Delivery over an hour Food: goes like this Ordered an extra fried egg on the burger. Unfortunately it didn't turn out that way. I still had to pay the €1 price tag...

Hallo liebe Kunden, grundsätzlich sind wir sehr kulant mit Lieferdiensten und schätzen im Allgemeinen ein Angebot. Dieses hier war wirklich unter aller Kanone. Dreieinhalb Stunden Lieferdauer Vertröstungen am Telefon über wirklich 2 Stunden. Eigentlich ist es schon wieder witzig, wenn es nicht so traurig wäre. Zusätzlich das Essen lauwarm und ungenießbar. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

Just a phone call The menu doesn't match the photos on Google Maps at all, poor German language Impatient and unfriendly on the phone Google Maps doesn't have any pieces anymore, but the photo is still there and is misleading Pizza that is in the picture didn't exist....

I ordered there via Lieferando. The delivery never arrived. We waited and at some point the email came way late that the delivery was supposedly delivered at 9:06 p.m. I will never order from this “delivery service” again. If you're hungry and don't want to wait until 12 at night, order somewhere else. I wish you could give 0 stars.

It was a terrible pizza, I didn't know what it looked like. This is the first time I've eaten such a terrible pizza, it was like straw.

Extremely delicious food. The best filled pizza rolls in a long time. Mega friendly and fair prices! I keep coming back. The ambience is ok too :-)

Top! You still delivered the order to us even though you had already been closed for an hour. There were still 4 orders to go and everything arrived warm.

I would prefer to give 0 stars because I ordered on Thursday and have had diarrhea and vomiting ever since (probably food poisoning)

The pizza crusts were burnt, the pizzas were smaller than before, they had almost no pizza sauce, they were missing ingredients that we had specially ordered and paid for, they were very economical with the ingredients that were there and the bolognese sauce on the pasta dish strangely tasted like olive water. This was definitely our last order from Dragone.

The person on the phone was never friendly or took my order seriously and I will never recommend them.

Ordered 4 pizzas, 2 were quite ok but the pizza with rocula, ham and parmesan had rocula and the parmesan was completely missing. The other pizza was also supposed to come with rocula and cherry tomatoes. There were maybe 8 rocula leaves and maybe 4 slices of tomatoes, well we won't be ordering there anymore.
