Dogan Döner & Pizzahaus in Kandel

I picked up a Yufka on Sunday. Unfortunately, cold meat was put into my yufka. I couldn't eat it like that, the meat had probably been sitting there cold for a long time - so it went completely into the trash. Too bad...

We ordered. The food arrived hot and at the agreed time. It tastes great, the portions are large, none of us managed to finish it. The pizzas are well topped. It was great for us, we would happily order again.

I placed an order for pickup here about two months ago. I was the only person who ordered a kebab box and my friend ordered a lahmacun, also with kebab meat. After a short time I started having severe symptoms of diarrhea and nausea. My friend also complained of stomach pain on the same day. The next day it was so bad that I went to the hospital at short notice. I couldn't eat real food for over a week and was stuck on the toilet half the day with diarrhea and vomiting. In addition to these complaints, I also had constant body aches, fever and headaches. A few days after the increase, a stool sample confirmed salmonella. It is clear that these come from the kebab meat from the kebab shop. The stool sample taken was forwarded to the relevant authority. I strongly advise against visiting this kebab shop. I haven't been able to eat kebab meat since then and will never eat it again.

Food was spoiled. It was proven that they became seriously ill after consuming them. I absolutely cannot recommend it

We order here often and are generally very satisfied with both the food and the service. It has happened that the food wasn't quite hot or that the food in the containers shifted during delivery and some of it fell out, but that doesn't happen too often. One thing I have to say is that delivery is incredibly fast and the suppliers are usually relatively friendly too.

I would like to give zero stars, all orders have arrived except mine. I'm sitting here and my stomach is growling with hunger, that's a disgrace! The others' deliveries arrived cold and had to wait longer, even though the order was announced 15 minutes earlier. yes, no recommendation

So hello to everyone, I ordered an Iskender there, 10 minutes later I was asked whether I would eat it on site or take it with me, then I said that I wanted to eat on site. At some point my food came in a package but was slapped onto the plate because they assumed it was to be taken away but I wanted to eat there. In any case, my meal was an absolute failure, there was so much tough old chopped kebab meat in my meal that it was absolutely inedible. When I then spoke to the employees, the owner told the employee in Turkish that he should only do this for people who order take-away. I didn't have to pay but I find that an absolute disgrace!!! Under no circumstances should you order anything from there!!!If your health is important!!!

We had them delivered, It was super tasty, everything went great and the portions were large. Keep it up 👍🏼

An all around great experience! The food was excellent, the service friendly and attentive. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant and invites you to linger. The price-performance ratio is also right. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The kebab meat is always pre-cut in bulk and is therefore cold on the kebab in minutes. Unfortunately the kebab is overloaded with cabbage and I don't find enough meat in comparison. Not a highlight in terms of taste either

The order went quickly and the driver was very friendly. The taste is also great. Our favorite pizzeria is currently closed, so we tried a new pizzeria and it was right up there!

I have already eaten kebab in Düsseldorf, Mannheim and Karlsruhe but this kebab man is my kebab man. Nothing beats his kebab and the selection of dishes is huge. Really, always happy.

Despite many bad reviews, I can only say positive things. We regularly order kebab from Dogan during our lunch break and always receive our food warm and tasty at the agreed time. We usually order Yufka or Pide in all variations. Special requests are always responded to in a friendly manner. The kebab meat is tender, juicy and not greasy. We'll continue to order again :) Unfortunately I can't say much about the ambience as we've always had it delivered so far.

I ordered this from the store for the first time. It was simply frightening and anything but appetizing. The food looked like it had been eaten before 🤮 The vegetables were old and anything but fresh. Sorry never again.

4 spoiled meals were delivered that were inedible for the total amount of €56.29. Since then it has been going back and forth between Lieferando and the restaurant to get the amount refunded. The restaurant allegedly initially offers €26 as a refund then suddenly €28. Of course, I opened a PayPal case which will not be closed until the entire amount has been refunded! Veterinary office has been informed for inspection! including samples. If you value your health then order and above all don't eat anything from this "restaurant" it should be closed!

In the middle of my order, both employees turn around and go into the kitchen. It's the third time I see them putting my order (doner kebab) in a random bag with other orders, so I have to insist that it's my order while they look at me blankly. I also wanted to order food for myself but I couldn't as none of the four there saw me, I only managed to order for one person.

The best kebab and the best salad I've eaten so far....simply great...I'll keep coming back...

Delivery was quick and the driver was friendly. But that was it. The artichokes on the pizza were rotten, black and rancid (see picture) The kebab sauce had a strange, sweet taste, almost like it had been dumped. The noodles were so salty that one wonders if they were cooked in the Dead Sea. Salad soggy and in balsamic vinegar?! or whatever was dunked. That was almost €57 for the bin! I complained to Lieferando and hope I get the money back. I don't want a replacement delivery, these foods are bodily harm!!!! The health department/veterinary office and trade inspectorate have been informed and receive the food for examination. Attached is the picture of the delicious spoiled artichokes! This is not a careless mistake!

You can't do the simplest things. Ordered 2 kebab boxes. One without onions. When I picked it up I said the box with the cross was without onions....which was...both boxes with onions...there is a reason why you ordered without onions.

I ordered something there with my family. I ordered a magarita with extra broccoli (which cost extra), a burger without tomatoes and a kebab plate without sauce. It arrived quickly but everything wasn't right, pizza without broccoli, burger with tomatoes and a kebab plate with sauce! And this wasn't the first time this had happened!! I have the feeling they can't read at all?! I think it's really cheeky, what if someone had been allergic to tomatoes and there had been tomatoes on the burger - this could have ended badly!! I don't order here anymore, it's just annoying.

The kebab itself is basically good. However, I think it's an absolute no-go if you come within the opening hours (open until midnight on Saturdays and I arrived 4 minutes before, yes a bit close but hey...) and then get brushed off because the seller probably doesn't have any If you want more (the skewer is still turning, the vegetables are still on the shelf, everything is basically ready to be eaten, only the man at the checkout politely asks you to leave because it's just closing)...it's a shame

People are slowly exaggerating the prices here, a kebab shop is not a 5* restaurant. If only it would at least taste good and there would be something on the kebab/yufka, but that's not even the case.

The taste is 0815 Prices like in a 5 star restaurant A water for 4 euros, a kebab box 10 euros for a handful of fries and a handful of meat Here you are being ripped off from top to bottom and if you get the food delivered to the same location you will be charged another delivery fee And best of all, you should have to pay 23 euros and give 25 euros because it doesn't fit, the money will be pocketed the same way and viewed as a tip. It simply doesn't get any more brazen than that, with such poor quality prices, to calculate your own tip without saying a word . Never order there again

Ordered a pizza and a kebab. The kebab was great and warm. The pizza, on the other hand, had very little toppings without the peppers ordered (for which we paid extra) and was only lukewarm. After calling there, they offered a new pizza, but let's be honest... I personally find it cheeky to charge €12.50 for the pizza shown below. That was the last time we ordered there.

We ordered for delivery... The contact was very friendly and the delivery even came 10 minutes early. Doner kebab: good taste, especially the meat was very tasty. Doner box so-so, fries are soggy. Pizzas: delicious, fluffy dough, toppings also OK, but the spices were completely missing. Overall, we have to say that the portions were unfortunately too small given these high prices, especially for the kebab in the flatbread.

I would best give no star at all. We ordered a pizza with fries that cost almost €25 and ended up straight in the trash. Very tasteless all dry fries were bad. I wouldn't even eat food like that for free. Eating here is not recommended.

Food came quickly, fries were absolutely old, kebab meat and salad were good. Everything is just warm, not hot. The place was uncomfortably cold. Will no longer eat there. Prices are like in a big city and that doesn't fit.

I always treat myself to Marshallah when I'm in the mood for an oriental meat dumpling. Whether rolled or as a carry bag, one of the best around.

Food itself okay BUT! NEVER ORDER FOR DELIVERY! We ordered today at 6:39 p.m. and it was now 8:46 p.m. our food was being prepared. Something like that doesn't work... preferably 0 stars for that, that was the last time I ate there 👎🏼

Best kebab in Kandel. Prices moderate, portions okay. It would be desirable to have several sauces/toppings to choose from and the choice between chicken and veal.

Naja wenigstens liefern sie auch wenn mal das falsche ankommt. Update der Fahrer hat sich 2 mal verrechnet beim Kassieren.

Waren heute zu Zweit da zum essen. Beide Dönerteller einmal mit Reis und einmal nur mit Salat. Geschmacklich jetzt nicht der große Wurf. Portion für 12,50€ war ok, aber es gibt bessere. Personal, ist ok. Ambiente kann man lassen. Paar Meter weiter an der Ampel der Döner istbum Welten besser.

Immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Pizza ist mit frischen Zutaten. Der Döner sehr zu empfehlen in allen Varianten.

Wir nutzen den Lieferservice immer mal wieder. Die Qualität ist absolut zufriedenstellend, die Preise sind angemessen. Lediglich die Lieferzeiten sind... naja... meist okay :) Vielleicht könntet ihr hier etwas präziser werden. Sei es drum, gerne 5 Sterne!

Gutes Essen mit frischen Zutaten. Aber die ausschließlich männlichen Mitarbeiter fassen die Speisen mit bloßen Händen an, kassieren damit auch das Geld und haben überhaupt kein schlechtes Gewissen dabei. Niemand stirbt davon, aber es zeugt von desaströsen ungastronomischen Hygienevorstellungen. Man kann sich also vorstellen, wie hemdsärmelig es in der Küche zugeht, wo man nicht reingucken kann. 4 Sterne dafür sind sehr wohlwollend.

Sehr gutes Essen hier kann man gut mit der ganzen Familie hin gehen.

Die Fleisch Qualität hat nachgelassen. Leider in fast jedem Bissen irgendwas Zähes- / Gummihaftes dabei.

Sehr nette und freundliche Menschen. Wir hatten einen Yufka, Döner und Börek. Alles war überaus lecker und super frisch. Der Yufka war nicht, wie woanders oft, in Soße ertränkt und aufgeweicht. Die Börek waren extra Klasse!

Die Soße ist lecker, das Döner Brot ist knusprig, viele Fleisch und die Bedienern sind sehr freundlich. Gefällt mir sehr gut!

0815 Döner absolut nix besonderes zudem zu wenig Soße und keine Tomaten drin gehabt. Pizza schmeckt überhaupt nicht. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend deswegen zwei Sterne.
