A complete disaster. Ordered at 8:20 p.m., the food was delivered cold and incomplete. The cinnamon balls were as hard as a golf ball. The kids' box was forgotten. They said it would be delivered immediately. Then we waited over an hour. The missing food was delivered again, completely burnt and cold.

Once and never again!!! Worst delivery service I've ever ordered from! The food was almost cold, very dry, no extra cheese despite ordering and paying, and one pizza had no sauce on it. I placed an appointment via the app around 7:00 PM for 8:30 PM. The order didn't arrive until 9:03 PM. Even after a phone call, we couldn't get an answer because the employee on the phone spoke little to no German. Despite all the negative things, I have to give a special shout-out to the Afro-German employee (absolutely not racist) who delivered the food. In my opinion, he deserves a 10-star rating. He was extremely friendly and spoke fluent German. Of course, he apologized for the inconvenience.

I ordered from Lieferrando, waited two hours, and got an old, reheated pizza. The service was friendly enough, but the food itself was terrible. All the toppings were old. The entire pizza was reheated. I spent the entire evening in bed with nausea and diarrhea. Never again

Well, we're used to something different from Domino's. Only after complaining that they had charged the full price for the second pizza did they not exactly kindly refund the excess money. I was able to compare the pizzas, as we had the same product in Bochum the day before.

Ordered and paid for a large, but received a medium. Driver R.D. sends a private WhatsApp message 1.5 hours after delivery?!

Terribly bad pizza! You think you can't go wrong with pizza, but then you haven't ordered from here yet. This is the third time we've been annoyed by the long wait, cold, soggy, poorly topped, and, as you can see, completely dried-out pizza. There was practically no cheese, the mushrooms were burnt, the salami was dead, and the ham was missing altogether! Really, really bad! Take your hard-earned money somewhere else!

The food was simply breathtaking, I order something from there almost every week and it's generally just great 😁

What a joke! I got a confirmation from UberEats at 9:11 PM that the food was out. In fact, the delivery person arrived at 9:55 PM with lukewarm, sticky food... (I live 700 meters away)

So, the perfect pizza was delivered to my home. It took less than half an hour to deliver. The pizza was perfectly topped, very tasty, and looked very appetizing. I called again to thank them, as this kind of service isn't something I take for granted. The lady who made my pizza is Amra. Thank you so much, Amra and team. I'll be back anytime!

I went to Domino's for the first time in a long time and was promptly disappointed again. There's a card on the counter. I pick out something and have to pay, but it's more than I expected. So I ask for a receipt, but only get the EC Cash receipt. When I ask, they grumble and print out the already printed receipt, and lo and behold, the prices on the receipt are higher than on the card. When I complained, they told me the card was outdated. There were no new cards available yet. It had only gone up by one euro. "ONLY," aha. Why it still doesn't work, I ask. Yes, the 20% discount for self-payment is no longer available. That will probably be the last time I go to Domino's for quite a while. They've always been expensive, but now they're even more expensive. No thanks. I don't need it that badly. Then it's better to go back to the "real" pizzeria around the corner.

I received an order confirmation at 9:38 PM, and the order at 12:02 AM... I was about to go to bed because I thought nothing else was coming, but what I received left a lot to be desired. I would have even been happy with a decent pizza, but the pizza was almost cold, no apology for the delay, and nothing to make up for it. I've always enjoyed ordering from here, but this isn't the first time I've been delayed like this. It will probably be the last, too bad.

No rating for the ambiance. The food was very average, but edible. I thought the pasta was better than the pizza, but it wasn't a mega-delight. What's completely unacceptable is that regularly agreed-upon delivery times are FAR exceeded. I don't have a problem with being 10 minutes late, but regularly being more than 20 minutes late is unacceptable. In the store, all you hear is that the driver is on his way; after a certain point, nobody answers the phone. Domino's in Duisdorf is out of the question for me.

I ordered for 6 p.m. Since we're from Euskirchen, we had to drive 20 minutes and arrived at 5:50 p.m. It's hard to believe the pizzas were already ready. I think they were at least 10 minutes old, because you couldn't call them hot anymore. If you order for 6 p.m., the pizza should be ready then, not 20 minutes earlier! The salami was missing a cheese crust, and we didn't think the taste was all that great either! Bottom line: we won't be going there again!

Despite calling to inquire, we waited 90 minutes for the food. It was only lukewarm. It was our first and last order from Domino's.

The pizza here tastes delicious, I recommend you get a pizza quickly before it's gone!!!

3 stars deducted for receiving two cold pizzas and the lack of the extra hollandaise sauce I paid for. There were two squirts on it. Are you crazy??

Korean chili sauce chicken seems to use different spices. Chicken pizza is not Korean style at all. I give it 3 stars because it is not Korean style food rather than tasteless.

Delicious. Best tasting of the other Domino pizzas. Only delivery took over 45 minutes due to high demand.

This is more of a quick snack, so it's suitable for take-away. There are a few stools to sit on, but they're not really comfortable. But all in all I find it satisfying! You can do it

So the pizza is great, but I'm starting to get tired of ordering it, it takes far too long, always late. The first time the pizza was cold and now the food is cold again, she cheekily says on the phone that if the food is cold she won't accept it. What am I ordering for???Impossible really.

Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for the pizza and no one called and now I was fed up, the pizza is still not there... I call them 3 times and wait several minutes until someone answers and no response. I think that's an impertinence.

After waiting for over an hour and exceeding the announced delivery time by 30 minutes, we received an email asking us to please rate the delivery. However, we hadn't received our order yet. After we tried to reach the pizzeria by phone, we were told in a very unfriendly manner that the order had not been received and that “there was nothing we could do about it”. Furthermore, they wouldn't deliver to our address at all (without asking for the address or even our name first). When we asked how the problem could be solved now that the money had already been debited, we were told that we would have to contact support by email ourselves. No accommodation at all or at least an apology because of possible technical problems OR asking when or in what name the order was placed. 20 minutes after we placed an order at another pizzeria our delivery arrived. Absolute lack of competence in basic customer contact. That was our last order from Domino’s!

Pizza base unfortunately not crispy, toppings are good. 7'24: Only waited 17 minutes at lieferando instead of progost.63. Salad.Mini relatively good but the specified cucumbers and rocket were missing. Pizza rolls are tiny and there is no salt in the dough. PastaChickenKebab tastes good. 5´23 Only 24min. Waited at Lieferando instead of the forecast 33. Unfortunately, only baking pan pizzas, hardly any tomato sauce and the base was quite soggy. 2'23: Only waited 23 minutes at lieferando instead of the predicted 31. Unfortunately, the delivery driver was provided with defective/incorrect mini-sheets on which information about the delivery location was missing...he couldn't find it, it's very unpleasant for him+us - dominos is responsible for this, not lieferando. Unfortunately, PastaVerduro is too dry; PizzaSpicySalami tastes great. 2'22: Waited only 30 minutes at lieferando instead of the predicted 60. Salad Athena is great. Chicken kickers taste very good, as does the vegan pizza Ventura. The roast stickers are neutral...can be combined with both sweet and savory foods. 1'21: Only 21min. Waited at Lieferando instead of the predicted 37...great! Chicken strippers very good; also the salad mini, which is even a little bigger than I thought and is very good quality. Nov. '20: Only 17min. Serviced at Lieferando instead of the predicted 45...great. The pizzas taste great. Even the base, although baked on a tray, is pretty good.

To this day I have always enjoyed ordering from Domino’s – but that was the last time. My drinks were forgotten, which is human. But having to wait over an hour until your own error is fixed is simply outrageous. Even worse: I tried to call several times. Either no one answered, or someone picked up and pretended not to hear.

Food 0/ Staff 0/ Delivery time 0 simply unfriendly conversations on the cell phone. You ask about your order and they answer whether I can speak English and just hang up the phone call in my face. Food should be delivered in 25 to 35 minutes. The food was only delivered after almost 80 minutes. Pizza was just cold as ice and was thrown away straight away. If there were 0 star reviews I would have given it. Definitely not recommended. Never again in my life veryrrrrrrrrrrrrr badttttttttttt.

Despite having ordered several hours in advance, the food came again almost 40 minutes late and was almost completely cold. So cold that I had to cut pasta with cheese sauce into bite-sized pieces with a knife. Very disappointing...

According to the APP, the order had been delivered for well over 30 minutes, but it wasn't true. Accordingly, my €30 delivery was absolutely cold. Furthermore, the supplier demanded money from me several times even though the delivery had already been paid for via PayPal. I then closed the door after repeating it 3 times. Bring me cold food and try to make me pay twice? Exactly.

There is no delivery and then I order my pizza by phone and say that it will be there in half an hour and then when I try to pick it up I find out that the pizza was canceled just because it took 5 minutes longer without being informed in advance. Totally cheeky in my opinion.

Worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life. Aldi pizza is 1000 times better. Dough thin as an A4 sheet. The driver was very nice and friendly Dominos Pizza was in the past. I don't recommend this restaurant.

According to the order confirmation, pizza should have been delivered between 5:04 p.m. and 5:14 p.m. Delivery actually took place at 5:38 p.m. Pizza was no longer hot, and the taste experience was accordingly. It used to work better and more reliably.

The prices listed there do not correspond to the correct prices. You pay about €5 more for each pizza, as stated on the menu. After you ask how the high price comes about or whether there was an oversight, you get a mushy answer and the current card is presented; previously you were given a different one. It's not cheap, but any other pizzeria with better pizza can easily keep up.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. I ordered pizza rolls with Gouda sticks. It arrived quickly but immediately afterwards I had a stomach ache and you can imagine the rest... I definitely had food poisoning!! Never again

The churros are lame. I never sweeten anything, not even tea, but I had to sprinkle sugar on it. Because of the negative reviews, I didn't want to order at first, but since it was nearby, I tried it out and was very positively surprised. The magarita was so delicious with a crispy thin crust, which I often leave behind with pizzas. The delivery person was super friendly and cheerful. No idea whether I was just lucky or whether customers are more inclined to write something if there is something to complain about.

Extra früher bestellt auf 12 Uhr das ich in der Pause Mittagessen habe dann kommt die Bestellung 30min zuspät… habe da dann angerufen und die meinten ist grade losgefahren ist echt eine Frechheit wieder 10min gewartet, wieder angerufen was das soll und die Frau am Telefon sagte zu mir ich solle mich nicht aufregen und sonst wo anders bestellen absolute Frechheit meiner Meinung nach. Da bestellt man extra auf eine Zeit und dann kommt die Pizza einfach 40min später bodenlos -10/10. Das beste kommt noch öffne die Pizza der ganze Belag am Deckel des Kartons eigentlich hätte ich anrufen müssen und mein Geld zurück fordern lassen.

Wir bestellen schon seit Jahren regelmäßig am Wochenende, doch leider wird seit einigen Wochen die Qualität (kalte Pizza, oder verbrannt) und der Service (die Lieferzeiten(heute 80Minuten für 4 Pizzen)) stetig schlechter. Sehr schade.

Ich bin etwas zwiegespalten, was diese Dominos Filiale angeht. Auf der einen Seite bekommt man schnell und Dank Coupons auch zu einem fairen Preis hier sein Essen. Auf der anderen Seite waren die Bestellungen schon häufiger einfach falsch, was dann sehr ärgerlich ist. Die Reklamation erfolgte dann aber ohne Probleme.
