If you decide to stay there, use the thermal baths that are right next door

Neat room, nice reception, good parking, good food. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive at 27 euros pp

Tiny room with a 90cm bed. No hooks for jackets etc. TV facing the door and not visible from the bed. Bathroom smells musty, mold on the window. Reception no longer manned in the evening. The price-performance ratio here is not right at all.

I was expecting more. Negative: It is not possible to enter the gym (€8) without going through the pool and therefore paying the pool fee of €14.60 (total €22.60). When you get to the gym, the hotel key doesn't open the turnstile, you have to wait for the gym employee to see you and open it. The hotel key doesn't work in the lockers either, so if you go to the gym and then to the pool or sauna, you have to carry the bag with you all the time. Wellness hotel bag with bathrobe, towel and slippers: €12.50 (I wasn't informed of this cost in advance). Bathroom exhaust fan very noisy, I had to sleep with earplugs. The curtains don't make the room 100% dark. Shower in the room had no holder (I had to hold the shower head in my hand, uncomfortable). Positive: Excellent breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool available (for an extra fee). Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Restaurant available for dinner in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with an upscale atmosphere and transition to the Holsten thermal baths. Very tasty food and friendly staff. Can be reached quickly from the BAB 7. There is also a park with a lake in the immediate vicinity.

4-star hotel with the same cuisine in the immediate vicinity of the Holstentherme. A break could hardly be more enjoyable. Enjoy the day in the thermal baths and in the extensive sauna facility and then relax in the hotel room and unwind... attentive staff, clean rooms, medium price range. Absolutely recommended. Definitely not the last time here for me. Very large room.

Visually a very nice hotel. I had the pleasure of spending a week there and I have to say it was very nice. The breakfast was a dream, you get the coffee served right at your seat. Unfortunately, the rooms are not as nicely decorated as the foyer. There were small damages here and there in the room (toilet seat, shower, etc.) It is very easy to reach by car or on foot, behind the hotel there is a large amusement park with lots of nature and fire pits for grilling/sports activities and much more. The hotel is also connected to the thermal baths with bathing fun for young and old. In short, a decent hotel for the prices

Great hotel with great service and great restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay of 5 nights. I can highly recommend the restaurant as well in the hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location close to the highway as well. We will visit again, no doubt about that.

The plan was to just spend one day in the Holsten Therme, when we wanted to go home our car wouldn't start, we were kindly given a room on Saturday at 11 p.m., a very friendly, older gentleman at the reception, we didn't have anything with us, We even received charging cables for our cell phones. In contrast to the rest of the hotel, the rooms are not so up to date, but they are still clean. We booked breakfast the next morning, unfortunately a standard breakfast and very expensive at €27 per person (price/performance ratio is not right here at all, unfortunately). Still nice service, thank you very much.

Lovely hotel in quiet surroundings. There is a good atmosphere here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine.

There was an error when booking. The hotel staff helped me cancel this through the external provider. After the telephone agreement with Expedia, the refund was refunded in about 15 minutes. I would like to thank you for the excellent service during the stay and the good assistance in the matter. I will remain with kind regards until my next stay.

I was at a meeting there and I have to say I was very impressed. The hotel is so cozy, the service at the reception, bar and especially in the restaurant is extremely friendly and competent. For me, the wellness area is the most beautiful one I've seen so far. Oriental and lots of options. There is a point deduction for the room in the attic. The wooden windows are pretty much finished. I can't say much about the prices because I didn't have to pay for the stay or meals. All in all, an absolute recommendation.

More than a year ago I wrote a negative review of our booking for the turn of the year 2022/2023. There was no comment from the hotel. Well, at the end of February 2024, Google was asked by a lawyer to delete this review. Reason: "Deletion due to lack of professional connection: There is no proven customer contact between the client and the reviewer, which is necessary for legal publication. My client denies the customer contact, and the identity of the reviewer can cannot be verified due to the anonymous profile." Since I have no interest in going to court, I have revised the original review. However, I note: 1. Based on my actual name, it would have been easy for the hotel to find my booking with the full address and contact me directly. 2. Actually, I wasn't at the hotel. After very frightening press reports, I canceled the booking on time out of concern for my health and stated the reasons in the review (including official closure of the restaurant, several legal proceedings, disastrous statement from the hotel and restaurant association DEHOGA). 3. The customer contact consisted of several (unfortunately not verifiable) telephone calls, but above all also a (verifiable) unauthorized debit of my account by the hotel. My claim for a refund was granted with a telephone call pointing out an “mistake” by the accounting department.

Clean and tidy, but at night, at least during my stay, it can also be loud because guests (?) smoke and chatter in the courtyard. Tables (?) were also cleared / dragged across the floor until 1:00 a.m. If you need more than the free 0.75l bottle of water, you should bring drinks with you. Water is only available from the restaurant at €7.60 per bottle. I will stay somewhere else next time in the region.

I stayed at the Hotel Dreiklang for one night on business. The hotel advertises itself as a 4.5 star superior hotel. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right at all. Unfortunately, the rooms are worn/rocked down and urgently need to be renovated. - Mattress sagging - no fridge/minibar - no safe - small TV - Bathroom old - Breakfast 27€!!! The hotel has a maximum of a 3 star standard and the prices are significantly exorbitant. On the positive side, the rooms were at least clean and the staff was very friendly. The free parking spaces in front of the house and the transition to the thermal baths are also good (although the thermal baths cost extra and are not included. In a 4.5 star hotel, a wellness area is usually included) So I won't stay here again.

Real disappointment. Booking: There is an e-charging station on the booking portal, so the hotel was also selected, and the e-charging station was requested again in the message field to the hotel, no feedback. Upon arrival: Unfortunately there has been no charging option for 3 months - it doesn't work at all. Room: Not up to standard, mattresses checked. Forgot towels for the 3rd person in the junior suite. Rooms not really clean, dirt on makeup mirrors and bathroom lamps, dirty corners in the bedroom, walls partly with traces of dirt, not cleaned/painted for a long time. Overall, definitely not again. I advise against the hotel.

+ the direct access to the Holsten Therme, the parking lot and the lobby, but that's about it: We had room 314 under the roof, which definitely didn't deserve 4 stars: sloping ceilings on 3 sides, antiquated, 90x90 shower cubicle with a high entry, the drain cover in the sink was missing and it was also blocked. The storage shelf was the cheapest white pressboard from Poco or something. No fridge/minibar. When you lie in bed, you have to get up again to turn off the overhead light next to the door. Mold on the ancient wooden windows. Very loud ventilation in the windowless bathroom. There was a fan in one corner for the summer. Based on our experience on our last visit, we skipped breakfast for 25 extra euros per person (!): frozen rolls and scrambled eggs from the Tetra Pak, plus an overwhelmed and annoyed service that had to be constantly spoken to, for example. wanted another coffee. There was no self-service coffee machine. So this time we preferred to have breakfast at the local bakery, which was good.

The rooms are a bit expensive and old but very clean. The restaurant is good, but the food there also has its price. The breakfast is overpriced at 25 euros per person. Access and billing with the thermal baths is really good. We will definitely come back.

Clean and tidy, cozy rooms. Unfortunately, on top of an expensive room price, you also have to pay an additional €25 if you want to go to the sauna and €8 for the fitness room. I also find the breakfast for €24.90 very expensive. For a wellness resort I find it very expensive...

Perfect break! Extremely friendly and courteous service team in all areas. Very nice and spotlessly clean room (premium double room), wonderful feel-good atmosphere starting from the entrance, restaurant and breakfast area. Greatly designed bathrobe access to the Holstentherme. It's also great to have all of the thermal baths' offers debited via a bracelet via the hotel. Thank you very much, I think we will be happy to come again!

We were invited to brunch for a birthday and don't know what the buffet charge was per person. The buffet was mediocre and didn't offer anything special, but you were full.

Preis Leistung leider mangelhaft . Parkplatz und Wege nicht geräumt (Schnee) Hund 29 Euro pro Nacht ist ne Ansage . 25 Euro fürs Frühstück . Wie lange muss ich dafür frühstücken damit es sich lohnt ? Sind um 21:30 angekommen . Standen 10 min an der Rezeption bis jemand kam . Zimmer ok . Leider ist der Fernseher sehr klein dafür das er so unendlich weit weg steht . War nun zum 5 mal hier und denke immer schlechter kann es nicht werden . Leider werde ich eines besseren belehrt . Ist nun mein letztes Mal hier .

Schwierig für ein 4,5 Sterne Hotel Sehr enttäuschend. Wir(Pärchen) waren am Wochenende dort, hatten uns auf eine kleine Auszeit gefreut aber manchmal läuft es anders.Wir hatten das 3Gänge Menü am Abend, essen war sehr schlecht, Suppe einfach wässrig und ohne Geschmack, Fisch sehr durch und Nachtisch ich glaube der Bestand nur aus Butter. Aufm Tisch standen einige Sachen wie Öl, Essig drauf leider waren die Flaschen sehr klebrig und dreckig, im Restaurant an sich auch einige kaputte Sachen. Aa und Getränke wurden auch vergessen. Zimmer/Bad sind irgendwo in den 80-90‘ geblieben, dunkel, einiges kaputt und fleckig. Frühstück tja, uns hat man Tag vorher eine andere Uhrzeit gesagt wie eigentlich das Frühstück stattfand. Leider ist man mit uns sehr Unprofessionell umgegangen und eigentlich uns nach dem Motto nicht geglaubt obwohl wir noch sagten das wir nachgefragt haben damit wir rechtzeitig da sind. Man hat uns stehen gelassen und wir wussten jetzt nicht ob wir essen dürfen oder weg gehen sollen, plötzlich dann ja da ist euer Tisch und weg war er. Wir hatten einen späten Check out und somit sind wir nochmal die Therme hin, gegen 13uhr funktionierte unsere Karte nicht mehr.. wir nur mit Bademantel und Puschen, zum Glück kam uns eine Person entgegen und meinte ja das kann passieren.. Check out war einfach; schnell hier bezahlen und tschüss. Hatten also keine Möglichkeit gleich was zu sagen. Sehr schade aber das war unser letzter Besuch dort.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, allerdings eher traditionell eingerichtet und an vielen Stellen runter gerockt. Die Klimaanlage im Bad jagte uns einen Schreck ein! So laut starten sonst nur Hubschrauber… Sound on! Hoffentlich wird das Hotel im Zuge des Inhaberwechsels im Juli 2024 modernisiert.

Unser Reservierter Tisch wurde anderweitig vergeben. Viele Speisen auf der Karte waren nicht vorrätig. Als das Essen nach ca. 1,5 Std. Wartezeit ankam, wurde schnell ersichtlich das hier hauptsächlich Fertigessen aus dem Tiefkühler bzw. der Mikrowelle serviert wird. Teller, Besteck und Gläser waren verschmutzt. Servicemitarbeiter verstehen kaum bis gar kein deutsch und sind völlig überfordert.

Leider ist der Service total daneben sprechen wenig deutsch und keiner weiss was er tun soll schlechte Organisation und das Brautpaar tut mir leid sollte der schönste tag sein kann diese Lokalität nicht weiter empfehlen schade

Eine Woche vor unserem Besuch versuchte ich, telefonisch einen Tisch zu bestellen, hatte dafür im Internet die Speisekarte gelesen und mich für das "Löffel und Stenz", das gehobenere Restaurant, entschieden. Meine Reservierung konnte ich nur auf den AB sprechen. Leider ist diese nicht angekommen, wir bekamen aber auch zu viert trotzdem einen Tisch. Die zuvor gelesene Karte war an dem Tag nicht aktuell, dafür gab es das Menu auf einem Blatt Papier zu lesen. Seltsame Mischung: HIrschragout, 1/2 Ente, Scholle oder Stangenspargel - und das im August. Musste da etwa die Gefriertruhe leer gemacht werden? Die Qualität des Hirschragouts und der Ente war in Ordnung, mehr aber auch nicht, die Scholle schmeckte nach gar nichts. Der Beilagensalat kam erst auf Nachfrage. Die Bedienung war freundlich und bemüht, aber wohl überlastet, denn wir saßen eine gute halbe Stunde vor unseren leeren Tellern, bevor diese abgeräumt wurden. Auf Nachtisch hatten wir dann keinen Appetit mehr. Koffeinfreier Kaffee oder Espresso war leider nicht im Angebot. Alles in allem kein guter Abend in diesem Haus und eigentlich nicht zu empfehlen - bei dem Anspruch und den Preisen.

Essen war Super Lecker, Service schnell und freundlich. Top 👍 Steak war auf den Punkt, Sauce gut abgeschmeckt Der Matjes als Vorspeise in war auch frisch und lecker

Hier snel een lunch gedaan. Kaart is leuk. Ze hebben twee restaurants. We hebben voor t niet-steak restaurant gekozen. Prima eten en flexibel met wijzigingen. Personeel is vriendelijk.
