We were in the Essen branch yesterday (8.3.25). The food had been there for a while and wasn't freshly prepared when ordered. In Saxony the food is only prepared when we order it. It's questionable why you prepare so many burgers in advance when there's nothing going on with customers. The food can only be there for a certain amount of time and then it has to be taken out. The women's toilets and flushing have been broken for months and it smells very disgusting. It's a shame that no repairs are being made there.

Service is fast and friendly there is nothing to complain about it Chicken is great juicy and well seasoned. You might want to eat at the restaurant though KFC tends to get soggy quickly. If I take away I usually rebake it at home for a few min to crunch it up.

It was ok to go back when it reopened, but nothing has improved compared to the situation before the closure. I can't imagine it going well this time. Edit: Closed again for months. According to the notice, the reason is technical problems. In my opinion it's probably because it was probably the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Wrong order received, cold food, drinks machine often not refilled, tables not wiped down, staff sometimes barely speak German, many products not available,...

We recently moved to Kandel, and Dogan was recommended to us. The portions are huge and tasted great. The kids' box is a dream for children. I ordered online, and it was even delivered 20 minutes early. We're satisfied. We'd be happy to go again.
