I used to order from there and was satisfied. After a very long time, we ordered again... and it was a complete disaster! Ordering by phone worked fine, and the food arrived very quickly... but... the food didn't look very appetizing and tasted disgusting. I've never thrown away food before, but this was inedible. It's such a shame. What happened there? Did the chef quit?

Extremely bad...please don't order food from there!!! I'd give it zero stars if I could!!! We ordered today for around €20 and received the wrong dishes. We called and informed them, but were coldly dismissed with the attitude that "we should just eat what the delivery person brought, it's tasty too"... An outrage!!!!! The fact that someone might be allergic to tuna on the pizza (which we didn't even order!!!!!) doesn't occur to the "super-professionals" at this dump. End of story: we got neither the correct dishes nor our money back.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this place. We've ordered from them regularly since our child turned three – my husband ordered duck, my wife lamb saag – a combination you simply can't find anywhere else on the left bank of the Rhine in Bonn. If the rice was stale or the wrong dish arrived, I'd call to let them know, but I was brushed off every time. Today, the lamb saag was inedible. It was so spicy that not a single bite was bearable. I called again, and the same person who can recite our order history from our phone number brushed me off again. Customer service, repeat business, listening to customers – no chance. So, after three years of knowing them, I can't recommend them. The service is extremely poor; every single order is a gamble.

I ordered two pizzas and a portion of macaroni quattro formaggi from Juniors. The delivery was initially friendly – the driver even had to drive back to get change, which I'd like to mention as a positive. Unfortunately, the food, especially the macaroni, was a complete disappointment. The sauce was thick, lumpy, and obviously made from powder – it didn't taste fresh or creamy at all. My request to return the food was ignored. A refund was also refused. Unfortunately, the customer service was poor and the food was of questionable quality. I therefore cannot recommend this pizzeria.

Disappointing ordering experience I placed a pre-order around 6:00 PM for delivery at 9:15 PM. However, the delivery didn't arrive until around 9:50 PM, which was significantly late. Unfortunately, the pizzas were only lukewarm by then, which greatly dampened my anticipation. I used to be very satisfied with Domino's – on-time delivery and hot pizza. This time, however, I was very disappointed. I hope the service and quality improve, because ordering from them is no longer enjoyable.

We've always been satisfied customers, but we won't be ordering from here again. We still haven't received our order, even after waiting for two hours. They first connect to a hotline, and after finally getting through on the first call, the phone was audibly hung up. On the second attempt, and after waiting for some time, we were told they had supposedly never received our order and that a "new" delivery would take another 40 minutes. We had previously received official order confirmations from both Lieferando and PayPal, as well as confirmation of acceptance from the restaurant. The gentleman on the phone wasn't particularly friendly or interested in resolving the problem.
