Ordered pizzas from this restaurant on Lieferando, got charged and never received my order. I couldn’t get hold of Lieferando, nor they would pick up the phone at Pizza Italiano. Lost my money and my patience. Very bad choice.

Ordered turkey giros. Delivery time would be 5 minutes rather. Knofi sauce and meat ok. Little meat from the pan,... not from the skewer. The best would be the coleslaw. Nope, not again, fries underground.

From order to delivery, it took over 80 minutes, and then it was cold... I was rather dissatisfied.

The pizza I ordered was very limited in terms of toppings, and that's putting it kindly. Never again!

Ordered today for 35 € at 8 p.m Was actually on time...... But immediately unpacked...pizza like pasta Cold. I'm calling to complain... Here comes...ohhh, I'm sorry.!!! Can do that again. I SAID NO, LET IT BE GOOD, IT'S ONLY 500 MTR. AND ARRIVES HERE COLD. I don't think that's good, you can think differently, but oh well

Today I experienced the most incompetent delivery driver ever. Despite the precise location, I waited at the apartment door for ten minutes after the doorbell rang. He then mixed up the invoice amount with my payment details and refused to give me €12 in change. Only a phone call clarified the situation. This is how you lose a regular customer.

Pizza is always super greasy. Somehow they put extra oil on it, even though I specifically wrote “without oil”. I also wrote to please call in advance and not ring the bell (for reasons) but that was not followed either. Anything can happen, but it always happens. Therefore not good service and the pizza is just soggy from the oil. It doesn't work at all.

Love the Quattro Formaggi with extra hollandaise sauce. Best pizza ever, I can look past the slightly burnt edges. Junk food that knows it's junk food and doesn't try to hide it.
