his cake. The employee politely explained that there were no lids, but the customer laughed at her and kept insulting her. He even looked over at me, another customer, and said I could wait a long time for my ice cream. The employee reacted calmly and told me that it would be ready soon, while she was busy with the gentleman at the same time. Shortly thereafter, another customer arrived, shouting and complaining about a problem on his receipt. The employee remained polite and offered to look into the problem and give him the money back. Still, he continued to yell at her and become disrespectful. When she finally asked what he wanted from her now, he snapped at her and told her to be careful how she talked to him. The employee worked professionally in this extremely difficult situation, was patient and finally brought me my ice cream, even though the ice cream machine was being serviced in the meantime. She could have just said the machine was out of order, but she went out of her way to please every customer. I would like to say a big thank you to the lady and tell her: Stay strong. Your work is appreciated by many, even if some don't show it.

Oh yes. Fast food: what can I say: always good. Ideal place for parents of small children to relax (at least for a few minutes). Kiddis munching on their fries and parents can chill out a bit. Service good, food good and it's just a pleasant atmosphere. Ok, let's be honest, the prices are something high, Burger King is now also riding the wave of inflation

Today the tasting of the new wraps was on the agenda, yes exactly. I have to say that these are pretty nice. You don't get so messed up with the schnabule, because the burger contents are neatly and compactly mounted in the wrap, hajo. My recommendation is to upgrade this a bit with extra cheese or a sauce to add to the dip, because one of the wraps is a little thicker because of the folds of the dough, so optimal juiciness is guaranteed. Enjoy it, don't forget Krönsche. Meal ✌️

Our food was freshly prepared and hot. The salad on the burgers was crunchy and the fries were very good. Very clean, friendly staff and fast service. 👍 We were there on Saturday around 1 p.m.

It's always clean on site and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, one or two times something was forgotten or what was ordered wasn't brought. But everything was always added without any problems. Otherwise, the food is always delicious, just like fast food should taste 😁

Normally I don't visit such restaurants, only in extreme cases and that's very rare, once a year 😁. I will avoid these restaurants completely from now on. Had a double whopper, it tasted artificial and just like fat, no taste at all, I don't even want to say anything about the fries 🤦🏻‍♂️. Then you pay another 15€ for the Eckel, it's okay...

Takes forever in the drive in. You can only go in here. The guy at the drive-thru could change into a clean t-shirt. I guess the customers here weren't interested anyway.

To the branch: Many people down here obviously have a complete misconception about what they expect from fast food chains. Straws and napkins have not been available for what feels like 27 years. In view of the gigantic environmental impact caused by BK, MCD and us consumers, this is also completely obvious. The staff were friendly and the food was with us within 5 minutes. Anyone who expects something different for the price is naive. No fast food chain in the world was and is healthy or of high quality.

Unfortunately negative experience: Waiting time relatively long (three people in the store) but ok! Burger cold and clapped together (advertising the new Whopper)!😆😆😆😆😆 Then prefer the old one!🫣😆 Fries are small instead of large and even when I asked, they claimed it was a large one!😤🫣 Unbelievable!🤯 Next time somewhere different!☝️🤷🏼‍♂️

Unfortunately, zero points are not possible. The food only works in an emergency anyway, but I think a microwave dish would taste better. They also sell ancient nuggets. I feel sick 🤮🤮🤮

Burgers totally flattened Just * * for food

I waited over half an hour for my order because the employees didn't process the orders in order but rather mixed them up (it wasn't that busy that evening). The food was already cold. When I asked an employee about it, the only response I got was very annoyed: “The order is a complete disaster.” Hmm it was a normal order with no extras. I don't think it's professional to react to it like that. I won't go there anymore after this event.

Worst Burger King in the world. The organization is so horrible. You wait forever. Employees walk to the trays for each individual burger. I have no idea what's going on but the owner should teach people efficiency. You wait 39 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries. That's a disgrace. And that's when nothing is going on. Message to the boss: kick your staff in the butt! Unnecessary ways, look at the piece of paper then get one thing. Look at the piece of paper again, pick up one more thing.... no one can remember 2 steps.... never here again...

There have been very long waiting times at DRIVE IN for some time now! Employees try to press/manipulate the car waiting time at the counter by sending the vehicles straight to the "waiting parking lot" after ordering, which is then completely overcrowded with other cars waiting for their order! After 20-30 minutes the employee comes with 20 bags in his hand and wanders around the parking lot haphazardly because he no longer knows who which bag belongs to! Absolutely ridiculous! It used to be one of the best BK's in Ka, but now it's a complete disaster!
