When I order online, I expect the products I ordered to be delivered. A vanilla shake is not a caramel shake. You pay extra for caramel, and not putting it in the shake is cheeky. If you order garlic sauce instead of tomato, you don't want tomato sauce either! And if a pizza is called hollandaise, you can't forget this ingredient!!! Whoever in the kitchen messed up this €60 order has made sure we won't be ordering from you again.

1 star – Never again. I ordered my damn meal for 6:05 p.m. – specifically specifying the time because I only had a short break. And what happened? 6:30 p.m. – nothing there. Nothing at all. No driver, no call, no information. Simply nothing. What do you even think? That you can wait all day for your food?! Why even specify a delivery time if you can't manage it anyway? That's just disrespectful and unprofessional beyond belief. I stood there for 25 minutes like a complete idiot because they told me on the phone, "The driver is on his way." Yeah, right. I didn't see anyone – just my bad mood. You can't even get food from them – you'll just get into trouble. Never again. Period.

I ordered food last night. I don't know why, but afterwards I saw that my old number was there, even though I've ordered often. Nevertheless, I didn't get my food. The next day I got a call saying that I wouldn't get my money back. I've never seen such a rip-off place before, and I'll never order from there again.

I actually wanted to order something, but while waiting, I noticed that the man at the cashier was wearing the same gloves, touching everything, and occasionally adding final ingredients to the pizzas. The second man, who was mainly topping pizzas, was constantly wiping his nose with the back of his hand. That's unappetizing and unhygienic!

Very friendly staff, and the pizza is ready quickly and delicious. It's great that they also offer vegan options. The shop is centrally located and has a few places to sit.

I order from here often and have always been very satisfied. So much so that I often leave a €5 tip. Today, however, was a complete disaster. First, I had to call after an hour to ask where my order was. Domino's usually only takes 25 minutes, which is great. When my pizza finally arrived more than an hour later, it was cold. Not lukewarm, but cold, so I had to put it back in the oven. Part of the crust was burnt (before I warmed it up). The lady on the phone offered to send me a new one, but I declined, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars for the service. That was nice. I was hungry and didn't want to wait another hour for the pizza. Then the straw for the shake was missing. It's not the end of the world, but it didn't paint a good picture. When I asked the delivery guy about it, he told me it wasn't his fault, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience on behalf of the company. I have no idea what's going on with you guys right now, Dominos, but everything's worked out in the past. By the way, it's Monday at 5 p.m., not Saturday night during prime time. Really strange and, above all, embarrassing, considering how good your food and service usually are.

Ordered the vegan chicken doner pizza for the second time – I loooooove it! Fast delivery, super fresh, simply delicious :-)

I have ordered and picked up here several times, especially around lunchtime. It always worked out well and the pizza was perfect.

Actually I've always been satisfied, only recently the toppings on the pizza have become really small but at the same price. Too bad!

We have always enjoyed ordering from Dominos and have always been very satisfied, but we have been saving on everything for about six months now. The salad becomes smaller and relatively more expensive. A thin pizza base is generally good, but sadly the even thinner topping is already competing with the base. Sometimes the base isn't even completely covered... Unfortunately it's too expensive for that... It's a shame it used to be good value for money.

We were regular customers, I have no idea what you have changed internally - but we are so disappointed for the second time after waiting for over an hour and not even 2 minutes away it was lukewarm - and today even with only waste on the pizza 🍕 no longer recommended 6 put and change or do - we are now completely gone with today's delivery - it's no longer possible! Luckily there are others who can do Pizza Mia

Food was good. Unfortunately, an employee may have been so convinced of the quality of these dishes that he ate 3 of the 15 gouda balls himself. Or they were simply forgotten.

Pizza rolls simply delicious, the dough is on point. The pizza with gyros was also delicious and the dough was yummy. The driver very friendly and a smile is always good.😉 What is important to me is that the delivery is hot. Conclusion always happy 😁

Unfortunately no delivery to us, but it is very tasty and the order is always very quick.

Hi, I was there with my girlfriend and her daughter. We were craving the delicious cinnamon bread. The bread was delicious, but unfortunately, the sauce that came with it has changed. It's no longer caramel sauce. That's the main reason I eat it. It's a shame... we hope the dip comes back... The current one is unfortunately a "sweet sauce with powdered sugar," with a not-so-desirable aftertaste. So, unfortunately, this was our last time here...

I just ordered a 2 for 1 pizza roll and two dips through Lieferando. Unfortunately I only received one portion of rolls. When I called, a lady answered the phone who briefly listened to what my concern was, but then immediately denied any guilt. When I tried to explain to her how I chose the offer (clicked directly from the offer menu) and that the full price was charged for two portions when I put two portions in the shopping cart, she didn't want to listen and kept saying that I did it wrong because I hadn't entered the coupon (there wasn't one) and she just received it differently. When I then replied that it could be due to incorrect settings at Lieferando and that I couldn't order again and would have to wait another hour, she wanted to "cancel it now" and after a little more back and forth I hung up. I wasn't abusive or loud, unlike her, I just wanted my second helping :(

Everything is fine and dandy except for the app that gets you done

Actually mostly satisfied so far, but the last order was a disaster. Unusually long delivery time, pizza warmed up in our opinion. Order tracking on the WWW (In the Oven-Ready-In the Oven-Ready-in Delivery) showed up in the quality of the pizza, simply bad. It can happen, but if you as a customer seek written communication and don't receive a response after 8 days, you then write a negative review. Actually not really my thing. If we order from our previous supplier again in the future, there are plenty of alternatives. Update: October 22, 2024: new attempt, disappointed again and unfortunately had a bad experience with Dominos for the second time. If I order a salami pizza and ham for 2.49 euros, I expect that the salami and ham are distributed in a fair proportion across the entire pizza. In my case, 2/3 was topped with salami and just under 1/3 with ham. The amount overall was very manageable, at least that's what I'm used to. A slice of pizza - the pizza was pre-cut - had no toppings at all. That was a straight 6! If we don't have a lot in Kaltenkirchen, we have plenty of kebab and pizza shops. As a provider, you should keep an eye on the quality of the food. We won't be friends like that...

Actually, I've always been happy until now, except for this time. A salami pizza with hollondaise sauce was ordered... first the employees arrived and said they had forgotten the sauce, then they said the pizza would be remade. Unfortunately, they just slapped sauce on top, which doesn't have the same effect. The price was still paid. It's a shame, I hope it doesn't happen again in the future. Otherwise we were always satisfied

Pizza wurde an falscher Adresse angeliefert und es ist kein Ersatz oder Gutschrift erfolgt . Geschäft wurde einseitig NICHT erfüllt. Bloß nicht da bestellen!!!!!!

Truly the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. My family was really looking forward to playing dominoes for the first time. I ordered online for self-collection, which was quick and easy. When we got there the staff was very nice and the pizzas were hot. The drive home only took 3 minutes but the pizzas got cold very quickly despite being in the box. My children were looking forward to their salami pizza, which was also well topped. After the second slice they didn't want to eat anymore because the pizza only tasted like tomato sauce. I tried it myself and they were right. The cheese and salami were hard to taste because the sauce was so thick. The sauce also tasted bland because it was hardly seasoned. I noticed it on mine too. The susuk slices were almost burnt. The cheese and the shepherd's cheese were barely a match for the bland, unseasoned sauce. I only ate a little more than half of it and then I didn't feel like eating it anymore. My wife also only ate half of her Lucifer. The pizza was spicy but, like the other two, it only tasted like this bland sauce. The rest went in the trash. The evening was over for us and instead of delicious pizza we had a slice of bread. For us a clear “Never again” Dominos. We'd rather make the pizza ourselves...

Leider sehr häufig nichtbeachtung von extra wünschen

After 40 minutes the order was canceled because the road conditions were too bad. I then drove myself to Kaki to Döluxe. Nothing going on on the streets. That's not how delivery service works...

Ordered food 40 minutes ago, then the call came that road conditions wouldn't allow delivery. There is some snow, it is midday and everything has been sprinkled and cleared. So after 40 minutes the order is quickly canceled by Dominos. So there's nothing for lunch today. I could ask the school bus drivers if they could bring something with them, they're driving without any problems again. Thanks for nothing.

Haben essen bestellt und 1. die falsche Pizza bekommen (haben die teurere bestellt und die günstige bekommen) 2. ist auf der Käse Pizza mega viel Zwiebeln drauf. Also 2 Pizzen zum wegwerfen

Ich wurde gestern Abend ganz freundlich von einer Frau an der Kasse begrüßt. Als ich hereinkam, fand ich das sauber und ordentlich. Ich bestellte eine mittlere Pizza und wollte das im Restaurant verzehren. Ich sollte mich bitte schon mal hinsetzen, was ich natürlich auch tat. Es zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Gäste außer mir im Restaurant. Der Lieferdienst aber hatte ordentlich zu tun. Na 15 Minuten brachte die Frau meine Pizza und wünschte mir einen guten Appetit.👌🏾 Die Pizza war so lecker...😋Ich komme mit Sicherheit wieder...🙂 Seit dem bin ich mindesten einmal die Woche da. Heute auch...🤭

It looks like its made to not come in and sit, just pickup and leave. But you can sit and relax, while waiting for food. Best place is outside on the benches. Pizza was ready within 10min, loved the cheese.

Angestellte sehr freundlich - dafür ist der zweite Stern verdient. Die beiden Pizzen waren so trocken wie ein altes Brot und ähnlich geschmacksintensiv. Ich hatte mich gefreut über einen Dominos in der Nähe, aber das war so enttäuschend, dass ich die App direkt gelöscht habe. Wenn ihr keine Pizza mögt, dann macht doch etwas anderes ;) …

Freundlicher Pizza-Lieferdienst mitten in der Innenstadt von Kaltenkirchen mit der Möglichkeit zum Vor-Ort-Verzehr. Sehr angenehmer Service, kurze Wartezeiten. Und das Wichtigste zum Schluss: es schmeckt! Immer wieder gern!

Leckere Pizza. Nicht so fettig wie die anderen. Bei Abholung gerade fertig. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Das Personal ist freundlich und eher Jung. Der Laden ist relativ neu, weshalb er sehr modern ist. Man kann in die Küche hinein sehen und sieht, das hier sauber gearbeitet wird. Die Pizzen, Pizzabrötchen und Dips waren bis jetzt immer ohne Beanstandung. Bestellen kann man per Telefon, online oder über bestimmte online Portale für Lieferessen. Schade ist nur und deshalb beim Service einen Stern weniger, das nicht ins benachbarte Henstedt-Ulzburg geliefert wird.

Der Laden ist sauber, die Pizza ist lecker und bei der Mitarbeiterin Yasmin wird Service sehr groß geschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Gerne wieder.

Lief heute etwas schief, für das niemand wirklich was konnte. Der Filialleiter (oder Schichtleiter don't know) hat es top gehandelt. Generell schnell, alles ordentlich, sauber, qualitativ und wie bereits erwähnt: kundenfreundlich. 👍🏻

Haben mir leider eine falsche Bestellung gegeben und ich konnte dies nicht ändern, da wir nicht in der Nähe wohnen.

Die erste Pizza die ankam war leider am Rand total verbrannt und der Boden war komplett durchlöchert, ein Anruf und Zack gabs eine neue Pizza optisch wie geschmacklich top 👍 Fehler passieren jedem man muss nur wissen wie man damit umzugehen hat. Dankeschön

Die Qualität ist gut, das Team sehr freundlich. Die Bestellung einfach und top, die Pizzen auf den Punkt fertig und abholbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Daher sehr empfehlenswert.

Schnelle Lieferung, freundliches Personal. Reklamation eines zu klein ausgefallenen Salates wurde anstandslos angenommen, inklusive Entschuldigungscookie :) Das Essen kommt immer schnell und heiß an, die Pizza ist top, schön knusprig und nicht zu fettig. Mein Lieferservice Nr. 1 in Kaltenkirchen!

Die Pizzen bei Dominos finde ich ok, nicht besonders gut aber auch nicht schlecht. Heute habe ich das 1. Mal die Pizzabrötchen bestellt, doch war leider sehr enttäuscht. Sie sind ungefähr nur halb so groß wie die, der bereits getesteten Konkurenten, werden aber zum gleichen Preis verkauft. Auch geschmacklich waren sie leider nicht besonders gut. Daher war das leider das 1. und auch das letzte Mal, dass ich dort meine Pizzabrötchen bestellt habe. Schade, aber die Konkurrenz hat wesentlich mehr zu bieten.

Wir haben hier nun zum zweiten Mal Pizza geholt. Das erste Mal, kurz nach der Eröffnung waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Pizza war sehr schlecht belegt und der Boden war überhaupt nicht lecker. Dieses Mal waren wir zufrieden. Die Auswahl ist gut, der Bestellvorgang und Pünktlichkeit bei Abholung einwandfrei. Geschmacklich ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben.
