Ordered pizzas from this restaurant on Lieferando, got charged and never received my order. I couldn’t get hold of Lieferando, nor they would pick up the phone at Pizza Italiano. Lost my money and my patience. Very bad choice.

I can't think of anything else to say! This delivery service is a disgrace! The delivery time was 2.5 hours. They supposedly didn't receive the first order. The second order took over an hour, and then the driver was rude and rude to the wrong address. The employees were completely unwilling to apologize for what had happened and blamed everyone else. There was no apology. Even when I asked for the manager, they didn't help me. Unfriendly, disrespectful, and rude, and they demanded more money for it. The food itself... Pizza was so-so. Seafood pasta: no sauce as agreed, and maybe 3 pieces of seafood.

Waited over 1 1/2 hours for the food, had a pizza with rocket (if you can call it that). The food was lukewarm but still partially burnt. You could have eaten the noodles without teeth.

Unfortunately, the food did not live up to our expectations, and the appearance of how the food is produced here (I was able to take a look when I picked it up) does not encourage us to eat anything here again.

This was by far one of the worst delivery service experiences I've ever had. Almost two hours of waiting, and in between, when I called to inquire, I only got contradictory answers like, "The driver is on his way," or later, "He's stuck in traffic." On a Sunday evening, for a journey of about ten minutes, these just sounded like chaotic excuses. When the food finally arrived, my soft drink was missing. So I had to call again, and the staff was completely overwhelmed once more. No clear answers, no plan, no professional communication whatsoever. At some point, I'd had enough of the whole ordeal and told them they could keep the drink. Honestly, I probably would have waited another eternity for it, and my time is too valuable for that. Overall, everything seemed disorganized, overloaded, and uncoordinated. Anyone who wants to run a delivery service should at least master the basics: on-time delivery, effective communication, and complete orders. None of that worked here.

I ordered food for delivery to my hotel. The wait was about 30 minutes, which was perfectly fine. The driver who delivered the food was nice. The burger wasn't hot, but it was okay. The salad was good. I highly recommend them! I ordered again today – best pizza ever, so delicious. I can't understand the negative reviews.
