La Roma Pizzaservice in Kaltenkirchen

We were there today around 1:15 p.m. and wanted to eat hot fried fish. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible because the fryer was already off. But there was plenty in the display. We were told that the service counter closes at 4:00 p.m. Find the error!!

In 30 minutes a perfect goose is on the table, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. I am absolutely thrilled.

When I order online, I expect the products I ordered to be delivered. A vanilla shake is not a caramel shake. You pay extra for caramel, and not putting it in the shake is cheeky. If you order garlic sauce instead of tomato, you don't want tomato sauce either! And if a pizza is called hollandaise, you can't forget this ingredient!!! Whoever in the kitchen messed up this €60 order has made sure we won't be ordering from you again.

Ich haben heute mal einen Salat bestellt. War lecker und frisch. Das Personal ist immer nett und freundlich. Pizza und Hamburger sind auch spitze. Die Lieferung ist auch immer schnell. 👍👍👍

Nice rooms, poor price-performance ratio, rude staff and no consideration for hotel guests at nightly celebrations and events.
