Wanted to redeem a 2 for 1 deal for 2x vegan currywurst. The NeoTaste app says “Currywurst of your Choice”. In business it's just normal, instructions from the boss.

"We had a fantastic morning at Mandy's Railway Diner! The food was simply amazing. We ordered two burgers and there were sweet potato fries, which tasted absolutely amazing. The burgers themselves were also good - juicy and full of flavor. The ambience was breathtaking , especially now at Halloween. The decoration, both outside and in the carriages, was designed with great attention to detail and created a special atmosphere. The service was incredibly friendly and made the morning even more pleasant - we'll come definitely again!"

Fries themselves were epic, but the fact that the “small” packaging for small fries displayed at the front isn’t even half full borders on scam for me. According to the packaging law, packaging must be filled with 70% content.

For many years I went to the McDonald's next to Bismarck Platz every now and then. For years the toilets have been worse than the Bahnhofsviertel. Yesterday I got 2 burgers, which for me is now the complete end of McDonald's after a visit to Heidelberg McDonald's and after these 2 burgers it was absolutely bad and a very long night in the toilet 🤮 I'm avoiding all McDonald's from now on...

I ordered two veggie burgers but got 2 burgers with meat. I had to pay for a new veggie burger instead of exchanging her mistake and it had bones in it. Totally disgusting

Absolutely terrible experience at KFC! The chicken pieces were shockingly small – hardly any meat, just skin and bones. For the price I was expecting something decent, not this sad excuse for a meal. KFC, you guys have really slacked off. I won't spend any more money here

They said no to coupons. Service was bad. Response was not at all good to modify the final order before paying.
