Domino's Pizza Dresden Friedrichstadt in Dresden

Today, November 10th, at lunchtime, we were served by two exceptionally friendly pizza chefs. All 12 pizzas were outstanding: perfectly baked crusts, generous toppings, and the boxes were labeled so we could easily find what we needed. Thanks to the team, and keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back.

Why do they have two different minimum order values? If I want to order directly via the Domino's app, I have to spend at least €14.90, and if I order via Lieferando, I have to spend at least €9.90. Maybe you should revise that. The food and service are okay, but nothing that makes me say "Wow, that tastes good." The atmosphere isn't conducive to eating in.

Two hours delivery time, and then the order was wrong. The pizza was lukewarm and dry – definitely not appetizing. Bottom line: no more Domino's!

Unfortunately, a cold, dry pizza at restaurant prices also makes nice service and a pleasant atmosphere obsolete.

The portions are small and the pizza is average at best.

The order simply never arrived. Half an hour after it was shown as delivered, I tried calling, but no one answered. 👍

Apparently, nobody here has the shop under control… no one has answered the phone for 35 minutes :) so now I have to place my 200 Euro company order somewhere else… luckily there are other providers :) who offer better service

A very bad experience with the Domino's branch in Dresden Friedrichstadt. We ordered food via Uber Eats, but only half of the order was delivered because the rest was supposedly unavailable. The courier said he would cancel the order and refund the money, took the food back, and marked the order as delivered instead of canceled. When we tried to contact the restaurant, the employee was shockingly rude – he took no responsibility, spoke loudly, said he didn't have time, and simply hung up. On the second call, he was even more rude and again claimed it wasn't their problem. This behavior not only caused me financial damage, but also psychological stress due to the disrespectful and aggressive treatment. This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I demand an immediate clarification of the incident, a refund, and a formal apology. Furthermore, the employees urgently need to be trained in customer service. If a quick solution is not found, I will be forced to take further steps and take the matter public.

We ordered today and I have to say the €50 wasn't worth it! The two pizzas were super dry and cold... The wings were completely burnt. I wonder how that could happen?! The sweets were great, but it was still a waste of money! You could have made yourself a lovely warm meal with that. Simply a disappointment!

The delivery guy was great, but the food was less so. There was hardly any chicken on the pizza, and the dessert was seriously burnt.

A scammers' establishment. There was a promotion: 2 pizzas -50%, after placing an order for 2 pizzas, the saleswoman specially punched 1 pizza, after receiving confirmation of my order, I discovered that the last person was incorrect, as a result of which I did not receive a discount on the second pizza.

I actually used to really enjoy ordering here. The last time I ordered, the pizza looked a bit shabby, and the next day I got a case of food poisoning. It's a shame the quality has declined so much.

CAUTION! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! We were just scammed. We ordered two pizzas with a cheese crust online and picked them up ourselves. When we got home, the cheese crust was gone. At these prices, it's a complete rip-off. It seems like a scam. We tried calling to complain, but no one answered the phone. That's it, NEVER AGAIN Domino's Pizza! Be careful, dear pizza fans!

Edit: Dominos is getting worse. This time the pizza and pizza rolls were so burnt that they were dust dry. When I picked it up, everything was still at the outlet of the oven and was jammed in front of the hot hatch. Next time, you can keep the coals. And I want my money back. Pizza was good overall, but nothing earth-shattering. All staff had masks on and guests also had to wear one. The only negative thing is that it is extremely loud inside, but that was partly due to the street in front of the building.

Just before closing time, Essen ordered delivery with all dignity. He cheekily said, "The laziness stinks all the way down here" because I didn't pick it up. Why is a delivery offered then? This person sucks

The pizza I ordered was very limited in terms of toppings, and that's putting it kindly. Never again!

I would prefer to give minus stars. Ordered with the app in which a delivery time was specified and this was not adhered to. If you inquire over the phone, you will simply hang up. The service has become terrible and the employees are becoming increasingly unfriendly. I will definitely clarify this with the company management in Hamburg

Forgot the dressing for the salad, absolutely not an issue. The driver also said that he would come back and bring it over. After waiting for 40 minutes, I called and there was no one on the way with the dressing, no apology, nothing........ That's not possible! Great dry salad!

According to the internet, the food was ready, but after 20 minutes there was still no delivery, I called and was told that the internet was a bit crazy about the ad and the food was still coming, I asked because I thought it was yes then cold, our food came and was really only lukewarm, but had probably been warmed up again in the oven shortly beforehand because the top layer of noodles was completely dried out. That was literally the last time we ordered there!

That was probably the last time Dominos. Yesterday (January 2, 2025) we ordered 6 pizzas and an Orlando pasta bake + 3× aioli. The delivery was super fast but the pizzas were really damn dry... With the aioli we ordered it was ok. Then the casserole was so dry. Pasta, ham and cheese on top and if you were lucky there was a tiny dollop of sauce on it, otherwise you ate dry pasta, disgusting... And for over €82 underground. Sorry, you've lost us as customers.

A bit too expensive for the price but you can do it

Staff will not pick up the phone, called numerous times. Pizza was never delivered to me.

Unfortunately our food never arrived. The pizza delivery guy even called and asked where exactly he had to go. After that we never heard from him again and the shop was already closed. So we didn't have any food on night duty. Never again! But at least the money was returned.

Our pizzas were never delivered despite payment taken. We waited and waited and then they closed and we never received anything.

Unfortunately, this company is getting worse and more unreliable. My order didn't arrive after more than an hour even though the app stated a delivery time window of around 30 minutes. Even when you call, you don't get a concrete answer as to how long the order will take, or you only have to deal with annoyed employees who want to get rid of you quickly and just say "we have enough to do right now, so it might be delayed." That was the last time we ordered from this unreliable company.

Pizza was half-heartedly put together and pizza rolls had no cheese. Was disappointed.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my order. The pizza was okay for the price, but my pizza rolls marked "WITHOUT salami" still had salami in them. Furthermore, they weren't classic rolls, but rather a cut, filled roll of dough. The waiting time of over 1.5 hours was beyond frustrating. I tried calling the store twice to ask where my order was. Nobody answered. That was my last order there.

Small dominoes, the staff was friendly and helpful. However the pizza was nice but not great. It had too much of each item on it and made it heavy and a bit soggy. The mince meat was not separated correctly, some bits looked like meatballs. But I will go back and give them a chance of redemption...only because the staff was nice.

Super great and nice employees. Always in a good mood and you can tell that everyone enjoys their job. The store looks very neat and structured I can only recommend

First and last order. The salads we ordered are an absolute disgrace. Mini salad for €2.79 is only half full, the Cesar salad is also €8.99 and is not worthy of its name. The dressing is thin like water. Any ready-made salad from the supermarket for under €2 is worlds better.

I had placed a mobile order that day. The service had been excellent.

Pizza itself wasn't something special but the fact that this was the only one opened place with food (10pm) in the area really makes up for it. Pizza was made really fast and staff were nice.

The person at the counter ignored our request when we called because I didn't speak German. He cut the call when I asked him if he could help me with the order.

Taste is excellent but services need improvement

I am very disappointed with this pizza. I've never seen so much oil on a pizza. Considering it was an all cheese pizza. Unfortunately, I couldn't even eat a piece of it. Next time you should pay attention to what quality product you offer to the consumer.

Ich weiß zwar nicht wie euer Essen schmeckt aber null Sterne für unternehmsführung. In eurem Store gibt es die sogenannten Lieblinge, der Rest wird nicht gut behandelt. Ein Danke kommt auch nie über Lippen. Wertschätzung dafür, dass sich die Mitarbeiter für nen Mindestlohn abrackern gibt es nicht. Hygiene ist auch nicht so euer Ding. Die Storemanagerin chillt ihr Leben am Handy während der Arbeitszeit und sagt anderen das sie es nicht dürfen. Wenn man Krank ist wird man unter Druck gesetzt, man solle doch schnell wiederkommen. Mitarbeiter werden nicht geschult oder richtig angelehrnt und dann fertig gemacht wenn sie Fehler machen. Bitte besucht eine Schulung für Führungskräfte

Schnelle Lieferung, leider werden hier mittlerweile kaum noch Coupons akzeptiert, mit denen Dominos dauernd wirbt (2. Pizza 2€, 50% Rabatt auf Pizzen, wird hier sogar auf Maps zu der Filiale angezeigt) Und sobald man bestellen will: "Filiale sagt nein" Blöderweise natürlich unser Liefergebiet. Edit nach Antwort von Besitzer: Die App enthält keine Coupons und die auf eurer Seite und Newsletter akzeptiert ihr selbst nicht 🤷🏼‍♂️

Нуууу, скажу зразу мінус в тому, що крім німецької, на касі не розмовляють. Якась реклама є, і ніби піца намальована, а ціна з рекламою не сходиться. Ціна значно вища ніж в тому ж Domino's в Польщі. Замовлень багато, видно як люди працюють. Піца смачна. Але в Пл смачніше))))

Nach dem Einkaufsbummel auf dem Weg zurück zum WoMo, kam ich hier vorbei und wollte mir spontan etwas mitnehmen. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen und auch bedient. Die Bestellung (Warp und Salat) war innerhalb 5 Minuten fertig und es schmeckte beides sehr gut, frische Zutaten und auch völlig ausreichend. Der Wrap war ordentlich und sauber gerollt und üppig gefüllt… Ich kann diese Filiale empfehlen ! Was mir aufgefallen ist, dass es im Laden jetzt schon sehr warm ist, als Mitarbeiter kann man da nicht flüchten, wie ich als Kunde und vor der Tür warten, vielleicht könnte man da etwas für die Mitarbeiter machen, denn der Sommer kommt…

Die Pizza ist lecker, sehr schnell zubereitet und es gibt oft Rabattangebote, die sich lohnen.

Lieferung kommt immer super schnell. Essen ist auch echt zu empfehlen. Es wurde noch nie etwas vertauscht oder vergessen. Und mit dem Menüangebot kann man auch noch Geld sparen. Die Pizza und Pasta sind super lecker. Die Salate stehen dem etwas nach, sind aber dennoch gut.

Online Bestellung aufgegeben laut Benachrichtigung 25-50 min bis zur Zustellung. Nach 1 1/2 h hab ich im Laden angerufen und gefragt wo meine Bestellung bleibt.. Darauf kam die Antwort joar ist im System aber haben meine Kollegen nicht gemacht.. auf die frage ob sie sich als entschädigung uns etwas entgegenkommen würden kam nix ausser stornieren... klasse Service ^^

Selbst zu absoluten Stoßzeiten haben wir gerade mal 8 Minuten auf unsere Pizzen gewartet (haben an der Filiale gehalten und bestellt) spitzenmäßiger Service und trotz Stress sehr freundlich

Sehr solide Pizza. War schon immer etwas teuer mit Lieferung aber die verschiedenen wöchtentlichen Angebote machen das ganze dann doch noch relativ fair.

Die Pizza Boston war roh , die Chickenwings waren lecker . Ich hatte dannach Durchfall aber ich war gesättigt. 5/5 top

Abartig kannste nicht essen dieses Fressen! Die Pizzas haben geschmeckt wie aufgewärmt! Und frisch waren die mir Sicherheit nicht ! Der Boden war total schwammig und babsch einfach ekelhaft! Bei Dominos wird nicht nochmal bestellt da sind mir die 40€ zu schade.

Preise sind top. Geschmack super. Leider liefern sie nicht nach Oberwartha, haben selbst abgeholt....war bis zu Hause dann halt kalt😑

Prepararon la comida muy mal y no cumplio las expectativas.

Ich habe schon öfter bei Dominos bestellt und war immer 100% zufrieden! Nette Lieferanten und leckeres Essen! Bis jetzt war nichts kalt und auch die Füllmenge etc waren super und wie man sie erwartet. Zudem war der Shake total frisch und noch eiskalt. Perfekt 🙏

War jetzt schon ein paar mal dort essen und man kann sich überhaupt nicht beschweren. Soweit ich gesehen habe, echt nette Mitarbeiter. Und das Essen war auch ganz Super! ... wie man es von der Pizzeria (Domino's) gewöhnt ist.

Wir haben zwei Pizzen bestellt, diese waren leider zu lang in Ofen. Schmeckten nach nichts mehr und waren hart. Der Salat wird immer kleiner. Und diese kleine Packung war halbvoll und es fehlte die Hälfte! Ruccolasalat und die Bacon Chips wurden komplett weggelassen, Hähnchenbrust bestand aus 5stück die 0,5x0,5cm groß waren! Für den Preis eine Unverschämtheit!

Ich find Domino's in Friedrichstadt echt top, nur kleiner Hinweis jeder der auf der Straße dort nun parken will, sollte es lassen auf der Straße herrscht nun Parkverbot.

Wir haben schon einige Male bei dominos Pizza friedrichstadt Dresden bestellt und waren auch sehr zufrieden mit Qualität und Leistung. Aber heute wurden wir schon zum zweiten mal enttäuscht 😞. Die Pizzen schmeckten nicht. Wir hatten das Gefühl das Sie schon vorbereitet war und nur schnell aufgewärmt wurden. Auch der Belag war nicht mehr ganz in Ordnung ich habe dann einen Teil weggeworfen. Schade. Als ich bei der Filiale anrief und darauf hinwies wurde kam keinerlei Entschuldigung sondern zwar freundlich aber bestimmt das alles frisch zubereitet wäre. Es wäre toll wenn man sich der Kritik annehmen würde und die Qualität wieder wie einstmals gut wäre lg Sylvia Werner

Super lecker und schnelle Lieferung 👍🏼

Hatte einen 12 Stunden-Dienst und habe mich auf Empfehlungen von Freunden entschlossen eine Pizza zum Feierabend zu holen. Auch nach 22 Uhr noch frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker !!! Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich 😊 Macht weiter so 👍👍👍

Am Abend für mich und meinen Vater bestellt und am Vormittag danach bekamen wir beide eine schwere Magenverstimmung. Ich musste mich sogar auf der Hauptstraße übergeben. Jetzt weiß ich warum die Bestellung so schnell bei uns war, lag wahrscheinlich schon eine Weile fertig bereit. Ich will keine Entschuldigung, keine Erklärung oder sonst etwas hören. Nur meine Erfahrungen teilen.

Es war einst einer meiner lieblings Pizzaläden. Aber wiederholt Lieferzeiten über 40Minuten (außerhalb der typischen Essenszeiten). Die Pizza war leider auch wiederholt labberig, kalt und als wäre sie zu kurz im Ofen gewesen. Wirklich Schade. Die Auslieferin war jedoch total nett! :)

Mein liebster Lieferdienst für Pizza! Pizzen werden immer schnell geliefert und sind super belegt, Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und haben bei Lieferung Masken auf. Macht weiter so!

Bester Lieferdienst in Dresden....

Guten Abend, Würde gerne nh richtige Bewertung geben weil es sonst immer richtig gut &‘ schön geliefert wurde, aber heute war die Pizza einfach zusammen gedrückt &‘ ich hatte richtige Schwierigkeiten diese von der Pappe los zu bekommen ohne das sich die Pizza mit nach oben bewegt. Schnelle Lieferung. Essen in Ordnung. Nur etwas heißer könnte das Essen bei der nächsten Bestellung sein. Ansonsten top.

Also Super Pizzen....Schmeckt Klasse..... Aber ganz schlecht ist der Stress und die Hektik auch bei den Fahrern....Leute, merkt Euch eins..... Diese Art von Stress braucht ihr nicht... Es verringert eure Lebensdauer was euch keiner dankt zum Schluss... Ausser D wenn ihr ihr keine Rente mehr beziehen könnt.... Also macht ruhiger..... Schenkt Euch ein bisschen Qualität und lasst Euch nicht abziehen mit 55h Wochen etc... Auch hier gibts Gesetze die noch nicht beim Arbektsrecht ausser Kraft sind... Das was ihr tut schmeckt sehr gut :) Dafür alle 5... Vg

Grade bestellt. Es wurde schnell geliefert und schmeckt gut. leider den Hirtenkäse den ich extra bezahlt habe nicht auf der Pizza...

Dieser Laden ist echt ein Armutszeugnis. Niemand hält sich an Coronaregeln und die Pizza schmeckt nach Pappe. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass die Mitarbeiter unter unmenschlichen Bedingungen dort arbeiten müssen. Oft sind viel zu viele Mitarbeiter eng an eng in der Küche und das zur Corona Zeit, ohne Masken und gut durchlüftet ist es da bestimmt auch nicht. Wurde schreiend rausgeschmissen als ich am Türeingang etwas fragen wollte, weil schon ein Kunde im Laden war.

Pizza Lucifer wurde komplett verbrannt geliefert und ganz anders als auf dem Bild zu sehen. Frechheit so etwas auszuliefern! Pizza Suzuck war extrem trocken, aber noch "essbar".

Schon das zweite Mal musste ich nach dem meine Bestellung ankam feststellen, dass die Pizza total verkohlt war. Die Soße falls überhaupt vorhanden war nur sehr wenig und noch dazu maximal bis zur Hälfte der Pizza verteilt. Der Boden ist sowohl hart und zerrig als auch lapprig. Statt dem “Käse” hätte man auch gleich Gummibrocken darüber verteilen können. Der Cookie war das Einzige was positiv auffiel. Ohne unnötig zu haten muss ich sagen, dass eine 2.50€ Tiefkühlpizza mich weit aus glücklicher gemacht hätte.

Wow! Unterwegs zu Hermes-Station was bestellt, auf dem Rückweg abgeholt. Schnell, noch ganz heiß, und schmeckte perfekt. Gerne wieder!

Einmal kam die Pizza verkohlt und ohne Soße an, das zweite mal der Salat ohne Gurke und Tomate und der Rucola war alle... Coupons, die vom selben Laden per Post geschickt wurden, konnten nicht eingelöst werden... K A T A S T R O P H E ! Der Laden läuft nicht, die zwei Sterne gibt es nur, weil ich die Pizza ersetzt bekommen habe und weil die Mitarbeiter am Telefon freundlich und reuevoll waren.

Wir bestellen min. 2 im Monat. Man erhält sehr schnell seine Pizza mit einer sehr guten Qualität. Die Pizza ist sehr warm und reichlich belegt.

Ich würde mehr Sterne geben wenn ich könnte. Die Pizzen sind jedes mal ordentlich belegt und lecker, die Salate sind frisch und alles weitere stets reichlich und gut. Preis/Leistung ist super! Zudem schnelle Lieferzeiten, wir müssen nie länger warten als 45min. Hier bestellen wir gern.

Die Pizza finde ich sehr lecker, wenn sie auch im Gegensatz zu früher etwas nachgelassen hat. Lieferung erfolgt sehr schnell und Personal war bisher immer nett.
