I was there on Friday, March 21st, around the afternoon of 2025. I have to say something about the service that was completely unacceptable. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and one without bacon, and one of the servers forgot again that I wanted bacon on the burger. I then pointed out to her that I had ordered one with bacon. I pointed this out to her, and she said, "Show me, and yes, well, then I'll put bacon on it." That was a tone of voice from her that was completely unacceptable. Normally, you apologize to the guests.
The second thing is that one of the younger employees was being harassed with headphones, and I thought, "What have we ended up like this?"
If I had done that at work! I would have gotten a real dressing down, but well, you won't see me in the store again for a while because the service, with the tone of voice they spoke to me and with their attitude, that's completely unacceptable. One of them is rude, and the other doesn't want to work.
Have ordered today from the currywurst there is very little in there, drinks are forgotten. The Dürüm there is greasy as well as their noodles, the fat can be seen in the tomato sauce. The staff isn't really friendly either. I'd rather order somewhere else.

I was at KFC Altona Bahnhof today and got the Crispy Chili Cheese. And what can I say? Perfectly prepared! Got my order wrong when I asked for a plain sandwich. A routine reminder that on base fast food establishments employ the lowest of the low, of which workers cannot do simple tasks effectively. They deserve less than minimum wage
For a fast food restaurant, the process took a relatively long time. Some of the staff behind the counter are wearing their own personal clothes. It doesn't look particularly professional, and the hygiene standards are also questionable. The fries were very pale and unfortunately only lukewarm. They skimped on the mayonnaise, but they poured enormous amounts of ketchup over the fries. Coke Zero (Pepsi Maxx) was no longer available. Despite the relatively low occupancy, they didn't manage to empty the tray return cart, which was full to the brim. The trays were piled high. Perhaps the staff were just having a bad day. As far as I'm concerned, the place deserves a second chance. But then the quality should also be right for the price.
Update after 7 years. Still great service. Very good snack quality! Whether kebab, currywurst & fries or pizza like today (see photo), everything was very tasty and a decent portion. If you then use the wind-protected terrace on the dike with a view of the Baltic Sea to eat, a blissful food coma is guaranteed! Very friendly service team included 👍🏻

You can't understand all these negative reviews at all, best kebab and pizzaria. Apo simply conjures up the best dishes, juicy and of high quality, just as it should be!!! Nice and warm 🙌🏽🤌🏽
